Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. I love how this hotel has laminate floors in the room. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel was very quiet, too. I never heard any noise from any of the rooms which is unusual. I also liked how there were two separate sinks and how the shower/toilet had a door separating it from the second sink. It was very helpful when my friend and I were getting ready the next morning. I appreciated the hot coffee in the lobby. I didn’t get to utilize the restaurant or bar. The pool area looked nice and I saw guests using it both in the evening and morning. The only thing negative I would say is one of the elevators was a little dirty. I think this hotel is dog friendly but I’m not for certain. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. Also, upon check in, it took a couple of minutes for the person checking me in to appear. Again, no big deal because it wasn’t a long wait. I’ll definitely consider returning here again when I go to my next concert.

the noise , people were playing music loudly after 2am I was a few doors down from the room and could still hear the music I think after midnight music level should be at a lower level that's when people are usually sleeping. Other than that it was great.

Then to top it off because we were shocked when we saw the sign. We asked the two older employees was it really $20 a person. The old white guy said yes for the buffet and older black woman sarcastically said... that's what it says on the sign. 😡 We just went back to our room. We will never return

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. It was really close to the venue that we were going to. They also gave each of us a warm cookie at check-in, which was a nice little bonus. There was plenty of parking. I really have no complaints. The pool wasn't open, but that was because of the time of year and no one's fault.

Breakfast was a regular buffet like at any hotel and was $20 a person… so for 3 of us to eat a spoonful of eggs and some bacon it was $60 plus a tip. Wasn’t a fan of that…

I had to call because my family and I couldn’t go to sleep. Saturday it was from 8am-4pm could barely hear the tv in our room. They have no microwave in the room so everyone I wanted to warm my leftovers we had to go down to the lobby.

Terrible noise from room next door . Had to call desk at 11:30 . It continued till 3:35 am. Wr got no sleep before a very important day at nc state

My only complaint is that apparently breakfast was not included in my fare and i had no noticed it was ever an issue. It was very weird being watched and questioned in the am when i went to get food but i didnt make a scene. I would of chose another hotel considering the price of the stay. Maybe not make it optional would of been better. I would probably not visit this hotel again because of this experience.

Response to maintenance need House keeping did not clean room not once during my stay. She only changed our towels and bath clothes and made the bed. There was hair on floor in sink and in tub that was not cleaned from Thursday to Sunday

Bed was too soft. Overall my stay was quiet and comfortable.

Parking was easy. Mo at the reception desk was attentive and professional. A huge variety of restaurants on the main street. A pretty busy area. Again, we gave family in the area, so i saved this hotel to my favorites.

I went to get breakfast which you know cost 20$.I don't eat much just didn't want to carry a plate upstairs. One of your workers working at the breakfast counter told me I couldn't carry the food upstairs in the plastic container that you gave me the night before???.A black woman with allot of hair.

When I tried to check in, the staff on duty was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to do her job. She was loud and obnoxious. She was a big black lady with glasses.

Housekeeping and front desk staff were absolutely exceptional, the room was nice and beds / pillows comfy. The breakfast was awful. We paid for it when we booked (roughly 25 extra per person) and it was not worth it at all. We came down around 9 and there was hardly anything served, we did not realize we needed to sign a receipt for it either and were walking out and flagged down by a staff member to tell us we had to pay. We had to stop again to actually buy food when we left. Not worth it at all.

I didn’t like that I paid for the buffet in advance and there was no buffet until the weekend. During the week you need to look at the menu plus there was only one chef and one waitress. For so many of us so we waited long to eat. And they don’t let you take the food to the room.

The girl at check in her name was skyler she was very pleasant and very helpful and she was always wearing a smile very pleasant young lady. But the bath tube had lots of hair that was not cleaned very well. But other than that it was very clean.

My trip started off terribly with a rough flight and an even worse rental car experience. But when I arrived at the hotel, everything changed. Sierra at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She greeted me with empathy, professionalism, and kindness—and even offered me a cookie. Her warm welcome truly turned my awful day into a pleasant stay. Hussein, the chef, was equally wonderful. You could tell he takes great pride in his cooking—like a proud papa showing off his craft. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it made my morning feel special. Abir, our waitress, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and efficient—she made sure everything ran smoothly and always had a smile. Whoever hired this team deserves a round of applause. These three made all the difference in my stay. Well done!

