The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was plenty. Hakeem and staff were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend staying there.

The staff was nice and close to highway It was not in the best area, vagrant people walking around area. Carpet worn in the hotel, room was dusty and had spider webs. Sink separated from bath and shower. No hooks in bathroom.

Good location. Close to restaurants and stores. Our experience during check-in would have been greatly improved if the front desk staff had been more friendly and accommodating. It would have made more sense to place us on the 1st floor rather than the 4th. Even though there was an elevator, managing it with our dogs was quite a hassle. The Inn was very close to my meeting facility. Everything was in terrific and was very clean. The atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet considering there were many guests. Nothing. I had a very pleasant stay.

The ice machine was being repaired the first night. There was no hot water the second and third days. The staff was aware and had called someone to repair it. Just stinks- or at least we stink- unable to get a shower the night before and the morning we left.

It was a great stay! The room was really clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was the same both days i was there but it was really delicious both days! I wouldn’t have minded eating it 3 days in a row. All of the facilities were nice. It was winter so i didn’t get a chance to use the pool.

It was very close to our Son’s house and the property was very nice !! Front desk was very friendly and professional. He said he didn’t mind working on Thanksgiving. We liked everything !!

The breakfast was good. The staff was courteous. We were offered another room on a different floor because the second floor reeked of cigarette smoke. There was dirt and hair in the shower. I also found a hair under the pillow after waking up the next morning.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the workers were extremely helpful and kind. I forgot to bring trash bags from home for our tailgating bash and the front desk gave me a couple to take with me. The hotel was clean as ever!

We didn’t notice until the morning that there was an old blood spot on a pillowcase that actually went through to the pillow. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, I will not stay here again.

Room was clean, but was like a walk in closet. No microwave in the room. Only a few channels on TV. Only 1 elevator works an was slow. Breakfast was satisfying if you eat pork. An the bathroom was just as small as the room , with the shower behind the door so watch your feet.

I stayed here to attend a Ghost concert, I felt very safe and the area was very clean. I was a bit skeptical since a previous hotel around Raleigh wasn’t nice, but I loved this hotel. I would definitely recommend! It’s about a 5 minute drive to the Crabtree Mall, which was very convenient.

My sister and i attended the wu tang final concert and this hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and of course the breakfast!

Beautiful area, walking distance to huge mall. Hotel looks brand new, beautiful with all the perks including: Free breakfest, free parking. Everything was above and beyond, including the pool. All staff were friendly and profesional. I have been in many hotels, but this has been the best. To top it all off, their price was the most competitive, so, the best for less.

The hotel was very clean and we were very satisfied with the room. There was a lot of space in the room. The shower was great. And the continental breakfast was perfect. Although we didn't get a chance to get into the pool because of the weather it did look very clean.

The room was very clean and modern looking check in was easy less than 2 minutes I had my keys and was walking over to my room they had coffee that I could access at 8:00 at night so love this location and would reserve a room in the future again

Late check-in was great! We had no trouble finding our way with helpful directions by the staff. Breakfast was easy to find/fix and made it easy for us to leave on time!

Was disappointed I could not get a final bill because booking was done through Expedia. I went through Hotels.com -- why use an app when it isn't in sync to their sponsors? Really doesn't make sense. They should get together, don't you think. Shame on both of them. Customers are not their top priority.

We rented a king suite and let me start by saying the bed was beyond uncomfortable and we had twin size pillows for a king bed which made no sense whatsoever. Also, the air conditioning unit in our bedroom went off every 3 minutes and it sounded like a helicopter. I will never say at this facility again and would appreciate some kind of reimbursement. Thank You

The room was TINY and the counterspace in the bathroom was TINY! The room's a/c and wall unit was LOUD, gurgling and disfunctional. The walls were super thin and we heard every sound. There was always a short supply/no supply of coffee! We had cold showers. It was such a shocking step below usual Marriott standards.

Heating unit would not allow peaceful sleep. Every 15 minutes made a loud noise that woke me up! AWFUL! Not sure room was cleaned and disinfected. Waking up with some kind of cold and congestion. Will not stay here again.

I indicated this at checkout. The representative apologized. Approximately 200 for a one-night stay. Expected more. At least hot water. I have stayed there approximately 30 times. This will be my last.

The hotel itself was quiet and I enjoyed my stay. Next time I’m gonna need a microwave. It’s inconvenient to have to go to the lobby/breakfast area and warm up food especially when I’m not on the first floor.

