Check in was a breeze, everything was able to be found easily. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was great with good water pressure. I really enjoyed the easy shut doors on all the rooms, thanks to that, the rooms were very quiet. I slept well in the comfortable bed and check out was a breeze also. The only thing that wasn't great was the small-ish elevator, but I really didn't mind that. Other than that, our stay was really enjoyable.

Our stay was good-the check-in was easy and fast, the room was clean and simple! But, I think the breakfast and coffee set up in the Dunhill Room, was terrible ! The coffee was awful and there was no food- just little bags of oatmeal - not much else ! I wasn’t expecting much, but this was terrible !! No Effort on Marriott’s part!!

The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was courteous and had all the amenities that we expected. The reason we think it was a 4 instead of 5 stars is that we did not enjoy the flat pillows.

One elevator is a issue

The k lay issue was we were given a queen suite when we reserved a king. Also in the phone I was told a $50 pet fee and was charged $100. That’s a little much for a one night stay

The card reader was broken so we never a key for our room the whole time we stayed there. Then the one light fixture was broken and so was the bedside table’s drawer!l Front desk never offer to give us a free room or even a discount for the next time we stayed with Marriott! For the amount of money we paid, it definitely was NOT worth it!! I do not recommend this place to anybody!

We really enjoyed the location, nearby a mall with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The only complaint I had about the stay was the smell. You can smell it as soon as you hit the lobby, but it’s worse when you get to your room. It smells almost like a basement, that someone is trying to cover with the smell of strong perfume. If you’re very sensitive to smells I would avoid, but otherwise the bed was very comfortable, and everything appeared clean. It could probably use a renovation to better match what they charge per night.

I know this is not the hotel’s fault but people on my floor kept slamming doors all night. I barely got any sleep.

The hotel is old and it showed. The furniture was dated and dirty, the linens and pillows were uncomfortable, and the ceilings and walls showed evidence of water damage and deferred wear and tear respectively. Not the best experience for the money.

Bar staff was great, rooms were clean. Only thing I dislike is that you can hear the entire conversation from your neighbors. Other than that it was okay. 8/10

If you are traveling for a tournament in the area - please don’t stay here. The ONLY friendly person at the hotel was the person working at the front desk Friday afternoon. Funny story - our friends called the front desk because their room wasn’t the one they booked. The front desk person put them on hold. After 10 min they went down stairs to see the phone off the hook and the guy playing on his phone. They have photos too.

I was there for a New Year's event for one night only, the stay was perfect for my needs. I felt safe being that I was traveling alone. The staff were friendly and accommodated my request for a room close to the elevator. There was a slight odor that seemed to come from a previous guest that smelled like smoke which remained in my clothes and the carpet could use an upgrade. Otherwise, it was a great experience for one night of peace and quiet.

There no restaurant on this property as advertised, no community coffee or tea. No bar and the pool did not look as pictured.

Power went out and there was no back up generator/UPS! Should be mandatory for hotels. Unsafe walking up stairs

Good hotel for the weekend, the staff was great and close drive to downtown. Only negative is the weird u turn you have to make every time to get to the hotel.

Eric at the front desk was very polite and upbeat. He welcomed us when we checked in. He told us if we needed anything to just let him know. And he told us how long he would be in shift. Check in was easy. When we returned from our concert, he spent a few minutes asking how the show was. Even though it was literally at the end of his shift. And he seemed genuinely interested in how our night was.

It was great! had a wonderful experience while I enjoyed my time at the Dreamville Festival. The only thing was that the our Towels had dog hair on it maybe b/c of what they washed it with but our big towel and medium sized towels had a few strands of dark short dog hair. We just got new towels

Location is convenient. The check in was quick and friendly. The room was cleaned and smelled nice. The hotel itself smelled nice. The shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable, it had a plushy soft feeling which was great for sleep, but not for lounging on. The room was a great size, we had a King and a cute sofa. They also had Internet TV which has things like HBO, YouTube, and a couple of other ones. It was a good size TV. I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. I had a pleasant experience overall.

The stay was nice and comfortable. The shower was walk in and a little old.

The lump at the front desk couldn’t possibly have been any less helpful. Barely looked up during check in and when asked about restaurants in the vicinity, he waved his hand in no particular direction and said “the mall’s that way, there’s restaurants there”. Utterly useless.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the location is close enough to everything while still quiet. Highly recommend!

My room was spacious and comfortable.

Overall presents day, clean room. Bed was not as comfortable as my bed at home but sufficient. Room had an ottoman which every hotel needs.

The location was convenient to Crabtree Valley Mall.

Hotel in itself was very updated and nice- breakfast was a huge letdown. Grab and go is not what I expected. And the coffee was basically non existent. Good coffee bar is a must and is at most every hotel I’ve been to but this one.

Quiet hideaway

The hotel was right the area of theall and any other stores close by.

I travel for work and I’m in hotels half of the year. This was the first time I’ve ever had a room with half used shampoo and soap. Dirty socks from a previous guest and carpets that hadn’t even been vacuumed. I didn’t say anything at the desk. I just won’t stay there again. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

It was advertised at the hotel has a restaurant and bar but when we got there both were closed. Even if it was open, that would not have been a restaurant. It was an eating area/snack bar. We were given a key to someone else’s room and opened the door on them. The room had bottle caps underneath the desk so I was led to believe it was not cleaned properly.

The breakfast was a bit lacking, for example there was no cutlery...but overall I'd definitely stay again. The rooms were clean and the staff nice.

I wasn’t told that you have to be 21 for checkin and so I was unable to check in.

I enjoyed my stay and had no major issues. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. I did wish there was a microwave in the room but not a big deal. Also had no noise issues from other guests/rooms.
