Everything was great. I went by myself for a mom-stay-cation so I could sleep. Highly recommend for this! I was the Guest of the Day, and got a sign with my name on it at the front desk and a bag of snacks, just for me! I felt special!

I love the property. The place was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Love the place however I did run into a couple of issues with the microwave not working. Had to go downstairs and use the lobby microwave.. in the sink leaking water from the bottom of it. They did come up the next day and fix it, but that was my only issues. Love the property will come back

Clean room, nice staff, decent breakfast options. Live TV & netflix option. They have vanilla creamer, water refill station. Lyfts were quick to arrive. Printer available. There was even a cute key chain bear buddy and peppermint left in room. No complaints. It was a nice stay.

We stayed on first level. The hallway smelled bad. I can hear the footsteps of people walking in the room above us since the room’s floor was laminated, no carpet.

I usually stay at a nearby hotel when I’m in town and decided to give this one a try because it was a little cheaper. But it is also a LOT better. Very clean, speedy check in and accommodated check out, nice staff, and 24-hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. What could be better than that!!

Only a couple of minor things I would improve upon- all my pillows were very soft. Would have liked a firm one or two as well. The water pressure would be better with the Speakman Anystream showerhead that I have seen in other locations. Overall, Im happy and will go back again!

The only negative comments- the celing in the bathroom had hair on it... how does hair get onto the ceiling? Several pieces, Not just like 1 or 2. Beds are VERY firm, im a soft mattress kinda person. Otherwise, very clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

The breakfast need to be fixed. By 6:30 am, the meat was cold, the eggs were cold and prepared like little pebble stones (very strange texture), and the fruit was old.

The checkin was easy and simple. The room was clean and my stay was great. We stay here often when we attend any NC State activities.

Regarding the toilet paper, while it was nicely presented, I did not like that it had indentations that went through multiple layers and made it difficult to separate without sticking together. It appeared as though something wet had been placed on it and seeped through.

The room was comfortable and clean. There is a dirt driveway behind the hotel for big trucks entering a plant and there is a railroad track with frequent trains near by. There were very small trash cans in the room and no where to eat food.

Check-in when prompted through app but then was directed to go to the front desk to show my ID. Dumb process. Had to stand in line anyway so I am not using the app again. Need to improve your checkin process Hilton people!

The room is nice, but the breakfast is very bad. The cleaning people did a good job, but one day they did not clean my room without any reason.

Front desk staff were so polite and friendly! Great location and easy parking. Room could have been a bit cleaner. There was urine at the outside bottom of the toilet and a big smear mark of something on the door jam of the bathroom. Area for breakfast was very clean and well stocked.

Very nice staff and extremely clean hotel. The bathroom could have used a shelf under the sink to set your makeup bag etc but it's not a deal breaker. The complimentary breakfast was great with a very nice selection of items and 3 waffle makers instead of just 1 like we usually see at hotels so there was no waiting. If we come back through Raleigh we'll definitely return to this location. It's perfect if you're headed to Lenovo Center.

Yes, the rooms are very nice. Very clean spotless the bed was nice. The mattress was a little lumpy, but it was doable. We only stayed there for two days. Yes, the staff was good. The free breakfast was eatable and the day was nice. The place was very quiet. I would recommend it.

From the time I walked in the front door I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed the checkup text messages from the staff to see if I needed anything and I welcomed to respond with my need via the text message.

Staff were incredible. Location and property were great as well. Only complaints were the total lack of water pressure in the shower and the fire alarm going off at 3am for no reason anyone could give us the next day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems while we were there and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 3 days and the hotel offered a different breakfast line up every day. We would stay here again.

Room was clean but did have a musty smell to it. Bed was really comfortable. Everyone was friendly! Only issue I encountered was the elevators broke last night and there was no notice on any floor beyond the first floor that elevators were broken.

We enjoyed being able to walk to the WakeMed Soccer facility and the onsite EV charging capabilities. Would stay here again.

We came for a cross country meet at the WakeMed Soccer Park and we walked there from the hotel. The staff was also very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good as well.

Overall, the stay was decent. Staff were nice and accommodating. We asked to switch rooms and they did so without any hesitation. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. However, the technology was a bit dated as our tv did not have Bluetooth connection. Also, our room did have a smell but we came prepared with room spray so it helped.

