Safe area, convenient location & reasonably priced. Served its purpose - would stay there again.

Not a bad place but could have a better parking setup for the volume of people staying there than available spots plus needs more detail oriented people cleaning the parking lot and surrounding areas better than I noticed. Lots of litter than usual unfortunately

Although the room was clean, we could only have 2 towels a piece and the towels were absolutely as thin as paper, so how were we only supposed to use 2 of them? The A/C worked fine, but there was a distinct smell in the unit and the carpet outside and on the stairs was probably from the 70s.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The air conditioner was a bit too cold for me microwave and refrigerator all worked very well.

Excellent 👍 and very helpful staff. Endless Coffee is good and you can wash and dry your clothes. Near everything , safe property. Late night guesses like me.😁

I asked for additional towels on the second day as adequate amount of towels was not provided. Staff told me that I had to return the used towel prior to me getting new towels. I was given a trash bag and told to go back to my room and get all of the used towels. There was no room service. When I woke up at 3 AM I was greeted with a huge water bug looking to be a roach. Very weird smell in the hotel. No amenities were provided. I feel as the pictures of the hotel and description was very misleading.

Nothing We canceled our stay as soon as we saw our room and walked in. The place was absolutely filthy and smelled like strong bleach . The rooms did NOT look like the pictures. I have allergies and the bleach smell was so strong it started giving me a migraine. So we went back down stairs and canceled our stay. Will NEVER spend a second in that place

Upon walking in the hotel lobby smells like smoke. In our hallway someone was smoking pot. The floor in our room was incredibly sticky. The hotel needs work. It got the landlord special slapping paint on it. Needs legitimately cleaned not just picked up between guests. I don't recommend this hotel and won't be going back.

This was a hotel for us to crash in during a road trip. We didn’t book it for a stay or looking for any amenities. That being said, it was ok. The room smelled like it had been recently cleaned and it was in good condition. The bathroom fan was attached to the light switch, so they were both on and the fan was very loud. Air conditioner was ok, not great. But for the price, it was good. We had a place to sleep before getting back on the road.

The price for one night was fine, but everything else wasnt. I walked in and it smelt odd. My tv remote or the tv itself didnt work. I also didnt have my shower working either. When getting in bed, the stand made a loud bang. I will not be back. I hate writing reviews like this, but have to for this one.

Wonderful quiet and super clean hotel. My family and I stayed there two nights and the night staff gentleman at the front desk entrance was very nice and professional. Everything was perfect, nothing to dislike.

Room was clean and sufficiently large. Heating and air conditioning worked fine. Staff was helpful. Parking was convenient. TV was good. Plenty of hot water for shower and shaving. I had to wrestle with the device that changed the water from bath to shower, but I got it. I plan to stay here again next weekend.

Everything was fine during our 3night stay. I would highly recommend to others.

I’ve never stayed in a RRI before and will never again. Was way overcharged due to high demand for graduations. Bare bones accommodations. Shower water pressure poor, everything to do with the bed was not much better than a cot, and the place smelled. Asked for two more pillows and was told that I could have one. Other hotels in the same vicinity and they looked nice and inviting. When I pulled up to the RRI I realized I was in the one hotel in the area that is in need of a major renovation. I would not recommend this place.

I was surprised by the great reviews. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the actual room. However, the initial impression when you walk in the lobby is that you want to turn right back around a book a different hotel. It’s smells terrible. I think it’s a mix of smoke and must. But there are signs all over stating no smoking. The stairwell and hallways also carried a strong smell. Luckily my room was tolerable. I had an end room facing a back parking lot with concrete stairs that may not even be owned by the hotel. But there was someone seated on the landing halfway up for hours into the night right outside my window which made me uncomfortable. Later in the night another person was loitering there and I still don’t know why. Several times a woman came in and out of the lobby and sat in front of the hotel as well. It was all a bit too sketchy for me. My gut says it wasn’t just people awaiting rides. It also rained during the night and the people on the stairway remained. Anyway, there are nicer looking hotels just across the street so maybe that’s another option for next time. I just got bad vibes all around from this particular stay. I wanted to walk to dinner but decided against it due to feeling a bit uneasy. The front desk staff were helpful but I had a difficult time understanding them and they were constantly on the phone, didn’t even hang up to check me in. I didn’t feel it was worth it to ask them about the loitering. Hot water was lukewarm.

