    I like that it was across from the mall so we could walk. I wish they had an indoor pool. Rooms was clean and the staff was so helpful and amazing. I like that they give you complementor items. I didn't like that the only pool I saw was a outdoor pool. That is the only thing and the water pressure when taking a shower was not that great but that is it the rest was awesome. I will come back!

    Also not easy to get a cup of coffee in the morning. They have free coffee set up till 6:30 am then you have to go to the bar where the staff is not enthusiastic about serving coffee. There are no cream, sugar, stirs set out very poor service.

    My stay was ok. Not what I expected from Marriott. Didn’t receive everything that I paid for which was late checkout, breakfast and champagne and chocolates but it was decent. The room only had towels for 1 person when there was 2 guests with my reservation. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time, and with allergy season I didn’t want to go out there. Also, you can just tell that the property is older which is fine, but they need to do touch ups to the paint and interior of the rooms a bit. It was a bit underwhelming for the price I paid. Not to mention all of the fees. It’s ridiculous to have to pay to park at a hotel im already paying to stay at, plus $40 just to check in early?? 3 pm is already a very late check in time, what about people who have events or concerts to go too? I’ve never paid an early check in fee. For those reasons next time I’m in Raleigh, I’m staying somewhere else.

    The dirtiest Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. Very disappointing. Beds are awfully uncomfortable. I switched rooms because they all smell musty and old. I was sneezing the smell was so bad. Pool was never clean. Needs major updating. Staff was nice but I would never stay again.

    A couple of small things stood out when we arrived. When I went to use the gym, there was no hand cleaner available. I mentioned it to the person at the front desk, but it didn’t seem to concern them much. I also noticed there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. These are small details, but they are the kind of things that should normally be checked and refilled. After a long drive from Florida, my wife and I were very tired. We decided to stay in that evening and have a drink and something to eat at the bar before going to bed. When we sat down at the bar, there was only one other couple there. The bartender, Cynthia, was very sweet and attentive from the beginning. At one point she noticed I was looking at the TV and kindly offered me the remote so I could change the channel. I tried to find something to watch, although the TV was very slow to respond. It wasn’t a big deal—we were mostly just talking. Eventually another guest came and sat next to me. I offered him the remote, but he politely declined and said he wasn’t interested in watching TV either. We all just continued chatting. After I ordered my second beer, something unfortunate happened. Before I had even taken a sip, I accidentally knocked the glass over with my left hand and spilled it. It was simply an accident. A male bartender suddenly came over and immediately said, “This is why we don’t give remotes,

    First of all at check-in, I was told that I had to put a card on file to hold an authorization fee, in the event that something was damaged with the room. I then asked when my card be charged right now and I was told no, well that was a lie from the beginning because the money was deducted from my card immediately.The first room I got was musty smelling( smelled to bad that my kids asked me what kind of hotel did I book us to stay at. Smelled so bad I smelled all pillow cases &covers on the bed to find where the smell was coming from. The tv didn’t work, it was blinking on & off, so I turned it off & turned it back on, still didn’t work. Some of the furniture was old, with the problems had 2move to a different room which was a down grade. I went from double queen beds to a single king bed. The toilet in the room would flush sometimes, & sometimes it wouldn’t would flush. The refrigerator was set on the coldest temperature, yet nothing I put inside got cold. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work, had to go to the floor above to get ice, which was a total inconvenience when the elevators are ridiculously slow. The rooms quality overall was not the best. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the Marriot, these hotels used to great but I have completely fell off. Sad because when you walk into the lobby of the hotel, it looks great, smells great, a very well kept lobby, very attractive appearance, so you think that your room is going to be just as great and definitely wasn’t.

    The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Staff was nice The only thing I did not like was the shower was really cold. The water did not get hot at all. It was mostly just lukewarm after a few minutes The water turned cold so we had to take lukewarm/cold showers the whole weekend.

    Awful, the beds are as hard as a rock. The AC hardly works. The bathroom wasnt even cleaned before I got in there. The breakfast absolutely disgusting on top of all that. If you want to wake up all night tossing and turning, have a dirty bathroom, and awful food sure stay here. If you dont pick somewhere else. Especially for the price youre paying.

