The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport, helpful drivers, on time and fast! Clean comfortable, the bed was very comfy. Very nice shower and bathroom. We highly recommend this conveniently located hotel for your stay near the RDU airport.

CLEANLINESS BREAKFAST WELL DONE (PROBLEM: area was over-run with travelers killing time appearing to be awaiting transportation as they had baggage with them. Very loud and interfered with the flow of foot traffic from those of us trying to get to the breakfast serving area. Attention needed to water flow in faucet for bathroom....hot water was scalding; cold water trickled out; could not get a warm water flow. We chose to NOT shower afraid we could be burned if the water at shower was same as sink. Also, we had no connection for phone in room. TV difficult to operate...did not want to stay on.

I reserved a regular king room and I got a very large scarcely furnished handicapped room. It was a strange room.

Easy parking, nice room, and though we didn’t need to use the shuttle, I observe that the driver was punctual and courteous.

The beds are so uncomfortable, like I’m suffering from major back pain . And I slipped in my shower and bruised my side and arm .

I loved the esthetics! The bathtub drain plug was jinky and wouldn't come up with the normal pull on the faucet, so we had to manually lift it once the water stayed pooling up... gross for me (hopefully anyone really)

This place needs better communication, we were never told a test was going to happen for the alarm system so on our weekend getaway we weren't able to sleep in because the fire alarm was constantly going off. When I go downstairs to voice my concern because I thought it was just my room whose alarm was going off the gentleman in the front wouldn't even look at me and said there's a sign and piece of paper that should've told you about the test. I didn't like that response as if I was told about that last night I wouldn't have gone to the Front Desk that morning.

I was charged for 3 nights though I stayed for only one and treid to modify my reservation. The hotel said booking.com had to approve a chanhe in my reservation so I wouldn't be charged for 3 nights. Booking.com said the hotel manager needed to give approval not to charge my credit card for 3 nights. I spent lots of time on the phone with reps fro. Booking.com who were lovely, but no one would follow through to get the approval needed. I was overcharged and will never use booking.com to book a room with the Hilton again.

My teenage son left his wallet with $200 dollars in it (his Christmas money) and we never got it back!! Two hours after check out we realized we left it on the nightstand so we called the hotel. It took multiple phone calls over two days only to finally be told it was not found. Very dishonest because my husband and I are 100% sure it was left there. Also, the fire alarm went off first thing in the morning with no communication at all from hotel staff during the entire ordeal…even after the alarm went off we were not told we could go back inside or anything. Will NEVER stay there again, horrible experience and dishonest staff!!

I had an amazing stay this past week at the Hampton Inn. From the moment you walk in, it’s smells so clean and fresh; you can tell they take care of the property. The staff were very polite and helpful with anything I needed and the check in process was quick and easygoing. Once I made it to my room, everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you were wondering!

We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and checked in with Nicole, who was very helpful and friendly. We had a large room on the quiet 6th floor that was extremely clean and well appointed. The hotel was very clean and the decor was beautiful. We had breakfast in the morning which was the standard breakfast fare. It was average but adequate. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Hampton Inn Briar Creek to everyone.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and it was very clean and roomy. Bathroom was very spacious too.

There is some sort of sewage in the parking lot that smells terrible. I had to park in it bc there are limited parking spaces. There were no carts for us to use to carry our luggage out this morning. The toilet sits very low for a handicapped accessible room. A desk in the room would be very nice to sit at for some work time. The room is very large and it was quiet and furnishings were very nice. Dani at the front desk was the most kind, knowledgeable person I met during my stay. It was nice to be greeted by her upon our arrival. The breakfast was very good! We did enjoy our stay.

I love how this Hampton Inn has been updated. So modern and chic. Loved the 80's music playing in the lobby. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, including the bathroom. Staff was super friendly. Great location too for visiting our friends.

that mourning when leaving front desk clerk was very rude walked away from desk when she saw me trying to get back in to use rest room did not even greet me with a good mourning makes me not wanting to come back if that is the way i will be treated.horrible.

This was a great stay all around. I would say the only issue we came across was at the AC unit had very loud buzzing noise that happened about once an hour and lasted for about 10 minutes at a time other than that this hotel was very clean.

