I done been to this hotel 3 times first 2 times was great room was great but this time the room i had got had roaches in the bathroom bad at night time so i would make sure you got a good room if u staying
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was good
- 2/5
The property is not well maintained. The pool was closed down for the summer. It could really use an update. They had an elevator out of service and the one that works still, sounds like it was going to break as well. Overall, the staff interactions were quite pleasant.
- 4/5
Lots of rat noises in the walls I believe because I saw so many running in the parking lot late that night. No sight of droppings or smells of urine though room and bathroom were clean though
- 1.5/5
I like the location it was close to the mall The elevator was slow and the carpet smelled horrible!

Nothing Everything
- 1/5
The property is not very well maintained or clean. The hallways had no AC and were probably 80+ degrees. They also had poor lights and the carpets had tons of stains. The room was a bit better at first glance, but I soon found several roaches in the room. The toilet also would not stop running. After discovering the roaches I pack my stuff and left. The front desk staff were only able to offer a partial refund despite the room being infested with bugs, and have to relocate and find a new hotel in. The middle of the night. I will not ever be staying at this property again. It looked alright online but in person it is terrible. I currently have a customer care case open to get a full refund, so hopefully that gets resolved. Overall, I am very frustrated with this hotel and out a significant amount of money due not getting refunded for this hotel, and have to book a much more expensive hotel in the middle of the night.

This property was horrendous! Smelled like marijuana, dogs barking, pool out of order, green with floating debris and entire property in disrepair. I walked into our room and walked right back out.

One housekeeper was nice. The entire place was disgusting. Carpets were gross all through the building. The entire ace smelled like weed, inside and out, also joints snd blunt pieces were on the ground everywhere. Trash inside and outside of building. No lampshades, it was all around bad! Never will we go to another one of these locations.

Very good
- 3.5/5
The location is prime, only a 3-5 minute drive for shopping at the mall. Staff very nice & accommodating, she even checked down rooms to find a TV remote when I informed her my room did not have one. The site needs a major update inside. There are stains on walls & carpets throughout the building.

The outside is accurate minus the fact that the pool was literally green… The hygiene. The place is disgusting. Smells like cigarettes and marijuana. Carpets are covered in stains and sticky in places, the beds smelled bad and I’m pretty sure had bugs. When we got there we went to take the elevator to our room which immediately broke. The place is just filthy and the building needs completely redone. The rooms front door looked like someone tried to beat it down. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there with my children and asked for a refund after the first 5 minutes of being in the room. When the manager asked me what was wrong with the room I replied with “come on man I think we both know what’s wrong with the hotel in general” he nodded and said “yes I know…I will refund you” and I actually don’t think I ever was refunded.

TOO MUCH SMOKING FOR A FACILITY THAT POSTED NO SMOKING. EMPLOYEES STANDING OUT FRONT SMOKING ON TUESDAY MORNING WHILE WE PACKED OUR CAR. DIRTY FLOOR IN LOBBY THERE WAS A SPILL ON THE FLOOR FOR TWO DAYS. OUR ROOM SMELLED OF OLD SMOKE AND NEW SMOKE IN THE HALLWAY. NOISY ON THE FIFTH FLOOR BY OTHER GUESTS.
- 1.5/5
The location The hotel smelled like cigarettes when you first come in and the suite smelled like cigarettes
- 1.5/5
The front entrance of the hotel was welcoming. The sanitation of the property was not up kept. Although there could be high traffic in the hallway. The Hallways are being neglected the carpet had a bad Oder due to lack of shampoo. Couldn’t use the shower due to shower head broken which resulted in Water coming out onto the floor. And rodents were seen coming from the bathroom. When trying to kill them they ran under the base board behind the door to the left.
- 2/5

Dirty hotel, pool was closed and looked like a swamp. Stairwells smelled like old pee. Shower had big leak bubble that could pop at any minute
- 2/5
I booked a room for myself and my support dog. The first room they assigned me smelled like cat urine they changed my room, which was clean, put the lampshades over the bedside mounted lamps were missing carpets throughout look like they needed a good vacuuming. The breakfast bar needed a good wash. The outdoor pool was not open, even though it was past Memorial Day and it was thick with green algae. The room itself was clean and spacious although the furnishings were old the location is great and this could be a good hotel if given a little more attention.
- 1/5
If you like checking in and asking for luggage rack to move your stuff and being told its on some level somewhere...cockroaches in the hallway, a very pungent, stink and rats fighting in the parking lot. Then this is definitely your spot. Oh and the toilet would not stop running
- 1/5
Toilet seat was broken, never got a disabled room as promised, and there was no plug so I could charge my phone. Bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
When you have a 140 lb Great Dane traveling with you, finding a hotel that allows a dog that large is challenging to say the least! But not only did LaQuinta accept dogs of any size, we were given a room on the first floor and close to an exit door so we didn’t have to go through the lobby for the dogs potty breaks. They also have an area for pets to do their “business”. Our room was clean (no bed bugs!) and the staff was very friendly. The price was very reasonable as well, even with the pet fee.
- 1/5
Words cannot express how disappointed I was and am.
- 4/5
Nice and clean no problems
- 3/5
The property was fine minus the usage of the outdoor pool bc it was green. There was a bug in my shower. I thought it was a roach. Our room only had a shower. I didn’t like the lack of breakfast options. There was hardly anything to choose to eat for breakfast. No bagels, no hot foods, no muffins, only OJ was available from the juices. No fruit but a couple of oranges. Breakfast needs a major overhaul. Other than that it was ok. House keeping didn’t bother our room when we stepped out for the day. The only issue I had with house keeping was waking me up on checkout day.
- 1/5
This hotels needs a total renovation.
- 1/5
The property has potential but hasn’t been updated in a while. The landscaping needs taken care of, the carpets give a bad odor to the halls, the person at the front desk was too friendly with females, and the air in the room wasn’t working
- 1/5
The hotel was very skeptical. I didn’t stay. The windows had cardboard where the windows were busted out. The back door had no handle so you had to pry it open. The rooms smelled stale like cigarette smoke was in the walls. There was clothing thrown on the roof. There were holes like deep cigarette burns in the table. The front of the air conditioner was hanging off. It should be condemned.
- 2/5
The hotel is run down. The comforter had spots on it, the sink was stopped up, there were no lamp shades on the bedside lights, the elevator took forever, no one ever came to clean the room or give us fresh towels. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
Breakfast was the minimum. I ate at mcdonald's across the street 2 out of 3 of my mornings here. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend!
- 2/5
Otherwise, this place is in rough shape. It looks fine from the outside, but inside everything feels dated and run down. Dirty carpets in common areas, pot smoke smell in the hallway, stale tobacco smell and sticky carpets in the room, toilet bowl hadn’t been scrubbed, no towel racks to dry used towels, towels had hair on them. Brown splatter on the wall and baseboard in the bathroom. Terrible lighting: lamps that didn’t work, harsh fluorescent light in the bathroom, bed lamps held together with black electrical tape. Pool full of brown water. Tried to get M&Ms from vending machine and the package was soggy with condensation - drinks and snacks are all in the same machine. The overall vibe here is “we don’t care,” as if management has just given up. Family members stayed here years ago and it was a nice place, but things have clearly changed. We saw several other guests complaining at the front desk about various things, and some even said they were checking out and requested a refund. We stuck it out since we were only there for 2 nights and didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but we will never stay here again. I’d recommend that people spend a little extra money if they can and head to the Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott just a few doors down. You’ll be glad you did.

