Room was nicer than expected for an extended stay location. I only encountered I roach. But the property was clean and quite for the most part!

Place is outdated but clean and maintained

The rooms were very clean with fluffy white towels and clean beds , the staff the friendliest , sadly the WiFi didn’t not work and the air conditioning was very noisy , however it was excellent value for money and if we return to the area we would definitely stay here again . Thank you

Hotel was ok. Staff was friendly but it didn’t smell great and place was kind of dirty. Worst part is it was extremely loud. People above us seemed to have people running around all night and you could hear everyone open their door from our room. On top of that lots of people were always hanging out in the parking lot. It was graduation weekend so all the hotels were really high and this one was affordable but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. Guy at front desk was awesome though.

They don't have a room for me, i have to spend the night in my car out of a gas station.

The beds wasn’t attached to the floor, the whole hallway smell like marijuana, the first room I was given was not cleaned, had to end up going to the desk & waiting over 30 mins on staff to give me another one, $85 dollars was a JOKE for that kind of room.

Room is dated and no frills. It was not the cleanest but there were freezing temperatures coming in that may have affected staffing. If youre looking for an easy nasic stay this place works

The bed smelled like pee

Immediate checkout. I refused to stay there. No refund was issued from Expedia or the hotel.

The staff was friendly. Hotel room didn’t match the pictures online. There weren’t hand towels or washcloths. There wasn’t a single lamp, so the only lighting available was the overhead light making it very bright at night/early morning. Pillows were small. Shower water not very warm and low water pressure.

Didn't serve breakfast but location was ok. At the price of the hotel, it should have breakfast and free WiFi. Only one person per room could use the WiFi and u would have to pay to add the second person. No ice machine.

The staff was friendly! That was the only good thing. She was a delight. My room was missing the shower curtain, no blow dryer. The vanity in the bathroom and the shelving of the sink and tv stand was missing cabinets and looked like it had water damage. It looked like an animal had gnawed at it. It smelled really bad. I was not comfortable at all! Nor did it seem safe. I had a party to go to and I ended up staying with my other friend’s hotel because I wasn’t comfortable going back!!!!

I honestly dint like when my family and arrived the lady at the front desk was sitting there not trying to knowledge we we're there. Then goes to the room it was very messed up the bathroom door had lock broken the bathtub had a hole inside the one bed was missing bed pad the phone had no cord on it I had to use my phone call front desk the lady bring cord and the phone still didn't work then she said she would call maintenance and they never came the bathroom toilet ran water for the two days we were there. When checking out I let the lady know all that we delt with she said no one offered you a different room I was like no . This Place is horrible most definitely not worth the price need too be 25.00 per night or need to pay someone to stay there

Only one issue occured. The smoke detector in my room went off at 4am and couldn't be shut off until 8am this morning. Ive enjoyed my stay and the staff responded when i first called it in to report it. I just didnt get a goodnights sleep last night.

It’s of the Main Rd (Capital blv) The Hotel smelled like Mariguana, when We first walking we could smell it, first floor Really had the mariguana Smell mix with Clorox. Employees smelled like weed as well, we had room 324 microwave did not worked it didn’t heat. The cabinets didn’t have door. People standing at the back door all the time. It felt un professional. Us and four other family members two who had room in the first floor Will not be staying there again.

Felt unsafe. People loitering around the building. Hallways smelled like weed. Random people knocking on my door at night. Also sketchy inside the room - sticky floors, bathroom door had a fist-sized hole in it, hair stuck on the microwave handle… Overall very unpleasant experience.

The staff was unprofessional, disrespectful, and nasty! The rooms were not cleaned dead cockroaches here and there puddles of water in random places the hotel is garbage!

Booked room only to find out there was no room for me to check in too.

The day I arrived for my week stay the machine that gives the key to your room went out, that was on Thursday 10-23 and I didn't get a key for the whole week that I was there, checked out on Thursday 10-30. Had to wait for someone to come open the lobby door, then open my room door. Don't forget something then the wait would be even longer. Some of the staff was on point, but the elderly lady their was inconsiderate and just rude. It was a total inconvenience and I would never go back there again.

