Hotel was updated and clean. The parking lot was pretty packed when we arrived so had to park a ways out. There was a complimentary coffee set up in the lobby but it was empty when we tried to get some around 7:30am. We walked over to the restaurant associated with the hotel and they provided some for us free without us mentioning it was out in the lobby - we had fully expected to pay so appreciated that customer service.

Resort like feel. Very clean rooms and public areas. Family friendly. Would definitely stay here again. We were traveling without kids. So the amount of noise was a bit much around the pool and up and down the halls. But still was a nice stay.

We stay here every year when we go to the rodeo. Easy to walk to the arena. The only complaint I have had every year is the room is noisy because of the HVAC. Even when we turn the room unit off it makes as whistling sound. We’ve stayed in a lot of different rooms & they are all the same. If the hall door is open tge noise stops. Otherwise, the hotel is well maintained & clean. Nice paths to hike on. Right by the river. We will stay again next year. I just wear earplugs at night.

Not what I would expect from a Sheraton! Young kids running the front desks that acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help you. Too busy on their phones! The price of the parking was absurd and never disclosed. Had to wait for a 1/2 hour for coffee in the morning and it was so terrible I couldn’t drink it. I was also so embarrassed for them on how the coffee table looked! Everything was a mess like no one even cared to straighten it up. I really wish I hadn’t wasted my money staying here.

Overall stay was pretty good, check in was easy. But overpriced for how basic it was. Also they tried to charge me for a pet and didn’t have one and a water I didn’t drink. $80 years extra with no basis had to call and dispute it with them. Left a bad taste in my mouth about the hotel. Parking isn’t free either.

Stayed here a lot of times. Most expensive hotel in Redding. They no longer offer a complimentary breakfast for guests. Our Room smelled like cigarettes, and they wouldn’t move us or provide us a roll out bed for my son to sleep on. Mosaic restaurant was also underwhelming and the staff never seems to fully understand the menu, minimal customer service. Used to be my favorite place to stay in Redding and has gone downhill.

So this stay was disappointing. I paid about $500 for a suite, which I somehow assumed would have a bath and balcony. No bath. No balcony. What a waste of money! We're supposed to be staying on our way back too. Not sure how to make that less of a disaster. They shouldn't even have "suites" if they don't come with a bath and a balcony. And the decor could best be described as bland. I'm currently staying at a Holiday Inn Express and I kid you not, the decor is better. And then there's "The Clubhouse" which you get with a suite. Comes with pretty good sugar cookies, granola bars, a few sodas, and coffee or tea. How "luxurious" LOL. And the breakfast also left something to be desired. They need a whole lot more fresh fruit. More variety of snack options. More choices for breakfast. All in all everything was just very sad and lacking. I feel like I was duped into paying a whole bunch of money for something that was sub par. May have to change return reservations.

Great location. The restaurant was also very good, just beware if you sit outside around sun down there are mosquitos, they did have some tiki lanterns that helped keep them away pretty well. The pool was great, but very limited chairs, so get there early if you plan to have an all day pool day like we did. Unfortunately, there was a lot of night time construction that was very noisy. Also, the people below us were out on their patio until 3AM, so we didn’t get much sleep. I did call to complain about the people downstairs, but that didn’t seem to make a difference. All of the bath care products were scented like men’s deodorant. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was not well stocked each day when we tried to grab some. The TV sound was off from the screen slightly. Seems a little tacky to have to pay for parking.

I did not feel like the property was particularly welcoming for either people or dogs. The staff seemed annoyed when questions came up. For example, morning coffee was promised in the lobby, but there wasn't any. Guests had to go to the restaurant and stand around and wait. The hotel is modern and beautiful and in a lovely location. But not friendly.