Hotel was not clean or well maintained

I COULD NOT TURN ONE LIGHT OFF. OTHER THAN THAT, EVER OTHER THING WAS OK. HAVE A BLESS DAY.
- 1/5
We stayed 1 night in May 2026. Starting from the lobby everything was really dirty. The halls smelled line mildew and smoke. Both of the elevators were not working. The pool was not open and it was green and filled with trash. Our room was also really dirty. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the surfaces don’t look like they have been cleaned in a while. Not recommended for anyone!!!

Prostitutes and thugs hanging drinking and smoking weed, which appeared to be condoned by the staff. I will never stay in another one of your facilities. Trash everywhere and bugs running up the walls, people screaming bak and forth in the hall ways. I left a day early from trip due fear of getting mugged.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean fresh smelling
- 1/5
When I first arrived, they gave my room to someone else so they had to give me another room. There was a distinct odor throughout the whole hotel. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall. The outlet covers were hanging the lamp shorted out the toilet, had some type of pink dye on it. They also assigned my room that I was in to someone else and they came walking into my room and we screamed at each other then at 5 AM this morning there was a man screaming and yelling and arguing. I called down to the front desk. They said oh they were outside fighting. Just stay in your room no longer felt safe at this place. This was the worst hotel experience ever.

- 2/5
Building was so dirty and filled with smoke and vomit stained in carpets will not rent again
- 1/5
Oh my goodness. Never had such a terrible experience. I checked in , paid , entered the room. There’s a woman sitting on the toilet seat open door in the room. She and me both screamed. I ran to the reception, told her the story and guess what she said to me… there are squatters who enter the hotel!!! Or another guest who entered the room to use the toilet. When I asked how a squatter or another guest can enter the room like this she blamed the housekeeper. She said sometimes they don’t close the door properly. Then the receptionist was trying to convince me to get another room however I was so terrified to even stay in that hotel. What would I do if I stayed there?? Starring the door whole night to see no one enter when I am sleeping??? I was so terrified. Now she didn’t want to refund as I booked through Expedia. They said the manager will come at 9am and only he/she can refund. And guess what after 12 days I am still fighting for my refund. Tried calling hotel to talk to the manager who never picked up the phone or called back in spite of leaving several voicemails. Contacted Expedia, Expedia contacted the manager and the manager said they have refunded however it’s posted on my card and I am fighting for my money. That night I couldn’t find hotel as it was too late. The time I found another hotel it was already 4am, they charged me double as they knew I nee It desperately as I was exausted, worked 1/2 day then drove 10 hours to Raleigh for an event. What a ridiculous.
- 1/5
The rooms and hallways were an absolute mess, had a gross smell and were incredibly damp. We had to change from the first room because there was wet plaster on the beside table, carpet, and bed sheets. Overall, 0/5 will never come here again
- 1/5
Pictures are deceiving! This place is rundown and dirty. Trash all in the halls, what looked like vomit in several places on the floor. Paid for a suite and was given a regular room. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that sometimes it changes your room after you've booked it. I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the $50 difference in rooms. Halls smelled of cigarettes even though it's a smoke free property. When you go out the side door, there's trash and cigarette butts all over the ground and not just a little bit. The shower water was warm at best. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. You could here loud people all night though.
- 2/5
Room was nice but all the shared areas were poor. Pool was out of commission, carpets dirty, a lot of noise in the late hours and only one staff person in sight. Not what I'm use to from La Quinta. Also, included breakfast was no good. Minimal items, coffee was scorched and area was a mess.
- 5/5
Was clean great good good
- 1/5
Do not book here. The hotel was disgusting, there were multiple piles of dried vomit in the hallways, pubic hair on the bathroom counter and in the towels, feces smeared in the hallway, cockroaches, and neighbors screaming at all hours of the night. I will likely never book at a La Quinta again after this stay.

