I went down to the lobby to see if I would be able to switch rooms and the lady working was super helpful. She immediately got me in to a different room. Unfortunately it was still dirty (towels hadnt been changed out, crumbs on the couch etc) but it was better than the first room. I was told that was the only other rolm they had available and I was so exhausted I just wanted to go to bed at that point.

I stayed last Thursday for one night. Today, a Monday almost 3 pm. I still see the security deposit of $150 after three nights. Not sure if this is typical for the hotel operation. Now I have to monitor to see that this goes away. One extra thing to be concerned about. I didn't find so to speak, a bath towel. Not that I would need one but it's just that it was a new experience to NOT find one. Not sure if it is now the new standard. There were two sets of coffee packs but didn't find an electric kettle to make those useful. Not that I need coffee. When I was checking out, a fellow guest was speaking with the front desk. He didn't leave happily - he was talking about towels. He also mentioned the elevator not working, probably had to use stairs. It's a 4 story (at least) structure. It can be troublesome going up and down. When I was leaving the hotel, another guy was also leaving and we happened to have parked side by side when no other cars were around. He seemed annoyed to say, to me or to himself, mumbling that I didn't have to park the car next to him. He wasn't in a good mood. Well it was a noisy night, people turned up the music outside the structure on the back and in the courtyard. Some people don't care about other people trying to rest, neither does the hotel front desk. Not that I have to wake up for work the next morning. Almost the cheapest I could find in the neighborhood. What you get is what you pay. So, it didn't disappoint me.

the room, torn carpet, 10 burn holes in the bed cover, bathroom looks like it was painted by a 4 year old. Ironing board broken. We asked for a replacement 3 times and it never arrived. When the toilet was flushed, it sounded like a fire alarm going off. Sink was dirty. Had to ask for house keeping

The property was in a pathetic condition, as soon as we got to the room it was very smelly, mold, linens had burns, water stains on the walls and paint bulging. We couldn’t sleep there, had to look for a different hotel

The location was good but the property is run down, floors inside the rooms were dirty, electrical outlets very loose and nearly unusable, door locks were in bad shape, pillows were very small .. They advertise the place WITH BREAKFAST but their breakfast is one small cup of coffee, with one small prepackaged cinnamon roll and a very small old apple and people can only have one. There were no seating accommodations like chairs and tables, so you could not even sit down to eat the roll. This was more like an insult and a spit in your face than breakfast. Will never go back to these crooks.. As an example the last time the elevator was inspected according to the inspection certificate displayed in the elevator was in 2022 which means for FOUR years no one has looked at the elevator.

This place was nothing like the pictures! The first room we got was dirty and in the bathroom someone had put the toilet seat down and pissed on it! I went to the front office and let them know and the lady was also horrified when I showed her the picture and graciously gave us another room. The second d room was much cleaner. Although, the sprinkler in the ceiling was just in a hole through the sheet rock! And there was no cable. It was more like antenna and barely any channels came in clear. I never leave bad reviews, but I don't want anyone else being mislead by the pictures.

I'm 62 y/o and I believe a reasonable person. This is by far, the worst experience at a motel/hotel I have ever had. The accommodations are horrible. I reserved a non-smoking room (through Travelocity) but the front desk could not accommodate. When I got to this room (#210), I couldn't have been more disappointed. See the photos to get an idea. The most irritating issue is Days Inn is a national chain that you would expect decent accommodations. Of course, I did not expect Waldorf Astoria here. A clean room, with lighting, bed, bath, and a working TV is the most basic requirement I look for. I can't urge you stronger NOT to stay here. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car.

I did not like anything about this hotel. The moment my husband and I pulled into the parking lot, I knew I had booked a horrible hotel. A strange man was wandering around, looking into the rooms. When we opened the door, an awful smell told me that my instincts were right.

Booked 2 rooms, one room the sink was clogged and the other room the toilet was clogged. I asked the staff to send someone to fix it they said we don’t have anyone at the time to fix it did not give us any other options. The sheets on the bed had stains.Did not get any room service in 3 days. Coffee in the morning was so cold even around 7am. Will never stay in this hotel ever again.

Don’t go there there’s bedbugs. My girlfriend got beat up and they still haven’t gave me my deposit.

