Clean room, furniture outdated but ok, we were put in a handicap room even though we are not handicapped and could not put shower handheld to tallest part so hand to hold it to shower

The breakfast was delicious but the hotel was very clean and must have been recently renovated as everything throughout the hotel appeared to be very up to date. Would definitely stay again.

The hot tub was great the first night but the next day it was cold and the bubbles were not working.

We were there for 11 days - not typical. TV was not working well for three days. When I asked the desk person if the laundry machines needed coins he just said no. Never mentioned that you had to scan a bar code & pay online with your cellphone. We are super seniors & that was quite an obsticle. Luckily, Jose - a very helpful & patient maintenance worker came up & walked me through it.

Water standing all over the pool deck when you come in the door 3 to 4 inches of standing water. We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub but didn’t get in due to the condition of the water. We won’t be staying in Fairfield Inn anymore. 😢

Hot tub had issues because someone had poured something in it, so couldn’t use for a little while, but they worked on that quickly. Elevators need a little more care with cleaning and some updates needed. But good

No water pressure, had to use another room to shower! No kitchen, no suite! Never again will I stay at this location! Front desk clerk was outstanding trying to assist! Awaiting repair person to fix pressure issue who never arrived!

My room was clean (although some mold above the bathroom door.. there are no fans in the bathroom for steam). Breakfast was fine. The staff was so friendly and kind.

I also only booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool/hot tub. When we were checking in, the woman working said she had shut them down. When I asked why, she said “because I shut them down.” When I asked what time they’d reopen in the morning hoping my kids could swim before checkout, she told me “I shut them down” and kept just throwing her hands into the air. That was it. Zero explanations and no empathy at all when I explained how devastated my kids would be and I simply was asking a reason. Overall, this place isn’t terrible, but I won’t stay again. Also, when I reached out to Expedia about my issues, all they could do was provide a $25 credit. The hotel itself said there was nothing they could do.

The evening staff member, Kelli, when I checked in was quite amazing. The moment I walked in to door I was greeted with a smile and a, “how are you?” Then enjoyed a wonderful conversation. So welcoming after my almost 4hr drive from Summerville.

I paid for a king suite with a separate bedroom but there was no door for the bedroom nor a separate room. When I got there, I asked to be moved to the floor above where my friends were staying who had a much cheaper rate, and was told their rooms were smaller but when I visited them they were much bigger than mine. I don't mind paying for luxury but that was not luxurious. The windows need to be replaced or serviced because the wind was extremely loud in the room, waking me up several times. I hate to leave negative reviews but I expected more for the money.

Heating system room 210 was not working, Continue to force cold air into room. Bathroom was not as expected compared to other Fairfield Inn visits. Disappointed.

A little overpriced for the rooms and hotel I personally don’t think it’s worth it but if the price was a little cheaper it would be four stars. Also the pool/hot tub could use some extra cleaning especially with the amount of people going in it

There was a hockey tournament. Had to call front desk to complain about kids playing roller hockey in hallways multiple times from 10pm to 2am. No control of the situation at all. Had to get up at 6am the next morning, Staff failed to handle the situation and if they could not then they failed to call the police to do so. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean, but we entered to a damp smell as the AC/heat was turned off. It took about 30min or so for the smell to eventually clear. Apart from that everything was great! Excellent service, great amenities.

Clean, spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Had issues with the shower head which didn't work and maintenance was prompt and attentive. We were immediately moved to another room which was just as nice with a working shower! Miss Kelli was the best at Front Desk. She gave us good recommendations on where to eat and was sure to get us the shuttle there and back. Breakfast was delicious, especially those potatoes - Thanks, Miss Tina! We will definitely stay again!

Such a great stay! Everything was clean everywhere. Bed and pillows were comfy and pool/hot tub were well maintained. I loved the seat in the accessible shower. Breakfast was fantastic. Everyone in our group was happy.

Although the hotel has not been updated recently, it is extremely clean and staffed with excellent personnel who care about customers having a good stay. We were very comfortable and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice. The people are wonderful. I was just a little disappointed because the reason why I read a room was because they had an indoor hot tub and the indoor hot tub stopped working other than that. It was great.

We had no heat in our room the first night and it wasn't taken care of or passed on to oncoming staff the next day resulting in a room change. No housekeeping services for 3 days! The hot tub was "milky". Looks nice but the staff says the right things but did not follow through.

Terrible hotel, plumbing was horrible and no hot water. Had to switch rooms and still the new room has the same issues. Staff at the desk were nice and the plumber/maintenance man especially was very kind and friendly.

Took an impromptu getaway trip to Raleigh NC with a god friend and we stayed at this facility. Prior to our arrival the staff was welcoming and supportive from property details to dining in the surrounding areas. Rodney the shuttle driver took us around the area to get a meal shortly after we settled in our room. The front desk staff has the best gems with Kelly who entertained us with great chats about travels and dining in the area and Yani who didn’t hesitate to accommodate when I asked for not 1 but 3 extra blankets HA! Breakfast was good with great options and thanks to Tina whom truly shines with hospitality in the early morning hours. We definitely will suggest this facility to others and can’t wait to return to actually use the gym and pool on my next visit! So much to do and not enough time! Thank you again for a great stay - from the Connecticut ladies ❤️

The breakfast was good with many options. When we arrived for check in we were told the pool was down for service. Staff stated they were unsure when it would be available. When we returned from dinner the pool was being used for a party and staff was brisk when we asked about using the pool. In the morning when we went to shower the water never got warmer than cool. So disappointed to not be able to use the pool or jacuzzi and to have to take a cool shower to start my day

Negatives : Smelly room, loud ac, broken remote, staff didn’t make our bed for some reason, weak toilet flush, sink didn’t make warm water, elevator could use some refreshing/speed improvement. Included breakfast ran out of hot items before we could get downstairs. Parking spaces were tight. Positives: Most of the staff was friendly and tried to make effort to fix some of the issues (remote and bed making). Hotel was quiet and surrounding area felt safe. Parking lot could use a refresh of lighting in some areas, though.