- 1/5
The hotel is in poor condition. There was a fight at 1 am in the hallway by our room. Soda spilled in elevator and was left uncleaned for 2 days. Cigarette butts on the floor in our room from previous guests. All around one of the worst hotel stats I ever experienced
- 3/5
The room I requested was unavailable. Staff stated that rooms had not been cleaned. Also the bathroom had stains on toilet.
- 1/5
This is the worst property I have ever stayed at. It was filthy and unsafe. My husband had to carry out luggage down 5 floors because the elevator was not working. The side doors to the property did not work. The hotel has a lot of nefarious activities going on. There was a heavy smell of marijuana and a lot of suspicious coming and goings. My husband decided to leave as we did not feel safe. This hotel should not be listed as an Expedia site for normal consumers. It has way too many things going on that would be deemed as suspicious.
- 1/5
Room was on the 4th floor. The elevator didn't work. Got to my handicapped accessible room and the air conditioner didn't work. Moved to first floor room, but wasn't handicapped accessible.
- 1/5
The hotel is a disgraceful!! Sleep on your car and stay away from this place!!
- 2/5
Elevator wasn’t working and was put on 5th floor. Finally got room changed after having to wait for elevator to reset. The place smelled of cigarettes and marijuanna. Excessive amounts of trash around, dents in doors and walls and paint peeling
- 2/5
The hotel is in need of some extra TLC. The hallways needed a good vacuum and the breakfast was an attempt but the quality of everything offered was below par. The waffles didn't taste great, the egg sandwiches were rather awful and the maple syrup was the cheapest available... terrible flavor. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom refresh was good but I hope it's just a case of being in the process of upgrades. It set the tone when you walk in to shabby furniture and a really dirty carpet. It was never vacuumed during out stay there.

Stayed bc of Eastern U.S. Snow storm and inclemrnt weather for health concerns and heater did not blow warm even if placed on °90 blew colder informed front desk daily of this but to no concern after 7 days and toilet stopped up last 5 having to walk down flights of steps to lobby to use restroom AM DISABLED mindyou w service animal but no elevators worked. Spoke with desk and supposed 'supervisor' daily was told to csll corporate they eoukd do NOTHING NI COMP NO DISCOUNT called corporate, Wyndam and come to find out reason for desk staffs cockiness ; Frsnchise NOT Corporate owned property. The rooms were still filthy staff was disrespectful except the manager but this hotel is absolutely atrocious i literally found a syringe under the tv in my one bedroom "suite" my upgrade was a trap i was advised to purchase the deluxe to attain a one bedroom upgrade for my Wyndham rewards insider which truly is not an asset they have refused to return my money and i seriously do not ever want to see another Wyndham hotel in my life ever again the program is in no way anything but a ridiculously different outsourced form of scam i will not be disrespected and placed in a room with stains on the couch from what seemed to be urine and the bedroom was disgusting a pipe in the cubby under the phone and a syringe under the entertainment center as well as random food and trash particles and a dirty shower this is unacceptable will be postin the photos on the site soon
- 2/5
The front desk lady was nice at check-in. The closest elevator was not working, so I had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get to the other one, which was acting weird when I got on it. It was very slow-moving and kind of bounced when it stopped at the floors. The halls smelled of marijuana, both halls I walked down. The room itself wasn’t bad. It was clean, and the bathroom seemed to have been updated recently. I checked in while my wife was in a procedure. After picking her up, we got on the elevator, which did not stop evenly with the floor, and the buttons for the floors inside the elevator would not work. We got off the elevator and had to take the stairs to the 5th floor. My poor wife was in agonizing pain having to take all of those steps after just having a procedure done. I never got back on that elevator the rest of the stay (one night only, thank God), but it and the stairs were near an exit door convenient to the side parking lot. The exit door to the parking lot had no handle on the outside and was never locked as stated on the sign, so anyone really could access it. I’m not a complainer, but I kept getting emails over and over to leave a review, so here it is.

Staff was and continues to not even care or be any help. Sorry, he is probably a nice guy
- 3/5
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, but carpeting was old and stained, especially in halls and stairways. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was okay. No experience with pets. Some loud people on the fifth floor.
- 5/5
To me, the staff stood out in particular it was the manager. I can’t remember her name, but and Linda, the supervisor of housekeeping, as well as Eduardo they all went out out of their way to help me out and feel comfortable.!!!
- 3/5
Property was run down.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly but the property was dirty and in disrepair. Trash in the elevator and halls the walls had repairs that looked worse than the issue it was repairing, a sink was held up by caulk. The room had patches of carpet that were mismatched to cover holes. There were no USB ports in the rooms to charge anything without a plug. The pictures online are totally inaccurate.
- 1/5
No hair dryer and front desk refused to help, floor was dirty, tv remote barely worked
- 2/5
The front desk clerk was the best part of the whole experience. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. The hotel itself, however, was pretty sad. Every public area in the hotel had a strong marijuana odor. The smell even made it into my room. In some areas, it was so strong it made me nauseous. I went to lower the curtain in my, and when I did, the entire assembly fell off the wall. Some other guests on my floor were loud, obnoxious, and entirely disruptive. Called front deck twice but was unable to get a representative on the phone. Also, both elevators were out of order. Found a few dead bugs in my room

Cockroach everywhere
- 1/5
The room has multiple outlets that did not charge our cell phones. There were lights but no lampshades on them. I did not see a business center to print my boarding pass. The room was never cleaned when we left for the day. The elements that frequent this facility seem to be homeless or less than desirable. Honestly, I would not return to this facility, and I really feel like I deserve a refund because I did not feel safe at all in this hotel.

I should have read the reviews but I didn't. The hotel was very run down and smelled of smoke and urine. Carpet and wall damage. Elevators didn't work. The place was truly disgusting.

