Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh /Crabtree Valley

The room and lobby and hotel facilities were very clean since it looks like a newer complex. I just had to clean and then spray lysol on the filters for the A/C ventilation system. The only complaint I had was the drain in the bathroom to wash your hands seemed a little backed up as the water was going down very slowly. Engineering has to cleanout that drain which is very simple to do. There is a nut at the bottom of the drain that can be opened to clean out. The staff at the front desk and in the facility were friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't use the bar as we are not drinkers. There was plenty of self parking areas which was very convenient. The breakfast looked good but we didn't stay around for it as we had to drive to the next town and hotel to check in.

We are so thankful to the staff of the Hilton Gardens at Crabtree. The staff were so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. I am so terrible with name, and I wish I had written them down to give them acknowledgement, but everyone was so nice. I was there for a surgery at UNC Rex, and the staff provided us with a wheelchair to help me get around to my room when I had to return. They all just went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this hotel as a great and convenient place to stay in the Raleigh area.

The front desk attendant, I believe her name was Miranda, was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel 100% at home and treated us like we were family. This is the second time in as many years that my buddy and I have stayed at this hotel and there was a reason we came back a second time. The staff is truly welcoming and caters to your every need. I can't recommend this place enough.

I had another great stay at this property! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team—were all very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both fast and easy. The only suggestion for improvement would be to update the mattresses, as the beds could have been more comfortable.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The receptionest was so welcoming and informative. We used the shuttle to go to The Cheesecake Factory, our driver was Shariff, both trips, he was a delight. So friendly and gave us great info on the area.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful!! The park lot could be better had to park across to the other hotel. The air conditioner was set on one temperature , should be able to adjust to your liking would only let me turn to 75 degree nothing any higher I’m a cold nature person.

Nice place, good location, and clean. Pretty expensive for a place that did not have a complimentary breakfast, and the bed wasn’t the softest.

Indoor pool had so much chlorine, our eyes were burning and the smell was awful. Staff was so rude to us when we attempted to open a door to clear out the smell and the humidity. Breakfast buffet was not amazing. Eggs were COMPLETELY TASTELESS uncracked eggs. Myself and kids would not eat. Staff was friendly at offering "cracked eggs." A la carte of course. Super weak coffee. I'd give the buffet a 3/5 stars. I refused to return the next morning, and spent the same amount of money on an amazing breakfast off site. We were down an 1 out of 2 elevators during our stay. It happens, understandable. Well, our 1 elevator got stuck while we waited from the top floor. We had to take the stairs from the 7th floor, and notified the front desk who weren't aware. Staff hopped on the phone right away and notified us when it was up and running. Maybe 45 min wait. As you consistently travel from the elevators to and from your room, you become aware of an odor of sewage or sulfur. You even become aware of the smell in your room. I kept realizing that the air smelled like a lingering post BM. It was unpleasant. Beds were comfortable and supportive. The shade of our window came off track, and I had to MacGyver the curtains to block light pollution from entering the room. Our toilet smelled. Shower pressure felt amazing. Staff were urgent at filling requests for towels. Parking was easy and lot was well lit. Felt relatively safe, close on and off interstate.

I love that the property was conveniently located to the mall, major interstates, and many restaurants. The staff was amazing. I had an event to attend to, so I had to complete an early check-in. So, I could receive my keycard before 12 am. The agent checked me in and let me know that my room was actually ready. She gave me the keycard and also told me how to check in without actually physically come into the facility if this ever happened again. The agent was super knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and polite. I loved the additional security of requiring guest to use their key card to move the elevator to their floor. The room was on level 4 and upon entry the room had a strange smell. Even with the air on low, the humidity was present. The room was very clean, but the pillows were horrible with no density, and the bed felt worn out. The bathroom was clean, bright, and had plenty of toiletries, towels, and wash . It definitely looked like it was renovated, but it had some cosmetic wear/tear. The caulking was chipping near the bottom of the shower floor and it was worn down. I enjoyed that the room came with the refrigerator & microwave that was clean and in excellent working condition. The tv was a great size with plenty of options to fall asleep too. The lobby was immaculate. The decorum, the brightness, the cleaniness, and the overall aesthetic was just a chef's kiss and top tier. My husband and I had a wonderful quiet stay. The parking lot is a little hectic but the check-in process was smooth and easy. Everything was accessible and nice. The only reason we didn't give a 5-star experience is because the pillows were horrible but we would definitely stay again but with our pillows :)

