Very poor

It was very dirty, with hair and stains all over the sheets. The staff didn't speak English, and when I asked questions, I often received no response. There is a taco truck in the parking lot, but the environment feels very unsafe. The room smelled like cat pee, there was a baby walking around in just a diaper, and there was a strong smell of weed. A random man kept hitting on me. If you want to fear for your safety, this is the place. The towels were dirty, the shower was yellow, and the sink had cracks. There were no amenities like a blow dryer or coffee maker. There was no comforter on the bed. The AC takes hours to cool the room. Make sure you do your research online because this place is known for drug deals and prostitution. And your in the middle of a busy road so you can hear everything.

Bed had only a top sheet with no blanket or comforter. Pillow cases, microwave and floor were dirty. The bare room had no reading lights, no coffee machine and no hair dryer. There wasn't even a coffee vending machine in the lobby and there is no breakfast. The Wake Inn is not worth the money. The only reason I stayed there was that it was close to where I needed to go.

The beds were uncomfortable, bedding had multiple burn holes, beds didn't have a proper blanket, the door leaked air in constantly because there isn't a proper seal on it, the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly because it was coming off it's hinges, one of the outlets was unsafe for use being obviously burnt up, the microwave was melted on the outside, room was noisy because of the lack of a seal on the door, and the room often smelled like weed again because the door wasn't sealed properly.

The woman who ran the front desk was sociable and pleasant. The facility, however was absolutely disgusting. The minute I stepped in the room, I wanted to turn around and walk right back out and find another place even if it was going to cost me triple. It was just nasty all the way around. It's the point that once I made it back home, I actually took off all my clothes before going in the house immediately threw them in the washer and then In a really hot dryer because the risk of bed bugs at that place was probably pretty high. It was the kind of place that looked like most of the people that stayed there were probably crack addicts or homeless. As it was I didn't even bother spending the whole night. I checked in at about 5 :00 and left at about 12 A.M. I know that the website I booked this on, didn't make the rooms look as bad as it was. Family friendly definitely not.

The smell of cigarettes was terrible. Stains on the bed sheet and pillows. Walls broken leaking some type of fluid. I do not recommend anyone to stay here especially with kids. Like scary movie scene

Definitely needs a complete makeover. The room was dirty, walls were filthy and it smelled like straight cigarette in the room that I reserve was supposed to have been a non-smoking room. The bathroom dining will look like it was cleaned out the bed sheets had a blood stain on it. The pillows look like they weren’t even washed and luckily, I actually brought my own pillow and my own blanket.

I don't like at all this property so dirty cackoroches all over bad room floor sheet pillow cigarette ashes on the sheet ... not recommended this hotel at all I have to run to another hotel and I call for refund and never responded my email ....and the front lady SOOOO RUDE ...SO BAD EXPERIENCE 👎

The House keeping was phenomenal

Don’t stay here unless you have literally no other choice. There’s roaches and the doors look like they’ve been kicked in. This places needs a serious deep clean and remodeling. The appliances were not useable. There was rust in the microwave and the mini fridge was dirty. I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything it’s been more than 3 days. Terrible customer service.

Roaches everywhere

The room was clean and cozy at first until we got little viators. There was roaches all over our room. The staff was nice and comfortable.

The staff is pretty kind but the room and the conditions of the hotel was so poor, in front of my door was trash, holes in the wall of my room and If you have a breakfast there you should know that this ends until 9 and not 10 how it says in her ticket for breakfast

I opened the makeshift closet and four roaches crawled down the door. I took my bags and walked out. I know it was a cheap hotel so my expectations weren’t high, but I honestly feel like this facility should be condemned.

Many roaches in the room. Very gross. Didn’t even stay, decided to drive right back home instead. Would not recommend just because it’s cheap.

The gentleman that checked me in did not say one word to me. The place is being painted all of the windows are plastic over. You could not see out of the peep hole in the door.The inside was not clean. The air vent was open in the bathroom with no cover. The bath tub was rusty. Will not recommend

It took a while to check in, they appeared to be understaffed. Otherwise the room was nice and it's a good location.

Fridge didn't close, cockroachs in bathroom, phone broken, blankets are thinner than the sheets. Would not recommend

This place was old as hell. I checked in at 14:00 middle of the day. And yet they had the office locked as if it were midnight and checked in thru a thick glass window. Which gave me pause as to the area. I mean really in the middle of the day? The room was clean but old. The remote did not work. There was nothing great about the room. Had concret painted floors, through I was visiting a forgien county. although it was run by Pakistans. So what does that tell you. Dinning was at a taco truck in the parking lot. Did not feel my car or i waere safe

There was roaches I counted 6 of them come out there was also holes in the walls and pillows were not comfy at all. Doors are thin and can hear everything outside.

The lady who works there is rude. Ive stayed before abd everytime shes there shes rude and have an attitude problem. Horrible experience

Love the location

Roaches. Literally everywhere. We killed probably a solid 10-15 in our room. It was disgusting. Marks on the wall that also looked a lot like blood. Will not stay here again.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. Only things I would add is more towels and coffee as well as shampoo, conditioner and lotion

They make my stay always nice

Had to stand outside in the cold for 30 plus minutes to sign in because the clerk wouldn’t allow anyone in the lobby. Smh

Overall, this was a nice, clean, property. I did see two cockroaches, so it might be time for another visit from pest control. I'd stay here again.