Elevator broken, wall paper peeling, holes in furniture in room, bar stools in breakfast room were shabby. The hotel rooms were not what they looked like online
- 2/5
Poor condition. We won’t be staying at any other La Quinta Inns in the future,
- 4/5
Room could’ve been cleaner, covers had stains
- 1/5
Absolutely horrific, low class hotel. I gave it a one-star but it should be zero Stars. The place is filthy, the chairs in the common dining area are torn. There are three elevators with only one working the one that is working has exposed wires and does not seem safe. For a day and a half of my stay the only working elevator was not and they're trying to charge me another $122 for what??? I had to do my own maid service since I had none. I was there for seven nights but I should have changed hotels and got reimbursement because it definitely was not worth it.
- 1/5
Dirty rooms, cockroaches, broken toilet, sink and shower, dirty carpets smelled like animal pee, whole place smelled like weed. Just gross overall.
- 2/5
Room was definitely not how it was described
- 2/5
The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, but this location is lacking drastically compared to others. The AC unit did not work in our room (but we were easily given a new room), however, the toilet did not flush in the new room, the microwaves were unclean, and the mattresses were stained horribly. Also, the elevator was missing buttons and felt unsafe. We had tried to get a refund, but our check in time was too late to qualify, so we made the most out of our one night stay. The few good things included in our room were the very comfortable mattresses, the water temperature in the shower, and the pressure of the shower head. However, these do not make up for the drunk and high individuals in the hallway asking “do you know where I can buy ice around here?” or the ones stumbling around the halls. We felt very unsafe and didn’t leave our room until it was time to check out. I honestly would never stay here again and I’m sure I could find somewhere much nicer for the price. The front desk worker was nice, but this hotel should honestly be regarded as a 1 star hotel not suitable for families or people looking for a safe place for the night. I will definitely be checking the reviews more thoroughly next time I book a hotel.
- 2/5
We were not booked at this property originally. Our original location had to cancel due to overbooking. Expedia booked us here. It was in need of repair. Carpets were awful. Rooms smelled like smoke. Sink didn’t even have a drain cover. Elevator was missing a button and the other elevator was broken. Just overall not a good experience and it wasn’t even my choice to stay here.
- 2/5
Door handle broken, toilet in room broken no hot tub as advertised i could have paid half of what I paid to stay there if I wanted no accommodations
- 1/5
Nasty the nastiness i after a bug crawl across my face i just slept in the car smfh
- 1/5
Upon arrival I kicked off my Shoes to relax, unwind and to use the bathroom, after my flight only to get wet socks from a PUDDLE on the floor from a broken pipe, beneath the Sink. Then to add Insult to Injury, as I come out of the bathroom to report the leak to the Front Desk, I notice a Roach Run up the Wall, and hide behind a Picture Frame in the Room. I now come downstairs to the Front Desk, with my belongings, to be transferred to a 2nd Room. Upon entering the main light doesn't work, and the Toilet handle also broken! Once again, I have to return to the front desk, to inform the clerk about the problems. And again, I'm given the key card to yet another room and by now it's 10:30 PM. In the Third and final, the bathroom light is defective. Since it had been getting late, I decided to settle with the lesser of the Evils and deal with it. I was there visiting my Brother, who was hospitalized, and this horrible hotel did not make my visit any more comfortable.

Did NOT stay! Found live roaches, terrible order and mold. Expect full refund.

I killed two cockroaches and a spider upon walking into my room. The room smelled heavily of weed and so did the rest of the hotel. It was so bad I did not stay.

We stayed two nights for a soccer tournament and enjoyed ourselves; along with the breakfast and the showers are nice. Good hot water and good towels. Thanks*****

Room had roaches

My room was not cleaned. They missed the vacuuming. The hallway carpet need to be thoroughly cleaned

WiFi out of service. Pressing handicap plate at front door doesn’t open door. All exercise equipment, excepting treadmills, broken. Room not cleaned nor wet towels on floor exchanged. One of two elevators out of service. Wallpaper peeling. Fan in bathroom not working.
- 5/5
We came in after a concert after 1am. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and we had a good stay.
- 1/5
Property in poor condition. One of the two elevators was out of service. All gym equipment, excepting treadmills, broken. Handicap excess plate at front door not working. Vending machine broken. Check-in receptionist spent five minutes complaining that he was overworked. He then called after I got to room to tell me that I needed to return to front desk because he forgot to ask for my ID. So sorry I didn’t spend a little more and get a decent motel.
- 1/5
Dirty walls, the room didn't have blackout curtains, all the streetlights were shining into the room, and there were cockroaches in the bed. Totally disgusting.
- 1/5
Smelled terrible, like smoke, and just wasn’t very clean.

It was nice disturbing because it was under construction. Nobody tell us anything.

I stayed here for one night but i booked it for two nights, the hallways smell like tobacco, the beds was extremely itchy, i saw some roaches in the bathroom, the bathroom shower curtain stinks, front desk lady have a bad attitude. If you allergic to bugs i wouldn’t recommend this hotel, i asked for an refund for the day i didn’t stay because of the condition of my room and because i’m allergic to roaches but the front desk lady said no because it was 12:00 o’clock and said i should’ve called the day i stayed there mind you i had checked in at 6:30 didn’t lay in the bed until 4am that’s when the itching started and say roaches all around the bathroom tub. Will be contacting management Monday morning.

The not-so-good: This hotel is falling apart. Water damage on the ceiling. Torn up furniture. The main elevator was broken when I arrived, and on the second day of my trip, the back-up elevator was out too. So stairs only. And the stairs smelled strongly of cigarettes and urine.
- 2/5
The staff sat & watched as we waited at the front desk, no sense of urgency or customer care & seemed to be annoyed that we interruoted whatever they were doing & ALL the elevators were cut off. When in the room rhe window didn't have curtains just generic outter curtains that didn't cover the window & the middle curtain had fell off from previous stay from others. You could see completely in the room from the outside.

