Location and the staff were nice Bed size and TV size, both were small. Queen beds are pretty standard, this hotel only offered double. The TV was extremely small. Our bathroom door did not close all the way. Upon check in we were told there were no food options on site however as we walked out to go get breakfast there were a couple of people clearly eating a breakfast in the bar area. No vending machines is strange

The hotel itself and the room where all fine. The problems started when we reserved two nights and after the first night the cleaning staff tried to enter the room when we were inside. I was taking a shower and my wife and son were resting but after just one quick knock the cleaning staff entered, despite us locking the door and even using the lock above the doorknob. Then, when we were checked in, our reservation was someone combined with the reservation of another person and we were actually given the room of the other person. The next day because the mistake could not be undone, we were temporarily charged an extra night because the other person's room we were given was only for one night. I showed the staff confirmation that my reservation was only for one night. We were reassured the charged would be refunded as it was only a deposit for incidentals. We left and several days later the charges still appeared in our bank account, so I called to talk to the hotel staff. The first time I called I was assured it would be taken care of. A few more days went by, nothing changed. I called again and spoke with the same person that helped me during our stay at the hotel. He did remember what happened but all he could do was document everything and leave it for the assistant manager to review the next day. Instead of waiting to see what happened I called the next day and spoke with the assistant manager. Finally I was able to get confirmation that the money would be refunded.

Easy to park. Great restaurant options within walking distance. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The sliding bathroom door was also a odd choice.

This is a nice hotel. The problems I found an issue were the limited hours of operations for the restaurant and bar. Over wise, great location and hotel.

Perfect location for our purpose Half empty water bottle, funny musty smell in room, but for our purpose it was fine. I booked online a room with two beds and a couch but didn’t get that. Said heated pool but it was ice cold.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff interactions were friendly. There was a fair amount of street noise on weekend nights so I needed to use ear plugs. There was a pleasant residential neighborhood a block away that made a for good place for a morning walk.

Facilities are dated and worn out, employees are nice, but short staffed at the restaurant. Ceilings are not sound proof so could hear any movement in the room above.

Experience was amazing and a shout out to the service agent Brian, we ran into him on 2/13 towards the end of the night. He is a walking representation of hospitality! He was super kind and friendly, and just elevated our overall experience at the hotel!

Second time staying here. First time was wonderful. This time, we got a room where the fridge was outside of the cabinet, near our bed and it was loud. I don’t know why I guess bc this fridge is bigger and didn’t fit. Also, the pillows are flat. Please consider new pillows

The rooms temperature couldn’t be adjusted the AC seemed broken.. the room was hot and stuffy causing me a headache all night

There were multiple hotel room parties on my floor with loud music going all night and the entire floor smelled like weed. Staff did not care. Went out to my car to get my phone charger and witnessed a police chase and arrest in the hotel parking lot. Definitely a party hotel and not a good place to stay if you're in the area for business and need good rest. Also wasn't very clean, my room was ok but the carpet in the hallways were covered in stains and there was trash on the ground in the hallway near the elevators that was still there when I checked out two days later. No complimentary hotel breakfast is also disappointing for this price point.

Filthy rooms. We found tobacco pouches on the floor, hair and dirt on the bathtubs and surfaces, horrible check in experience with multiple errors and argumentative staff. The breakfast service was great though with a friendly and fast server

We ended up leaving this hotel due to the condition of the mattresses. We tried three different rooms and each were horrible. It literally looked like the mattresses had been soaked in urine and blood. Shocking from this hotel brand. I am still waiting on a full refund. They should be embarrassed to even offer these rooms.

I didn’t like that I had to change rooms because there was hair all on the bathroom floor. I also didn’t like it that I had one breakfast included and they said it was T in their system then I had to go back to the fourthflour and get my confirmation to prove it. The worker Koru was rude and a smarty Pa T-shirt. I will NEVER go back there. It’s over rated!

We were greeted by a kind gentleman at check in. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room was a king sized bed for just a one night stay. The room was very clean as well as the restroom. The bedroom offers lots of storage if needed and also includes a mini fridge. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was not included but not a big deal. The hotel is in the center of multiple shopping centers. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

My room needed a deep cleaning. Under the sink was bad. The air conditioner was pretty dirty.

Great location, decent rooms. Reasons they fell short: Elevator was out of service causing the other to malfunction due to frequent use. Lobby, elevator area and hallways were a bit untidy

We enjoyed our stay. We got a room on the 3rd floor and it was pretty quiet. We’ve been searching all over Rancho for a decent, yet affordable hotel for our monthly visits to see family and I thing we finally found the right one!