My kids and I stay in a lot of budget hotels due to my daughters doing competitive cheer. This was by far the worst we have ever stayed in. There were ace bandages left in the night stand. We rented two rooms and in between the doors was an empty chocolate pudding cup. The main thing my kids were looking forward to was the pool and it was totally empty and closed. After realizing the pool was empty we went to just relax and watch TV… there was no cable. Typically I would not care because we would have spent our down time at the pool but with that closed and no cable the weekend was nothing like we had planned. A few other things we noticed was there was no phone in the one room but in the other. The door to one of the rooms did not even work so we had to leave the connected door open when leaving. The electrical outlet by the bathroom did not work at all in one of the room. There were also burn holes in our blankets. All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was not very clean and mis matched paint in the room where repairs were done. My blankets had white crusty stains on the outside of the blanket. Linen was very dingy and out dated. The pool was empty with no water in it. The AC barely cooled the room. Only great thing was the young lady at the front making things easy and she was friendly.

Bathroom light fixture full of dead bugs, the smoke detector was inoperative and covered with plastic, and several bulbs were missing from the fixtures. Black mold in bathroom and carpet was stained and worn. Additionally, they charged me $150 security deposit and have not returned my deposit. This place is horrible and the owners are dishonest and not to be trusted.

I went with my family (wife and kids). And though it was a cheaper costing hotel, I feel like it was less kept up and taken care of for the Days Inn name to be attached. When I try to be frugal on my family vacays and want a quick bed to sleep in for the night, I'll usually look towards a days inn hotel. This time around I was a bit shocked and disappointed, mainly by the appearance of the room. But it did the job it was supposed to do. Pros: staff was nice and polite, answered all my questions. Parking near the hotel, close to restaurants and freeway. Complimentary breakfast ( not all places have at least something.) Cons: room smells like smoke( requested non smoking) not all lights worked, carpet had tears and was age worn/ stained. Smoke detector was gone( probably taken by whoever smoked in the room before). Bed cover had small round cigarette burns in it( probably caused by the smoke detector bandit while trying to unattach the detector) Restroom walls looked like there was once mold and they just tried to paint over it to make it look nice( fresh shiny single layer white paint with black splotchy spots faded underneath) Tile in restroom was cracked and exhaust fan was covered in dust/ brown gunk. Outlets were worn( wouldn't keep things plugged in without falling out part of the way) Complimentary breakfast was a laugh! Single packaged pastry and coffee pot. Would probably work well for a work traveler.

Since we checked in after 9 pm we had to use an exterior window to check in. When we got to our room the deadbolt would not lock. I called the office and got a key for a new room. The next room the door locked, but the unit was well worn: cracked exterior window, very visible damage to walls, Ed sheets, etc.

The room had many cockroaches, insects, and cob-webs. The curtains had holes. Carpet looked super old. The door at the bottom had a clear visible gap which likely allowed nocturnal insects to easily sneak into the room at night. There was even an insect smashed into the ceiling wall (likely by previous person in the room)

Nothing No towels, what towels they gave were dirty. Drug addicts and prostitutes appear to be living here. There is no pool. Says free breakfast, just Covid style breakfast. Just stay away from this place. There’s shouting and cursing and you see mothers with children walking and crying at all times of the night. Makes me think of a third world country honestly.

To be quite honest this hotel is a complete dump. The only reason I stayed was because of the incredible young lady that checked us in. We had a problem with the first room and she moved us into another. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve just abandoned that reservation and moved to a different place. Days in is lucky to have an incredible staff member behind that counter. I did not catch her name, but she was absolutely awesome. My wife and I smoke and we chose a smoking room and I’m used to having room rooms that are not that great to begin with when they are smoking rooms. But I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.

But the facilities were horrible, not sanitary mold Staff lacks basic customer service and completely lied to me! I called the day before and Asked the staff if it was possible to check in at 11am because I was in town for work and I needed to start my job at 12pm to 10pm The guy asked if it was double beds I said yes he put me on hold looked and said yes not a problem and he put notes in the file. I was grateful until I arrived at 11am and was told by the woman I assume was manager that if I needed to check in early I had to pay and extra $50. I told her that the guy the day before never said that to me and if he had I would have came in later. I drove 3 hours early with the complete understanding I could check in early. In the process of explaining the complete unacceptable reaction and lack of understanding from her shows exactly why this hotel looks the way it does and should be closed completely down!!! If she was the manager you see why they have lots of vacancy and facilities look like they do. I will never stay here again! I would rather pay more and driver further for work. I have several months ahead of me working In this area but will never use this hotel!!! I really hope others read my review and think twice of staying at this hotel

