Nothing They canceled my reservation without any reason. Rude and bad service

Because of this, we were left scrambling late at night while every nearby hotel was sold out. We ended up having to spend the night in our car, which was extremely stressful, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable after paying in advance for a room. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. A reservation should mean your room is guaranteed, especially when it has already been paid for.

Front desk staff very lovely and welcoming. My only recommendation is to advise the free shuttle service (it’s called “The GOAT”) to fix their App interface because it asks you “by what time you need to arrive at the airport” and then proceeds to offer to pick you up between that time and 15 minutes after that time, which guarantees you’ll be actually arriving at the airport later than the time you selected to arrive there at. Plus when you add on another 15-30 minutes to pick up other guests at other hotels along the way as well as the actual drive itself to the airport, you’re looking at arriving there 30-60 minutes AFTER the time you selected to ARRIVE THERE BY. A really obvious error and common sense update that they need to make ASAP on their App to ensure that guests do not arrive late and miss their flight. Also this App also needs to update their GPS interface because when I first attempted it (inside my hotel), it insisted that I walk across a large shopping center parking lot with all my luggage to go to a different hotel to get picked up by the shuttle?!?!? How ridiculous is that, especially for the elderly and/or disabled let alone everyone else. I paid to stay at a hotel advertising an airport shuttle, so fix the App to ensure it 100% picks the guest up at THEIR hotel, as advertised.

The staff very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms with plenty of amenities. The pool was rather dirty. A lot of leaves and debris. It needed to get cleaned but other than that, it was great.

I think the hotel was very clean, I am very impressed with how clean and neat everything was. Check in staff were very friendly. My only complaint would have to be checking out and the housekeeping staff, if check out is at 12pm why are we knocking on the door at 9am even with the “do not knock” on the door handle? Then again at 10:30am.. at that point I just grabbed my things and left.

Our room was pre paid we dod the deposit they told us one card did not work we showed them it did and they asked for my card charged it too and now they keep trying to charge us the cost of the prepaid room on top of two deposits

Not much. Noisy. Initially the AC and television were not working and maintenance had to come in - very inconvenient. Room next door very loud at 110pm , lasting for over an hour.

The staff was so awesome and sweet! We were there for a funeral and they were very accommodating to our needs! What I thought was a negative were the rooms they were outdated and basic for the price ! Over the years Marriott has went downhill . I honestly wouldn’t stay at a Marriott hotel again . The only reason it’s not 1 star is because of the staff.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Ontario, and unfortunately, our experience was quite frustrating due to several issues with the amenities. The bedding was a major concern. Our daughters had to sleep on the mattress from the living room couch because there was no suitable place to put the main mattress on the floor. That couch mattress had exposed springs and was very uncomfortable, causing our children to wake up with aches. In the kitchen area, the microwave was installed in a way that it couldn’t open fully due to the wall placement. Although the hotel provided a smaller microwave, it wasn’t suitable for larger meals. Additionally, the oven was placed next to the refrigerator without proper ventilation, making the kitchen extremely hot and unsafe for our kids to be around when the oven was in use. To add to the inconvenience, we had to keep the oven door open while cooking because the sheet pans provided—and even those we bought ourselves—did not fit inside. This made it difficult to prepare meals, especially during something like a Christmas dinner, and was simply not the level of convenience we expected. In summary, these issues made our stay far from comfortable, and we hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously. We’d rate the experience a 3 out of 5, due to the staff being very helpful. but overall, it was quite disappointing for the price.

The hotel needs a dedicated security staff and more security cameras. A man dressed in all black knocked on my door at 4:00 am and then disappeared.

I was aware of the 10$ parking fee after booking so wasn't surprised at check-in, but yeah pretty pricey. There was also a random piece of bolt/nut below the A/C, and a sticky-looking stain on the corner wall that I saw when I laid down on the bed. The bed was too soft for me as well.

The TV remote had sticky keys and didn't work. Someone must have spilled a drink on it. Went to the desk to get a replacement. They said they had not replacements. Not sure how that could be a good business model. No TV remote replacements for a medium sized hotel. Also, they had an ice machine, but no ice buckets. I had to ask about this and was given a thin plastic bag for the ice. That was all they could find. Staff was helpful, but seems that the site was managed poorly.

