Cockroaches all over the room especially under the mini fridge

One towel, no other but floor mat. Homelesss crap near room, no coffee i. Room.

I liked how large the room/bathroom was. There was a lot of trash around the building. There wasn’t a lot of toiletries or any washcloths/hand towels. The sheets had a few stains on them. The room had half a roll of toilet paper. The gentleman that helped me check in, wasn’t very friendly.

Room seemed sort of clean. Facility is run down. Rooms lacked basic amenities such as cups, coffee maker, hair dryer. Didn't even have a trash can. Rest room off lobby was filthy. Feces in the toilet, toilet paper everywhere, no towels or hand dryer. Place has definitely seen better days.

The place is really dirty. That Front Desk person is really rude and they have flies all over. The lobby is really dirty is not a hotel to take the family. I couldn’t stay one night and people is fixing the cars and the parking lot and a lot of homeless around the hotel. Nothing I didn’t like it I didn’t. I couldn’t say even one night.

The staff was friendly Everything else. I had requested a first floor since I am disabled and it is very hard to carry my things. The first room he gave me I walked over to it and turned around and went back and asked for a different room there was so much garbage back there and dog poop. The second room was ok but there was no cart so I had to take four trips to bring my things in. I had to ask for a fridge. I had to clean the floor. The bedspread was stained and the two towels were stained.The bed was ok.The second night I noticed roaches and found a bunch under the fridge. I spent most of that night getting the roaches and flushing them. Then there was someone tapping on the wall off and on all night. There was no type of breakfast. When I was ready to check out I showed the front desk person a dead cockroach in a coffee cup. He took off the deposit which is a joke they should give us the deposit. I asked him for having to deal with all that and all he said was I have to talk to my manager. Of course I heard nothing. I will be calling and asking again. I will not stay there again. It was very stressful.I kept checking on my car. I was able to find a spot where I could see my car. I was afraid to go anywhere and lose that spot. If I hadn't already paid for the room I would not have stayed and I knew since it was a Saturday anywhere else would have been a lot more. I took a lot of pictures since there were a lot of things in the room I didn't want to get charged for.

the location was great for access to Lake Natoma, meant it was just a short walk to the water. Easy access onto and off the freeway as well. Parking was good. staff were on hand when i needed them. the first room i checked into, had no lights, just wiring hanging out. there was rubbish in the common areas and stairs, wifi ran slow, if you got it, bathroom had no extraction fan, water pooled on the floor. The hotel signs were partly covered up, place didn't feel safe.

When I arrived at location the cops were dealing with sum domestic incident that had just happened. He literally said as he walked by. If that truck " my mobile diesel technician truck" is loaded with tools, parts or supplies, I would not stay here and leave that unattended for any amount of time on this property.

Not much It was dirty. The pool was dirty. They didn’t give me a key. One towel. No shampoos or soap. No garbage can. No coffee pot.

Nothing. I didn’t like anything about this motel. It was a worse experience I ever had. My first motel got canceled. And others were booked due to Memorial Day holiday. I had to pick this one. I had no more options. It was very bad. No cleanliness. Dog poop everywhere. Weed and smoke smell in entire motel and was worse in my room. First they gave me a ground floor room. On which the AC was not working and there was would in the bathroom. No trash cans in the room. The entire room smelled really bad. I had to change my room. Because I had a kids with me and my mom. He gave a room on second floor. The room seemed ok, ac was working but there was no options to set the temperature. There was no would in the bathroom but the shower was broken the pillows were in a bad shape. The ploy wool of the pillow was coming out. The room smelled very bad too. The neighbors were very loud and playing loud music at 11:15 pm. I had to go and tell them to slow it down, we all are trying to sleep. The next day they did not serve any breakfast or any snacks. The next day I didn’t take I just got up and left the place asap. And informed the manager that the service was not satisfactory. He just gave me a lame excuse saying that after Covid this place was turned into a homeless shelter and since then we are trying to sell it. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Please!!! Never.!!!!!

The man who runs the desk I believe his name is Mark he was so helpful for me and my wife he was a good worker

The motel had cockroaches. It was clearly a drug living motel. The room was not kept up. My husband had to fix the toilet for us to use it. Definitely do not recommend this place. When I told the clerk they had roaches he did not seem to care.

Was disappointed,the people next door was loud and up until 3am making a lot of noise standing outside my door talking .Didn't get much sleep or able to relax.The bathroom was very clean .The WIFI was horrible. I will never stay there again.The police was at the facility. NO hand towels were put in the room.

Breakfast ? What breakfast ? You name it.....This location needs a complete overhaul !! All rooms have plumbing issues, pillows without pillow cases, noisey all hours of the night, many broken or worn out items in the room, only 1 lamp...

Price was decent Our room stunk sooo bad I kept gagging and we had to air out the room, bed sheets were dirty and the AC kept going out which made the room stink all night I would have rather slept in my car it’s non refundable too so we really had no choice

just the front desk Parth is very accommodating . I called because the room I have reserved was filthy so I asked for cleaner room and he moved me to anew room but still… Dirty, they don’t change the sheets, they don’t clean the whole room in general. You see hairs jn the shower. Bed was a mess and dirty. Location is scary.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE RESOLVE FROM BOOKING.COM! EVERYTHING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. NOT HAVING 2 COMPLETE STRANGERS WALKING INTO MY ROOM AT NIGHT AND THEN AGAIN IN THE MORNING. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST PLACE BY FAR IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Vending machines wasn’t working

This property is not for the weak, or for people that are not from the area. This location/facility is used more as permanent living I’d assume. The pictures on the post are not accurate. I did not feel safe staying here with my family -we ended up checking out within 30 minutes of going up to the room.

Nothing Everything, I reserved room online paid with card and cash deposit. The room was very musky, no garbage can, two towels were given to me, no wash rag, or towel to step on after shower. I never signed anything upon checking in (weird).they just said ok 100 deposit. Went to room i sat on the corner of bed not comfy so I slid over and the bed frame metal broke. I didn't think it was a big deal thinking it probably came apart. Then the upon check out just 6-7 hours later I check out and the rude worker behind desk. Went and checked room and came back saying I had to pay for bed frame. The is no way in hell I could of cause the metal to crack.so I asked how much he said well over 100. My opinion is that it was setup to rip people off for deposit. Perfect way have broken bed in room no chair to sit down on only bed. Where it was broke it was suppose to have a bolt. It was nowhere to be found. I picked up all trash in room and hauled it to garbage because no can in room. Upon reading reviews alot of people don't get refund deposited. This will not be forgotten. I will definitely get my deposit back.

Cheap Room i rented was rented to someone else, after I was already in room for hour. Gentleman walked in during a very inappropriate time. No compensation for their mistake. No toiletries, no towels,no fire alarm..

Price was good; They let me check in early and check in was easy. The hotel wasn't the nicest. The room was kinda clean but not super clean. There was no towels in the room, no extra toilet paper or a full roll of toilet paper. The toilet was dirty when we got in the room. The outside vibe isn't the best and some might say it was scary.
