    The bathroom shower stall had a 22” year in that paneling and was caulked over. The staffer at check in was great! The elevators-we’re quicker than a SpaceX rocket, fridge and tv-spot on. They actually have a “rule” where you can’t take bfast food to your room. Of course, traveling with a handicapped person, I paid it no heed. There was a cockroach at the elevator entrance: I think it was dead, or waiting to get down to the first floor. It was a 100° at check in - the room AC was great.

    The head receptionist attendant Ms.Denise is superb, she assisted me during my stay. She was very kind and welcoming to the location. I highly recommend the stay.

    I was waaaay taller than the shower head (I’m 5’7) & conveniently, I could see exactly how unclean it was as well. The glass shower door didn’t shut all the way so it leaked in the floor, the water never got anywhere near hot (morning OR night), and the entire sliding bathroom door was off the hinges and leaning against the wall. The elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. And no… they did not have full size pillows. Check in was nice. For $200 and a $50 deposit, it’s NOT worth it for close access to the Ritz, ladies!!

    The pillows were half size pillows like for children. There was a roach in the bathroom. The building is so poorly built you hear everything. When the kids next door kept hitting our wall, the wall shook. Definitely won't ever stay there again.

    The room was clean and the breakfast was good. However, while the bathroom looked updated, it had some issues. The bathroom shower floor had a crack in it and the door leaked. When I got out of the shower, the bath mat was almost all soaking wet. The wifi did not have a strong enough signal in our room so we had to use our hotspot to use the laptop.

    Clean rooms and staff super helpful. I had issues at another property i paid for in advance bc i had my deposit in cash and they stopped taking cash after a certain hour. I had to book and pay for another hotel. I called the front desk and they accepted my cash deposit with no issue. Super helpful and respectful.

    Conveniently located but right along a major road; traffic noise all day and night. Fridge and microwave are good amenities. The room looks good but closer examination shows wear throughout. The shower had very little water pressure. Great price and convenience, but would pay a little more for better upkeep or newer property.

    Wednesday 2/25, after checking in, I saw water coming down heavy from the ceiling in the bathroom. I called front office and was told someone would take care of it immediately. No one came. After driving 7 hours, I could not sleep listening to this water pouring down from the ceiling and extremely loud noises. I complained on Thursday morning & was again promised that no used and water issue would be fixed. Thursday night, upon returning to room and hearing this water and loud banging noises, I called front desk again and was told someone was on the way to the room to check the leakage, and to give me a key for a new room. I waited, called, waited more and no one came. I was later told that the room they were moving me to also had some issues so it was blocked. The water issue was not addressed until Friday afternoon. The person who checked me in was kind and the lobby appeared clean so I thought I would have a good experience but it was awful. I told the Manager I would be requesting reimbursement.

    Hotel was unkept and almost runed down. Draw handles were screwed on with whatever the maintenance could find, regardless of size, they used duct tape to fix the curtains, the AC was leaking and the staff noted that it was that way and they were waiting to fix it. The carpet in the elevator was patchy and falling apart. The toilet paper holder was missing. The office chair leather cover was disintegrated and nasty looking. There was a USB outlet that was broken and protruding outwards. The outlet for the hairdryer looked burnt with the top split open or melted open and then looked as if someone had glued the top portion closed. The staff looked tired and bored with the job and the place.

    Inappropriate work attire for staff checking you in. Gangstas? Why would I willingly give my card to them? They need to be more presentable and business like. Upstairs wreaked of weed. Supposed to be smoke free. Maybe cigarettes. Also, other “guests” meandering in the lobby and going inside and out for no apparent reason, and not to smoke, was unsettling. Why were all Choice guest spots taken? Are there really, truly Choice Preferred member guest spots staying and taking all of the spots out front, where there is more visibility and lighting? Why were all handicapped spaces taken, also close to the building, but no handicapped placards hanging from the mirrors of each vehicle? And why does there need to be a sign on the front of the building that management is not responsible for vehicle damages/break ins and personal property? Wouldn’t the owners do something about all of this? Apparently not. Felt unsafe. Even leaving the vehicle farther away felt unsafe. Breakfast juice was watered down. Very diluted. Fruit was fresh. Coffee was not good;at least it was offered. Cereal tasted stale. Don’t think it was protected/covered properly. Dust on the cover. Air can get to the dispensing part. Waffle was good. Room was comfortable, but had an odor. Bed was harder than I liked, typically a pattern of a very inexpensive mattress. Hot shower but could only adjust the shower head so high. I am tall. Would not recommend this property under its current condition.

