    Management was disrespectful about me wanting to clean my room. A paying customer who been here for about a month can't rebook because the manager had a problem about me wanting to clean my room, even when I offered to clean it myself! And the fact I can't be rebook behind that is bad customer service. Management and when you see big rat trap on the property.

    The staff was excellent - Professional & helpful start to finish. The property is lush & peacful. The guests are not clean & make it extra challenging for staff=unfair. It is impossible to teach everyone do not disrespect the property by improperly disposing of cigarette butts & garbage.

    They didn't respect our Booking.com reservation and charged us 2 deposits for our rooms and we paid almost double the quoted price from booking.com we reached our rooms and they were very uncomfortable one room had a roach infestation and a large gap under the door where you could see outside the television in the room didn't work and the bed looked like someone stretched a sheet over a cardboard box everything is in terrible repair I'm not sure where the property got the photos from on their website but it wasn't from this location this place is horrible and the staff is very rude and unprofessional for lack of better words the person in reception was a complete Asshole.

    This is my go to space when I typically need a day sometimes two to settle and unpack and repack when I have various spots or work in the area. It is convenient, inexpensive, always clean, excellent staff, who are always welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I like the place. I understand that it is an older hotel and there are things that need repairing and that they are working on doing upgrades continually. I do love that the floors are not carpeted. Any other issues I’ve had I informed the staff, and they are very welcome to hear the various needs and attend to them as soon as they can. Summer part of the upgrades and refurbishing the place. I know that I can always get a first floor room which is critical for me as there are no elevators and my knees do not do stairs. I look forward to seeing their staff when I am there. And having a quiet peaceful night.

    Room 129...The room was very old, smelled like cigarettes when I asked for non smoking room, bathroom door had holes in it. Shower faucet half worked. Bed was ok, floor was clean. Lights worked, ac worked. They demanded $100 deposit to be returned in 7 business days.

    Extended stay hotel . Given 2 keys only one worked even after going back to main desk .Roaches , no WiFi conveniently no website or paper documentation of $100 deposit . Rooms numbered in odd and even along building no clear direction , no ice machines , no blankets on beds . To top it off smoke detectors on campus went off at 549am then off about 10min later . No announcements or communication from desk.Went to check out at 7am met another guest in the lobby making coffee and he stated that when he arrived he saw no hotel staff on grounds . Only a dish was sitting there on the counter to collect room keys . Now what kinda process is that ? What’s keeping someone from taking my key and damaging my room after I leave ? And then I get charged that $100 deposit !!?? Terrible policy !

    I did not like how my door wouldn’t lock when I would try and leave my hotel room and the room had a lot of wear and tear. The fire alarm also went off around 3 am scaring the daylights out of me and my partner. Was very upsetting.

    The room was definitely not as bright and clean as the pictures shown. The stove only had one working burner and the fridge was small and unplugged easily. There was a lot of noise and people loitering in the parking lot. The front desk staff was not friendly and unwilling to work with us when there was an issue with our reservation.

    Three pillows whiles in the bedsheets & stains on the sheets & comforter. Blinds broke door barely closed because of damages. Sink in bathroom had burn marks all over. Bathroom door had baseball size whole through it. Fake nails on the bathroom floor. People walking by all night long music blaring from parking lot all night long. Absolutely disgusting.

    I had to go to three different rooms because the room i was staying in was unsatisfactory. I'm a Clean person. Some rooms had holes in the walls. Some were uneven floors some didn't have hot water. I finally got moved to the second floor thanks to one of the night shift stsfg members. He was a real help. I do not remember his name. When i got there they put me in a room Water was not getting hot. Then he allowed me to see other rooms. Very poor in satisfactory. Uneven floors. Holes in the walls. I would only stay there again if it were my last resort. God bless the staff and Management.

    Horrible they asked for a $100.00 deposit that was not disclosed when i booked the room and its going tobtake 21 business day to get it back. Thats Horrible Second thevroom was dirty, dirt and leafs all over the entryway and coaches i found 3 of them. The worst hotel in the United States that i had stayed in this year. This is a red flag warning to every human not to stsy at this hotel.

    Worst experience ever! They were live and dead roaches in the room and poop stains in the bath tub . I ran outta there so fast . Didn’t last 2hrs on the property. Still traumatized . Waiting on my refund from Expedia and/or hotel! 0 stars! Shut the place down!!

    I struggled with the Dust Mites in the room as I am Allergic to Dust mites and have Asthma due to them. I could not sleep in my room, you could tell the cleaning staff absolutely did not Clean the areas that the mites were living. Bottom Line I paid a lot to stay in a Hotel where I suffered. One night it was so bad I was considering going to the Hospital. please understand that if you have any Allergies to Mites, Roaches and other insects or Mites that live off each others waste products, this is not a place for you to stay. Will absolutely never go back, left with severe Headaches, sore throat and other respiratory symptoms!

