Nicely appointed rooms close to fast food restaurants strip malls and other shopping. Easy parking and entrances close to where your room is. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Didn't clean my room or make my bed after my first night. I only stayed for 2 nights so not sure if they would have come the next day.

We woke up with no hot water and maintenance was stuck in traffic. They did make every attempt to make it right. We were given free breakfast and offered another room to shower in. The breakfast was not good and definitely would not have been worth the $15.99/person. The front desk was amazing and apologetic for the hot water situation.

Hotel was clean! Our issue was with the female staff member. The man who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming, but after going to our rooms we were told that it was okay to check out the hotel bar n restaurant (we were watching another lady look at the menu sitting at the bar). We didn't even get a chance to sit down when a female staff member rudely told as we weren't serving yet and would have to wait I understand it was 5 minutes early but we jus wanted to look at the menu like the other customer we weren't even try to order anything yet jus looking for food and drink options before exploring outside the hotel. It jus made us feel like there was a problem with us being were not welcomed at all. Even though the hotel was clean and with no other problems she just ruined our whole experience and we're not sure about returning. Might try the hotel across from there to see if they're more welcoming and have better customer service. We stayed 5/22-5/24 2026.

We loved our stay here and would definitely be back! It was tucked back in and quiet- which we loved. It was clean and well maintained. We had our dog and there was plenty of space outside to walk her around. Also close to lots of good stuff!

I have stayed in more than a few hotels, and I would say this hotel is my favorite.

Very clean room and very friendly staff.

The bathroom, especially the shower, was spotless and fresh, which I always appreciate. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The front desk staff member was extremely helpful and made check-in smooth and easy. On top of that, the location is perfect, and close to everything and with easy access to the highway, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Location was easy to find with plenty of parking. The few staff we interacted with were very kind! The room was clean, no complaints about that at all. My only problems were the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower head was a bit weak for my preference. The mattress felt old and rundown. Other than that, no complaints.

I wish breakfast was included for free with my booking and I wish the bottles of water were cheaper , other than that, I thought the staff were really knowledgeable and room was nicely clean and had everything I needed.

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom looked a little old, the refrigerator even though I cut it on as soon as I got in at about 6 PM, by 3am it still wasn’t very cold. I was not paying $15.99 for breakfast so I don’t know how breakfast was. Enough parking no issues there. My stay was quiet, but I think the price is a little too much for this particular hotel overall yes I think it was fine though.

The staff were phenomenal! We were always greeted when we were near and since we were staying for a few days we had the time to chat here and there. They’d make a point of asking about how things went when we mentioned what we were up to that day. They truly made the stay special.

Staff was great! There’s no pool! Hotels.com says they have one but they don’t! If you’re not planning your trip around an indoor pool, this place is great but… there’s NO pool!!

Hot water was hard to get. Some times of day, mildly warm was the most one could get. The room was comfortable, but the wheelchair/ADA features were somewhat in the way.

Cameron is a gem of an employee! The garden suite has an excellent for those needing extra room for a wheelchair. Bathrooms are excellent. My mom could roll right in and help herself mostly.

Inspire of Expedia completely screwing upy reservation (I'll never use them again) The hotel was great I suggest booking direct or using another service if you expect the room to be available when you show up and don't have to deal with infuriating bad customer service from Expedia the worse booking app on the Internet. THE HOTEL was GREAT not their fault Expedia failed to deliver .

The hotel was very clean and the room that I had was very spaciuos which i had chosen the king size bed. The bed was alittle softer than I like but it was still very comfortable. The staff was very friendly which is very nice after my 3.5 hour drive. There was also a great amount seating in the dining area and the lounge area.

Self parking was good. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t use the bar but the lobby area was inviting. Excellent stay.

When checking in I asked if I could change and get a double bed I was told no because I ordered it through third-party. I’ve always ordered through third-party and this specific location has always accommodated me. I also did not appreciate the view of the HVAC system and the roof of the hotel.

The room was fine, bed was comfortable and staff courteous. They weren’t very responsive when I asked for clean towels and garbage to be replaced on day 3 of a 4-day stay, but they eventually tried to make it right. Grab-n-go food options included a good selection of options for various dietary needs.

We made a reservation for two nights and then decided to go a day early so we had to make a separate reservation. (so we had two reservations for three nights) I received a phone call at 12:15 after the first night to inform us that since we hadn’t checked out of our room by 11 we would be charged $75. I tried to explain that we had two separate reservations for three nights. The young man very rudely told me that it had been explained that we would need to check out on the second day and it absolutely was not. I just assumed that after checking in the person would know we had another reservation that extended for two more nights. The young man I spoke with was just horrible. I explained I was there for a funeral and this was very upsetting. Finally, the manager called me back to apologize and took care of it for us. Surprised that a Hilton property would put us through something like that.

I booked the room for my wife and when she arrived she was placed in a room with no heat. The front desk attendant told her the room was cold because heat rises and the rooms on the bottom were colder. He then gave her a blanket, made no offer to move her to a different room and said there was nothing else he could do because maint would not be back until the next morning. When she attempted to check out early and have the money returned to my card for the second night, she was told the manager would have to approve it and she was on vacation for another week. After the exchange concerning the lack of heat in her room, the front desk attendant told her the Fairfield Inn, right across from them, was a cheaper hotel but had better amenities.

