In a very bad part of town. No fridge or microwave. I will not return

You pay for what to get the floor should be mopped a little bit better my microwave door locked on me so I had to unplug it. Just take my food out. The walls are pretty paperthin. You can hear your neighbors

We believe they help with the homeless problem, which is very admirable. However, when this happens, they don't always keep rooms up to an acceptable standard

Conveniently located off of the 5..and quiet. Very little riff-raff The issues with the card locks, Both nights stayed involved a second time to get a working key. The Staff was still helpful in the matter.

Experience they had spiders everywhere literally black widows on the vents the place smelt so weird and dirty never again. Girl was nice but not helpful at all couldn’t check in till 4am and I got there at 1 am after scheduling for that day a whole week ago

Gave a smoking room when a non-smoking room was booked !!! I did not stay at this hotel and instead shifted to Sundial Lodge.

This was one of the grossest motel rooms that I’ve ever stayed in. There was mold/mildew in the bathroom, my skin felt itchy in the bed and the next day I had bites on my body. The pillows were yellow and had hair on them. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Worst hotel experience ever!! I thought hotels.com had some sort of standard to be a part of their app. This motel was dirty, had people living there, where OUT of towels (we got 3 towels for our party if 4), we booked queen beds and got fulls, no blankets on the bed, just under blankets. Would never stay there again and we’ll think twice about booking with Hotels.com knowing they have places like this on their app.

We arrived after reserving a non-smoking room on Travelocity, and were told they didn't have a non-smoking room.

Room and bathroom very clean. TV worked very well and easy to figure out. There were extra chairs and nice flooring. Sheets were soft and felt luxurious. There was some freeway noise as y room was at the back of the property nearest to the I-5 freeway. But that was fine because I arrived 3 hours before check-in, and the nice young male clerk offered the room to me right away as it was ready. It was a huge plus for me.

The property has always been nice to me. I don’t have too much trouble with the location/rooms a the staff are always welcoming. Upon my check in, the clerk informed me that there were problems with the rooms that were available to me. The room I had did not have heating nor cable, which was promised upon booking. She told me to notify Booking.com to see if I could get a discount for my visit

My bag was taken from my room by employees after I checked into my room. I did not get my bag back until at least a hour later and it had been combed through with stuff missing. The staff that works at the office was standing outside talking and laughing loud at night and being a noise disturbance when I was trying to sleep.

It’s a Motel 6 it was nice

Air conditioning was noisy and woke me up when it kicked on, but while it was on, it helped drownd out the party next door, the walls must be paper thin i could here the bottles being opened. There was animal hair on the floor throughout. Wouldnt recommend or go back

It had a bed. It was cheap. Had hot water. No toiletries. Wasn't very clean. TV volume was very low. Plumbing was very loud.

This is a convenient hotel close to the freeway, but without any freeway noise. Huge plus is they offer smoking rooms, nice to have a choice. Rooms are not super up to date, but acceptable for the reasonable price. One negative is the TV service they use does not get local stations. Tried to get the local news - and they do not have it. That is something I always count on when away.

Clean rooms. Close to highway but you can’t hear it at all and I can see it from my window. Close to lots of food, both quick and sit down restaurants. Staying again. The staff is good. But the front desk guy during the day times, Maureen the housekeeper, and the front desk lady that speaks Spanish in the evenings, have all been amazing! Choosing this as my go to from now on! Side note, if you’re a guest reading this choosing between hotels or different motel 6’s, do not go to the other motel 6 right down the road, really do not, just choose this one. Their quick at check in, rooms are clean, quiet, and great price.

The rooms were supposed to be adjoining rooms, but they "didn't have any available" which was a load of crap cause we walked past a ton of empty rooms. No one stayed in them the whole time we were there. The staff were nice, but the hotel itself wasn't great.

Staff is great but the room was dirty. Had a tough time keeping the a/c on. The shower wouldn’t get hotter than Luke warm. The sink only had cold water. Price was cheep but you get what you get what you pay for.

Location is convenient I know this is a motel 6 but it's one of the bad ones. Room smelled like smoke, staff were not super helpful, and room is grungy.

The room was filthy the floors hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Everything was damaged al nd broken. The beds creaked so loudly whenever you moved and they weren't comfortable at all. The grounds were filled with people nodding out and others very "energetic" all night long. People were loud and rude. The ONLY saving grace here was the staff. They were extremely helpful and nice. I wish they could work someplace better! And the laundry facilities were good cleaned and dried clothes nicely and didn't cost too much

It's a budget hotel so there could be some touchup paint, the outside trim is weathered, could use some maintenance. But my room was clean, did not smell of smoke as they have windows that open all the way that airs them out. Will stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. Room was clean, everything worked, though there are signs of aging and needing maintenance. There are restaurants close by, but may not be walking distance. Overall the property is welcoming, convenient, well kept and basically typical for Motel 6.

