They need a towel ROD in the bathroom. They don't service your room but then have nowhere for towels to hang. That makes zero sense. Pool area nice but the water was SO SO SO cold. Like snow runoff! Breakfast pretty good but no fruit. Loud property being right by the highway. But all in all, good, clean, great staff!

Staff was very nice, helpful and informative. Hotel was clean, beds were very comfy and the breakfast had lots of options. I will pick this hotel for all my future stays in this area.

Comfortable room and excellent coffee

I liked that there was a kitchen with plates and cups. There was enough room for a desk, couch, and a sheet to separate the bed and the couch area. It was perfect for relaxation.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. There is a delicious deli nearby that you can walk to. The staff was very friendly upon arrival, and attentive to our requests and needs. Check in and check out we’re both very quick and smooth. I will stay here again!

The room was clean. Overall it seemed new. On the website it stated amenities included an outdoor pool. The number one reason I booked it. After checking in and asking where the pool was, I was told it was seasonal and didn’t open til April 1. I have a screen shot from the website and it does not state seasonal pool. It was in the 90’s when we were there so a pool should have been open.

Beds were pretty awful like extremely cheap and bedding wasn't cozy at all... For a Hilton and the cost I am surprised and wouldn't stay again.

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $30 FOR A MISSING SHOWER CURTAIN. SERIOULSY??? SHOWER CURTAIN? A - SHOWER - CURTAIN? And you don't even have to guess whether we took it or not. So disappointed. Hilton USED to be our favorite hotel

Quick stay for business. Staff was very friendly, room clean. Only complaint was shower did not get very hot.

Would have given 5 stars if the breakfast was better.

My biggest complaint is that it was like staying at a kennel with all the dogs. I like dogs but I don't think they belong in a hotel room. There was one in the room next door that would not stop barking. Secondly, the breakfast could have been much better.

The silverware the way it was out with everybody grabbing in it seemed unsanitary to me and there no cups out for juice.

Well where the air conditioner was under the window. Was leaking water on the carpet and made it soaking wet. And the shampoo bottle didn’t work. Breakfast could be a little bit more.

Unfortunately the people next to me were very loud. The continuous slammed their door and they were talking loudly. At one point they knocked on a door that was locked between the two rooms, throwing my dogs into loudly barking. Not very restful. I did not complain or call the desk. The desk attendant was very nice and friendly. I just made do and kept my dogs quiet

The customer service was not good by any means. Front desk staff was rude and not real helpful. The room was nice and clean, but the breakfast bar was disgustingly filthy and many items were out and not replaced in a timely manner. I will not go back nor do I recommend this place for any traveler. Stay clear and find another hotel to stay in.

This was our 5th stay over the last 2 years here and our last visit exceeded our last great experiences. Tatiana who checked us in was an absolute gem! I travel for work and stay in various hotels throughout the country and have many customer service interactions and none have prompted me to write a review. Tatiana will bring us back here again! I have no doubt she will rise quickly through your company- thank you for making our tired and weary family feel welcomed with her warm and friendly hospitality!

Loved the breakfast. Fitness center and rooms were amazing

The hotel itself was comfortable, and the services were handled efficiently. However, my interaction with the front desk left me with mixed feelings. When I tried to engage politely and asked how her day was, the staff member responded in a way that felt mocking and insincere, which made the experience uncomfortable. While she did provide the necessary service professionally, the lack of genuineness and apparent dislike for her role was noticeable. This detracted from the otherwise pleasant stay.

When we checked in our room was dirty. When we reported we were given clean bedding for us to change. There was no other room for us to move to. Next day we reported and asked for a manager. The manager told her staff that she was busy and would call. 2 days later we still haven’t received a call.

Loved everything about hotel only criticism would be breakfast average and make sure to get extra pillows at check in, clearly not enough. Only 3 for a king size bed and pull out had 2; worse front desk had no extra so 4 adults 5 little pillows.

The room was spacious and clean. The living room area of the room was perfect for relaxing with a meal we heated up in the mini kitchen. The pool area was small but refreshing for the hot weather.

This is our second stay (months apart) where someone has left their dogs barking in the room during the day. (First day it was two days in a row. Reported to staff with nothing done. Ended up moving hotels.

Room was nice, clean and large and the staff helped with the requests for the reservation. Good variety for breakfast as well. Was a bonus to have a mini kitchen in the room.

Booked from travelocity's websie like a month in advance but when trying to chek in, we were told since we booked from 3rd party, they do not have rooms for me and my family so we were turned out. how can travelocity add hotels and charge customers for room in advance and not be able to guarantee the booking went through and provide inconvenience. If there was issue, travelocity should have infirmed in advance itself and not suffer .

This was our first time traveling with our small dog and the hotel was amazing. Having gathering space at the property for hanging out with our family in town was perfect. Really love this hotel and will be back

I have a service dog, clearly vested. Without trekking me they charged me $50 for a pet. I didn’t know this until I saw my credit card. They could have asked me for paperwork for my service dog, which I have.

Nice hotel

Our family was there for a celebration of life for a family member. We wanted to meet as a family after the service and the staff made sure we had a place to gather. The staff was incredible. The rooms were great and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Half empty juice bottle in fridge, dirty glasses, bathroom was dirty, window was unlocked. We were on the 3rd floor and the very large window had no safety features, someone could walk right out it. Overall a waste of money.

The carpet smells terrible and made our feet black! Not just dirty, black!! We were trying to ask for compensation of some sort because of the misrepresentation of the kitchen especially, but no luck. Also, in 2024 you should definitely recycle, what a way to run hotels, Hilton. Huge disappointment

Terrible rude!! No one will answer the phone from your service. I won’t use this app again. No one will help you. No one will do anything. I got charged for room that was never used nor will they refund me never use this.

Found a pair of underwear in a drawer. The body wash container in the shower was empty.