Todo muy limpio

My stay was horrible.. I had a room on the 3rd floor and the people that stayed next door was very loud.. several people was in and out the room all night and banging on the door screaming.. police had to be called.. police arrested one of the people in the room and after the arrest was made and the police left it seems like the people that was left in the room continued to party because the noise started right back.. also the room had a wire shortage because the thermostat would go completely out and stop working leaving the room very hot!! The next day I got up to iron my work clothes and the cord would not stay securely in the plug which was very frustrating!! I have stayed at LaQuinta hotels in the past and enjoyed my stay but the location has been the worst one yet!! I never intend on staying at this location again! The staff was very nice and pleasant but the hotel is horrible.. needs to be shut down seriously!!
- 2/5
One elevator not working at all and other elevator had one floor button completely gone, hair dryer completely covered in a brown substance, dog in next room barked nonstop
- 1/5
Please try to fix the elevator and the hallways because it smelled like urine.
- 2/5
No one at front desk when we arrived, had to wait 15 mins for them to return. Hall smelled of cigarettes and weed. Light was held together with electrical tape. Dirty towel in the middle of the hall. Other guests were loud until past 2am.
- 1/5
im awaiting word on whether hotels.com will give me a refund for my two nights. The rooms and halls had bad odors. one elevator didn't work, garbage bags in the parking lot -- and worst, rooms occupied by what looked like vagrants bringing in guests to smoke -- and it's a 100 percent non smoking hotel. Cigarette butts all over. No syrup for pancakes nor milk for cereal. I saw one hotel employee sitting in a car with someone snorting something. Cops also were called to deal with someone who wouldnt leave. i have photos.
- 2/5
The stairs smelled like piss. The room had a roach in the bathroom.
- 1/5
There for 4 nights. Hair and old napkin on the floor and tub on the first night. Very noisy near side exit door as it slammed constantly and needed fixed. Loud TV from neighbors
- 4/5
Bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bath towels were plush and soothing on the skin. Very pleased.
- 1/5
The photos are NOTHING like the preoprty actually looks. This place should be condemned. The man that checked us in was accommodating, but we left because of the absolutely deplorable conditions of this place. Smells like marijuana and cigarette smoke, stains all over the carpets, the walls, the furniture. Mold in the bathrooms and on the walls. The AC unit leaked and the carpet within a 2 foot radius from it was soaking wet and stunk. And that is only the tip of the iceberg. I wouldn't let my worst enemy's dog stay here.
- 1/5
Dirty tables & countertops Nasty stains on the couch
- 3/5
Just a very dirty hotel to elevators weren’t working
- 2/5
Having arrived, I waited with a few others at check-in for about 20 minutes, with no visible signs of staff. We had taken to yelling at top pitch, "hello? hello? HELLO IS ANYONE HERE???" without results. Eventually, two still-wet guys toweling off thru the lobby explained that the check in person would return after closing the pool. Useless, time and money for Ubering & buying a swimsuit for a CLOSED POOL?. The elevator closest to front desk was broken. The trek to a working one, then to my room took long enough to forget any notions of returning for the next day's free lobby breakfast. Bugs? Yes, and the furniture was old. The whole place needs revision. Can't imagine people willing to fork out so much for so little. The towels were nice and thick and fluffy. And clean.
- 1/5
Loitering, abandoned and broken down vehicles in parking lot, trash throughout site,
- 1/5
The staff is kind and helpful, but the facility is a reck. 1 “working” elevator, filthy rooms, cloudy water in the pool, and AC that doesn’t keep up with the outside temperature.
- 1/5
This was THE WORST HOTEL I have ever attempted to lay my head in. First off let me say the young man at the front desk was GREAT. Ok now to the hotel, he informed me there was no wifi, no hot water, and the elevators were broken down. I just needed to sleep and was leaving super early so I hit the bullet and checked in anyway. Got to the stairwell to go to the third floor and all you smelled was straight pee! Like it has not been cleaned in years. And I mean it was all the way up the stairwell. The floor hallway was not bad. The room smelled like a combo of piss and candy. There was a big colorful stain on the floor. I sprayed my perfume and it helped mask it for a for about 20 minutes or so. I decided to check right back out because WHY would management think that hotel is acceptable is beyond me. The stairwell alone needs to be gutted. Frfr close the entire hotel and revamp. I wouldn’t suggest that even to a homeless person tbh
- 1/5
Worst hotel I’ve ever said in hall way was full of water and smelled like urine room was even worse smelled like something did was hair in the mini fridge and old food and on the bed stains and hair trash around the bed and on the floor told me before they gave me the room they had lots of complaints and if I had a problem with the room to let them know I went back down with my wife and we told them and they said they could not refund the money for the room and they couldn’t change the room cuz they were booked me and my wife end up just leaving and drive back home 5 hours away. I hope no body ever goes there and gets done the way I did
- 5/5
Nice property with excellent staff. Peaceful and quiet well maintained areas
- 1/5
No hot water Bad smell everywhere Elevator is not working and my room at the 4th floor
- 1/5
Terrible, room smelled of cigarette smoke and ac for living room didnt work, wifi was a hassle and didn't work
- 4/5
At check in I was informed that the hotel had no hot water. Facilities was working on it. Next morning still no hot water. I had to take a cold shower as I had a job interview at 10:00. I would appreciate a reduction in the room rate for one night. Thank you
- 2/5
Room 5th floor, no elevator, stairs smell like pee.
- 2/5
The propery is in a convenient location and offers continental breakfast until 9am, even til.9 on weekends. The room was pretty good except for the lighting. All yellow and very dim. Property had poor technology, which affected front desk service and wifi in room, where i had plannrd to work. I couldnt check in because all systems were down so had to cancel and rebook so i could make payment via my phone. Whole property outside of my room smelled of marijuana, especially the hallways. Elevators are broken, but has 5 floors! I was on 4th, had to ride to 5 then walk down to 4. The place is a mess! Will not go back!
