Location, clean room and comfortable bed. No microwave inside the room.

All was well! Room and bed were comfortable. Air conditioning could be adjusted to meet my needs and cooled well. Water pressure and temperature adjustment ability was great. No complaints!

Staff was great very friendly The hotel looked ancient, I was expecting a much nicer hotel for the money. Very disappointed in the hotel itself. We didn't even have a microwave in the room on top of that it was a very small room and had some kind of unpleasant odor, and to top it off we were on the 11th floor so it took forever to get an elevator. I most likely wont be returning to this location. The first two nights we stayed at a Holiday Inn and it was much better hotel for quite a bit less money.

The location of the hotel was great due to the distance I needed to travel for work. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. I should have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express due to the cost of the room and there was no breakfast and no pool.

The woman working the desk was clearly racist and rude. I kept saying “thank you” and she’d just screw face me.

The handicap bathroom was not handicap friendly and frankly it was disturbing you consider it ADA. The bar was not located in a reasonable location to get in and out of the shower. It was all the way to the right side away from the water control and it wasnt even in the shower to support yourself during. It was also hard to even more around in the bathroom due to the limited space. Im physically disabled and I actually fell showering because the bar wasnt in the right location of the shower. Im not in a chair but if someone was they wouldnt be able to use that bathroom safely. Kinda disappointed with the accessibility being disabled ♿️. The staff was ok and the small snack stand was extremely overpriced.

Location and staff were great!!!! But looking online, the property is not what it looks in the photos. I felt as if I stepped back into the 90’s. Decor and property needed a desperate update. The entrance into the property was hidden. The parking lot was a disarray. The bottom of bathroom door was all broken. The tub had a light yellowish ring. The coffee maker was not a keurig. The blackout curtains wouldn’t close completely. All that said, the Crabtree mall was very close. Other great shopping and dining were close by. But most of all, the STAFF were very friendly and welcoming. :) That counts for a lot. :)

Still, I rate them 4 stars because the people were nice and so was the room, except for the small bathroom.

Hotel needs to be able to add one more night much more easily. It seems like the front desk is powerless to add a night referring you to the national reservation phone, can't renew your room key cards even tho you still occupy the room. You must check in like it is an initial arrival... it's just messed up.

My room was spotless and smelled freshly cleaned. I love that my name was on the television and that I could easily access my streaming platforms. I discovered that the fridge was not working properly and mentioned it to the front desk manager Adrian. He immediately offered complimentary dinner to replace the food that spoiled and a person from maintenance was in my room to address the issue within minutes. Also, Adrian remembered my name and addressed me as such each time I entered or exited the facility. It made me smile. I highly recommend and would stay here again, without hesitation. 10/10!

Walls are paper thin. Two people were LOUDLY having sex across the hall from me for hours and it sounded like it was out in the hallway. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes, and the staff are very comfortable telling you how expensive and bad the hotel is. Will not be staying here again.

Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. shampoo, body soap, conditioner were all provided. TV had cable TV. Construction of a new site behind this facility cut parking down but there was still enough for this time of year. Desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site. We got breakfast each day and it was very good and reasonably priced. Location was perfect for us. Very close to a very large mall. The street it is on also had multiple shopping centers and fast food restaurants,

We stayed for a couple of nights to see concert. Would have been nice to know about construction behind the hotel and that there was not enough parking for the hotel. People were parked on side of streets and the lady at desk said to "just find somewhere to park" Room was fine.

There is a fantastic Hilton Garden Inn on Arrow Rd I would recommend staying off of Glenwood. I stayed there for my last night in Raleigh. Will never t stay at the Doubletree again.

The hotel was a great location for the Lenovo center event and the mall. Check in and out was easy. The water took 10-15 minutes to get hot and the sheets smelled terrible.

It’s in a great area with the mall & restaurants down the street! Nice friendly staff & overall experience was good. Didn’t like that the ceiling in my bathroom started to leak & we realized the damage to the ceiling. Also disliked that there’s only 1 elevator for an 12 floor hotel.

Everyone has been very attentive, speak to you coming and going. Bar food was better than expected. Construction going on next door, so not an attractive setting at the moment.

I really like how attentive the staff were with me and my son, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. The staff of the restaurant are really enjoyable to talk too, and they make great drinks too! My only thing that I disliked about my time here, is that I asked to have my room cleaned and serviced. But when I got back to my room in the evening the room was still uncleaned with only the trash taken out.

When we checked in they gave us a room occupied by someone else. Thankfully the person was not in the room. I think it would have been a worse scenario if that was the case. Other than that, our actual room was clean and uneventful stay.

Construction is going on but soon to wrap up (finhers crossed!) The staff and service more than make up for that! What a pleasure! Will definitely come back!

The only negative about my stay was the ongoing construction.

This was a great place to stay and the staff was amazing. There is some construction which I understand is part of life. The room we had was on the 2nd floor and the jack hammer was all day. Know there is some work being done and the stay won't be quiet.

Only downfall was the parking. Construction on the property and surrounding area, so parking was tight at night.

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk attendant was wonderful and cheery. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great! My only complaints were breakfast. The service was extremely slow! I waited 10 minutes to be waited on, and then another 20 minutes for scrambled eggs and grits, and there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant. On a busy morning when I was trying to get out the door, the restaurant needs some work.

The closet was too small and not arranged well. The bath was too small, not enough counter space. The AC was noisy

Nice and clean!

Biggest problem is the parking lot. Obviously under construction due to a neighboring building but the parking lot was insufficient for the amount of guests. Not to mention the pickup trucks with over sized trailers taking up 2-4 parking spaces per vehicle. After the trucks killed the parking spaces you’re left with no choice other than parking in the street on the back side of the hotel completely out of sight of your room. These trailers should have a designated parking area.

I loved the Doubletree for the little extras. Cookies are always good and they had a great makeup mirror. We were there to visit family so didn’t spend a ton of time in the room. The breakfast was very good and fresh. When we had a problem with the room safe it was fixed promptly. I would stay here again.

This hotel is currently experiencing renovations, the parking area is limited. The convenience to the mall and restaurants is a plus but with that comes traffic at the entrance and exit of the property.

Service with the front desk and restaurant staff was phenomenal! They took great care of us and we really enjoyed the check-in cookies as well as the breakfast. Hotel was located just a few mins away from the mall and right beside the interstate.