    Despite a piece of a valve breaking in my room, this stay was excellent for me. Even with the break, I went to the front desk and they IMMEDIATELY sent an engineer to my room to fix the problem. The staff was courteous and the facility was clean. Even doing laundry was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are out of state. It is located in an area that still alllows you to do different things in Raleigh and not have to travel 30+ minutes for activities.

The handle on the shower door was broken. The room refrigerator was not clean nor keeping anything cold. The website said free continental breakfast and pay $25 per person in the sentence.     This hotel is very accommodating and is always clean. Im always impress with the staff. Check-in is always a breeze. Jennifer, Gil and Gus are always inviting and a pleasure to have as my bartenders. Wouldn't chain a thing.

    I had a fantastic stay at Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley? The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location, breakfast, amenities really made a difference. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I truly felt taken care of and appreciated the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a great experience!

    It is an older property which has been uphraded very friendly staff across the street big shopping center and nice restaurants. One thing we did not like is if you are not Marriot Envoy you need to pay daily wifi rate!!! We travel a lot and we eere shocked that Marriot still operates based on 20 years ago. All hotels that we have stayed so far last two yesrs have free wifi.

    The same as normal hotel just kinda cute design and a bigger price. Yeah there’s a pool but like 6 lounge chairs. Also the concierge lounge is closed on the weekends which was not disclosed when booking. Also the guy at the front desk made us wait 10 minutes until we could check in, then acted like it was so inconvenient. There was no one else around. He was very passive aggressive. I thought I would splurge on a more expensive hotel and was disappointed.

    Staff was amazing and the concierge floor great. However, housekeeping used a deodorizer in vacuums that was intense smelling in room. Windows don’t open and no exhaust can to try to air it out.

    It was a benefit to have restaurant and bar at hotel as it was super convenient to grab a quick bite. Rooms are extremely small and some of the items in the room are outdated. Property was clean and front desk staff was always helpful when needed.

    Gorgeous hotel! Great bar and food, wonderful staff all around. Very comfy bed, room darkening shades, so quiet and best sleep I’ve had in a while. Great location and close to everything. Will definitely be back!

    Very good. Great staff—welcoming without being solicitous…..just professional and kind. My only negative is there is no full-length mirror in the room. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere that didn’t have a full-length mirror! Can’t imagine what wedding and graduation parties do!!!!

    Room was clean, bedding was great! Fitness center was clean and had ample stocking of : equipment, towels, water, cups, earbuds. Manager at breakfast was not pleasant. At breakfast, a cheerful hostess greeted us & said we ‘could sit anywhere’ in the empty dining area at 6;45 am. Most tables had seating for 4. We chose one. The manager walked up to our table and said ‘you can’t sit here’. We were a party of 2. We said ‘OK’, stood up, and she said “you can sit here “ at a table for 2 which was fine. She immediately walked over to the hostess and told her not to seat 2 people at a table for 4, etc. There was literally no one else in this large dining area. The Manager’s approach was abrupt towards us and subsequently, was abrupt with the hostess. She could have been kind during this teachable moment. When we were done with breakfast, we thanked the hostess, and there was still, nobody else in the dining area! Observation: the manager could have quietly reviewed the policy on the side with the staff member. Beyond that, all else was very good during our stay!

    We were booked on the concierge floor and were supposed to have continental breakfast available in the lounge in that floor. The lounge was closed but the hotel gave us vouchers to use in the restaurant, so we had a great breakfast every day.

    It was clean and convenient. The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. Everyone we encountered that worked at the hotel was very friendly. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool to just unwind(even though it was March). The restaurant/bar stayed open until 12:30 which was nice to grab some food late. Even though it stayed open late the bartenders were very friendly and it wasn't a loud "bar crowd". We highly recommend!! It was very relaxing but also professional.

    First of all, have stayed there for several years on my way to Florida this year. Went there upon opening the bed. After driving a long way, there was stains all over the competer. And dirty sheets made up in the bed. Bathroom floor was filthy clock.Drainz, and then they charged me ten dollars for parking without my permission.When I called, they said they credit it back and never did very sad add this trip