The beds weren’t hotel quality. They weren’t attached to the headboard and we kept being woken up by hotel staff saying they we were loud but literally was in the bed sleeping with the tv on low

It took at least 30 minutes for me to check in because the lady at the front desk was asking for payment. I paid via third party and she stated that the payment only went through for 1 night instead of both nights. She had to call her supervisor via phone to correct the situation. That didn't work so the supervisor had to come in Parson to correct the amount. The room had 2 broken drawers, The cover for the control panel of the A.C.unit was broken. The A.C. unit was stuck on 66 degrees! The room was so cold that i had to switch rooms. The next room was better nothing was broken so I was finally comfortable. That night was when things for worse. LARGE ROACHES was coming into the room via the dooe. After stepping on them i sat down in the chair and noticed something was on my ankle.There were small roaches around my foot. HORRIBLE! I went to the front desk the office was closed due to it being after hours. I spoke to the after hours agent via the phone. She told me to speak to someone in the morning. I went to the desk at 8:00 am.The office was closed. Hours of operation are 7:30am to 11:00p.m. I had to speak to another agent via phone to disciss the bug problem. I'm beyond frustrated and anmoyed. I had to slide the key under the gate to check out since noone was there! I will never stay there again and i highly dont recommend anyone else to stay there! The worst experience ever at a hotel!

Front desk unavailable to check in. Floor was slick and room was not clean. Dogs barking late at night. Alarm sounded 5 min before I called to report and another 5 min before anyone came to turn it off. Then manager pounded on my door shortly afterwards saying she. Ended to make sure no one was cooking or smoking in the room. I was the only door she pounded on. And nothing was going on as we were trying to sleep. Do not stay here.

The hotel is run down, you can tell people live their, the back door is left ajar, so you dont feel safe. Someone knocked on my door every evening. I didnt feel safe opening it or even acknowledging i was in my room. The dresser that holds tv was filthy and had water and dirt on it . The internet was extremely slow. People hung out in back parking lot in cars and by the door smoking. People were working on cars in parking lot.

The front desk was very friendly, but you always had to call to get someone to come. Not attended regularly. Not enough toilet paper (kind of important!) One day left two towels but only 1 washrag! Really-like we want to share?No hand towels or paper towels. Next day towels weren't even renewed at all. Bring your own pillow if you want to sleep.

The floors are slick with some kind of grease. It is also on the blinds. There is a phone but it is not hooked to anything. I payed for a room with a phone.

It was lower cost. Floor was slippery, the fridge was rusty all over, kitchen with no dishes or utensils make it useless. I would rather pay mord than stay there again.

We arrived and waited 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. When we finally got to the room the “queen” bed was really a “full” bed! The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The room reaked of smoke. You only get 1 pillow per person the floors were so gross i didn’t even wanna take my shoes off

Spend a few extra dollars and go elsewhere. You'll thank me later but if you do have to stay here keep your kids close and a gun close by at all times.

The hot water took 20 minutes to even get lukewarm. There was zero pressure to brush your teeth in the sink. There were trash in the corner only one towel and a one dirty washcloth for two people.

Did not have the room we requested ... substituted a one queen bed room ... all the room had was a bed a chair a desk/table refrig (no dished pots ot utensils) stove and miro wave. We didn't stay ... found another hotel.

The rooms were filthy with stains on the sheets and bed cover. The microwave had dried up food in them and were not cleaned. The toilet leaked on the side and smelled of mildew. The shades did not work and was stuck in the up position where you could see the outside and the outside could see you inside. The refrigerators were rusted and very old. The dresser drawers were all broken and hanging down. Did I mention the entire hotel wreaked of urine, smoke, and other uncleanliness! Just horrible!!!