The motel was below average for the price range. The beds, carpet, and breakfasts need replacing or a re-do. The staff need a lot of training and supervision. They were never there when you go to the front desk. You have to wait till they decide to come out front. They couldn't answer a lot of obvious questions, didn't take the time to listen or care. The breakfast, for the rate of the motel, is blah. It doesn't take much to have fruit (not green bananas once after a 7 day stay), someone who cleans the tables and sees that the items need re-stocking, and something more than non-healthy cheap "breakfasts." Also, after $1370. 00 for 7 days, I should not have to ask for fresh towels, linens, to empty trash baskets each day.

Rooms are well appointed, saus a picky traveller. Breakfast buffet is also well equipped and tasty. Overall, very satisfied with my overnight stay.

As a woman solo traveling, I was very grateful that I felt safe in this hotel. I asked for early check in which was only $25, well worth it to me as I was extremely exhausted and slept all day once I got to my room. There’s a shuttle from/to the airport and luggage storage. Worth every penny!

Overall everything was great. The only issue we had was that the bathroom had a barn door on it which isn't very private and ours stuck every time it was closed.

My room was right off elevator. Anyone talking in hallway I could hear their conversation. There were a few very BERY loud men coming into hallway to talk. Twice between 1-5:3”am. I didn’t sleep at all. There needs to be some sort of fans in these thin walled rooms. Horrible sleep. Beautiful property and room.

Stayed for two nights, no surprises, but certainly no disappointments, it was consistent with what I expected for a budget hotel.

Everything was amazing. From the friendliness of the shuttle drivers to the service staff. I only wish the shuttle went to nearby restaurants or shops when guests don’t rent cars.

Quick stay for the wife 2 kids and myself. Kids liked the pool and breakfast. We liked how it’s close to a bunch of dining options. Would stay again.

We didn’t have much time here, but the staff made our overnight stay extra great. We had a friendly greeting at the front desk despite our delayed arrival at 2 a.m. The next morning as we left, the woman who cleaned our room came down to the parking lot to find us after she discovered my daughter’s stuffed animal in the bed. Above and beyond service that saved us a lot of tears!!

Had to kill a roach in the room. Then went to call the front desk about it and there was a dead roach inside of the phone cradle. They switched our room to the floor above us and there were more dead bugs in that room as well.

The hotel was serviceable but the room didn't have a very fresh smell to it. Nothing identifiable, just musty. And there was a continuous on and off noise I originally thought was from the bathroom above but then I realized it was louder in the room. I use a white noise machine and was only there for a night so not worth the time to complain about either but both add up to just a Good rating.

I am a returning guest because this property is close to the airport; staff is mostly nice and helpful; the breakfast is very good but has declined a bit in quality (bakery items and yoghurt); hot drinks around the clocks and some days afternoon cookies!; the gymn is super (fully maintained peloton bike !); quality coffee/dinner/shopping in walking distance.

We arrived 45 minutes before check in time after a long flight. Being Hilton honors members, we were not allowed to check in even though rooms were available. The guy wanted to charge us $25 for early check in. We had to go to a restaurant and stay there till after 3pm CST in every other Hilton we stayed, they extend the early check in for fee if rooms were available. This was just 45 minutes before the regular check in time at that hotel. Otherwise the hotel was good. Just left a sour taste in our experience

Overall very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was the same you get at every other hotel. Only negative would be the shower did not get very hot or have good pressure, but I was on the 5th floor on a weekend so maybe that could be a reason why.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH NEGATIVE THINGS. YOU LET ME RESERVE A ROOM AND I ARRIVED AT 2 AM TO HEAR THE HOTEL DIDN'T HAVE A ROOM FOR US. AND NO HELP AT ALL FROM EXPEDIA TO FIND ANOTHER ROOM. AND A LAME AMOUNT TO "HELP" ME "COVER" ANOTHER ROOM I HAD TO FIND MYSELF. AND STILL CHARGED FOR THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE. EXPEDIA REALLY STINKS.

This was quick overnight trip. The front desk associate was very friendly and the check in process was quick. The room was clean and spacious with soft beds. The bathroom was roomy and clean with awesome water pressure. The only downside was that the fridge did not work. Other than that it was a nice quick overnight.

Staff totally uninterested in customer service (front desk). Breakfast was served warm at best. Coffee warm. I get that the breakfast is included in the stay, but take some pride in doing the simple things properly. Based on this stay, for the price, you can do better.

Hotel policy is maid service every other day. We did not have any service. Except one day out of 5 and that was while we were still in bed, she came and left towels. No service at all, trash, beds made etc.