The rooms are immaculate. The staff is cordial and extremely accommodating. The amenities are more than adequate for any traveler. Breakfast, though not included, was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff, especially Becky, just seemed happy to help and went and above and beyond her job description. Of all the hotels on the strip of road that leads to the Hilton, this one made us feel like royalty. We stayed the night after seeing a concert at Lenovo. We weren't quite ready to go to bed so we decided to hang out on the terrace to the side of the lobby. Wonderful fire pit (table), comfortable chairs, and just a great relaxing atmosphere with a almost beach-like breeze. 10/10 will stay again.

This hotel was one of the best that we have stayed in during other travels. Everything was top notch - from the greeting to the room to the restaurant to the check out. The room was probably one of the cleanest, most well maintained that we have ever had the experience to stay.

The room was clean but the beds are hard, very uncomfortable, the pillows are too soft but the worst part was their heater didn’t work, I put it to 75degrees and it was blowing cold air and no I didnt have the ac on, I brought it to the front desk guy when I check in and he didn’t seem to care, will not book here ever again and to mention the freaken door closed so hard that hit my back and still hurts, they should try to fix that before someone gets a bad hurt like a kid or an elderly person

Nice 👍 stay!

Nice hotel

The walls are so paper thin that I could hear normal conversations very clearly in the next room, and I could feel every time someone got into their own bed because it shook the wall and shook my own bed. I would never stay here again.

We will stay there again.

The staff was polite and very helpful. The property has Crabtree mall around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Great for a weekend getaway.

Very nice hotel

Property was clean inside and out! Nice outdoor seating area with heat! Rooms were very nice and comfortable! Very convenient location to shopping mall and restaurants! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Had buffet breakfast that was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

It was an ok stay. TV did not work when we arrived, but it got fixed. Would be better if breakfast was included. Even better if a nightly happy hour was included like our next hotel on the trip. Would try another hotel for our next trip to Raleigh.

Clean and spacious rooms. The outdoor patio was very nice.

Great deal for a great room. The amenities were off the charts as well. Fed me like a king for breakfast. No charge!💪💪

The staffs were amazing. Great room conditions, best breakfast at a hotel that we’ve been too even better than some of the five star hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. This will be our hotel of choice the next we’re in Raleigh again! Thank you a wonderful experience

The hotel is a nice hotel. However, during our stay, the heat was out in the lobby which made it nearly impossible to enjoy the breakfast buffet. Also, the pool was a little chilly. Other than that, the room was very nice and the bed slept great!

This property is close to everything. The layout of the roads around the hotel can be a little confusing. Breakfast was also a bit pricey. But the area is nice. We would stay there again because of its proximity to everything, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the quiet rooms.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Crabtree Valley in Raleigh, NC is a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. The room was very clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. There is a really nice outside area with a fire pit and heaters. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again!

Mall close by within walking distance.

We stay here whenever we come down from Maryland. Staff is always polite and the hotel is always clean and comfy during our stay!

Room service came while I was getting dressed. I asked them to come back, but they never did.

Perfect for staying close to PNC arena for a concert.

Overall, I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay.

They gave us a lot of grief about our age even though the age limit was never told to us prior to booking the worker who checked us in was rude and just talked down to us

Property was Clean. Room and bed were very comfortable. We did not rent a car. The area is not very walkable.

Customer service was sub-par. At check in-the staff seemed uninterested- forced greeting- no smiles. Room was ok- clean in places it counted but could’ve used a vacuum in the corners and at the ac unit. Bar service was ok, however staff were complaining that they were overworked, bartender hasn’t seen her son because she’s worked so much since the manager was caught doing something questionable and fired so they were all managing the best they could. Was awakened after midnight due to marijuana smoke coming in under the connecting room- called front desk to report and seeking assistance only to be told to “not bother calling the cops since they won’t show for stuff like this.” Stellar stay- do better Hilton!

The staff at this property were very helpful and friendly.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and once again it was a good experience. Room was clean, front desk was friendly and the bar was nice. Definitely will stay again. Also is close to NC state to go visit our son.

Room very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good! We sat out on the patio that night which was nice but looked a little worn down. Other than that I’d stay again.
