Room clean. We got 1 king instead of 3 queens. Pool was nice. We didn’t do the breakfast.

I have a new grandbaby and have been looking to a "go to" hotel when I come to visits after trying several other hotel, this is now my go to!!

It was a wonderful stay. Located off the freeway. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and highly recommend it!

I used a bottle of water that was on the desk did not see the $5 tag tell after I opened it and they charge me $10 for a small bottle of water

Always friendly staff and very clean. We have stayed her multiple times, but this time with guests in both adjoining rooms, we realised the walls were quite thin. It was noisy late into the night on one side, and the TV was on very early (around 5am) on the other.

Room recently looked to be redone but overall had a damp smell to it. Enough so I went out to buy an air fresher after the first night. Pool area and lobby were nice. Parts of the room including signage, thermostat, etc were super old looking.

Hotel was clean and breakfast and lobby area was nice. Pool area was nice too. I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning products used, it gave me a headache.

No continental breakfast.

No hot tub! The suite was awful the pull out sofa was so hard it felt like you were sleeping in a floor mat. No housekeeping service. No one communicated that so came back after leaving the room super early to a room with no clean towels at 7pm! Not worth the money!!

For a good location, fair price this is a good place to stay. But, the walls are thin. So we had to keep fan on full time to cover next room’s noise and loud voices.

Bed was comfortable. I struggle with beds being too firm at most places I stay at. Unit was very clean too. Enjoyed the cafe and visit area with my family and friends that also booked rooms there for the night.

Great breakfast options and Starbucks products. Fast service and the area to eat was excellent.

The room was in great shape and there no issues. I did not utilize any of the food amenities because I was visiting with family for meal gatherings.

When I go check in someone told me that hot water not working offer me $50.00 off and free breakfast for one night was nice

the water water broke during the first night and they could not get a replacement part until after i would have checked out. I had to switch hotels the next day. No fault on courtyard, I would stay there again.

The hotel's boiler was not working and they did not have hot water. The boiler could not be fixed until Monday. We asked for hotel recommendations and they had none. We were late for an event by two hours. It was a horrible expereince.

The hotel hallways are really dirty, carpet looks like it's never been cleaned, walls had dirt on them, wires were exposed from the second floor hallway. Room was not cleaned to other Courtyard standards, the walls and floors were dirty. I had lysol that I used to wipe down the walls. the floors were not clean, grout was dirty, doors were stained.

Always enjoy a stay at Courtyard Marriott in Rancho Cordova. Rooms are spacious, clean and updated. Staff are friendly and accommodating to early check ins and requests for balcony rooms.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The temp was perfect, and the bathroom was spacious. We had two very pleasant hotel desk clerks who got us checked in quickly and checked out easily. We had paid for breakfast for 2. We were the only ones eating, so it was quiet. The two women at the food counter were so sweet and served us a small breakfast, which consisted of croissant sandwiches, a banana, and coffee. It was quite good and adequate, and filled us up for the day until our next meal. Well worth paying the extra price for parking and breakfast for 2. Would stay there again.

Beautiful room, super clean, great front desk service

First of all when I made the reservation it said that the beds were queen beds and they were not. I think they were full beds. Then I was charged for parking, this is the first time I’ve had to pay for parking in a hotel. And last, I think the hotel needs some renovation, the carpets in the hallways look old. The lobby is very nice but the rest needs help.

Comfortable room, relatively quiet for being adjacent to the highway, also great restaurants near by, watch for hidden fees, $15 for self parking, and $5 for the "complimentary" in room bottled water. Parking lot has no lighting, but they did have generator run high intensity lighting in the parking lot for safety. Friendly staff, and 24 hour starbucks coffee available for a price. In room coffee is average.

Glad we chose this place. We have to be in Sacramento for a family relative funeral, we had to drive 10miles farther from the venue but worth it. The reception desk and bar are congenial and very helpful

I was nervous that a hotel near the highway would be noisy but it was surprisingly quiet. We asked about this and were told it wasn’t an issue, which proved true, but I think an inside room facing the pool may have been slightly better. Anyways no issue there. The hotel lobby area was fine, the hallways were a little tired but not bad. The room tho was very nice, new carpet and finishes with comfy beds and new everything. The overall experience didn’t get 5 stars but the room does. My two complaints were an unexpected $15 per night parking charge. Up the rate or make this known pre-booking. Please don’t surprise me with this on arrival. Also, very strangely, our free breakfast was for 1, not all 3 of us. The ladies at the restaurant had no explanation for this except that maybe it had to do with the rate we booked. When the room was booked for 3 people and includes free breakfast it seems logical we wouldn’t have to decide who eats and who goes hungry until we make other arrangements. The lonely breakfast sandwich was quite good, but a bit pricey as you might expect from a hotel offering. I suppose I would have paid for my wife and daughter to have something from there as well but there are better more affordable options nearby. So we shared (you thought I would cruelly just eat in front of them didn’t you lol) and got something elsewhere. So on that front breakfast gets 2 stars only because the 1/3 of it we got was tasty.

Everything was very clean. We have left an item in our room once we checked out they were able to recover it which we were very thankful for. The only downside of the facility was that it was difficult to find ice maker machine as there are no maps available in the rooms or on the walls of halls. Otherwise our stay was quite pleasant

$15 to park? It’s just a way to milk an extra $15 out of you. It’s not downtown and close to 100% of their rooms are drive in customers. You can do better. Very disappointed. In fact, I’m going to give you a one star. Hopefully, that will get you to change your policy. If one customer sees this and books elsewhere, you’ll have to sell another twenty stays to make up for a single night.

The bar looked nice and was open until 10:00 PM. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The mini fridge ran loudly and the wall air conditioner was also loud. Unexpected $15 self parking fee was unfortunate for that location that had an abundance of parking.