I wasn't looking for frills but I did expect housekeeping to put in an appearance at least once in a three night stay, I would have expected two sets of towels when 2 people were booked to stay(had to ask for a second set) And to find coffee or tea to brew in the coffee maker. The check in clerk was lovely and helped us up the stairs ( no elevator) with our suitcase but I am hard pressed to find any other positives in our stay. I do have to say it was annoying to continually smell pot being smoked in a hotel with 100% smoke-free advertised on the front desk.

I walked in the room, took a phone call and left the hotel for 20 min to find another hotel. This place was old and smelled like old Mary Jane. My room had a faint smell of a morgue I was literally in my room for less than 10 minutes. I informed the front that I was checking out and asked for a refund. She told me to come back and speak to the manager in the morning which I did. He was a total jerk. He literally watched the cameras in front of me to see how long I was in the room. He refused to offer anything, even a partial refund and started stating hotel policy to me. DONT book this place if you value your mental health. I would never stay at another Red Roof and I’ll be contacting corporate if they even have one.

The second thing was the bathroom. It took forever for the water to get hot. The towels were super scratchy. And the toilet paper was one ply.

I observed the floor in the hallway being swept but not vacuumed and only once did I observe the floor being mopped. It was damp mopped using a hand towel or similar rag attached to the mop handle. We had a last minute mix-up with accomadations for a family funeral. We made the reservations online at 10pm. Called to confirm because we were coming in very late. All of the inside rooms were occupied. But the next morning, Ms Kim made things happen. She made a "situation of unfortunate events" into a stress free stay.

The place was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been moped in weeks had something all over the headboard stuff stuck on the floor and ceiling parking was a headache if the main lot is full they want you to park in the back where your car is fair game for someone wanting to brake into it

My only complaint. I believe I requested a wheelchair accessible room, or at least on on the 1st floor, when I booked the rooms, but when we arrived we were told there were NO rooms on the lobby level floor. I was able to navigate the stairs but it seems my "request" was ignored.

Check in was ok. The attendant was outside and came in when they saw I was at the FD. However, the facility is poor! And the overall experience has been well below the expectation given that the rating was “very good”. Had I known—I would NEVER have booked here. The photos online made it seem really nice and updated—IT IS NOT! Also, the room & bathroom are not very clean. As soon as I checked in there was no one at the front desk b/c I wanted to check out and just find another hotel. I’m disgusted and frankly irritated that no one is here to check me out!

You get what you pay for, and we knew this going in. So we got about what we expected for a room that was $60/night. We figured we’d take a chance on it because other reviews were good. It was clean and the staff was friendly. But no elevator. The beds were very hard, and the light fixture and outlet on one side of the bed did not work.

It’s a Red Roof Inn. Not terrible, not the best. We’ve stayed here numerous times (conveniently located) and this was the quietest it’s ever been.

Could only smell smoke in the room. Left with my clothes and belongings smelling of smoke.

Just basically a place to sleep. Not the best but not worse. Don’t think you can hang out in your room because it’s not really that kind of hotel.

The staff were excellent and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot filled up, but there was available street parking right outside the driveway. We needed to drag our bags up the stairs because there was no elevator. The agent at the desk made himself available to help, though.

There’s no cameras at this property. My car got broken into and they did absolutely nothing about it.. We saw a roach in the room. There’s no cameras towards the parking lot and my car got broken into.

Wet floor that the water stays between the floor panels every where. Even until 1am -2am someone was talking very loudly outside and very frustrating.

Nothing special at all, pretty basic. Mold on the ac in the room, lobby was loud when checking in, tv sound isn’t right and not many channels. It was cheap, so didn’t expect much though.