The pool water was really dirty looking the hallway ceiling had a really big hike in it and the ceiling was leaking so there were buckets and trash cans catching the water from the ceiling directly in front of the elevator my husband had to catch himself from falling a few times also the rooms had like a mildew smell in them one room was so bad that they had to switch our room the new still had the mildew smell but not as much the fire alarm went off at least three times and we had to exit our rooms 3 times the breakfast was good 😊 but I won't stay here again

The frontdesk Ramisha was so unkind. I was trying to tind a parking. She offer me to park in a dangerous area, she came out of her place an d seeam on me accusing me to mistreat another guess. Also even when I was not looking for a parking in the lobby front, she continiuing scream that I was not allowed to park in there. She did not listen that I was not looking for a paki g in that place. She just refused to listen me as a guess, but was open to listen the othe guess liar complaint. That was the worse experience of my life. The pool was dirty, the aile was stinky to maribuan smell and the fire alarm was ringing for mo reason. I move from the hotel at 2am. I booked another hotel.

Quiet, the lovely staff, breakfast was good

Put name on list for a 5am airport shuttle the night before. The next morning the shuttle showed up 10 minutes late and was 3/4 full. Could not secure a seat and had to pay $20 for an Uber to make our flight on time. Very disappointed and will not stay here again due to this terrible service.

I think $150 with no pool or hot tub as advertised and terrible service was not worth the money. Contact the hotel BEFORE booking to see about amenities is what I suggest.

It was a good stay but breakfast was an hour late

As soon as my husband and kids walked into our room the smell hit us. We assumed it was bc the AC had been off in the room. But the room gave us a mildew smell. The next morning the whole family was sick.

We stayed in a suite with 2 dbl beds and a sleeper sofa, perfect for our family of 5. We only stayed one night so mini fridge was okay, but for longer stay a larger fridge would be better. Beds were comfy, nice shower. Staff didnt mind that we used the lobby fireplace to take prom pic. Loved the breakfast buffet, has good variety for all. Kids enjoyed the pool while adults enjoyed the hot tub. Very good stay overall.

Check in staff was great! The pool was closed but the hot tub was open so we enjoyed that. Not a fan of the exercise room windows being right there, kind of an odd set up for sure if you dont like people watching you. Beds were decent and we had plenty of pillows. There is plenty of food and a movie theater in a 5 minute drive.

I’ve stayed here multiple times on business over the past few years it’s a very comfortable hotel decent but limited breakfast included a sufficient gym and a pool, which I have not used yet. The rooms are typical size beds are nice. Pillows are good.

We booked this property primarily for the amenities of the gym, pool, hot tub and location. Gym was small but had what we needed. Hot tub was closed for repair and was a big let down, especially not being notified or posting on their website. The rooms were small but nice and clean. The only issue we had was no hot water for our showers. We did inform the front desk and they were on top of it. Breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

I stayed for 5 nights and my room was not cleaned once. I asked at check in for every other day cleaning and was told I could only get cleaning on the 3rd day. Even still, my room was not cleaned during my 5 night stay. Shuttle service is also unorganized. I needed the shuttle every morning at the same time but had to ask every night beforehand for the shuttle the next morning. I have never been at a hotel whose operations were so unorganized that they can't keep track of customer requests more than 1 day in advance for a long stay.

The online pictures do not do these rooms justice. The property is beautiful, clean and definitely worth every penny. The beds are clean and comfortable and the free breakfast has plenty of selections even for people on dietary restrictions. This is our new go to hotel in the raleigh area!!

It was fine. Good airport hotel. My only complaint is that the sheets were low thread count and therefore itchy, and the pillows. Ugh. I don't know why hotels insist on only having those awful down pillows that are just flat and floppy and you have to bunch them to get any volume, which makes them hard as a rock, so your ear falls asleep before you do. Seriously, who likes those things?

Louise was one of the breakfast hosts she was so friendly, talking to guests, always helpful. She and one of the men working in the kitchen were so pleasant and friendly. The food was excellent and the housekeeping went above and beyond to meet all our expectations. I’m truly thankful for the staff here. I recommend this facility to anyone that values cleanliness, fresh warm breakfast and pleasant personalities.

The air conditioner smelled like mildew. Housekeeping DID NOT change the linen on the 3rd day as stated, did not empty garbage, nor replace towels unless I specifically asked. The hallway reeked of animal urine, and doors were slammed all hours of the night.

The room was clean and the bedding smelled nice and fresh. The breakfast was awesome with a full oatmeal and topping bar. Lots of choices. They also have waffles and hot eggs and sausage. The lady at check in was very friendly and polite. The pool is cloudy and much much smaller in person than on the website. I packed my suit but didn't get to use it because the hot tub is still out of order!!!!! I won't stay here again but only because there are too many other options in the area and there was no discount offered when i expressed how displeased I was that the hot tub isn't working and that was one of my main reasons for booking this room.

We have stayed here previously. The hotel is well managed from the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. It is a great option when coming in on late flights to RDU or early morning flights.

I called in advance and paid a little more and chose this hotel because it had a heated pool and hot tub. The first day the hot tub was 88° and the pool was cold. The pumps weren't working properly and the heater seemed to be on its last leg. I was regretting my stay. I complained and went to my appointment the next day. When I got back after a full day out the pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. I enjoyed the rest of my stay. They were gracious enough to allow us a late checkout and I got to rest from the hectic day before and enjoy the pool and hot tub before leaving. I would stay here again. The van service was unacceptable and rude though.