Exceptional staff and customer service. Front desk was welcoming, warm, informative and friendly. Maintenance and cleaning staff were always friendly and working hard. We had an issue with our TV and when they couldn’t fix it they not only graciously upgraded us to a balcony room, but staff also came to our room to help us move and bring the new keys. The beds in both rooms were super comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was top tier through the whole motel, even the pool even though it was winter. The Sheraton Club had a good variety of snacks and drinks and a nice continental breakfast. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The room was nice and it accommodates dogs - I wouldn’t go as far as to say dog friendly though. I was very underwhelmed for the price paid. The front desk gave very little information about the property. They should have given a map and described that the restaurant next door is in charge of room service. The people at the front desk did little to address my concerns when I asked questions. At least I figured out which stairs to use to get to the pet relief area quickly otherwise it was two very long halls and an elevator ride. Also they do not bother to fully air condition the building - it was gross near elevators and stairwells. Also even though you pay a fee the WiFi is terrible in the room. My mom complained at checkout about these and other issues - we received no follow up call or reimbursement of fees.

First night I went to their local restaurant in the bistro. The burger and fries were cross contaminated with shrimp ( which I informed I had allergies). From there I became so so sick. The hotels chargers resorts fee every night beyond your final reservation total. But there is no water in the room or anywhere. Unless your purchase in their mini makers. Which resort hotel does not have water for the guests? Next the mini market has no fruit. All industrialize food. So no options. The Ac vent goes straight to the desk. Which is not what we want when working. No option to change. Finally, every night I had a to get a new key, because the door would no work. Overall there is a good facility and the staff want to do the best. But the management is off and this place should not be called a hotel or a resort in where in the world

This hotel has nice outdoor lawn area with chairs for lounging and a fire pit. First floor rooms have sliding doors that open onto gravel patios with small olive trees for privacy, so it’s nice to sit outside your room and very easy to take your pet out for potty time. And walking….there isn’t a better place! It’s a nature resort right outside the front door!

We ended up in a double queen which does not really meet our needs as my partner is 6’2” and his feet hang off the bed. (Which is why we reserved a king room) They comped the club house breakfast for our inconvenience, which I was hoping would be food from their restaurant, (which is delicious) but it was not. The food was generic hotel comp breakfast they whipped up in the back room. Also, disappointing.

Comfortable, clean room. Phone and tv connection, so we could watch netflix and prime video using the phone app mirrored to the large tv screen. Kids loved it! Sly way they overcharged us. We made a reservation through booking.com for $250, but the bill came up to be over $350! The hotel did not return my message either. Very dishonest.

The staff is friendly and super helpful. We had a room with club access and were able to take advantage of the happy hour, nevertheless the breakfast was extremely disappointing as the eggs were disgusting, the food was stale, and was just not good quality. We had a one bedroom suite, and the room from the upstairs guest was ridiculous. Plenty of parking, best access to the river, and the pool is very inviting. Other than the breakfast and the noise from the upstairs neighbors, everything was great.

We had to cut our stay at the hotel by one night as I received some devastating news on the morning of 5/17. I went to the front desk to let them know we needed to check out early due to this death in the family and asked if we would be able to at least get refunded half of our Saturday night stay. Bethany was so compassionate that she allowed us a full refund on the night stay and a refund on our parking. She even called the 3rd party hotel site for me to talk to them about a refund. Another employee walked up the desk (I did not catch her name), saw how upset I was and asked if I was ok. With a concerned look on her face, she brought me a bottle of water and then got a box of tissues for me. I did not catch her name but I want to thank her too. She and Bethany made empathized with my situation and showed so much compassion. Something you don't see much of anymore. You can bet that I WILL return to the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge on my next visit there. Thank you to both Bethany and the other employee. They were amazing.

My first experience at a Sheraton. We were "upgraded" to executive level. We had a room on the third floor. One would think an expensive hotel like this would be laid out better. The ice machine on our floor was very difficult to find after walking down the endless corridor. The "breakfast buffet" in he Club Sheraton was the worst I have ever had. They say they have room service from the Mosaic restaurant but when I scanned the QR code (the only way to get any info from the room) for the menu, it said they were closed and would reopen at 5. I don't care, I just want to view your freakin menu. Would I stay here again? Not on your life. Tooo expensive for what you get. Hampton inn all the way for me.