Horrible front desk out. This hotel definitely needs help, especially on a holiday. They need someone who knows what they're doing. I was not able to check into my room two times. I had to book again on hotels.com another error and nobody could help. It's a simple fix. I figure if you're able to prove receipts. The actual debit card multiple IDs. It should be something that can be fixed right there on the spot. However, that was not the case. I had to spend another almost $500 for a room for one night to get my family out of the cold

This has become a regular place for me and my husband. We love it. Zero complaints. Crystal at the front desk really was great. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We were probably driving her crazy but she was amazing. Definitely we would recommend. Great place to stay

This place has been great. The staff was amazing and so warm and welcoming. And attentive. Me and my husband have now stayed twice and will again. Its quiet, so clean and comfortable and perfect location. I highly recommend. We love it!

Bathroom doors can inadvertently be locked. We were locked out of the bathroom at 2 am and the staff told us that we would have to come downstairs to use the restroom because maintenance was not available at that hour. The other alternative the staff gave us was to try picking the lock. For the two-bedroom suite, there were only two trash cans, and both were too small.

The place was not bad. However, on my last day, as I was getting ready to leave. I saw a big bed bug crawling across a pillow. I spent the rest of the morning and early afternoon doing laundry as to not bring any bed bugs home with me.

Hotel was clean and the room was perfect for our needs. Only downside was how thin the walls seemed at times and the beds were not as comfortable as i would have hoped. But overall the stay went well and I would stay here again in the future if need be.

After traveling for 8+ hours, hotel member told me that they cancelled my reservation without any warning. Didn't receive a phone call or an email out of common courtesy. My friends and I had to call around to different hotels just find somewhere else to stay. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I forgot to request a handicap-accessible room. The front desk representative was able to secure a first-floor room for which we are very grateful!! The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The only negative we experienced was a noticeable stench in the room. We tried air fresheners, however, that didn't work. I imagine the cleaning crew had tried to remove it as well. Other than that, it was a really nice pleasant stay.

I have back issues and driving, sitting for hours leaves me in much pain. I got to the hotel after 11pm and could barely walk into the office. Maria (the gal working the counter) was so helpful, I was in so much pain I had to sit so she came to me to get my card and DL to check me in, then gave me a room right down the hall so as to get to a bed as soon as possible. The room was very clean, everything was clean...frig, everything in bathroom clean, carpet, everything was great. The breakfast was good, I wanted my bacon cooked more, the gal working the kitchen didn't hesitate at all, she good some extra bacon and brought it to me. The oatmeal bar was full of all kinds of goodies making it a full meal in its self. I travel alone a lot, I felt very safe and was so comfortable that I have booked four more stays there for next month. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Great location, tons of shopping and complimentary breakfast after a long night is always a plus. The full kitchen is a great amenity to have. Felt like a timeshare unit but overall 10/10 definitely visiting this property again in the near future.

We had a great stay at this location. I have no complaints about the hotel... Everything met our needs and was perfect. I love the idea of having a kitchen in case we wanted to cook. Area was nice and clean. Lots of options for places to eat. We will definitely be staying again. I would highly recommend.

We started off in a 2 br suite. It was great till our toilet flooded and we had to switch rooms. We didn’t get switched to another suite which sucked because thats what we paid for.

I’m usually over look there little things the only thing I didn’t like is that inside the drawers next to the bed there were used tissues (Ew) and a hand towel (mega ew) lol so gross meaning they did not fully clean properly and that’s pretty disgusting it being used tissue and towel next to the bed ! And in one of the rooms there was a drawing made by someone taped behind the door, which is no big deal but again means everything wasn’t fully cleaned out which is important with all this COVID going around. The elevator also worked when we got there but not when we were leaving for the night I called to let them no and when we came back it still didn’t work even the next day. Also breakfast included wasn’t too bad, hey it’s free. if you wanna grab some coffee and muffins and their parfait was yummy! All in all it work for what we needed it for a comfy bed nice area close to the Toyota arena and enough room for my family.

