Elevator was broken my entire stay. The room was great, very spacious. Pool was supposed to be open but it was green. Breakfast was nothing special. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the Lenovo Center, and its staff, who were great.

The location was perfect for our needs There was no microwave in the room. The towels were like sandpaper. The mattress was tk soft. The pillows werevto soft. When asked if they had harder ones they said they did not. The hotel rewards program said they had room service. They did not.. could not get any food after breakfast without leaving the actual hotel.. We will not be back.

The prices were hiked up for a hockey game and lowered drastically when one team was out of the playoffs. It’s a nice hotel, but I docked them 2 stars for this reason. I completely understand off-season differences, but this drastic based on team’s success seems a bit shady

We booked this hotel because it is within walking distance to the arena. It is worth it to not deal with parking and getting in and out of there on a game day. Room was clean and spacious. Minimal wear an tear. Free coffee in the lobby. Only negative comments are, the hallways, although they looked super clean, smelled like feet. Perhaps some vinegar spray will help? Using air fresheners, unless they are made of organic essential oils can be toxic. The lighting in the hallway was absolutely attrocious! The lights are that LED blue that causes headaches. I recommend that the lightbulbs be replaced!

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, however they made it right by our breakfast being paid for. We were late to our concert due to the delay. Breakfast should be part of the .

Killed couple of cockroaches in our bathroom and staff that was serving breakfast was rude. Break was also ok.

I stayed at this hotel while sitting for the bar exam. This was a great location for various reasons but price, cleanliness, and distance from the test site were major.

Room is very spacious and comfortable. We love having a little table to be able to eat at and a fridge to keep drinks cold. the lighting in the room, it has a nice calm feel but when getting ready and using the mirror, I would like an option for higher lights

Visited to watch hockey game. So, did not eat at hotel, mainly just spent night after and before 5 hr drive. Previsit contact with hotel asking questions was excellent. Staff at checkin was exceptionally friendly. Easy checkin and checkout. Really no place to hang clothes. There were hangers and a rod, but was so low with location of safe, you could not hang anything. Window shades could not be raised to let in light. Looked like they were electric operated, but wire connectors were just dangling. Beds were a little soft.

The staff could not be more helpful and kind. The location to Lenova arena was perfect. Less than a mile walk!!

Room service did not clean the room (or replace the towels) ever, not even one time, during my entire stay. The manager (named 'Karen') was not on-site and I was told to wait until Monday to contact her. The only advantage to this hotel is the nearby access to the restaurant and the stadium, besides that; I would not recommend.

Easy walk to PNC arena for hocky/basketball games. Parking was plentiful even on a weekend with multiple sports games happening. Our room could have used more attention, there were spider webs in multiple corners. Also found several long dark curly hairs on multiple towels (definitely did not belong to anyone in our party). The lighting in the room was terrible both in placement and lack of brightness. It was fine for an overnight stay to attend a hockey game but was not convenient for much else.

The “restaurant” was a let down. The man working was very nice, but they had 1 person working the bar and kitchen, and they were out of half the menu. Very disappointing.

The room was overall nice. However, the bathroom has NO ventilation or fans for the shower so it seems to have cause a smell of mold and musty odor in the room we were in. I’m not sure if this is all the rooms but we were in a suite on the first floor and the smell was definitely noticeable. We only planned staying one night so we just dealt with it. They really need to figure the smell and moldy musty issue out and then I wouldn’t have any complaints.

Another great stay at this convenient Four Points by Sheraton hotel. I love the convenience to the Fairgrounds and downtown Raleigh. The warm breakfast (paid slightly extra in rate for it) is totally worth it-- just remember it ends at 9:30AM even on the weekend so plan your sleep accordingly! There is a restaurant within walking distance too- The Local- if you want to stay close by and not go too far that is an option as well.

Stayed for an event at the horse complex and the location is very convenient. Room was clean but a little damp and musty. Rooms are large and comfortable.

The Beauty Rest mattress in our king room was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Very close to Carter-Finley Stadium, state fair grounds, and the farmers market!

Bed was very comfortable. The room and common areas were clean and in good condition. I wish there had been a full restaurant in the hotel,though. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The entire staff were wonderful, and the property itself is beautiful! Only thing that threw me off was the price difference listed on the itinerary, and may had increased due to early check-in, but was not told over the phone it would cost an extra $50 . Other than that, worth every cent.

Very spacious room. One of best rooms we have stayed in. Kind staff. Only negative: Room has signs with pictures indicating food in bar and breakfast area via ordercbut got there and they onky could do pizza. Pictures showed a delucious looking hamburger or grilled chicken sandwich both oictured wirh fries. Said they didnt have fryers any longer to cook such things. They shoukd remove those table signs from desks in rooms.

The night check in lady and manager were extremely hospitable. The room was spotlessly clean. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My favorite place to stay for the state fair.

The property was walkable to the PNC arena and in a safe and easily accessible location. We did happen to be there during the fair which did make traffic crazy in the afternoons! The Local Restaurant was right in front of the hotel and was excellent!!! The only negative we really was that breakfast was not complimentary and was not very good! Save your money and go elsewhere for the cost they charge!

Only negative I would give is the bar is Hughly overpriced, and breakfast was an extra cost. Food available for breakfast was ok, not great, but that quality of self service food should be included !!

This was the darkest room I’ve ever stayed in, with every light on the room was still dark.

It was only an overnight stay. But it was clean,comfortable, and had all we needed. The bar keep was very kind and served us a couple beverages from the bar even though she had locked things up and was trying to go. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. We had just got back to the hotel from a concert

Check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 4:45 and no rooms were ready. The person on the front desk was talking on his cell phone while waiting on me. Finally got a room a little after 5:30. Only 2 lights in the room worked and the room smelled when the a/c was running. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast had some issues. They served dry English oatmeal that required a microwave to set up. There was no microwave worthless. We came for breakfast one morning at 9 AM, everything was cold. Including the coffee and sausage. Critical to any breakfast
