The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa

Rooms were clean and staff was awesome. Breakfast was eh, wish it was better and had better options in the buffet/menu sections.

Loved it!

Hot tub is old and tike missing. Bed has a used band aid in the second queen bed sheets. Room air unit went out had to have engineer fix it. Jacuzzi heater blew out on Saturday. Staff couldn’t care iess. Hamburger was frozen. Pizza is Digiorno frozen pizza sold for 22.00. Outrageous. Wife’s purse had 62.00 stolen at the poolside area. Staff member that I brought this up to was defensive ahd instead of saying we should bring this to the security team he said it wasn’t me bro….

It was a nice resort the room was huge and it was the best deal we found in the area Will definitely try to go back to the same place

overall everything was good. They do need more staff in the front office long wait during day hours.

David, the pool manager was amazing. He helped us so much.

The property is large and beautiful. The amenities weren’t as well maintained (e.g., The smaller pool was out of towels all day). But overall good place for families!

Staff was friendly and it was fun for kids. Lots to do. Food was good. Room was nice and clean. Pool was super. Slides were great fun!

We ended up getting second floor and no surprise at all. I expected a lot more for a 4 star resort.

I love the atmosphere

I will definitely one back here for my birthday and just a getaway. The pool, the bar, and the rooms were all great. Not so crowded and plenty of room. I just loved my stay. Met some really nice people there.

The house keeper left our door to our room open, unattended.

Staff did not fulfill any basic requests I asked for in advance: for the sofa bed to be prepared as a bed before check-in and for extra towels to be added to our room. I made multiple requests, no acknowledgment or apology from staff for not addressing the asks. I also noticed an incorrect $126 charge on my bill at checkout - front desk clerk told me, “well, stuff happens, I’ll take it off your bill.” Again, no apology, or acknowledgment that should t have happened. Poor guest services in general.