    They don’t have change so you need exactly the amount housekeeping don’t come get your laundry you have to take it down to the office and hope it’s clean or anything extra at all you can’t stay more than 30 days you gotta leave for 48 hours then come back they put you out without warning or asking questions it’s terrible

    This facility was the TOTAL OPPOSITE of the pictures advertised online. When I first got there even the Uber drive was a little concerned. I went into the front desk area the manager wasn’t rude but she wasn’t very friendly. The front desk WAS NOT the room pictured in the advertisement neither was the parking lot or anything connected to the “suites”. There was a mini grill outside so I automatically knew this was a place people lived and weren’t traveling to and from. I DIDNT BOTHER EVEN CHECKING IN. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

    Just dont do it literal trash everywhere. The rooms smell of cigarettes, the room i stayed in is covered in burn marks. The smoke detector is missing the door does not shut all the way. Ive been in some bad rooms but this one is now on the top 3.

    They need to clean their outside and have a designated smoking area. One of the stove burners did not work and there was no bath tub plug. Otherwise, the hotel met my basic needs. The front desk service and beautiful surrounding trails made up for the other factors.

    The non smoking rooms were definitely smoked it. I had to change rooms after 3 days. The service was excellent Mark was professional, friendly and accommodating. He helped make my stay enjoyable that I ended up extending a few more days after moving rooms. There is a refundable $100 deposit that did take longer than normal to get back but overall the stay was okay. Not a fancy place but a good option for stopping through or starting over.

    The staff Mark is awesome, the property needs updating. The rooms are dirty the cleaning staff do not clean. Peep came out the vent and I had to switch room. The manager didn’t check or offer any discounts from the room being dirty, to me treating roaches in the room.

    Tub needed to be refinished peeling and gross looking. Outlets loose, light figtures not completely secured to the walls. $100 deposit required on top of what was already paid for the room that will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Desk clerk wasnt at the desk had a piece of card board with back in 15 min written on it. Check in is at 3p checked in at 430ish went to the room and housekeeping was still in there and said it would be another hour.

    It's cheap, but lots of permanent residents. Had a women stand outside of our door moaning, singing, talking, grunting at 5:30am. After an hour we eventual left. Spoke with front desk staff and they said she had a room. Staff not willing to rectify situation. Post states room with have coffee/tea maker. This is a lie. I asked front desk for one and they said housekeeping would handle. Never got one. Asked housekeeper when I see one and they started they didn't have those.

    I paid for a nonsmoking room but my room still smelled a lot like smoke the whole time I stayed there. On the first day, I killed two cockroaches. Luckily I didn't see any more but it still wasn't pleasant thinking about more coming out. The area seemed safe and people were friendly it's just those things that didn't sit well with me.

When I booked online there was no mention of a $100 deposit until I arrived. The door frame was duc taped in place. There was no smoke detector (removed from wall). Smelled like mold and cigarettes. Do not recommend. I should have known based off of previous reviews but everything else was sold out.

    The property had bugs, and it was leaking. Refused to give a refund even after paying for a reundable room and the protection. Worst hotel ever.

    Bed was hard, front door had a gap in bottom letting in all the cold air, tub wouldn’t drain properly, telephone didn’t work, bathroom had a missing door under the sink. Very noisy upstairs and blasting music in parking lot. My 10 year old was very uncomfortable and scared to go to the car.

    I had a reservation here but when I got there they didn't have my reservation. I had to book another room on Expedia. I was charged for the room that I didn't even have a reservation for at the hotel property.

    The hotel is old. The bathroom is not good at all. I did not use their bathroom.And the bed is hard. The mattress is very hard. It hurt my back really bad. The whole bed is really old.And I was charged more than I was told. Also I reserved i. Advanced. And I called and was told 50 dollars depisit. When i got there I was charged 100 dollars. Never will I go there again.

    The first room they gave us had a lot of roaches. I went to microwave food. And all these roaches coming out of nowhere. I just checked in. I ask for another room. They gave me other room and more roaches. Never again will I stay in this place. It wasn't even clean. Vent was dirty, super dirty. Tub dirty and bathroom sink, ugh

    The place was absolutely disgusting. Roaches were crawling everywhere. The tub looked like it hadn’t been washed in years. When you turn on the sink bottle caps and toothpaste caps were falling out of the faucet. Worst Stay ever!!!

    For starters there is a $100 check in fee that is not listed on the website. They do not accept cash app cards or prepaid cards only bank cards. The lady that checked us into our first room was attitudinal and rude. In the first room our bed was wobbly, the TV remote did not work, and there were roaches coming from everywhere. The man that checked us into our second room was polite and understanding.

    The price was the reason I booked this property. The room we had damaged frame on bathroom door, unit had fridge and two burners no pans or cooking utensils, plates silverware or glasses. Room had cockroaches found when turned the lights on after we went to bed and got back up. Smoke detector disconnect and sitting on a shelf. Lots of traffic in parking lot until 2AM, man tried to break in the next room at 11:30 PM seem like a domestic issue. couldn't sleep after that until after 2AM. Cancelled the second night booked and was granted a refund.

    This property need to be renovated. The tub was rusty, linen was stained, the rooms smelled bad and the furniture looks led as if the were from the 70’s to 80’s.

    Shower clogged (disgusting), stove and refrigerator didn’t work (every use had to flip the breaker box multiple times), dirty. The front office attitude was ugly! My first bad review ever so believe it!