I like the staff members at the hotel. However, the bathrooms are way too small. They also should have an elevator.

No one was at the front desk to check me in. I had to wait 15 minutes. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, needs better mattresses.

The clean rooms are amazing service!

The bedding is poor. Flat pillows, One thin bedspread and no blankets. Very noisey metal frame. Smelled bad. The carpet in the hallways was dirty, the windows so dirty you could barely see through them.

This faculty is old and outdated from limited parking spaces to old smelly carpet in the hallways to hard flat mattresses and mold on the windows and A/C units. I didn’t feel safe and could not sleep due to very loud noises coming from the hallway with a dog barking at 2:45am, people slamming doors all night long. This was a high traffic area for an overnight stay.

We had a nice quiet stay. The front desk personnel were professional and helpful. The location was convenient as well. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. That being said, I would stay here again.

The room was dirty and smelled of smoke and disinfectant. The furniture was mismatched and beat up. There appeared to be people living long term in some of the rooms. I did not stay the night. Definitely cannot recommend.

I have stayed here before and will be coming back. It’s right beside the mall so lots of different dining options.

While the outside and public areas of the hotel were lackluster at best, the service was nice and the room was clean and comformtable.

This hotel was in a good location, easy parking, breakfast available. Quite happily stay again.

They say you get what you pay for, but in this case, we paid more than what it was worth. The staff is very attentive and helpful, but the stench in the lobby and rooms is strong. There are homeless people hanging around the motel's parking lot. it was only one night.

Great location, clean rooms, quiet property, and coffee was helpful. Only problem for me was that the inside and outside of the inn smelled strongly, something close to marijuana. I have a sensitivity to smell, so I had to buy a room spray from a nearby Target to mask the smell. Otherwise, the experience was decent and commute to shopping centers was good. Rated 3 but it was more of a 3.5.

Great quiet stay. Near everything! Walking distance to outlet mall and tons of restaurants. Maids came around every day to refresh rooms. Bout exits to highway around the corner and made it convenient to travel both ways.

Stayed here because of the price and good average rating ( above 8) but have to say that I will not recommend this hotel. No elevator, moist room, poor condition, dirty carpet.

Having to drag my suitcase up a flight of stairs was a deal breaker for me. On top of that, had to park the side of the street due to no space in the parking lot.

Based on reviews of this property we decided to stay while in town for a convention. Two out of four nights we came back to find the beds hadn't been made, there were no fresh towels, the floors hadn't been cleaned and the garbage cans weren't emptied. Two out of four nights the people in the room beside us got in a screaming match, slammed their door repeatedly and one fell down drunk in the hallway outside our room. This happened between 11:30 pm and 1:15 am. The listing said breakfast was included, but the only thing on offer was a coffee machine, a toaster (but no toast) and a microwave. The staff was nice, which was the hotel's only redeeming quality. I wouldn't stay here again on a bet.

Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Easy in. Easy out. If you want dining you can go across the side street to the Hilton Garden Inn. Very nice.

In the handicap accessible room that we stayed in, the bed was too high for my husband to transfer to from his wheelchair. The room was too cramped for him to move around in his wheelchair. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Property was very dated. Customer service was about the only thing good about the visit. Were smell upon entering and throughout hall way. Towels dirty had curly hair embedded into towels.

This is an older hotel that has been updated, but it is kept very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The coffee is good also.

The room conditions raised several concerns. We had to wash our feet before settling in on lumpy beds with bedspreads that bore holes resembling cigarette burns. Additionally, the thin walls allowed almost every conversation from the neighboring room to penetrate our space, further detracting from the comfort of our stay. While I understand that pricing is on the lower end, these issues are hard to overlook. If you value cleanliness and a quiet environment, you might want to consider other options, as this stay did not meet the standards one might expect, regardless of the budget-friendly price.

The staff were fabulously accommodating

The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The place isn’t fancy but it is clean & a great quiet safe place.