The entire hotel smelled of urine, smoke, and uncleanliness. The bed spread and sheet cover had stains. The stain on the sheet cover looked like a urine stain. The dressers were broken down, and the shades to the windows were stuck and revealing to the outside. The microwave had food stains dried up all over the plate. The refrigerators were old and rusted. Terrible experience and one of the worst! This hotel should never be recommended to anyone who cares where they lay their head!!!!

Three front desk doesn't have people so check in is impossible came back the next day and got nothing but attitude and disrespect. Its great to pay for something and not stay there because no one works the front desk with a line of people waiting. Im sure its a great hotel but the workers aren't good.

The rooms have an electric stove, microwave l, and full size refridgerator! The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

Upon checking in, I had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the front desk. After checking into my room, I discovered the toilet was not working. The front desk assigned me to another room. The toilet in that room was leaking into the bedroom. I returned to the front desk and requested that my reservation be cancelled, and asked for a refund of the charges to my credit card. Please advise if this request for a refund has been made. I am a Choice Hotel member and have never had a bad exoerience such as this.

Door didn’t work well

The toilet seat was broken. The hinges that held the seat on was broken so the seat moved. The bathroom sink faucets were not stable they could be moved very easily.

Nice place for the money. I love the full size fridge and freezer. Having a stove saves money on food. Nothing fancy, but a basic, comfortable, and safe place to stay.

I walked in the room seen it was filthy & everything was broken & walked back out! I stayed in the room for one minute. Never even stayed that night I’m disgusted I booked another room instead at the Hilton

When I initially made the reservation the nice gentleman assured me there was no deadline for checking in. We ended up asking other relatives if we could share there room. Very uncomfortable and embarrassing!

Perfect location for Dreamville Fest, 20min from the airport and 20 min from the festival.

Had my stay scheduled well in advance, but upon arrival, was told there was no room available. Staff instructed that she would call me if she had to cancel my reservation but I never received a call regarding the issue and ended up having to scramble to find somewhere else to star

I made reservations well in advance with a credit card to hold the reservation. The hotel called me at 6:30 pm on the rday of my arrival to tell me they had overbooked and did not have a room for me. I was traveling from out of state. Telling me on the day of my arrival is unacceptable. I had to scramble and drive 20 additional miles to get a room on the same evening at a higher rate. Totally unsatisfied with everything about my experience with woodspring suites wake forest.

I didn't like they didn't have the maids to clean your rooms for 14 days. They wanted you to wash your own towels and sheets and when l had put in a reservation that day. The lady at the desk said she didn't have any more rooms. She waited until l got there before she told me.

V Ty clean and quiet

Receptionist was very friendly and checkin was a breeze. However, the room didn’t meet expectations. The carpet had stains everywhere. The mattress kept sliding as it was just placed on top of a wired bed frame, making it difficult to be comfortable. The smell if smoke lingered throughout the hotel and in my nonsmoking room. On the bright side, the guests were friendly. In all honesty, I believe this hotel was mire accommodating for someone who is in need of a reasonable place to live rather than someone who is traveling for fun or business.

My stay was pretty good there. The manager was friendly and the people working at the desk. I slept good there without alot of noise through the night. The place need some remolding and they want you to wash there sheets on the bed for them and towels and face cloth.

The room was not in the same condition as the photos. The drawers and cabinets were broken. The only toiletry in the bathroom was a single bar of soap and there was no hair dryer. The WiFi is limited to one device per room. Plus the bed was super uncomfortable. I left early because my stay was so bad.

The room was fatal. The toilet was pouring water. The stove had parts disassembled. The bedside tables lacked drawers. The room stank. I don't recommend it.

The room was average, not adequately stocked with linens nor toiletries. The room was clean but dated. The noise inside and outside was exceptionally loud. People were arguing with groundskeeper, talking loudly smoking, we heard people running in and out all night. Unfortunately we were on ground level and people in room upstairs were noises. Overall it was an ok stay especially for the price.

Commode ran off & on all night, no lamps, only one straight chair, wall need attention, burn stains on the tub, no hot water, room too hot.

