Our room was right across from the elevator... a bit loud and the air conditioner sounded like it was going to take off and fly away. We like the hotel and have stayed there before, but the beds are becoming more and more uncomfortable.

Disappointed in room. Found trash and condom rappers on the floor by bed. Bathroom wasn’t clean. I dashed cleaning supplies so we could feel comfortable on our spring break trip smh. And the floor I was on was near couples that were hunching all day and night. Walls are thin. Had to cancel a night and leave early. When spoke with staff about issue she seem not concerned. The breakfast was amazing my kids enjoyed.

Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast had plenty of options for my family.

Our main gripe is that the bed is ridiculously high off the floor. Both my wife and I had trouble getting into bed.

They have given me a room that smelled and when I asked them about it they told me they would go check and put a berry order freshener in the vent. When I got back the berry smell now masked the smell and it smelled like cough syrup. I told the lady downstairs and she said not more rooms available. I thought damn all this money I paid for this room and it stinks. Well I went to bar to have a drink and lady I spoke with earlier comes up to me and says Ma'am I found a room for you. I will be right up with the new key and help you move. To me she was my hero that day!! and the next room was perfect!! Thank you to her that my stay was amazing!!! Room 302 smelled like sewage.

Pro Nice staff, centrally located. Breakfast executed on time, Cons Room was dark, soap dispenser not filled in shower, one of the elevators was broken.

The bathroom was equally unacceptable. The floor was covered in black hair, and the toilet was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. We politely requested cleaning in the morning and reported the bathroom conditions to staff. When we returned to our room at 10 PM after being out for the entire day, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was in the exact same condition we left it — no cleaning, no linen replacement, nothing. To top it off, the breakfast coffee was undrinkable. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and service is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The room was in excellent condition, just a couple of things to point out, the fridge was noisy which they came out and exchanged it, I didn’t like having a room facing the freeway that was very noisy.they have more than one trash can in the rooms.

Upon checking into my room on the third floor, I was immediately hit with the smell of fish that was clearly trying to be hidden with a powerful spray. I went back k to the lobby to request a room change and the front desk said they were fully booked. The manager then joined in and asked what room I was in and she immediately knew it was the room that “smelled like fish”. She then said “would you like for me to go up and spray it?”- no. While escorting me to my new room on the 6th floor she said “we should close that room until we figure out where it is coming from… we can’t find it”. Hotel is dated. I would not stay again. Upon checking out, a mother and daughter were being told they were overbooked and being offered the Marriott across the street. I won’t stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel being pet friendly was an huge plus for us. Unfortunately the mattress wasn’t the best and the buffet breakfast was reminiscent of lower quality hotels that offer the same. I’ve stayed at Hyatt Place several times before and expected much better, especially given that we selected Hyatt Place for the aforementioned reasons. The hotel just seemed like it may have originally been another branded property and Hyatt took it over. Only one elevator worked and it was extremely slow, so getting upstairs was a huge pain/wait.

The front desk guy was not nice. He kept rubbing my debit card alot. It was creepy. I was followed onto the elevator by an unsavory person. They stole my wallet with my ID and bankcard. Early the next mornng he used it 3x from a cc terminal which was located in an animal rescue place. Bank stopped him. Had to end my trip.

Overall, the room was good and we had a comfortable stay. I just wanted to share a few observations. There was only one elevator working, which made it a bit difficult going up and down, especially being on the 5th floor. I wasn’t aware the elevator was out of service — otherwise, I would have either selected a different hotel or requested a lower-level room. The hotel was also full, and during breakfast it was hard to find seating since the dining area is on the smaller side. We checked in around 5pm and our room wasn’t quite ready, so we waited about 15 minutes, which was okay. The front desk staff member was very kind and kept apologizing. It just seemed like the hotel wasn’t fully prepared for a completely booked weekend.

The two ladies who were at the front desk the day I checked in were absolutely great ( I wish I could remember their names); they were welcoming and helpful with some accomodations my daugther and I needed. Great place for the price! We spent 2 nights during my daughter’s softball tournament, and the two queen room was perfect. The living space with a slight divider created some privacy so we weren’t on top of each other! Will stay again!