- 3/5
Mold in rm 222 elevator didn't work much
- 2/5
Filled out online pre check in forms that had to be refilled at hotel as the systems don’t link up. Stairwell smelled of urine. Elevator was out of service, even after it was repaired we were too scared to use it and get stuck as everything looked like it was dirty and falling apart.
- 3/5
Very old property and not very well kept up. Several elevators not working and they tried to put extra charges on my credit card!
- 1/5
2 time did my bed Pool dirty Yes the breakfast is simple i take trash out for the cleaner I was fighting to give me tower If she don't have a tower She tell me get down to receive the tower When i was leaving they don't have the car to but my stuff When i ask for a car they said i I don't know where they are .
- 1/5
Poor cleaning and there were bugs. I'm itchy all over my body and the place smells horrible. I think I'm going to sue for lack of hygiene.
- 1/5
The entire hotel was damp and extremely humid and hot. When entering the first room I was given there was a pungent smell of mildew. Upon inspecting the room I found what appeared to be a water leak on the ceiling edge with mold growing from it. The room floor was damp and the carpet was wet to the touch. I informed the front desk of the room condition and was given a different room for my stay. The second room was the same layout but was extremely humid and took several hours having the AC set very low to remove the humidity. The hallways and stairwells of the hotel were also extremely humid and smelt terrible. Our room was on the 4th floor, this was troublesome given the lack of functioning elevators in the hotel at the time. When we arrived only one elevator was working [on the opposite end of the building from our room]. When moving our things to our room the other elevator stopped functioning as well. This elevator was fixed the next day but having to carry all of our luggage up 4 floors was not the best experience.
- 3/5
The property was clean and the staff was very helpful. It was a great hotel to stay. I loved the rate :)
- 2/5
This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The first time it was ok. This time the hotel was not clean. Water was leaking from the ice maker to the carpet in the hallway. The elevator was dirty and only one was working. The hotel needs additional supplies because I called to the front desk due to not having batteries in my tv remote. Batteries were not provided. My hotel room smelled like cigarettes. Trash from hotel rooms are left in the hallway for extended periods of time. To be honest do not stay at this hotel.
- 5/5
Love the staff. All excellent.
- 5/5
No
- 2/5
Staff super nice and helpful, room very clean but shabby. Ceiling peeling, some outlets not working, some the plug just fell out. The room (1st floor) just felt damp, both beds very damp but the sweet housekeeper brought dry bedding, which helped. Realized in the morning that the a/c is actually putting out damp air, the shirt I hung near it was very damp. My door lock would not work, Joyce was relentless and finally managed to make it let me back in.
- 1/5
The hotel is completely nasty. The buttons in the elevator are pushed in. Some floors you have to stick you finger into the hole to hit the button. My room had a nasty stain in the carpet. Looks like someone vomitted in the floor. They tried to charge me twice for the room. I was told at the desk it would be refunded and it never was. I had to do a dispute with my credit card company. Random people trying to get in to the hotel that didn’t have a key. When for to the hotel there was four cop cars because someone got mad and just busted out people windows. I feel unsafe the entire time of my stay.
- 3/5
Smelled weird and it was a little noisy
- 1/5
Terrible experience, I get there, settle in with my children shower so I can rest and nap after our 13 hour drive and I get a call on the hotel phone from someone asking if I’m there with my kids, I said yes thinking it was just the front desk people and then it was some perv mumbling something about “taking out their d’s and p’s” I hung up, scared bc I am a single mother alone there with my 3 children, I requested an immediate change of room and the lady at the seat seemed aggravated by me and she did not do anything about the man who I’m positive was the room next to mine, I get to my new room and then come back out to a different desk guy who I asked to call the police but instead gave me the number to call them myself, the police went upstairs and then I assume they just left, hours went by I had no update, I was scared to leave the room, I didn’t know who this person was, they new what me and my kids looked liked, I left because of a terrible experience and went to a different hotel 2 hours away and they refuse to even let me get a refund because I booked through Expedia.
- 1/5
I have two small children AP tried to put me on the third floor with no elevator. Then he switched my room and charged me twice. After I asked three times would it charge my card again
- 1/5
Hotel was by far worse I ever stayed in hallway smell like smoke and pee, elevator old got stuck in it briefly, it seems like people live there permanently. This place need to be torn down
- 2/5
At check-in, 1 of 2 elevators was not working. After returning from dinner, no elevators were working. Front desk clerk stated this was due to heat and that it was too hot in the mechanical room for her to go into the mechanical room to reset the elevators. (We were on the 4th floor and we are both over 70.) When this was reported to the front desk the following morning, the lady on the front desk reset the elevators so that they would work. Overall, hotel was shabby with carpet and wall coverings in need of replacement. Landscaping and flower beds need to be weeded and cleaned up. Towels were ok, wash cloth had a hole and bed poorly made. Only one chair in a large room. In room coffee not good and coffee maker missing proper basket.
- 1/5
The main elevator had 2 “floor buttons” MISSING from the panel face inside the elevator car leaving dangerous square openings in the panel. One bedside lamp in the room was hanging from its power wires. At the “free” breakfast there was no milk for cereal and only hazelnut creamer. Don’t go there
- 1/5
This place is way overpriced. The service is terrible, no one is ever attending the front desk. The main elevator can only take you to two floors because the other buttons are broken out, the other elevator didn’t work half the time. The back door is broken, the vending machine is broken, the ATM is broken. I’d stayed here a few years ago, and I was quite surprised at how far downhill this place has gone. Paid over $100/night for a hotel weeks stay, this place isn’t even worth paying half of that