    The smoke detector's battery died at 5 am. When I went to the front desk, they told me it would be at least an hour. It was only after I pressed them regarding what about being able to sleep, did they offer to change rooms.

    Everything was going well. Front desk attendants were welcoming upon arrival, premises and room was clean, and the gentleman running the cafe for breakfast was really pleasant and helpful when I couldn’t figure out the waffle maker lol but one morning we were awoken at 8am by housekeeping even though I put the dnd/quality time sign on the door. This alone made me give 3 stars instead of 5. Thankful we were sleeping and not indecent. If someone has the “quality time” sign please do not disturb.

    Parking spaces felt too small. The free breakfast was nice, but wished it had more food variety (like sausages, different muffin flavors, cheese sticks, etc). The offered free WiFi was not great. Anytime I was connected nothing seemed to want to load on my phone so I was just left with disconnecting from the WiFi and relying on my own 5G. The rooms were nice but my specific room had a damaged desk chair as well as a non-working outlet under the TV. At least the outlets near the table clock worked, so charging phones was still possible.

    When we arrived the first thing we saw was the legs holding up the roof over the front door had been hit by a car and were leaning. There was no stopper in the sink, the drain cover in the shower was not attached, microwave had missing parts, king size bed with little standard size pillows. No carpet so every step taken above is heard by those below. When I tried to get to the internet not only is it unsecured but you can't connect. When I went to the front desk (at about 7AM the next morning) I was pretty much told it was not her problem and I expected to much. A dump, nothing Quality about it.

    The door to the room was stuck so I had to throw my whole body weight into the door to open it, the light switches were cracked, the door to the adjoining room was scratched up, there was a hole in the wall into the next room, their was no stopper in the sink, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower leaked into the bathroom, the pillows on the bed were square decorative size pillows and the chair in the room was too disgusting to sit on…for starters.

    When I came back from dinner, the parking lot was full of people smoking weed. Guests were extremely loud at early hours of the morning (2-3 am). When I went down for breakfast there was trash all throughout the hall way. I informed the front desk and when I left the hotel 90 minutes later the trash was still littering the hall way.

    The bedspread had a cigarette burn in it, the chair and the room was so torn up and nasty looking. The walls had scratches all over it. We got in late and did not see all of this until this morning. There are no lamps in the room. Then I wake up to a roach near the coffee pot so I could not leave fast enough.

    Horrible. The peeps next door sounded like they were training for the Olympics the whole time. Then, some chick was screaming, yelling and cussing walking up and down the hall. Reported it twice but it went on for over two hours. Breakfast was meh. Shower was great but the door leaked all over the floor. Lighting stunk. No bedside lamps at all. Stayed two nights and they never came to clean or replace towels. The only vending machine was on the third floor, took my money for a little tiny bag of Cheetos. Went to the desk and they said “sorry”. Just checked my online banking and sure enough I was charged $10.41 So yeah, how would you rate it?

    There's only one main door in and out of the hotel, with the other with a paper notice stuck to the door 'for emergency use'. If you are on the far side of the hotel, it's a long walk back and forth just to get to your car. The main bathroom next to the dining area is marked out-of-order. It's an okay property, but not great.

    The property had a smell and the bathroom in my room was so tiny. The shower leaked water everywhere. The outlets didn’t all work by the bed. The remote didn’t have a back to cover the batteries. They swiped my card when we arrived for incidentals and the charge is still pending a week later. Not impressed.

    Suite room looked newly renovated. It didn’t appear to be well cleaned after renovation. The updated flooring looked nice but seemed as if it had never been cleaned or mopped since installation. The couch in the suite area was filthy. The left arm rest was significantly dirty and discolored. Beds were quite uncomfortable, I feel this was more than a firmnesses/softness preference issue, they seemed uneven. Kitchen area was not clean / wiped down and refrigerator did not seem to be cooling. Two roaches (which the staff informed us were “water bugs”) were frustrating in terms of our general comfort.

    For the price it was fine. Had the standard waffle, bagel, cereal, yogurt type breakfast. The room did smell like cigarettes and there was a lady that looked like she was very high on drugs outside and one instance of some other trashy behavior. None of which were on the hotel and unfortunately that’s what is found at cheaper hotels. I’ve seen way worse though so my expectations are lower than most.