The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and pleasant, but unfortunately it was quite noisy since it was located directly across from the elevator. The bed wasn’t very comfortable—I felt it sagged in the middle—and the pillows were too soft, lacking the firmness and fluffiness I prefer. All in all, I’d recommend staying here.

Room 401 needs some maintenance. The bathroom tile has loose grout that should be repaired, and the room description lists a microwave, but there isn’t one in the room.

Our room refrigerator wasn't very cold so we used our cooler for the weekend. We were able to get our ice blocks frozen each night at the front desk. We like this location as it has easy walking for dogs around the property and is also walking distance to quite a few restaurants. This was the second time we've stayed here, although there was no parking fee before.

Very happy with the room, so clean and so comfortable, everything is perfect. Ivy and Sandy at the front desk make me feel welcome with their kindness and consideration smiles, very accommodating and pleasant to help the guests. There is another lady who is helping with the breakfast area whom is a bit not as happy to help others, I don’t want to mention her name here since it might not a good day for her today but I hope she can be a bit happier to do her jobs tomorrow and so. Overall, I love this hotel, very highly recommended.

When I arrived at the room and checked it, I had short hair in the sink and there was food or crumbs on the sofa, the young man who helped me at the desk was not very friendly when he received us (you don't need to say words with that attitude) when I told him that my room was not clean he gave me another room and accompanied me to the other room where he entered with me which I think was disrespectful, if he wanted to check that everything was okay he would have done it before not with me, he was a man of few words, there was no interaction as attention, in the days that I was there, I greeted the employees and nobody said hello.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest which sucked… however, we were only there for one night. The best part was the breakfast. It was quite delicious with many options.

NEEDS an ice dispenser on EVERY floor. Asking someone to go to the 3rd and 5th floor just for ice is frankly ridiculous considering the 3-star hotel status. The mini-fridge does not work, the hair dryer does not work, and upon arrival for our ONE night stay, we were informed the wifi was completely down and we would not only not be able to use it, but also not able to use a regular key and had to be supplied an "emergency" key.

This is a good option in hotels. I like to stay at different hotels for each stay. I think overall this was a good experience. The check in was super fast and simple. The rooms are nice and the AC works great. I also love that there is an all you can eat breakfast buffet. Although the hot food options were limited. My biggest complaint about this hotel was that there was a stain on the sheets that made me concerned they weren’t clean. I also booked the hotel because I believed the room I booked had a bathtub which it did not but the pictures indicated it did. However after reading all room info I did realize that room did not have a bathtub. Overall though I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. My coffee cups in the room did not appear clean. And the breakfast servers were not as pleasant as we are used to at Hyatt Place.

Great place for business or personal. this is my go to place for clean and friendly service. they are pup friendly. When I checked in there was pup across the hall barking like crazy. poor fellow didn’t like being alone…I also had stomping in the room above me. NOW… when I say the staff professional and friendly THEY ARE!! they immediately apologized and changed my room. It’s also close to many stores and coffee btw.

Location was right off the freeway, however, you could not get to it from the exit you had to go down to the next road and turn around and come back. Unfortunately the website listed the late night menu available until 10pm but they close down the fryer/oven equipment at 9:15-9:30p. The staff was super friendly and offered to keep our frozen items in their freezer when we found out the rooms didn’t have one..very helpful and had a wonderful breakfast..we really liked it and will stay again.

The room was nice and well prepared, although it really sucked being booked in a room next to the elevator. Any time it was in use , I was definitely reminded that I was a wall away from it due to the sound other guest going up and down each time the elevator was being used. Morning breakfast was decent. Staff was nice.