The receptionist was not accommodating when I checked in informing her that I made a call about my early check in. Instead of saying let me check, she said, check in time is 4pm. Not even friendly.

Angelina on Night Shift was so welcoming and friendly. There are a lot of options in that area and I would return to this hotel just because the employee obviously loved her job and made me feel comfortable. Great customer service.

Don't ever put me near an exit door again. People were in and out all hours of the night and starting at 4:30 in the morning.

Don't ever put me near an exit door again. People were in and out all hours of the night and starting at 4:30 in the morning.

This is a beautiful hotel, close to dining and shopping (if you have a car ... not great for walking there). The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The lobby staff was excellent. I would definitely return.

The woman in charge of the continental breakfast was wonderful! She was welcoming, accommodating and kept the area well stocked and clean. She made you feel like you were a guest at her home.

The staff was efficient and friendly. The beds were terrible.

The rooms at this Fairfield Inn were very clean but I am not sure I would pick this hotel again. The pro's were: very clean rooms, good air conditioning unit, nice staff, refrigerator in rooms, location is near restaurants and Crabtree Mall. The con's were: poor lighting in rooms, sink and bathroom are separate, "just okay" breakfast, pillows are not good, one way (not two-way) access to the main streets. If you are purely looking for a comfortable stay with no perks, this hotel will suit you fine. If you desire a really nice hotel "experience", I would suggest going elsewhere.

Clean and tidy and helpful

Not walkable as there are no side walks around that area of town. Surrounded by a lot of other hotels, safe area. they put us on the first floor and there were bugs running around the floor. Dark Room facing the parking lot. Served it's purpose but wouldn't stay again.

We stayed at five different hotels in three different States and the Fairfield Inn in Crabtree was our least favorite. It started when we checked in and only had three sets of towels for our family of four, the front desk made a note of it and ensured us that we'd get them and we never did. We had a four night stay here, and only had our room cleaned once. Everyone we spoke to said that the rooms get cleaned daily and seemed surprised that they weren't. We came down for breakfast five minutes before it was to end, i was just looking for cofee and a muffin. As i started to make my coffe the staff came out and started to place everything on a cart, she looked me in the eyes and carted it all away. I felt that maybe i should of been asked if i wanted something before it was carted away. I also witnessed attitude toward a little kid who dropped a couple of ice cubes as he was trying to fill the flimsy bag. I will say the overnight crew working the desk were the most helpful. The room itself was spacious enough for the four of us. The air conditioner made an awful noise but we didn't even bother to address it. I felt something going on at this hotel between the staff. If you do decide to stay here, just wait for the late shift crew to help you with your needs.

As for my stay it was a very nice place the rooms were updated and clean. I however was disappointed in the Breakfast and the bananna i open was spolied and it was frozen breakfast not hot.If you plan on seeing eggs, bacon, etc not here you won't. The other issue I had was rushing us out of the room when check out was at 11am. The lady that was cleaning the rooms opened the door and came in around 830am then she quickily relized it was not ready. Really?? Don't you have a system when you check out you know which room in empty?? As for staying agin maybe if they change a few things.

Even tho the front desk was under renovation, the staff made up for the slight inconvenience. The breakfast area was clean and full of options! Pool area was clean, staff more than accommodating. I would stay here again.

The front entrance was remodeling so we entered by the side. No problem. Their website did say that was the situation, I'll give them a thumbs up

Enjoyed my stay love the staff

We stayed after a nearby concert on a belated anniversary date. The hotel was quite clean despite construction ongoing. Breakfast was not impressive but utilitarian and the coffee was good. It was easy to find.

I was quite surprised that the property was under major renovation on the first floor. Didn't see any verbage to indicate the construction on the website. Locating the entrance to check in was a challenge, finding parking was a challenge and loading/unloading was a huge challenge. There are so many other hotels within walking distance, had I known how inconvenient this would become, I would've gone next door

The photo on a website had a door dividing the bedroom and the sofa area. However my room did not have the same.

We were disappointed that the air conditioning was not working properly for our stay, and the room was 75 degrees. In addition, we were made aware of extensive renovations just before our stay (well after booking). When we decided to check out early, the employee at the front desk was incredibly rude and aggressive, despite our attempts to speak without arguing and relay our experiences. Won't stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms at the same time, and they did not have them together, and the girl who checked us in was not very helpful with it. Also, she wasn't at all helpful with info about nearby dining.

Nice, clean room!

Loved the door bell so whenever you're in the shower you can tell if someone is at your door. I did not enjoy the tub. It was slumped in the middle. Everything else was a plus.