The toilet clogged after 2 uses. Our room was listed for 4, but only had 1 king bed without a pull out couch. The hallway and outside hotel smelled strong of weed. Breakfast is overpriced, so we didn't eat there.

We didn’t use the breakfast service but our overall stay was very nice. One complaint would be room 108 shares a wall with the elevator and it was pretty loud. The staff was accommodating.

The hotel refused to honor the room booked and paid for. We needed 2 queens but they overbooked and refused to honor our prepaid room option claiming we are bumped out because we used a third party. I won’t be able to use this service go forward.

I booked two rooms weeks ago to attend a friend's 65th birthday bash. I called 5 days prior to arrival to have them remove one room since we only needed one. They failed to remove the extra room from the reservation. I arrived at the hotel at 1:50 pm and had two voicemails that had been left at 11:45 am and 1:07 pm stating that they needed me to call by 2pm to place a credit card on file for check in. I booked through Expedia and the pay at hotel option was selected so no card was attached to the reservation. I arrived 10 mins before the cut off and was told that my reaervation had been canceled and they were almost sold out so I to make a new reservation using the app or they could do it. I checked the Hilton app and the Exoedia app and Expedia was a few dollars cheaper so instead of honoring my $194 reservation, for which I arrived on time for, i was price gouged and had to pay $280. The hotel staff at the desk at check were not pleasant and I called Hilton Honors desk to file a complaint to no avail. The floor in the room was wet in front of the bed, as well. After reviewing the hotel on Google, they asked me to call, and I spoke with the front desk manager and she was just as nasty and quoting what policy is and discounting the fact that I arrived at 1:50pm and they had already canceled the rooms prior to the 2pm cutoff they stated on their voicemail messages. I will never stay at this hotel again. I am an honors member and have only had one other bad experience.

We did not like the fact that the fact that heat was blowing out cold air. Also, the hot water was not there but a very little amount.

Called before booking and requested a second floor room. Stayed on the phone for twenty minutes during booking and was assigned a specific room. Upon checking in my room was given away and I was put on higher level floor. Really irritating.

This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far in the area. Very quiet. Not in a busy area. Walkable food and shopping. The staff was AMAZING!!!!!!! My family will not stay anywhere else when we are in town. 10/10!!!

Can hear cars from the highway. Did not get my wake up call i asked for. Hotel next door had a junkie passed out outside it which shares the same parking lot. Price for this location definitely not worth the cost. Also thought online it stated free breakfast it was not included which that was overpriced too!

Amazing front desk staff all weekend was great and helpful . I enjoyed my time with my family this holiday weekend.

I didn't complain but upon checking into my room. The bed walking in had hair as if someone slept in the bed. No worries we slept on the other bed. I had a meeting this morning at 12pm and requested a late check out for 1pm and was advised yea for $50 dollars. Okay no worries we will check out and my family will be in the car while I conducted the meeting. The real thing is if check out is at 11am why are they knocking on my door at 850am asking if I am staying or checking out. Which woke my husband up and all management can say is I will speak with them. I don't understand why management takes things personal instead of being apologetic to customer.

First the pool was drained and we were all set to swim and before scheduling they assured us they had the pool ready. The breakfast didn’t have a chef so they gave us buffet and it wasn’t eatable. We had to spend more money to go get breakfast. The room had a bad smell like something was spilled on the carpet. The shower was outdated with poor water streaming from the shower head. Never staying at this Hilton again. Hiltons brand is a step behind and in losing the race.Note: why ask for photos after I’ve returned home!

I’ve stayed in the area a few times at different hotels and I liked this one the least. The pillows were so thin it was like sleeping on your hand. We were there 5 nights and there was no soap in the shower the entire time. The shower was stained and moldy. The staff was just okay. In comparison to the properties that are in the same area and cheaper, this one is lacking in all fronts.

We always stay at Hilton, and we already expect a certain standard of service. What was outstanding this time is that we were able to check into our room earlier than 3pm. We’re in town for a wedding that was supposed to start at 3pm, so it was definitely a plus.

My wife and I are both disabled, we requested a handicap room. The suite was well above what we expected, It had plenty of room for us to maneuver in. Retired USMC (23years)disabled Veteran. Thank you, we plan to return soon to visit relatives and use this hotel.

We had a great time here and it’s located just off the highway. The temperature never got regulated in our room and when we were first checked in, there was a worker in the bathroom putting something in the tub. He left immediately but dripped water to the door that he didnt clean up. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay and the front staff is top notch.

When I called last night to inquire about it, the woman who answered the phone, and refused to identify herself, very curtly told me that I would have to call back in the morning to speak with a manager. I called this morning and spoke to a Keisha who pretended not to know who I was and made me explain the whole sordid story to her again, and then placed me on hold, supposedly, to read the notes, but when she came back, she said I'd need to talk to the general manager. I refused to expend anymore of my limited energy fighting for $50. I hope it makes them trillionaires!!

A lot of homeless in the area walking around, that was a bit uncomfortable. Rooms are outdated. The staff was so friendly and helpful that they were easily the best part of my stay.
