    The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport, helpful drivers, on time and fast! Clean comfortable, the bed was very comfy. Very nice shower and bathroom. We highly recommend this conveniently located hotel for your stay near the RDU airport.

    CLEANLINESS BREAKFAST WELL DONE (PROBLEM: area was over-run with travelers killing time appearing to be awaiting transportation as they had baggage with them. Very loud and interfered with the flow of foot traffic from those of us trying to get to the breakfast serving area. Attention needed to water flow in faucet for bathroom....hot water was scalding; cold water trickled out; could not get a warm water flow. We chose to NOT shower afraid we could be burned if the water at shower was same as sink. Also, we had no connection for phone in room. TV difficult to operate...did not want to stay on.

    I loved the esthetics! The bathtub drain plug was jinky and wouldn't come up with the normal pull on the faucet, so we had to manually lift it once the water stayed pooling up... gross for me (hopefully anyone really)

    This place needs better communication, we were never told a test was going to happen for the alarm system so on our weekend getaway we weren't able to sleep in because the fire alarm was constantly going off. When I go downstairs to voice my concern because I thought it was just my room whose alarm was going off the gentleman in the front wouldn't even look at me and said there's a sign and piece of paper that should've told you about the test. I didn't like that response as if I was told about that last night I wouldn't have gone to the Front Desk that morning.

    I was charged for 3 nights though I stayed for only one and treid to modify my reservation. The hotel said booking.com had to approve a chanhe in my reservation so I wouldn't be charged for 3 nights. Booking.com said the hotel manager needed to give approval not to charge my credit card for 3 nights. I spent lots of time on the phone with reps fro. Booking.com who were lovely, but no one would follow through to get the approval needed. I was overcharged and will never use booking.com to book a room with the Hilton again.

    My teenage son left his wallet with $200 dollars in it (his Christmas money) and we never got it back!! Two hours after check out we realized we left it on the nightstand so we called the hotel. It took multiple phone calls over two days only to finally be told it was not found. Very dishonest because my husband and I are 100% sure it was left there. Also, the fire alarm went off first thing in the morning with no communication at all from hotel staff during the entire ordeal…even after the alarm went off we were not told we could go back inside or anything. Will NEVER stay there again, horrible experience and dishonest staff!!

    I had an amazing stay this past week at the Hampton Inn. From the moment you walk in, it’s smells so clean and fresh; you can tell they take care of the property. The staff were very polite and helpful with anything I needed and the check in process was quick and easygoing. Once I made it to my room, everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you were wondering!

    We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and checked in with Nicole, who was very helpful and friendly. We had a large room on the quiet 6th floor that was extremely clean and well appointed. The hotel was very clean and the decor was beautiful. We had breakfast in the morning which was the standard breakfast fare. It was average but adequate. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Hampton Inn Briar Creek to everyone.

    There is some sort of sewage in the parking lot that smells terrible. I had to park in it bc there are limited parking spaces. There were no carts for us to use to carry our luggage out this morning. The toilet sits very low for a handicapped accessible room. A desk in the room would be very nice to sit at for some work time. The room is very large and it was quiet and furnishings were very nice. Dani at the front desk was the most kind, knowledgeable person I met during my stay. It was nice to be greeted by her upon our arrival. The breakfast was very good! We did enjoy our stay.

    The motel was below average for the price range. The beds, carpet, and breakfasts need replacing or a re-do. The staff need a lot of training and supervision. They were never there when you go to the front desk. You have to wait till they decide to come out front. They couldn't answer a lot of obvious questions, didn't take the time to listen or care. The breakfast, for the rate of the motel, is blah. It doesn't take much to have fruit (not green bananas once after a 7 day stay), someone who cleans the tables and sees that the items need re-stocking, and something more than non-healthy cheap "breakfasts." Also, after $1370. 00 for 7 days, I should not have to ask for fresh towels, linens, to empty trash baskets each day.

    As a woman solo traveling, I was very grateful that I felt safe in this hotel. I asked for early check in which was only $25, well worth it to me as I was extremely exhausted and slept all day once I got to my room. There’s a shuttle from/to the airport and luggage storage. Worth every penny!

    My room was right off elevator. Anyone talking in hallway I could hear their conversation. There were a few very BERY loud men coming into hallway to talk. Twice between 1-5:3”am. I didn’t sleep at all. There needs to be some sort of fans in these thin walled rooms. Horrible sleep. Beautiful property and room.

    We didn’t have much time here, but the staff made our overnight stay extra great. We had a friendly greeting at the front desk despite our delayed arrival at 2 a.m. The next morning as we left, the woman who cleaned our room came down to the parking lot to find us after she discovered my daughter’s stuffed animal in the bed. Above and beyond service that saved us a lot of tears!!

    The hotel was serviceable but the room didn't have a very fresh smell to it. Nothing identifiable, just musty. And there was a continuous on and off noise I originally thought was from the bathroom above but then I realized it was louder in the room. I use a white noise machine and was only there for a night so not worth the time to complain about either but both add up to just a Good rating.

    We arrived 45 minutes before check in time after a long flight. Being Hilton honors members, we were not allowed to check in even though rooms were available. The guy wanted to charge us $25 for early check in. We had to go to a restaurant and stay there till after 3pm CST in every other Hilton we stayed, they extend the early check in for fee if rooms were available. This was just 45 minutes before the regular check in time at that hotel. Otherwise the hotel was good. Just left a sour taste in our experience

    Hotel policy is maid service every other day. We did not have any service. Except one day out of 5 and that was while we were still in bed, she came and left towels. No service at all, trash, beds made etc.

    My room was spotless. The bathrooms was large with a great sized walk-in shower and great lighting. Front desk personal were very pleasant and the lady working the breakfast bar was wonderful.....I hate I did not get her name. She was so accommodating. Great lighting in parking lot which made me feel alot more comfortable checking in at night.

    I stayed for just one night between flight and work. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was quite busy. The staff was a little behind. But still had food.

    The rooms Very nicely decorated and clean. It would’ve been nice to have hair dryers though It was very disappointing that did not have a restaurant or bar and we had to walk over to the ambassador and to eat dinner and to enjoy a cocktail..