2. Weekend staff is rude and always on their personal phones and treat foreigners with rudeness and disrespect . Although the young Caucasian woman and man are very nice and polite. 3.Roaches 4. Have to go ask for your own towels and so forth 6 house keepers seem very polite, and nice , but don’t get the okay from personal to clean rooms unless you just booked ( short staffed) for such a big place 7.Homeless people come in and out on the property and hang out making noise throughout the night 8.people are not obligated to pick up their dog waste and there are piles of it dry and old everywhere 9. Mattress was comfortable. AC was quiet Pool was drained. Lamp shades pillow cases were stain but clean. Blanket cover and blanket had cigarette Burns. Walls were dirty door had shoe prints like somebody kicked it. restroom walls were dirty had hair. restroom floor had someone else hair. Windows were stian and dirty fingerprints. Smell like a old hospital. Didn't have Wi-Fi. TV was hooked up to local antenna.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I originally booked a suite at a higher price specifically because it had a separate sleeping area from the living room. However, what we were given was just a standard room with two beds. I contacted them via message and asked for a refund for the price difference, but they never responded. The room itself was extremely uncomfortable—very stuffy, dirty, and filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was no proper ventilation at all. The bedding was unclean, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was no microwave in the room, and the shower only worked at its highest pressure with no way to adjust it. Overall, it was such an unpleasant stay that we could barely sleep through the night.

False advertisement I didn't like anything. There was no hot water, the fridge was broken and leaning with a wooden brick holding it up. It was also dirty and rusted inside. There was no smoke detector, the curtain were falling off the hook and broken. I have bug bits on my arm . There was no one who cleans the rooms we never got any other clean towls , in the bathroom spots in the tub were molded and there was rusted cracks in the door. I paid money for this room and it did not look like any of the pictures here on bookkng.com. I also emailed management the same night which was Friday and have not received a response.

I’m giving this hotel a positive review mainly because of one amazing staff member, Tee. I stayed here for two nights, and the room I was first given was not suitable at all. However, Mr. Tee quickly took care of the situation and provided me with a much better room. The hotel itself was not perfect and could use improvements in some areas, but Tee’s kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made my stay much better. I am truly grateful to him, and that’s why I decided to leave a positive review

My family had stayed at a motel by Wyndham in Klamath Falls OR and it was very nice, so I was expecting the same standards.

They mention free breakfast, but it's only a table in the lobby with one kind of pastries and coffee, so not really a breakfast! The staff was nice, and helped us to change into a more decent room, so that's why I put the 2 stars.

This place was extremely disappointing. It felt dirty, creepy, and smelled strongly of weed and smoke. Everything was disorganized and poorly maintained. I would not recommend it , definitely not worth the money

The room was in good shape. The shower needs new caulking and the shower head needs replacement but I'm a builder so i notice that stuff. It's extremely minor. The staff was great and the room was quiet and comfortable. That's the most important part. 5/5

First room we were in had drug paraphernalia hidden in the aur conditioning unit. Phone didnt work to contact desk. Second room we got moved to didn't have a smoke detector in it. Never cleaned room while we were there. Tried calling desk. No answer. Would not recommend to anyone.

The "breakfast" at this place amounts to tepid coffee with powdered creamer and a gas station danish. The key to my room was broken, and two of the four lights were broken. At $100 a night you should be able to expect something better. Hard pass next time!

The "breakfast" at this place amounts to tepid coffee with powdered creamer and a gas station danish. The key to my room was broken, and two of the four lights were broken. At $100 a night you should be able to expect something better. Hard pass next time!

I didn’t like that the elevators were so far from our 4th floor room..but our room here is awesome. It has everything I want and need. The big bedroom and separate room with couch and chair made me feel very comfortable and rite at home..

There were gross stains everywhere, curtains, mattresses. There were burn holes in all of the blankets. Pretty sure there was a bullet hole in one of the rooms walls. We booked 2 rooms and they were both absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms had mold inside the shower. The nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke. I will never stay here again.

Bathroom smell like someone had pee on the wall. Smell remain throughout our stay. Bed sheet was dirty and has cigarettes burn on them. Tv did not work. All plug outlets was loose, hard to charge electronics. Ac unit broken and super dirty.

They did not clean the room everyday like they said they would. No water in the pool. The wall heat and air unit either had the room toasting hot or freezing. All the writing on the dials was worn off. The pillows were half size and felt like sleeping on rocks. Bed was too hard. It needs to be completely remodeled or just bring a bulldozer.

This place is very sketchy. They don't even turn the lights on on their sign at night so it's very hard to find and there's really sketchy people walking around everywhere trying to make conversation with you. I regret using this motel.