The description of the property matches my experience exactly. Have to stay here for a night for business travel. It has everything I need to feel comfortable. I would recommend and stay here again.

I was not expecting the level of service and cleanliness and beauty of the decor. I love that the incidental fee is only $50. Everywhere else I stay is double for way less beauty and comfort. The breakfast lay out was one of the most elegant and high tech Ive ever seen with little add-ons you dont usually get at breakfast buffets...it would be hard to not like something in the array they lay out and they work hard to keep everything stocked up quickly. The staff was super nice and accomodating. Loved going to the bar after the show and getting drinks with other Nails fans who were all very kind. The bartender didnt know how to make my drink but he looked it up and I loved how it came out. The room was super clean. The only recommendation is to clear out the cobwebs in the outside patio area..there was also a spider out there that creeped me out but otherwise it was so beautiful with a TV outside...id never seen that before at someplace so affordable. Would love to go back for more Lenovo shows. Thank you for an excellent experience!

I have stayed multiple times and its always the same. Clean, easy, and reliable.

This was a very clean and updated facility. I chose this hotel as it was close to the Lenovo Center and I was meeting a friend before a concert. We wanted a hotel with a bar so we could catch up and have a drink before the concert. Well, the bar didn't open at all. No explanation except it wasn't going to open.

During the morning I was to leave, the faucet broke off while attempting to take a shower, but maintenance came in pretty quickly to fix it after being contacted. Perfect location as I went for a concert at the Lenovo Center. Nice breakfast options! Which state again.

Dust swept into the corners of the elevators, thick layers of dust on all furniture detailing, breakfast / breakfast area was downright nasty with food and trash on the floor, trash outside by the sofas. In a hotel that has not been kept up. This was more akin to an 85/nt at some budget motel6.

Cons: Hard to find location. Shower water pressure is a bit low. Rooms are a tad on the smaller side. Pros: Good breakfast, welcome guests with water bottles and sometimes warm cookies, clean common areas.

We stayed in a suite and the room was very comfortable. I liked that we could shut the doors and seperate the living room area. Did not know that there was a train that goes by behind the hotel but i didnt notice it while i was sleeping. The toilets flush very loud. Breakfast was good too the breakfast sausage was like sliced hotdogs which was weird. But I would definitely stay again.

It was super amazing and Nadine at the front seat was sooooo nice. My sister and I came from Indiana and Nadine was such a major help.

Perfect stay

The girl at the desk was wonderful. The hotel was having a key card issue so we couldn't get a key to our room, which made everything much more difficult as the maintenance guy has to let everyone in their room and then you could only leave one person at a time. The room itself is very nice and clean.

We were very happy with our choice to book the Hampton Inn for our concerts and hockey game at the Lenovo Center. The Inn is only 2 miles from the venue which was great for us. The suites are spacious and it really felt like a home away from home. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are delicious and there is something for everyone's appetite, and the rooms were very clean. I can't say enough wonderful things about the Hampton Inn and Suites. We will definitely return for another stay in the future.

Sadly this hotel seems to have a roach infestation. There were roaches crawling around in the bathroom, and there was a buzzing sound coming out of the bathroom vent. This made me nervous and i had a hard time going back to sleep thinking they had either roaches or bees in that bathroom

I did not have hot water. I went to the front desk to report this and had to wait too long. I went back to my room and got my bags and left for the evening.

Great helpful staff. Nice large room, Clean bathroom, good hot water. Comfy bed, nice little fridge. Breakfast was well above average. Bottle milk was nice, ranch potatoes were phenomenal. Great staff and splended location to Lenovo and downtown Cary. Hope to stay again.

The room was nice and it appeared to be clean but it smelled like cat pee. When I called the front desk to tell them, there was not another room they could move us to, and they said they would send housecleaning up to spray some thing, but they never showed up then there was the issue of the toilet that didn’t flush the first time you had to flush it, at least twice. But overall the. Hotel itself was very nice. The food was good and everyone was pleasant.

It was for a Carolina Hurricanes game so I would definitely recommend. It's down the road from the stadium and it's cheap. Pretty cool fireplace when you walk in too.