Plus it is close to the freeway, but I could not hear any freeway noise so easy on and off. And plenty of restaurant choices very close. Squeaky clean room! Comfortable bed with effective A/C. Staff was wonderful too! My only complaint was there was a couple stating there that was up early every morning yelling their heads off. I alerted the staff to this but the next morning same behavior. It's not the hotels fault but people should realize that hotels aren't your own house regardless of paying for a room. I rolled in late to sleep on a long journey & it was not cool to be woken up at 8am both mornings to a sketchy yelling couple with no impulse control.

Everything about our stay was fine except when we got back on our second day there neither of our keys would open the door and the office staff was not in the office and had locked the door saying that they would be back in a few minutes. 10 minutes later in 105° Heat they finally returned and we were able to get into our room. Also, we left a few towels on the floor to be replaced and they were not replaced by the housekeeping staff

I do not recommend this hotel. The floors were dirty, noisy outside all night, consistent police presence in the form of 10 squad cars arrwsting many people, tv was broken, wifi didn't work.

Do not recommend to anyone not even basic things were provided like (microwave , fridge, table, soap) was told by front reception this things are part of the premium suites and an up charge of $60. The one thing was included they provided was coffee from 4am till 11am and when we went to get that the lady said there machine has been broken for weeks and they can’t make any. So why keep telling guest they have it when they clearly can’t provide. The rooms were not very clean and was just massive disappointment over all. We have been travling for weeks and mostly staying at motel 6 and this had to be the absolute worsts one!

Good spot to sleep, and get back on the road. Internet was slow though it wasnt useable, just used my phone instead. The showers , at least one i got had no tub , its like a open shower connected to the bathroom, not fancy but does the job. Bring your own shampoo, didnt find any. Had a bar of soap though.

This was the first stop on our road trip and for the price we paid it was decent. The woman working the front desk was very polite and great service. We felt safe in the area and even went for a little evening walk. We did see some homeless on our walk but I figured that's everywhere now in california. Shower pressure was very very weak. Room was not extremely clean especially the floor, I am petite and yet needed two very thin towels to dry off after the shower, very limited amenities, bed was okay however the noise was so loud and unpleasant that my dog kept barking off and on to make sure I was protected.

Then she said she would have to start the reservation over, even though i showed her the confirmed, PAID, receipt. She called a manager at home & was told just to start over, I said okay as long as we got the room at the same price. The new price was $10 more. The next day, when looking at my AMEX app. I saw that the first reservation DID go thru. Hence, I essentially paid TWICE for the room & the 2nd time I paid extra.

The hotel staff was great. There was homeless hanging around. People in the parking lot talked until about 11 pm. I didn't see or hear of problems but I did feel uncomfortable walking to the corner store at about 7 pm because of what appeared to be homeless hanging out. There was what appeared to be a hooker on the corner nearby. Like I said though, we had no problems and slept all night and showered in the morning. The hotel staff was great.

There was what appeared to be a hooker on the corner nearby. Like I said though, we had no problems and slept all night and showered in the morning. The hotel staff was great.

The room was ok. There was no refridge so I couldn't keep things cold. There was no shampoo so I had to go to the car and get my own. The staff was ok but I had to wait for them to return to check in. Once she was back, things went well with check in. All in all it was ok. Thankfully clean. Good price for 1 night.

My only complaint was that the lobby employees are smoking right outside the lobby so if they are out there you get a healthy dose of second hand smoke. Not pleasant at all.

Front desk staff was kind of grumpy, which is a weird thing to be when you have roaches in your room and outside of them. Loud trashy neighbor screaming at someone. convenient area with lots of fast food options. I'm pretty tolerant of hotels but roaches are just disgusting

Haven’t stayed at a Motel 6 in a long time. It was a good stay. Property had a lot of security cameras and bright spotlights for security. The cleaning staff do a really good job of cleaning the rooms and one of those dudes was really nice and welcoming. Front desk staff was helpful.

The room was not clean (so much so that we had to clean it ourselves) the bathroom door had two holes on on the unside and one on the outside. There were mysterious stains on the walls. The rolm smelled of ciggarettes.

Stayed for a night on our dive from AZ to WA - was good for the short sleep. Area was nice, off the freeway a bit. Still smelt like cigs but it was fine

I stayed for 6 days and had to ask for new towels and my room was never cleaned even when I asked them to clean it. The room itself was clean but no new towels or the trash was never emptied.