We were pretty disappointed in our stay. It would have been OK if everything worked, but most things didn't. Luggage cart was broken. The bed was futon-hard. Even with the A/C turned off the room hummed with noise. The shower caulking look moldy. The furniture upholstery was worn out. The included breakfast was worst ever, tasteless scrambled eggs out of a carton, overly-brown overly-reheated potatoes. The free self-serve latte machine would have been cool if it worked, but it didn't. The ice machine didn't work. The fridge didn't work, and looked like it hadn't been running in years. Overall the place looked sad and worn out.

Awful. Although I had a confirmation number and called hours ahead of time to advise of my arrival after 10pm, I was told my room had been given to someone else and I would have to go stay at an alternate hotel. This was a three night stay, but only one night was at the alternate hotel. Then I had to pack up and come back to the Sheraton…..at which time I was told my room wouldn’t be ready until after 5pm and I’d have to return for key cards then. When I returned, the room was downgraded and not what I paid for, no discount offered.

The hotel itself was great, and the location was a 10/10 for our plans. However, a lot of things advertised weren't true and they were some of my key points for booking. Before booking I called to ensure there was complimentary breakfast, they said to Marriott Members (which I am), well the time comes for breakfast and apparently you have to be a higher status member for it, so now I had to scramble for breakfast for my toddler and I. The pool was also advertised as heated - it was FREEZING, on a 90 degree day. So cold toddlers lips turned blue. They also don't supply milk at ALL, so essentially, this hotel is not as family friendly as it boasts. I understood there were longer than normal waits at the restaurant, but I did not think it would be two hours before food hit the table. Nice hotel, not worth the $375 a night by any means.

Not with the cost of the room. Rooms are old, carpets threadbare with no views from the room. The microwave in the lobby had old food stuck to the insides and didn’t look like it was cleaned in months…The mosaic restaurant food was terrible, the pizza was hard as a rock and the burger overdone and dry. Oh and they charge for daily parking as well. The hotel is not located at a densely populated area, and doesn’t look busy, so charging for parking was unnecessary gouging.. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant or the hotel.

I loved the quiet surroundings and the close proximity to the bridge and Turtle Bay park. Convenient for a nice hike into nature and knowing I'd be returning to a clean and comfortable room was amazing!

The room they assigned us to was not clean. They moved us to another room and assisted us in the move. We placed our drinks in the refrigerator and when we returned several hours later our drinks were warm. We called for maintenance and they never came. We pulled the fridge out and it was not plugged in, nor was the coffeemaker.

We reserved a deluxe king balcony room. Got a not so nice room on ground floor, no balcony 5 x 5’ patio with bark dust and parking lot view. The desk doubled down that we requested a ground floor patio. We did not. Too bad… liked our previous room here.

This is the best experience I have had at this brand. The building and rooms are gorgeous, the staff are VERY well trained and super friendly and the location is easy for those traveling up and down interstate 5.

This property is within walking distance to the convention center and the sundial bridge. There is a restaurant (Mosiac) next to the Sheraton, so you don’t have to leave the property. It has a good menu and a full bar, if you want a night cap. This hotel also has a large heated pool and a jacuzzi. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to visiting Redding again in the near future and we will not stay at any other hotel, because the Sheraton has it all!!

This hotel is a true gem!! It has an excellent staff, a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a restaurant and room service. It is in walking distance to the sundial bridge and one of the best children’s playgrounds with an abundance of interact activities for them to do. There are also various animals in their own habitats, which all the kids seemed to enjoy. This was are first time staying at the Sheraton in Redding and we will never stay anywhere else. Great experience!!