- 2/5
The outside of the hotel looks grand and well-kept, but that impression disappears once you walk past the lobby. The lobby is tidy and presentable, like when you clean the living room before guests arrive, but leave the rest of the house untouched. Beyond that, the property is poorly maintained. We saw peeling paint, water stains on the carpet and walls, and signs of long-term neglect. The hallways were dim and smelled musty. Our room didn’t feel clean. The first room we were given had a strong mold smell. When we asked for a different room, the front desk staff was helpful and seemed to already know what the issue was. I appreciated the quick room change. The second room was an improvement, but still had problems. It smelled like someone had just smoked in it. After airing it out, the smell changed to something that reminded me of urine. The bed and shower were clean, and there were small Dove soaps available, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, those were the only highlights of the stay. One of the elevators is in serious need of repair. The other one is just worn and needs a good cleaning. Several hallway lights were out. Room 120 was missing its plaque and had the number written on the door with a Sharpie. The fifth floor had a strong musty smell, while the fourth floor smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. It was the kind of experience that made me feel pick
- 1/5
When arriving to check in there was no one there to check me in until 30 minutes later and the sign on the desk say I’ll be back in 15 minutes once I got onto the elevator they were missing elevator buttons once I got onto my floor, it smelt like pee in the hallway when I got into my room there was black electrical tape, holding the lamps together, and if you wanted to use the microwave, you had to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave.. in the bathroom, the shower chair was dirty, & the pool is not usable The landscaping outside looks terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay there unless you had nowhere else to go.
- 2/5
One word to describe this hotel would be jenky. The place has gone downhill
- 1/5
The property had a smoke odor even though there is no smoking. The property was run down, buttons missing from the elevator, stains on the carpet.
- 4/5
*** Rear entrance near pool and parking parking lot needs serious attention. *** It is a gathering point for patrons to hang out, eat, smoke and lounge about. 1. Trash recepticle always full and over flowing. 2. Numerous cigarette butts thrown about. 3. Concrete slab at rear door entrance filthy. It should be pressure washed occasionally. It looks terrible. 4. Trash lying about due to recepticle issue.
- 3/5
I will not stay there again.
- 1/5
The elevators only go up, the pool was locked down but listed as an amenity. The carpet was soaked from the AC leaking I mean can't take your shoes off or put anything on the floor. Stained sheets and towels. I left the room cleaner than when I arrived especially the bath. No smoking hotel that reeks of dope probably because of the folks sitting on the steps smoking. Lots of "dates" in and out, probably why the police were there twice in the first 3 hours we were there. I know it was a lower price point but at what point does Wyndham stop putting their name on what should be pay cash by the hr. Flop house . Did the pre check in online so tell me why I had to do it again when I got there? and to top it of she tried to put the incidentals hold on the card that I used at "pre check in" so when I asked why she was trying to charge my card 83.83 she said for incidentals. Really? the hold is 50.00 and already done ma'am.
- 1/5
The elevator buttons don’t work , we had to go to floor 5 and walk the stairs to the fourth floor .The stairs smelled like urine. The bathroom ceiling is cracking and the tub was rusty. There was not any batteries to turn the tv on . The floors and walls throughout was dirty and there hair in the wash cloth.
- 2/5
Hotel was in bad condition. Most buttons in elevator are broken, dead bugs in my hotel window, stains on the big cushion by the bed. Would not stay here again
- 5/5
Elevator buttons are broken and needs to be fixed.
- 1/5
Hallways had a strong weed smell. Elevator was missing buttons. I had to go to the 5th floor and take the stairs down to get to my room. Carpets were stained, dirty and sticky. If we weren’t so tired from traveling, I would have requested a refund. I do NOT recommend staying here.
- 1/5
I’m astonished that this hotel is still operating, especially under the Wyndham name. The place was filthy, with signs of prostitution, loud music, stained carpets, and an unpleasant odor of urine and dogs. The elevator buttons were missing, among other issues. When we arrived, there were three police cars on the scene handling an incident involving broken car windows. Additionally, we were double charged, and they repeatedly attempted to charge our credit card to the point where I had to lock it and report fraud to obtain a new one.
- 1/5
It was a very dirty hotel overall. The front desk lady was nice but that was it. Hotel elevator not working, dirty carpet and floors, hair found on the counter AFTER cleaning the room. Was disappointing, I do not recommend staying here, and I definitely probably won't be back to a La Quinta location if they are all like this.
- 1/5
I have pictures of the wallpaper peeling off the walls dark deep stains in the carpet worn out carpet just a ratty hotel that should’ve been renovated five years ago. This is what it looked like when I was there five years ago if you need the photos, let me know I have plenty
- 4/5
The room was clean, breakfast decent, but the first night the people next door had a party going on, I guess lots of alcohol, people super loud, then after midnight they started fighting and yelling to each other (of course!). We were in room 128, the party was on room 129. Those rooms are on the main level. Management did nothing about it. So that night we had few hours of good sleeping. Next day those people were gone and the rest of our stay was pleasant.
- 1/5
Elevator was missing buttons. Room wasn't cleaned before move in.
- 3/5
The room decor and furniture was out dated
- 2/5
Poorly maintained property
- 1/5
3 of the 5 floors in the elevator had buttons missing. You literally had to put your finger in a hole and hope you don’t get electrocuted. There was cigarette ash in the bathroom on a shelf, so it certainly wasn’t cleaned, and the carpets were sticky. Wallpaper literally stapled to the wall. This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in during my 25 years of travel
- 1/5