The customer service I retrieve is excellent. I researched various hotels around the area and the convenient location and upkeep of the facility made my decision that much easier. Also when printing services and additional information are needed the staff is always courteous and ready to assist.

We drove up and decided not to stay. There were so many people hanging smoking & drinking around outside we didn’t feel comfortable checking in so we can’t honestly give a review.

The place is clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price is much cheaper then other hotels. However, there are many long term residents at the hotel due to it's low weekly or monthly fee. Many people hangs out at side entrance of hotel. Does not feel very safe in area.

Hotel is not suitable for kid friendly families. The front desk lady allows you to check the room before you pay to make sure we liked it. First room smelled, had leaky sinks, and burn holes everywhere. Second room was better no leaky sinks just a few burn marks on the counter. Glad we were only there for two nights. Barely any amenities and ended up getting followed by a super creepy guest. Didn't feel the safest here but it was located exactly where we needed to be.

We drove all night for a funeral. The front desk person was very compassionate in allowing us to check in early. Nothing glamorous, served it’s purpose

It was affordable. I had reserved a smoking room but they didnt have one and placed me in a handicap room. I must say it was very clean,no unwanted smells. Only thing i didnt like was that my fridge would've get cool nor were there any kitchen cookware. The room had a kitchenette but cookware. Staff was pleasant.

NOBODY is on site. You have to call a call center to check in. Nobody answered our call and we couldn’t check into the room we’d already paid for. Money gone. No room.

Before I checked in the hotel gave me the opportunity to inspect the room. There was a strong odor present in the hallways and I was unable to open my hotel door without assistance because the door was jammed. Faculty did admit that they were aware that the door was difficult to open. Inside the room, stains were on the sheets on the bed, patches were on the wall, and mold was spotted in the tub and elevator when I returned back to the lobby. I don’t think it safe for anyone to book right now. I surely declined to stay after what I witnessed.

It really sucks when they say, AT CHECK IN, "would you loke to see the room before we check you in, there are no refunds" Too bad the bill was paid in advance through Hotels.com. No wash cloths, no towels in the rooms. Lesson learned !

What i went through with the ignorance of the staff treating me like what they experienced and a grown man trying intimidate me based on his ignorant assumptions about me.(staff me I will never be the same. Thr staff should engaged in therapy if they are traumatized by what was or other things that went on. According to stories i was told. But to take it out on a customer is crazy and forever life changing

The people that work at Woodsprings Suites in Northeast Raleigh are amazing! We absolutely loved them and they were very good to us.

When I went to check in the lady at the front was very nice and gave me a key card to check the room first. As soon as I walked in there were roaches crawling on the counter, stains on the bed and the floor was cracked and broken, when I returned and told her she apologized and gave me another room, same thing stains on the bed and roaches crawling in the shower . I then went and said I was not staying here and left. I then called to get a refund because I had already booked and paid for an entire week but due to conditions I never checked in and was told the manager said no. Awful do not book here especially in advance. Stay at your own risk

Room was in terrible shape. Dirty floor, no blanket for bed, one drawer was broken and not on the track, fell off completely when I tried to open it, dangerous. Low price and I only stayed for one night, but worst condition I’ve ever seen for a hotel room.

Never checked in. I booked my room which was said to have 3 rooms left for availability at the time of booking. I get to the front desk around 10pm and was told everything had been sold out since 3 that afternoon. I asked even through it said rooms were available on the site. Yes, nothing is available at this time. I was told to call customer service to get a refund for not being able to check in for my stay. I did just that. I spoke with 3 different agents within the hotels.com team all trying to be helpful in their own way. I was told the hotel would have to be contacted for verification in order to get a refund for not staying which makes since. Fast forward 3 days later. I get an email stating there has been no answer at the hotel therfore no verification can be conducted and a refund could not be issued. If there were no rooms available at the time of my booking I should have not been able to book a room which would have eliminated all of this confusion now. A better way of keeping track of rooms available and not available somewhere needs to be put in place so this won't happen to someone else.

