The room was perfect! The beds were so comfortable, the bedding was the perfect weight, and the atmosphere was quiet and calming.

Very unique and comfy couch coupled with the luxurious king sized bed.

I like that the property was on capital, a mall, & other food places near. it was a easy process for check in/check out & the balcony was a plus . I didn’t like the shower tiles & corners of the shower.. it could be scrubbed more. The sheets had pee stains or some type of stain on it. I called to get a new bedding sheet & I was told “ if it’s more, we’ll bring you one if not we won’t” which should’ve been handled better. I’m a housekeeper myself so if I had to her cover clean it & bring it back… I would. Overall the hotel was good, water hot, room spacious, balcony had enough room etc.

Bed was comfy, room was really nicely laid out, and had features like the tv being able to be pulled out for better viewing from parts of the room. Awesome place, would stay again.

Very clean rooms, a large parking lot, two great restaurants and a shopping center nearby. You can even park a truck with a trailer here! The staff is super polite.

Clean. the property address any concern immediately. The staff was just so awesome there. Breakfast was great. thanks to the front desk lady that was so kind to hold on to our luggage. We went back like 3 times and she still greeted us with a smile and had no problem. Whish I would have remember her name. Thanks to her, maintenance guy that help us with our AC unit. Funny story for another time. lol They were extremely under staff in the kitchen. There was a wedding party there. well ours and more people were needed at that time like breakfast and evening

The property advertised a pool and there was no pool, the bathroom had discolored dirty coloring , the side of the bathtub was cracked , the ac didn’t work well until this morning, the fridge was warm , there was hair and dirty on the window sil, there was hair on a wash cloth my son was using to wash his face , we asked for additional blankets and there were none. We arranged for late checkout but decided to leave as fast as possible. We came bc we didn’t have running water while work was being done at our house but this hotel was unacceptable.

Overall this a an awesome hotel to stay at whether you’re traveling for business reason or personal reasons. I have stayed at this establishment on multiple occasions because of the staff and property. My last stay was an horrible experience and when ask to speak with the manager no one was available. I would stay again but never on the 4th floor room 421 the lights completely went out 4 times over a 2 day stay. Overall nice property and the Mexican restaurant in walking distance is A-1

Shower not drain and water pressure at all. Toilet take forever to fill up. I was given the room on 2nd fl where music from the 1 st floor was blasting so loud until midnight. I was not advise or asked if it was ok with me.

In addition to my room being okay, clean. I was very unsatisfied because I did not have any body wash to use. And I did not want to use a facial bar on my body because it dries my skin out. I was also bitten by a spider while I was seeing there. I will not be returned to this hotel ever

We really enjoyed ourselves. We left our car at home and everything we needed was right there; the mall, food, entertainment. It was quiet and the staff was friendly and extra helpful.

Staff was pleasant, the room was clean and flesh looking.

The house keeping staff propped my room door open for hours with my belongings exposed to anyone. When confronted no one on the staff claimed not to know whom. One of the housekeeping staff told me she noticed it was propped open but since it wasn't on her list she payed it no mind.

Awesome stay

The property is very well maintained. It is adjacent to a shopping center which provides a variety of dining and shopping options. Also a very short drive to the area soccer fields which brought us here.

Breakfast was not included

The staff had excellent customer service. The room was very nice. The only issue was that the toilet didn't flush well. I was there for less than 24 hours so it wasn't a big deal . I would go back .

My stay overall was good however I had requested room cleanup and never received it which meant, I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and washcloths, and dispose of my trash it was point. I didn’t even have a clean trash bag because they didn’t pick up the trash.

The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the restaurant did not open the night I arrived, nor was it open on the morning of my departure. It was disappointing that you had to go to the front desk to just get lotion. The snack station was not fully stocked. However, I was extremely pleased with the front desk personnel who were welcoming and pleasant.

Disappointing. First room wasn't rolling as requested. Second room had no air-conditioning on a 102° day. Still brown spot in the toilet. Requested and received a refund.

The hotel was fine, the room had a funny smell to it and the shower had a little mold or mildew.

The drink sucked! But anyhoo…I went out that night and came back too my comfy room. Fast forward the service for the room wasn’t good. I had to change and make up my bed on the second day out of my three night stay.The trash was emptied by me and the towels that was placed in the uncleaned room was put up by me.There’s mold in the shower and I later found out that the refrigerator didn’t work.But my overall stay was good and I would come back.But they do need to address the issues

Upon returning to the hotel the next evening around 5:30pm, she said that an email had been sent but apparently no one looked into the issue. Luckily the maintenance guy was still there and he was able to get the bedroom unit going and the suite unit barely going. They had all day to look into this, why wait until I’m there trying to use the bathroom and change for evening to look at it. The front desk lady at night was very polite, but could only do so much. I would NOT recommend staying here!!

They only good things we experienced are the convenience of location. The rooms are not what i expected. Our bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival, which was @11pm. There was still hair all over the floor and bathtub. The guest prior to us forget thier prescription medication which was on the floor in the room, which makes me believe even more so that the room wasn't cleaned. If you google search the property, there is a pool in the pictures which is very misleading!

We came to Raleigh for a family trip.This stay wasn’t very pleasant since there were ants in the bathroom, the bathroom tub was stained and the overall room felt outdated. The service at the front desk was fine but I probably will start only booking 4 star hotels and pay the extra money. Would not recommend for more than an overnight trip and that’s if there were no decent options left in the area :(.

The hotel itself is nice. The beds werent the most comfortable. Pretty stiff. For the majority of the hotel, it was very clean except our tub wasnt. The area around the hotel was so loud. Theres 2 restaurant in the parking lot. They were so loud playing music until they close at night. We were on the top floor so for it to keep us up it was loud.

I had to go downstairs when i need fresh towels. I ran out of toilet paper you have to go to front desk for that. So for the price of the stay i didn't think it was worth it. The halls smelled the weed day and night for a non smoking hotel,i smelt weed all night, the elevator even smell like weed. For a Marriott i was a little disappointed. Felt more like a red roof inn

I definitely went in thinking our room would be more clean.. the lobby space is clean. But I felt our room wasn’t. Hair on pillows and under sheets. Bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Towels looked stained. Wasn’t thrilled about the cleanliness considering the brand of This hotel.

We didn’t really stay at the hotel much just shower and got dressed, slept a lil bit overall it was a really night hotel, very nice staff and very clean and it was at a reasonable price for a two night stay especially on the weekend, would definitely come again and also love that it’s around a lot of stuff as well.

They false advertised of having a pool and no pool and the tv didn’t work on my whole vacation while visiting!! And rooms next door children were making loud noises will not be visiting again

The staff were great when we checked in. In fact, our room was ready a couple of hours early.

Asked for a joining rooms but just got next door rooms. No walkin handicap showers available and the tub was very slippery and unsafe. The room was very clean .