Side note, one elevator was broken when we arrived. And the second elevator broke while I was on it. The hotel had no elevators, but I am unsure of the duration of time as we checked out within an hour of arriving.

Bottom line: staff tolerated me and were not forthcoming with help. $$ for just about everything. have traveled for some 60+ years all over the US and complimentary breakfast has been the rule. Not here.

The hotels really lovely and the staff were very accommodating. I had hoped to be in a walkable area so that we could tour downtown Raleigh.

We had to beg for extra towels and we ran out of TP - in the middle of the night. Breakfast is not included and I feel that with the name Hilton they should include this

This hotel seemed nice overall, but the bathroom was slightly less clean than I would have wanted. There were hairs on the floor still and also hairs stuck in the first three towels I tried to use. The worst part though was the air freshener that was piped in from boxes on the walls in the common areas and hallways. You could literally see a mist in the air from it (we thought it was smoke at first). It was too strong & even my hair and clothes smelled like it once leaving the hotel. I’m sure it can’t be good to be breathing in that stuff. This would’ve been a great place to stay, but because of those few things, I don’t see myself staying here again. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Every staff member we encountered was so nice and helpful. Parking lot entry was a little confusing but once we figured that out it was fine. The room was clean, beds were comfy. Couldn't have asked for better for a quick trip!

Everything was great and would give 5 stars however at 8am the fire alarm kept going off for anywhere from 10-60 seconds at a time. Turns out it was a test, we could have been warned or better yet, do it after checkout time. Housekeeping was then knocking on the door at 9am, we felt like they were trying to run us out.

The place was beautiful. The rooms were modern and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Easy to rideshare to and from the Music Park, downtown and North Hills. 10/10 would stay again!

I absolutely love DoubleTree, but this is the first time I didn’t love it so much. The location is perfect and close to the highway, shopping & lots of restaurants. We usually get cookies and waters upon arrival at DoubleTree hotels, but at this one, we did not. Overall the property was generally clean, however there was a small cockroach in our bathtub. There was small issue with our reservation as we booked through a third party. We purchased breakfast with the reservation but when we came down for breakfast they did not see a free breakfast in the system. But, after showing the front desk my itinerary that included the breakfast, they honored it. We had a very short stay, so I was hoping it would have been more pleasant.

Convenient location. Check-in was easy and simple. At first, they gave us a double queen when we had reserved a king, so I went down to the front desk and asked for a switch. They were helpful and friendly and got us a king room right away. The room was great and updated. The shower grout could have used a little bit more cleaning, also found a hair in the shower, and behind the sitting chair was quite dusty. Shower drain was also a little clogged. But other than that, it was fantastic. The room was nicely updated. Would definitely stay again. Love the complementary waters and warm cookies at check-in, but do wish they offered a continental breakfast. Breakfast was $15 a person so we just went to a local Starbucks instead.

The staff were incredibly kind! The area around the hotel itself had a lot of restaurants and shopping without the addition of frustrating traffic. We also felt safe during our stay and our room was very clean.

Breakfast is a little pricey, and the TVs are smart TVs that work off Internet connection. Apparently, second floor does not have great Internet reception and TV was pixelated all night, but no big deal for me but others it could be.

The only bad thing was the small ac unit. The room was uncomfortably hot.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk, it took about 3-4 minutes before Stephanie arrived to check me in. I then found out that the restaurant and bar was going to be closed and that the morning buffet breakfast had been replaced by ala carte. And since I booked through Hotels.com if wasn't entitled to any of the honors gold benefits.

Our stay was very easy and comfortable. My husband and I traveled with my mother-in-law, and our three children (16mos, 9 y/o and 12 y/o). TJ at the front desk made our trip that much smoother before we even arrived on property by helping us secure a second room for our kiddos and MIL right across the hall from our room! He checked us in and was very thorough and patient with us! Big thank you to TJ !