I would say that this hotel is by far the worest and discussed experience with a hotel and it's standard of cleanest on the grounds, in the building and definitely in the room. The facility throughout the building and room smell like weed and cigarette smoke. The facility as a whole was nasty especially the hallways and the room. The floors in the main room and bathroom was dirty and sticky, towels in bathroom wasn't clean properly, the had stains, refrigerator was rusted, cabinets was missing drawers, wall had wholes and wallpaper was peeling. I am 100 percent sure that i want recommend this hotel to my friends, family and coworkers. I travel around the US and the world and can restate that this hotel was the worest by far, zero stars/rating.

Do not stay here if you’re just passing through. This is mostly a by the week place. Minimal furniture, no lamp, bare walls and a mile long list of what’ll get you kicked out! Needless to say we kept our door well locked and didn’t venture out.

When I looked at both rooms we were getting they had dead bugs on the floor (cockroaches) and they just looked like they were not cleaned with the amount of dirt on the floors in both rooms if feel that there is no way it was just missed it was to much to miss. I think they just don't care so I check out !

There was a shootout on the property and someone was shot in the lobby, i unfortunately got to see all the blood in the lobby..the room was missing drawers, the dresser was broken, the blinds were broken, em there wasn’t a shower curtain and the floors were disgusting and sticky. It was truly a awful experience

I was amazed to be offered the opportunity to inspect the room before I checked in. I've never experienced that. The room was a kitchenette, so if I hadn't planned to have dinner with friends I could've cooked. Although there were no dishes provided. The room was quiet and comfortable.

We did not stayed. Even the cleaned the room, the place it’s awful. At least the personal understood and canceled the registration.

It was clean and the staff were very nice but that’s really all I have good to say about it. It’s not a traditional hotel and the information on the description doesn’t really explain that. I’ve been in other extended stay hotels that were not like this. There was 2 towels in the bathroom and when I asked for more he said they usually charge people for more because of the nature of the hotel. He was nice enough to let me have extra without charging but no where on the description of the hotel did it say literally every single amenity is an extra charge. It was $200 for 2 nights and there was only two pillows and a sheet like blanket on the bed. No phone on the bedside table, not even a do not disturb sign for the door. I stayed in a hotel in Raleigh a week before for the same price and had a king sized bed with like 6 pillows, a down comforter, a hair dryer in the bathroom. All the typical stuff you would find in a hotel. I get this is an extended stay where travelers stay to work for weeks in the city but to not mention any of the bare bones on the description is false advertising. Not to mention the lady who looked like she was on drugs and could barely keep her head up next to a car in the hotel parking lot at 8am talking to two cops. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here for that amount of money and virtually no amenities.

Unfortunately, after i had made reservation and it was confirmed, the hotel called me the morning of the day i was scheduled to arrive and stated that "Sorry we are over full and will not be able to accomodate your reservation." I think thats a poor way to do business so be assured that i will not ever stay there.

The room was bare minimum, only one chair. Does not have blow dryer or coffee maker in it, no ice machine. Front desk is closed from 11pm-7am. Hotel said they are economy, but even those Hotels offer all of those things.

It was nothing they did really that made me mad. I booked a room with two beds, but the lady didn’t have one available. So I called Expedia to get refunded for my room and I still didn’t get refunded yet!!!!

While the beds were comfortable, the amenities (fridge, sink, stove, microwave, TV) were sufficient, and the free internet signal was strong, we have to also report that the tiled floors were sticky and dirty, the walls were scuffed-up and marked, the bathroom was unkempt, and there were 3 active cockroaches moving about our floors and walls on the second day. We were thankful for a place to lay our heads and manage food as necessary, but the lack of cleanliness will eventually lead to squalor.

The staff and Mr. Hyman are excellent. There were a few issues but nothing that they could control. One was the water only stayed hot for a few minutes then ice cold. Then one the smoke alarms in the hallway was going off on the 2/5/23 I couldn’t use my phone in the room it didn’t have a dial tone. Had to go into the lobby and wait with others guests to see if we need to evacuate the building.