Our stay here was horrible. Bar area had vulgar drunks, offering themselves to guests, that bartender stated were regulars, wow. One bar patron had a large dog that approached us. Upon arriving to our room, gentleman laying in hallway just hanging out, near our room door. Advised front desk and were nonchalant about it. One night there was a party with loud music underneath our room that didn’t stop until 11pm. Next morning woken up with loud music at 8am, another uninformed event. Front desk didn’t care and didn’t bother to let any rooms know of these events. Placed a family with kids right above event area we didn’t know they had. Front desk on cell phones or in back room hanging out. Would Never Stay Here Again.

I ordered a King room and I was notified I was moved to the handicap accessible room. Although it was a King the bed was extremely lumpy. I had to try and prop pillows behind my back and didnt really sleep the entire evening. In addition the hot water wasnt working and I couldnt shower. The air conditioning was stuck on high and the room was freezing upon entering. The AC options didnt work so I had to unplug it. Hours later I wok up sweating because then it became too hot. Just a nightmare of an experience.

My stay was great and the staff was amazing. Our bartender Vincent really made our night and made amazing drinks! The only thing I wish was better were our pillows. They were very Flat but other than that everything else was great.

The room was nice and spacious. The bedding was clean and the room was nice and cool. Some surfaces weren’t wiped, but I wipe them down anyway. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Great value for the price. We were there for the 4th of July and the city had a fireworks show right across the street. Bonus!!! There is great shopping and restaurants nearby and the hotel is located in a very nice area.

We'd stayed occasionally at the property before the COVID pandemic, and this is our first time back since then! It's very conveniently located near the Victoria Gardens outdoor mall and many other shopping and dining places along Foothill Blvd--such a great option, highly recommend!

In town for a party. We arrived early and was able to check in. Staff was courteous and efficient. Rooms are clean and stocked. Plenty of spacious parking.

The atmosphere was welcoming, very clean and always smelt refreshing. Front desk was very helpful when other guest would complain about my husband and I’s kids, they would just walk around not playing around. My husband was at the front desk when another guest was complaining. He advised the noise is our kids walking not playing around, with a calming approach we moved rooms to please the other guests. Anthony was very accommodating and we got a room closest to the pool for our kids and it was a very mum

We were very happy with the hotel. I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open due to staffing issues. However there were plenty of restaurants in the area. The bed was a little hard for me but overall, this was a very nice hotel in a great location for my needs.

Loud obnoxious guests making noise at all hours of the day/ night. Staff has no idea what’s happening on the floors. They never moved from the front desk and there is no security. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The lady came up to us with an attitude to check in. The price and fees that expedia showed and gave me for a receipt was less than what we were being charged for. The incidental deposit was supposed to be $50 according to Expedia and my confirmation email but the lady said it’s “typically” $100 or more for their hotel. She just kept saying “idk but that’s with a third party so i can’t change it”

I was disappointed they did not offer some sort of breakfast offered for the price of the room. They did have a "restaurant" on site you could order food. It was small but sufficient. ($32.00 for two people) The food was good though! There are lots of places around the area to eat if you have a car available, some places you could even walk to if desired. Another surprise was the $5.00 per night parking fee. I didnt expect to pay for parking! Over all a nice place to stay, I'd recommend this place!

They sell a breakfast of real actual food in the morning. Worth that alone. Everything else was excellent too. Including the service.

I was surprised at how rough and thread bare the towels were. I had stayed at the Best Western the night before, (my power was out), and the towels there were much better. I expected more for my extra $40 a night.

4 points has a habit of double charging you when you book through hotels.com etc. I am no longer interested in staying at their location's.

The website said mini fridge, clock, radio, HBO, and WI-FI included. Room had none of the above except WI-FI, but the WI-FI was not secure so you couldnt access any sites. Stay away from this hotel. Total rip off.

There was a roach. I found a roach in my duffel bag after staying here. I will never stay there again. I deep cleaned my house because I was afraid that the one I found was not the only one.

Understand if if is once but it was going on for about 6-7 hours.

New manager and it shows! Great staff for morning and evening evening shifts very accommodating very customer service orientated. The pool and hot tub lead a little work as it relates to getting it cleaned otherwise a great stay.

The shower had someone else’s hair on the wall, there was a pad wrapper inside of the cushion of the chair and my son had found it. The room smelt nice but overall cleaniness id give it a 5/10

We also called the front desk to ask about how to get ice and they explained there is an ince machine on each floor. The issue is that we didn't have an ice bucket in our room. They said they'd send someone up to bring us one and again, no one came. The property itself is nice but the service is lacking.

The room is always clean and well appointed. Our only complaint during this current stay was the air conditioning unit in our room was very loud - So loud that we cannot hear the television. We had to turn on closed captioning, otherwise we'd have to put the TV on full volume and risk disturbing our neighbors late a night. This won't prevent us from booking at this hotel in the future. The pros definitely outweigh this one small con.

The Staff was really Amazing. Although our room wasn't cleaned the day before we left. Also, there was no chest of drawrs. There was one outsde the room but none in the room.