Front desk needs work. I called multiple times about a noise complaint and nothing was done. The joining doors are horrible & feels like the people on the other side are in your room

I took my shoes and socks off and was walking on the carpet on second floor room when I went in the shower brown color was coming out of under my foot that means carpet is very dirty.

My girlfriend and I absolutely love this property. Beautiful surroundings coupled with very courteous friendly service made our stay here fantastic. Even the guests were courteous and no one was loud or obnoxious. My only complaint was the $15 fee to park when I think it should be free. I've never seen pay-for-parking at a hotel like this. Only in big cities. But that slight disappointment does not negate the wonderful stay and you can bet that we'll be back. Courtyard, we love you.

Everything was good, except the airconditioner had an initial dusty, musty smell when it kicked in. The smell would go away after a couple of seconds. Very convenient location close to highway with lots of dining options nearby.

The pool and patio areas were “unkept” as well as the patio furniture was dirty and in poor condition

We stayed 5 nights and were extremely comfortable. The hotel is very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are large. We stayed at the end away from the pool and could barely here the people playing in the pool. The hotel is close to shopping centers, restaurants and the highway.

The property was clean but one of the exterior doors was broken for the duration. They also charge for parking which is irritating and deceptive as there’s no street parking or alternatives

The property itself was fine but there were loud and obnoxious kids that were making noise in the hallway until around 2am. They did quiet down after a call to the front desk. The room was on the first floor right down from the front desk. The hallways need to be monitored better with cameras or noise detectors or something to keep this from happening. Otherwise the room was fine.

The property was clean. Expedia led the customer to believe that breakfast was included. Expedia did not state that it was an extra charge. I went down to the lobby work the expectation that I will be having breakfast only to be told that I was “not on the list” for the entire duration of my stay! Not using Expedia!

Booked last minute with my husband and young kids. We ended up staying for 6 days and 5 nights. Service was amazing, room had a great backyard view. We booked initially 1 night last minute, and it was the cheaper option and view was not great (best if view is not s priority; service and cleanliness was still unchanged). 2nd day we requested to move and it was easy-peasy. The concierge booked us in a really nice room which made a huge difference to our trip. Would definitely book again. Close to everything, service was amazing, and hotel is just really nice. Thank you!

I was not happy to find that someone went pee in the bathroom and forgot to flush it.

We really liked the hotel. Our two bedroom was spacious, clean & quiet. The beds were really nice & comfortable. It was safe to park our Tesla there. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it was open and tempting. Super nice and polite stuff works in this place. Front Desk Olga was the most helpful clerk I have ever met! I shall come back.

Great property and service. Food options were good, including healthy menu items. Pool area was nice. Room and amenities were clean and well appointed. The only issue I experienced was a strong mold smell in the bathroom that I found to be coming from the drain in the sink.

What it didn’t have (breakfast buffet) it made up for in location and amenities spacious rooms and a quality gym With nice equipment and free weights Wich I needed it also happened to be located within 30 yards from a casa Ramos wich is delicious.

We informed the front desk staff. Our sincere complaint & concerns were met with unemphatic responses, even after we informed them we left a dead adult bug lying where we found it alive. At one point, the male desk clerk blamed the cold weather for the invasion of the bugs and made sure to inform us that they fumigate. The female desk clerk, displayed nonexistent expression of emotion, while staring on to hear about the fumigating story from her coworker. Given their odd and generic responses, it made us feel as if the bug situation was normal for this location.

Felt safe, felt comfortable, room was clean and welcoming. Alot of stores to shop and places to eat literally down the street. Perfect place to stay.

Our room was not serviced between first & second night so we had no fresh coffee (which was poor anyway). They wanted $10 per night for parking on the property! And, there was no breakfast included like most every other chain hotel we use. Even Hilton's $10 breakfast buffet would be better. I don't plan to book a Marriot hotel again if other choices are available.

Easy access from freeway, central located for my needs

Everything is new, updated in the room, clean, nice bed, and my biggest favourite- great shower. I was bit surprised they charge for the parking, I guess I didn’t pay attention at the time of booking but really should be covered automatically if you staying at the hotel.

I’ve stayed at many Courtyard by Marriott properties throughout the years and my experience was excellent. This one was an exception. Checking was fine and the room was good. The problems started the next morning. I paid for a breakfast when booking but found out that it only included the option on breakfast burrito, two egg and meat meal another dish that I don’t even remember the name. Everything else like fruit, muffins, yogurt was an extra charge. Her is no free coffee unless you buy a breakfast.

I really liked the property, particularly the convenience of having dinner available and a bar where I could unwind with a cocktail at the end of the day. Although there were plenty of restaurant options nearby, I chose to stay onsite.

There was no shower curtain, the masters was super uncomfortable and there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Overall ok stay. It wasn’t liked when we filled our water bottles with their ice water from a large water dispensary, didn’t clean room when scheduled the day before, front desk not confident in their response whe asked if the neighborhood was safe, not helpful with locations of grocery markets, etc. Being out of state we had to utilize social media for safe places to run. When we arrived there was a security guard sitting in front of front desk. i have never stayed at a Marriott with a security guard at night. Upon leaving, computers were down and I couldn’t close out my stay. Stayed 7 days. Not family friendly as far as being kind to teenagers

Stay was nice a quiet . The shower had good water pressure and ability to change shower setting. Towels and linen were clean with no stains . Front desk was super inviting and reassuring when checking in late due to travel delays.

We found a pair of socks and soda cup lid and other garbage under the chair in the room. Thee was also an upside down cockroach in a doorway. The shower had soap scum on the floor corners. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in weeks.

We are Marriott Bonvoy members and parking was supposed to be complementary and we were charged??