The sink area was clean, had good lighting, and counter was spacious. However, the floor had tracks of mud, the shower curtain was a little dirty at the top, the washcloths and towels had black spots on them, the air conditioner smelled bad, and two of the electrical outlets did not work. We requested first floor and were given two options. Either a room with a broken TV, or a room with a broken air conditioner. We took the one with broken TV, which was okay. The bed was pretty comfortable. There were only two pillows. Would have been nice to have four, but it was okay since we only stayed one night.

The corners in the room had spider webs and dead insects. The smoke detector was dangling of the ceiling. Television did not work.

Tive un problema no muy grave pero yo iva por 2 dias y tuve que quedarme un dia mas y al no avisar que me quedaria una noche mas la gente de limpiesa saco mis pertenencias y los llevo al lobby pero no entregaron unos calsones que deje en el cuarto lo cual ocupava para el dia extra. Al preguntar en el lobby no sabian que decir y nunca mas me dieron una respuesta lo cual no me gusto su avtitud

There was no soap at all. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower and no hand soap. The front desk said the soap was on back order. No cream for the coffee. Broken remote. Would not go back. Get some soap!

I love this place! The outdoor covered always hot giant jacuzzi is amazing. Its family run and the service and cleanliness is unsurpassed.

The air would not go below 74*, I did not have hot water for a shower multiple times and the tv remote I had to repair myself.

Affordable rooms friendly staff. it would be nice if they had the option of being able to put down a deposit for a microwave refrigerator and a coffee pot instead of having to pay extra just for a refrigerator. But I've never had an issue when I've stayed here.

One of the worst motel 6 I have ever stayed in. Phoned and asked for a bottom floor as we had bikes and golf clubs to unload and were told there were no rooms on the bottom floor.

Other Motel 6's are better, honestly, but the people who work there cant help the situation, so its not their fault

They did not have my reservation but were able to give me the same I reserved. Microwaves are an extra $10 dollars.

We saw these little kinda of clear and bigger was and around 1 a clock my wife and daughter had bites from head to toe. So we took her just to check and they where bed bugs. This is crazy especially after the last stay. Please what are you going to do about that...idk much about that and curious to the solution

My wife and I couldn't enjoy a movie or adult time for ourselves because any noise that was made there was a neighboring room that kept coming to tell us to turn down the TV and it's wasn't up loud and then again when we started they sent their oldest kid over looked like he was 12 which was around midnight to tell us to stop having adult time. We were not being loud. Because the TV was at volume 8 when they had asked us to turn the TV down and the other time we were quieter than the TV with the other. But what really got me was sending a 12 year old to go talk to people having sex like thoughts should have been thought about before sending a child over in the middle of that

The white towels had brown stains on them. Bed was clean, so that is good.

I went upstairs to my room washed up and heard water running . The sink plumbing was leaking really bad. I called the front desk to report it. Then she asked me if I wanted to get a different room ??? I will not be staying there again.

Terrible experience. Had a multiple night stay booked but wasn’t able to check in on night one because I was assigned nights on the fire I was working. Came in the next morning, before check out time, and was told my whole booking was canceled and I was not entitled to a refund OR even being able to stay the rest of the nights I needed without PAYING FOR THE WHOKE BOOKING AGAIN. Terrible communication between Hotels.com and Motel 6. Ridiculous way to treat a customer that had a multiple night booking and needed the rest of the time. Borderline criminal on taking my entire booking cost versus the first night and then expecting me to pay all over again. Terrible and would can still just hope to recoup any amount of my “stolen” booking by Motel 6. Terrible.

You get what you pay for. No amenities, just a bed, bathroom, and small desk. No fridge or microwave. Didn't check out the pool, so nothing to add there. Walls are paper thin and hear everything or neighbors did. Some maintenance issues while we were there.

Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to. Rooms look clean but all the room smell like smoke because the people who stay here have no respect for rules. You can tell that this is just the ghetto side of town. The staff was very friendly and I apologetic but both rooms were not up to par. The first room had strong smell in it and the neighbors had their window open and were smoking in their room even though it was a non-smoking section. The staff politely changed our room however that room was next to a whole family of people who were drinking and smoking right outside of the rooms and look like they had no intention of falling asleep anytime soon even though it was already almost 9:00 pm. We eventually ended up paying 75 more dollars elsewhere and it was like night and day of a difference. Unfortunately the people are what really dragged down this hotel. It looks like nothing but transients, alcoholics, and people who are on drugs. There was also a lot of shady characters just walking around the parking lot that didn't even look like they were staying there. It would just be better to avoid this place.

This is a popular hamgout for the homeless and likely drug addicted. Always 3-8 of them and their dogs hanging around outside. Constant foot traffic in out and between rooms. Lots of yelling and slamming doors day and night. If you must stay here I suggest requesting a room away from this ( staff are aware of this situation but aren'n concerned about it).