    I wasn’t comfortable sleeping under the covers. It was very run down. There was a crack in the window (looking out into the beautiful parking lot/ freeway). I also heard multiple fights outside at 2am. I didn’t feel very safe.

    When we arrived late for our stay, the third floor smelled strongly of smoke (weed). It was late, and we were not going to be in the room long. We did however have two nights booked. Our shower leaked all out in the floor. We left early the next morning and then arrived back at the room for our second night late. At 11:30pm our room phone began ringing. We did not answer. Then someone starting knocking at our door. I answered and they said someone had reported a smoke smell coming from around our room area. I said well we were asleep, and I did not appreciate the accusation. I did not hear them knocking on other doors. The strangest thing I have encountered at a hotel. I have stayed at lots of this level hotels during travel ball with my kids, and this is probably the second worst , if not the worst place I have stayed. I complained a little to the lady when I checked out, and I could see that it was gong in one ear and out the other.

    There were bullet holes in the car next to us. Went to use the bathroom in the room and a cockroach crawled out. The chair in the room is peeling. There were random hairs in the sheets that were there when we showed up. Staff was nice and friendly though.

    This is a terrible hotel with very old and run-down rooms. I did not feel safe due to loud noise at night. Was not able to get a refund for my stay when I requested. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    It was a quick stay, but I was impressed of how convenient it was for me if needed to iron, or warm up food in the microwave. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. To top off my stay there was a very good breakfast area that I was very happy to have.

    I called the Quality Inn to confirm my reservation, I was told that I would be ok if I came late.When we arrived, I was told they canceled my reservation @ midnight & they were booked for the night.I had to drive around @ 2a.m. looking for a place to rest 3.5 hours away from home.I DON'T RECOMMEND BOOKING HERE!

    The toilets didn’t flush, however the staff was very nice… but there was no staff to actually tell them that the toilet didn’t work… we went to the front desk more than 3 times no one there… also called down.. the water pressure was very low. And not to mention we paid 350 for one night … never again

    The door did not shut properly had to lift up on it. Told the person on duty they came and checked it out and said they would give us a credit when we checked out. When we checked out, they said they had to issue the credit through you guys, but I don’t see a credit.

    There was mold in our shower, some type of bug under the bed when we first got there, it smelled dingy and the hallways smelled so strongly of smoke, weed and cigarettes in a non smoking building

    Upon entry, I was taken aback at how great the lobby looked, it smelled clean and the staff was very friendly. I was upgraded to a suite at no additional charge and there were no problems thru the night. Thanks Choice Hotels, Quality Inn & Hotels.com for everything. I’ll be back definitely

    Overall it a good place for a over night stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower door did not have a good seal, so there was some water in the floor. The breakfast had a very limited selection. Was not very appetizing.

    We stayed in room 203. Some thibgs had been updated, such as headboards, curtains, cabinetry. However the room was filthy. The walls were stained, the bathroom was disgusting. Light fixture hanging out of ceiling, mold in corner of the shower, paint on walls and ceiling cracked chipped and peeling. We did not see a single bug of any kid and the front desk staff was friendly but the housekeeping staff are not up to par.

    The place was dirty and the front desk person was just talking on the phone and not sweeping up the dirt all over the place. Our door didn’t lock properly; our toilet didn’t flush properly. We were an hour and half past check in time and we had to wait for our room to be ready. The place is very outdated. I’m thankful I didn’t have to stay there long. The place smelled like weed and urine.

    Attendant charged me for the deposit twice and first room has a heater that didn't work while it was 30° outside. We did get changed to a new room but most of the fixtures were old and loose and were not at full operational capacity.

    First room they gave me. Housekeeping wasn’t done making/cleaning room as the bed wasn’t made, second room I had to turn the heat all the way to the 80s to heat room up so had to go get another blanket. A tv guide or a button on remote would be nice as well. The wall into toilet area had stains going down the wall. Also. The dresser drawer hasn’t hanging off on right side so made use a little difficult.

    There was no way to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet when taking a shower. No lamp in the room, especially next to the bed. The only light was over head and not near the bed. the light switch was next to the enterance door. There was no protein in the meal, nor was there any fruit. most of the noise came from the parking lot outside my window.

    The first room we were given had a horrible smell, the ceiling in the shower was falling off (water hitting it), and very dirty showers (old hair). Got moved to another room which was fair. The area around was questionable as we saw a few homeless hanging around near the motel and possibly in the breakfast area. The people working there were very nice. Can not recommend.