First off all the front desk lady said I did not purchase an accessible/ bathroom. My father in law is handicap and that’s a must and we always make sure we do when we travel. She argued with me and then I asked her to close the purchase on the tv and she said she couldn’t do that, then called back and said she could and never did it. The hotel smelled of weed and old dirty feet. Check out is at noon and they shut the tv off at 11am., the hotel staff walked in our room without knocking. I paid $163 with my keys discount or it would have been over $200 for one night. I am disappointed in the Hyatt. Will never stay in a Hyatt again. Food was okay. Bed was not comfy at all

This is the best place to stay. The rooms are clean, cozy and the bed is comfy. The staff are all very friendly. It feels very safe to stay there and it is close to many amenities. The breakfast could be a bit better.. it's the same food every day, there's nothing that is gluten free, low fat, or a lighter option for people who need to watch for certain things. There should be hard boiled eggs, fat free or lite yogurt, other fruit, etc for diet restrictions. Other than that, it's always a great stay.

When i got to the hotel to check in i was told to come back in an hour because my room wasn’t ready even though i booked the trip 7 days before my stay. Came back and was able to get in my room .. elevator was terrible the hall floor where my room was located was very hot, i guess it was carpet cleaning day .. loud carpet dryer machine in the hall. My room was clean i will say the least .. but there was hair in my bed .. and hand marks on the wall. Thanks for the stay but won’t be coming back.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and large.

We decided to eat at the hotel for a quick bite early evening. unfortunately, the service was really slow and we were the only ones in the bar area. The person that took our order indicted multiple times they were not a restaurant and it would take time to get our food out because their grill was cold. I ordered a beer and waited 20 minutes to get it. The food was ok but it was 30 minutes before we were served. I really like this hotel and always have had good service experience. Don’t know what happened this Friday. I feel the person was slow to respond to us considering we were the only guests. Almost felt like we put her out when we ordered the food.

We came here to visit my daughter in college, and I brought my younger girls with me and my husband. It was an excellent stay in very welcoming. I also felt that my service dog was very welcomed as well.

The staff is amazing....extremely nice and accommodating...particularly the manager.

They failed to inform me about breakfast ends at 9am and I had to go eat at sunrise waffle for 28.00 plus tip 6.00 so I believe the staff were rude and inconsiderate

Do you expect me to uber there? From Connecticut? Hotel looks nicer from the outside and pictures however inside lack of cleanliness and the age of the hotel leaves more to be desired considering its a 3 star hotel

The clerk at the desk was so sweet. My daughter was getting married the next day and she accommodated us with a late check-out.

We were in town for a funeral, it was the closes to the location. But I loved it! Very clean, friendly staff. We were a bit sad we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather. We are definitely booking here next time!

No restaurant. Thats the reason we paided more money for restaurant. Wife wasnt happy. She wants me ro see if can get some refund. The hotel needs to update there advertisements.

I always choose to stay with this branch because the accommodations aee always well set up.

Unfortunately even though the hotel didn't have a lot of guests, they chose to put me in a room at the end of the building nearest to the hiway, therefore between the squeeling drunks out front smoking at 10pm and the load cars at 3:30 am I got about 4 hours of sleep. Maybe rethink how you room people?

The staff was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. Ive stayed at other properties similar to this one and find it convenient if you have a family.

Decent rooms. The walls are a bit then and you could hear your surrounding rooms, plumbing etc. Additionally the shower head was not so great, strong water but pretty tough.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was in a perfect location and offered a great price. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I always prioritize location when traveling—and this stay definitely checked that box. Would stay again!

Manager was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to check in early which was a bonus as we were exhausted by the red eye flight. Free breakfast was good

Was a nice hotel in software extremely friendly.

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip with 2 adults and 2 children. We booked a King with a sofa bed and was surprised to find only a flat sheet and a single pillow for the sofa bed. When we called downstairs to ask for an extra pillow and a blanket, the response was "We are pretty full right now, would just a blanket be okay if that is all we can find?" Luckily, within 20 minutes we were given a pillow and a thin blanket. Why advertise a room sleeps 4, when you don't have the proper amenities to facilitate 4 people? Other than that, the stay was fine. It was in a decent area that was close many shops, dining, etc. The free breakfast was perfect for what we needed. We would stay here again, but there are about 3 or 4 other hotels in the same complex that we would look at first.

Place was great think it's Bs that you have to pay for parking after paying for a room.. the stay was great only complaint about the room was all the black mold in the bathroom.