The elevator also worked when we got there but not when we were leaving for the night I called to let them no and when we came back it still didn’t work even the next day. Also breakfast included wasn’t too bad, hey it’s free. if you wanna grab some coffee and muffins and their parfait was yummy! All in all it work for what we needed it for a comfy bed nice area close to the Toyota arena and enough room for my family.

The parking spaces are pretty straight forward and close to the entrances. Not only that, there are several restaurants in the same shopping center as the hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet has a handful of options to choose from and they are well made. The rooms felt like a second home to me. A great bed, a pull out bed from the couch, and a little kitchen. The kitchen comes with a few appliances and a nice fridge too. The lamps by the bed come with USB ports which is really nice and handy. The smart TV is really nice with crisp images. The bathroom is spacious and comes with plenty of towels. I will definitely try to stay here in the future.

We stayed here for the weekend for a festival in San Bernardino. Upon checking in, we noticed there were a lot of eating areas around the hotel with plenty of parking to accommodate. We were greeted and told that our room was available for an upgrade which included a kitchen and a pull out bed. Our room before did not include a kitchen but had two beds. Service and cleanliness were great. The only problem was the pullout couch that was provided to us. The springs in the bed were horrible and when you lay down it wasn’t comfortable at all. Maybe we should’ve kept our other room. If the hotel sees this, it was room 203. Please fix this for your next customer because my back hurt the next day.

I booked my stay over 2 months ago and when I called the hotel to see if my group and I can check in early, they notified me that they changed our room without notice. We went from a 2 bedroom suite to a 1 bedroom suite. It would’ve been nice if they emailed their patrons when changes are made. Other than that, the FOH, Levina, was very pleasant. She lowered our rate and provided my group and I with a roll out bed for the inconvenience. Though we were downgraded to a smaller room, the room was still quite spacious. The hotel was also very clean and provided us with complimentary breakfast meals!

I am in a wheelchair, and they were always more than happy to stash my wheelchair for me so that we didn’t have to load it in the car or take it back up to the room. When I would come back and my son wasn’t with me, they were happy to bring it out to the car for me. That was very much appreciated.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The room was basically a small apartment. The two bedrooms were perfect for our stay. My parents came with us and had their own room with their own t.v. I loved the fact that it came with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes! It even had a sofa and dining table. The hotel and our suite was very modern and up-to-date. Usually, the advertised pictures looks better than the actual room, but my experience was the opposite. The hotel is located in a shopping center surrounded by so many dining options. And across the street is an even bigger shopping mall with a Starbucks and ATM. It is the perfect location for a hotel. Plenty of parking, as well. And we were able to see our cars from our room. Can’t wait to go back!

I really like the fact that it has a kitchenette. Able to cook our own food. But not crazy about how they care for each room when you stay multiple nights they gave us a hard time to clean the room even with this coved-19 going on you would think they would disinfect the room everyday. But that's not the case We were told if you stay more than one day we clean it every 7 days.

The best part of this stay was the very helpful woman at the front desk-Jessie. She went above and beyond her duties to make us feel welcome and make our stay extra amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great and there was everything we needed within walking distance. And we got great rates for the rooms through Expedia! Highly recommend!

When we got to the room it was flooded and water had a bad smell and brown stuff and our luggages got wet. So concierge did not have a choice and moved us to a 2 bedroom, so much for no availability to move us huh?... Anyway during our check out at 9am, I told morning concierge of what happened the night before amd she offered me snacks for free from their store...wth? I was hoping for a atleast 1 one free night at any townsplace espcially with my birthday coming up om the 22nd. When that was all she offered, I was disappointed, I mean snacks? Really?

Over priced for a suite, I was told we pay $211 &’ it was only one night. They charge $240 for one night, got into the room and there was stench in there, a bad smell. The front desk was rude to one of my family members who came to visit telling him to wait outside after he was asked what he’s doing, standing in the hallway. I will never book another room with these guys. It was ghetto.

Check in was disappointing, manager was preoccupied. Shower in room barely worked, looked like it had been addressed before but not properly fixed.