The rooms were renovated terribly and the rest of the hotel was a hot mess. Completely disjointed, dirty, broken eleveators, gross smells, fire hazard doors in staircases...
- 1/5
LaQunita Wyndham needs to pull theor name off of this property asap because looks bad.
- 1/5
This is a DO NOT STAY property and is not suitable. Elevator was broken, buttons broken out, extremely dirty. Beds were dirtly with food in betwen mattress, stains, appaearnce of bed bugs (others have written on it) and overall unsanitary.
- 1/5
But this is unconscionably bad. Dirty, worn, stained carpet. Damage everywhere. Trash, broken paneling, and missing/broken buttons in the elevator (which “might not be working” I was told). A weird smell in the hallways - Mold? Cigarettes? A fan was running in the vending room, suggesting there had been a leak or water damage. The room had a strong cigarette-adjacent odor. Floor seemed sticky. Bathroom light was burned out. I did NOT spend the night here. Will gladly eat the cost on the non-refundable reservation, not to sleep here. (Though I wouldn’t refuse a refund)
- 2/5
The only positive about my stay was the sweet lady behind the daytime check out. This place is in need of a desperate renovation. Although, it appeared to be cleaned there was a very unpleasant odor thoughout the entire place. The elevator had missing floor buttons. When I was brave enough to ride it, I was met with an obscene sign and left on a floor of a button I did not push.
- 2/5
Employees were nice but need updated furniture, new elevator, new carpets
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
Absolutely terrible place to stay! Upon arrival...we were greeted by people using drugs in the parking lot, broken bottles and needles in the dog walking area, and broke elevators. When getting in the room, we had the smell of drugs which gave my daughter a headache for the 3 days that we were there.
- 1/5
Hotel was not clean. I stayed in room 209. The second lock was broken off the door. No light shades on the lights mattress was blood stained, and the room was just not very clean at all.
- 1/5
DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. This place should be condemned. It reaks of pot, serves as transitional housing versus a hotel, homeless people sleeping in the stairway after sneaking in through the side doors, no security. They have cameras, but no worker truly has a give a care attitude. All elevators to and/or from 3rd floor were broken. Felt so unsafe and only stayed one of our 3 nights booked. Extremely worried that we are leaving with bed bugs. Encountered filthy people and children, one client with an ankle monitoring bracelet, and others trying to breach the side door. I wish I had read the reviews here before booking and losing all my money. Our 4 day trip got reduced to 1 as with no refund we weren't going to pay for another place and honestly we were too traumatized.
- 2/5
Front desk person was nice. Elevator was broke, had to walk down 4 flights with heels on, toilet didn’t flush, rooms and halls smelled of smoke and stairwells smelled of urine.
- 1/5
Bad
- 3/5
average overall, noisy at times, staff not always available, elevators not working
- 2/5
homeless central- gross on the outside with constant loud people. says it’s a smoke free hotel but reeks of cigarette smoke and lysol.
- 3/5
The best thing I can say about our stay was the staff. We were able to switch rooms easily. The elevator doesn’t work so you have to take the stairs. One night we got in a little late and there were guests in their room with the door wide open. The hallways and rooms smell like old cigarettes and dogs. I just expected with the hotel being in a decent area the conditions of the hotel would’ve been better.
- 1/5
The hotel was disappointing. The facilities were unclean, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the room had a terrible odor. The bathroom appeared untouched by housekeeping. I cannot recommend this property—improved cleaning and maintenance are urgently needed.”
- 2/5
Housekeeping left an ozone generator in our room before we checked in. Noticed the room wreaked of cigarettes but paid a lot to be there that weekend so we decided to overlook it .. housekeeping then came to our room maybe 15 minutes after we checked in to grab the machine. At the time we had zero clue what it was, we thought it was just a fan or something but after finding out I wish we would’ve been told it was not something safe to be turned on while in the room.
- 2/5
The hotel was mostly quiet, but there were a few people arguing loudly in the lobby for about an hour in the evening, which made things feel a bit uncomfortable. There was free breakfast, which is always nice, but the options were pretty limited compared to other La Quintas I’ve stayed at. Overall, it was fine for a quick overnight stop, but I wouldn’t want to stay here again.
- 2/5
Don't go if you are handicapped. We were put on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work (the buttons ). I had to get someone to go to another floor and get off on 3rd floor for us to even leave. Or we would have been stuck there. Nothing was said about it and they knew we were in a wc.
- 2/5
The air conditioning in the lobby was broken along with the elevators.
- 1/5
Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in the elevator was broken. The carpet was so matted it was sticky the beds look like a crime scene had taken place and they tried to cover it. Poor lighting no phones in the room horrible nursing home smell in rooms and piss smell in stairwells couldn’t switch hotels because of dreamville opted to sleep in my car one of the nights
- 4/5
It was good for what it was, Quiet and Staff was friendly and nice
- 2/5
Hotel stairwell smelled like piss. Elevator was not working, and hall and room had the smell as if someone smoked there frequently.
- 2/5
There were roaches in my room and it had a very bad stench. The staff was very friendly though. Also there was only one elevator working when I got there and the button on my floor stopped working so I had to carry all my bags down the stairs on my last day.
- 5/5
They can't seem to get the elevator's to work. Lost 15 lbs staying there. Lol..other they that I absolutely loved it.bstaff were wonderful 😊
- 3/5
Really need to do some upgrades
- 1/5
The worst was at night when at 9:00 LOUD heavy bass music starts in the room next door. This went on until 10:30 and then started in the middle of the night. I called down to the front desk about the noise at 9:30 and she did nothing. Quiet hours start at 10, but this level of noise was the type of loud that is disrespectful anytime of day. Needless to say we left as soon as possible.
- 4/5
The staff at Check-in was very friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable.
