The towels were nice. Very overpriced. furniture dirty and very worn. Floor tile uneven. Curtains on window were just large draperies shoved into space.

The staff was friendly and it was down the street from a lot of stores and did. Overall appearance was ok. The curtain in my room was stained really bad, and falling from the ceiling. There were a lot of little lights, and I had to turn them all in to have decent lighting since I couldn’t open the curtain. Also woke up the next day and found a couple roaches in the bathroom

I asked if there was a bath tub at 1030a when I came in. I was told yes. I asked for a early reservation and was told I had to wait until 3p for a room because rooms needed cleaned. No hospitality as far as trying to make a room available. I sat and waited until 2p and asked if there was a room available yet? He waited until 245p to give me a room and stated early check ins are extra. I said excuse me you waited until almost 3p to give me a room. I wasn't charged extra but when I went into the room it was a shower no tub. When I asked I was told there's no tubs in the rooms. I asked him why did he tell me yes? I waited from 10a-2p then I had to call booking.com he did not want to give me my refund. As I waited in the front the womans bathroom was out of order mens bathroom was locked and no toilet paper or paper towels. Building looks nice in the front but the rooms looked cheap ran down

Notta No mirror in bathroom, only cereal and wite bread for breakfast, no hot food as advertised and they ran out of waffles, no juice, no fruit. Even the staff said the hotel was cheap. When checking in I waited 15 mins for the front desk person to finish smoking his cigarette. The guy was rude. Had to put down a $100 deposit, which I got back, but I didn't see that shown on the website. Grade A dump, yet not the worst in Raleigh.

They overbooked and gave away our room that we had reserved! No call, no email or anything to notify us about it.. we were notified when we got there at 11pm after a 6 hour drive.. to be turned away.. and were forced to find somewhere else to stay that night

It was dirty the door lock was broken and there was mold and very dirty.

The elevator is broken. The breakfast was literally stale cereal and bagels. No cream cheese. No protein of any kind served.

The parking lot was dirty. The weird smell in the room. The people on the front desk weren't polite. The price included breakfast, but there wasn't any breakfast. I didn't like the property, bad experience.
