The carpet needed to be vacuumed better. There were crumbs on it. I do not like the fact that the room gets done every other day.

The room was clean, though the bathroom had a faint smell. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast provided was good. I would stay here again.

We have been traveling for a few days and stayed at a few different places and the place that we stayed before this location had a terrible air conditioner so we were hot the entire stay so it was nice to finally relax in a comfortable space during the heat wave. I also had a nice breakfast that came with our stay which we really appreciated. We were using Netflix on the TV, but the volume on it would not go up so it was very hard to hear. The volume on the regular programs was very loud but as soon as we return on Netflix, we could barely hear it.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice and very clean; however, there was no water provided in the room. Unlike most Marriotts, we weren't even offered a bottle of water. I appreciate having bottled water available in the room to make coffee if desired. Additionally, the breakfast was not enjoyable. I ended up choosing potatoes and bacon. The potatoes were so cold that I couldn't eat them, so they can keep that complimentary breakfast. Overall, I'd rate it 3 out of 5!

I liked that it was in a good area next to the CHP so i had no worries & the hotel looked very clean & nice. I lived the shower & the spray head was great! Very strong pressure the best. I didn't like the bed size, it said the beds were Queen but for me they were more full. I couldn't fit in the bed with my husband.

The pool did not have a closed sign, but you couldn’t get into the pool area.

The room service rep on floor 4 cleanimg the rooms was wonder.and friendly she was just a delight. Food was good overall had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place, nice and clean. The breakfast area was roomy and the options were yummy. The staff was wonderful and attentive, the only thing that would need attention is the matress had a dip on the side closer to the middle bedside table from sitting. The room does have a chair but a noce chair on the corner would be nice.

The young lady that checked us in was amazing. Rooms were very spacious.

The property was very safe and staff very friendly. The only issue i had was a little confusion with communication in room towels and cleaning.

Awesome customer service by Johnathan. He assisted me in checking in while the lobby was busy about a week ago. Very friendly and attentive as it appeared as though his colleague was too overwhelmed with his own customer to even greet us. I also appreciated his approach taking his time to explain about amenities and nearby areas to visit. The hotel is clean, centric to various places and has a great breakfast!

Everything was excellent loved every moment of my time here

I found bed bugs on my bed. I told the front desk and all they said was that they were going to clean the room. They didn’t try to make it right now I have to wash my pillow and clothes because I don’t want the bed bugs coming into my home.

A bar in the hotel would be great! .

Great place to stay when visiting Rancho Cucamonga! Located right across the street from a huge mall with all kinds of restaurants and shops. Super friendly staff. Seemed like a new-ish hotel. Very clean. Was able to get a late check out upon request. Will definitely be back!

I stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised. I like that it’s not around other hotels which makes it private. The staff was very friendly and helpful which I appreciated but not too overbearing and also welcoming. Also really liked that it’s next to CHP which brings ease to me staying with my family. I would definitely stay here again.

The "free" breakfast was just "ehh." I stayed at a Staybridge Inn, which featured eggs, bacon, and sausage, which this breakfast lacked.

Nice and quiet property with many things to do around

The front office lady I think her name was Elizabeth, she was so kind when we checked in and when I called earlier she was so kind when I had some questions about the check in process. And the stay was good, easy to find the room, breakfast was ok!

The room was nice. However, we got a suite and the tv didn’t work in the living room area. When we pulled out the couch to turn it into a bed for my son it was dirty. There was hair and food crumbs so he had to sleep in bed with us. The shower also had some wear and signs of mold in the corner.

The staff was also very nice and knowledgeable. We had arrived early and they were able to quickly accommodate us with a room. Thank you!

I enjoyed this property for the most part the walls seem to be very thin. The last two nights of my stay I was left awake due to the sound of snoring and moaning from a neighboring room and one night/early morning the CHP next door kept testing their sirens on multiple occasions. ( I’m guessing they were checking into work) The breakfast options were decent not many meat options during my stay but they did have soggy breakfast egg and ham sandwiches. Can’t go wrong with the waffles and yogurt though. I enjoyed the hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies that were put out in the lobby in the evening.

We have stayed at this property February 2020 and were pleased with the room and staff. We were not happy to hear about the post Covid cleaning policy. I like having fresh sheets and towels each day. Charles who was on the front desk at night is great and the lady that checked us in also was great.

Service at the front desk was exceptional. The female who checked us in was nice and attentive.

The staff was hospitable and friendly. The room was nice and well spaced out. The comforter was dirty as it had a lot of yellow stains on it. Wish I had taken photos. There was also what seemed to be a straw wrapper behind the trashcan when I arrived. I told the front desks and they replaced all the sheets.

First off id just like to swy Adriana at the front desk was super helpful and kind, she greeted me with a smile. Everything was up to par as far as cleanliness . Im.looking forward to my next visit.

The t.v is set to a low volume, so you can't hear your shows sports games as clear as you would like, everything else was ok

What i would like to adjust is the lighting in the room to be more brighter . Good for guests who can’t see well in dim lights especially if you have older/senior citizens who can’t see well. The lamp shades were not working well for them but other than that we are very happy with our stay and we will come back again! Thanks fairfield Inn & Suites.

Such a very clean hotel and pleasant staff! Parking is free. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area, surrounded with restaurants and other eateries. Mind you, this hotel is a skip-and-hop away from Ontario Mills Outlet. We'll be coming back for sure!

The frequency of room cleaning is poor. If you stay fur more than three days then your room is “refreshed” every other day. We stayed for five nights. Sheets never changed, room did not appear to be vacuumed. We had to go to front for clean towels in the non “refresh days”. In these times, cleanliness should be a top priority for the hotel . Breakfast was included but was not good. Beds were comfortable. This was our second time staying at this particular hotel location but would not stay again.

This was our second time staying at this property. The first time was great, but this time had its challenges. We had a noisy neighbor who blasted their TV starting at 10:00pm and we could hear Jimmy Kimmel Live almost clearly through the wall. The front desk staff was hesitant to do anything about it until I said I would knock on the neighbor's door and tell them to turn it down if they didn't. They finally knocked on their door and got the noisy neighbor to turn down/off the TV at around 12:30am. Not a pleasant stay due to this.

Rooms was nice ...updated... clean...had everything you needed. The conntential breakfast was good too.