I asked for a non smoking room and the room I got was clearly a room that had been smoked in. The tv was broken, the phone in the room did not work, and the room was not like the photos when I booked it. The pool had no water and the property was sketch at best. Overall the room was ok for the price. Please take note that while property has handicap access,you have to drive all the way around to sign in front desk. Also the doors have a very heavy spring,someone with a walker or a smaller person may have a problem opening the door to the room.

This hotel is convenient affordable and has every basic expected of a hotel and i look foward to booking with this hotel again should i return to the States.

The hotel was nearly empty on a Friday and Saturday night, which is a bad sign. It was spooky. The room was clean, but there were cigarette burn holes on the curtains, the bedding, and the carpet (and this was a non-smoking room, but it had obviously been a smoking room at some point and still smelled like it.) There were no hangers, the luggage rack was broken, and there was no remote for the TV. The breakfast consisted of packaged Little Debbie-type pastries, Capri Suns, and coffee. The coffee was decent, however. During my stay, there was a domestic violence incident and the cops were called. The clientele can be sketchy, it seems. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this property.

Rooms were so ran down. Lamps power cords were cut so they didnt work. Walls were all patched. Blankets had cigarette burns, coffe pot didn't work, just leaked everywhere. Couch was ripped up and torn.

The hotel definitely could use a remodel. The room I was in had a crack in the window, missing cover plates on some outlets, duct tape on furniture and the towel bar in the bathroom was falling off. I do not plan on staying here again unfortunately. Also it seemed that the lobby was always closed and the breakfast was just packaged items, capri suns and coffee.

This place is terible. Dirty I stayed for 4 days instead of 5 the room never was clean. No towels or beding has been replaced. The first room I was placed no light bulbs even old food in the refrigerator from previous stay furnuture broken and all stained. The second room they moved me was a little bit beter but I found 4 day bugs on the bed that's why I decided to leave.

The first room i got was terrible. The window of all things was placed literally backwards. It wouldn't close and wouldn't lock obviously. The lamp shade near the window was.. coming off. It look like someone had sat on the bed prior to me getting in and to top it off the couch cushion was literally pilled off one of the cushion you sit on. But they did give me a different cleaner room after I showed them the video I took.

It felt spacious, and it was quiet. That's why I pay for a hotel, to sleep for the night. Thank you.

From check-in throughout our stay it felt like we were in an a creepy abandoned prison. The desk person was surly and unwelcoming, the “free breakfast” was coffee and packaged pastries, the amenities almost non-existent.

The desk woman was very nice only charged me the 100.00 instead of 150.00 deposit (which i got back very soon after) Also asked if me and my company wanted a late wake up call 12noon was our check out so we werent rushed. Only thing is i couldnt call the front desk from my room it would ring ring then disconnect..but over all was left alone 4 stories up to chill relax an catch up on much needed sleep

The property was in poor condition. The service was poor. I did not know about the $150.00 fee that will be refunded in three working days. Other than that the beds were comfortabe. I will never stay there when I have to return to Mather Air Force Base.

For all the stains in the walls and bed skirts it all looked like blood. The stain on the wall looked like feces and blood. The television didn’t work and most of the toilets didn’t work. We walked around to lots of rooms to check. The cleaning lady got The blood and feces off the wall with a towel and tried to blame it on me and charge me 55 dollars

The staff were uncooperative and pretty rude from the moment we walked up. Our key stopped working almost daily and they sometimes wouldn’t even replace the key until we asked two or three times. The beds had cigarette burns and the bathroom door didn’t work. The coffee maker was broken, the pool was drained and there was shattered glass in the bottom of it. Horrible place.

The toilet was messing up so I enjoyed 3 out of 7 days after they fix the toilet situation, I was good yes after the change my room I was good

The king and queen suite on the 4th floor was incredibly dirty. The curtains had stains and it looked like they were burnt. The floors look like they have not been cleaned and there were cigarette burns even though I got a non smoking room. There was a hole in the bathroom, the mirrors were dirty and stains all over the bed. You get what you pay for, if your willing to sacrifice price over quality, this is it. The night staff was unfriendly.

Check-in was fine and the room itself was good enough (and actually spacious). But it was difficult to open the door, the floors were dirty, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. In addition, there were many transient types loitering and someone actually tried to open the door to my mom and daughter's room in the middle of the night. I would stay here again (it's cheap) by myself but I won't have my family stay here again.

What was uniq about the property was the bars that locked up the unauthorized excess area and entrances that resembled a penitentiary.