With all the new properties in the area, this one looked sad. The lobby was in nice condition and the staff was nice. This property was a little on the unsafe side as there is only exterior access to the 1st floor rooms and there's a staircase down to a business lot that looked abandoned. There was no weatherproofing under the door. The gap was so big I could see daylight. The room was clean but the touchups were sloppily done. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR ON THE PROPERTY. The TV couldn't connect to the network and the fridge was unplugged and took forever to cool. It was within walking distance to a huge mall and a McDs so that was a plus because the traffic patterns in the area were a headache. Upstairs neighbors were beyond noisy as there is no carpet in the room to dampen the sound. Ok place to sleep but that's it.

I typical do not stay at a Red Roof Inn because of too many bad experiences. This was different. Even though it has not been updated, it was clean and quiet, with a friendly staff. It is no frills but a really good value.

It wasn’t a bad hotel every thing was great including the staff the only issue was the bottom of the bedframe was aluminum so everything I tapped it I felt like the neighboring rooms could hear it but beside that I would come again.

The pros: 1/2 the price from the hotels across the street. Freeway access is next to the property as well as a gas station. The man at the front office is really nice.

I booked an accessible room with a shower when I got to the property they booked me on a second floor when there was no elevator I was in my wheelchair. The gentleman at the desk asked me if it mattered whether I needed a specific bed. I was fine with a two queens or a king, but the bathroom was not accessible. I had to leave my wheelchair outside the bathroom They had no means for a shower chair they had given the only shower chair to another client. I had to take a bath, which was quite difficult there were no bars in the bathtub to hold onto. I had to get on my knees and push off the toilet to get out of the tub. The only thing that was accessible about that room was the area around the bed on the one side of it the other side, I could not get to, so I had to sleep on the left side. I also could not get to the window because the desk was right at the end of the bed if I had my walker or my wheelchair, there was no way of getting to the other side of the bed, I had to put the desk chair in the corner of the room , the hair dryer busted and smoked and each time I used the microwave it started sparking one night I needed to go to the ice machine that was broke. I went to the machine to get a soda and a snack and ate my change and wouldn’t give Me the money back so I went to the desk and the woman that was at the desk was rather rude. She gave me three dollars and change and said to me that if it did not work again, she would not be giving me the change again.

It was good for the couple of nights. They should offer other amenities besides just coffee. The property itself really needs to be updated. There should be an elevator especially for ones that have problems going up and down stairs. Other than that it was overall good.

We were greeted in the parking lot by a shabby building that had clearly seen better days. Parking lot was dirty, and there was a couple outside chain smoking and from their loud conversation? Clearly living there. Still, we went into the lobby. We walked into a very dark, dirty, and smelly lobby with a line out the door. We immediately left and found other accomodations as neither my daughter nor I felt safe. The pictures on line are a misrepresentation of what we actually walked into.

It had extremely dirty carpet and no elevator with three stories. No amenities worth while. Nice staff, but badly need to update their hotel.

The property was okay as far as value hotels that allow dogs go. But the smell of weed permeated the whole building. How can you seriously make me sign a form promising not to smoke in my room, and at the same time I can smell weed everywhere? I swear I witnessed a drug deal go down in the parking lot as well. My wife did not feel safe enough to go outside at night by herself and smoke. I went out a couple of times to take the dogs out and it was sketchy at times. The location was good, and I got a decent nights rest, but the wife complained of doors slamming in the halls all throughout the night. I probably won't stay there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I care about.

This hotel is ok if you’re staying for one night - and have no other options. Staff was very friendly but the room was semi clean- the towels were not the cleanest and sheets had questionable stains. This is an inside/outside hotel and the rooms with 2 beds are basically on outside part of the hotel. No elevator.

Simple enough and provided what I needed (really, just a place to sleep for the night), but both the shower holders for shampoo/conditioner and the body wash were completely empty. Friendly staff though, and clean rooms other than a couple of blemishes.

This is a perfectly fine hotel for one or two nights. The area is 1 minute from the mall and surrounded by much better hotels. I felt safe and the checkin associate was wonderful. The property is a bit outdated and in need of some TLC but I feel like it was appropriate for the price.
