If you are just looking somewhere to put your head, it will do. But it’s not a comfortable stay. Mattress was not very good, pillows sucked really bad and the rest of the room was old. Not a place to stay multiple nights for sure. We were booked for two nights and left after the first night.

Great location for going to coastal Walnut Creek amphitheater. Clean and easy check in. A little noisy but from outside sources not the hotel. Love the frig and microwave and my room had a wet bar.

This was just a short overnight stay on the way to our destination. We were very pleased with the hotel! It was clean, the beds were comfy, and it offered plenty of parking. Breakfast consisted of both hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great place for the price!

Bathroom was cramped and bathtub seemed like it might break at any time (loud creaking with every step). The hotel comes across as very old with a “fresh paint job” to make it somewhat presentable. If that makes sense.

Clean, comfy and quiet (even though it was next to busy streets where big dump/trash trucks travel). Has a good size mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. The only negative is the bathroom lighting—there needs to be light over mirror and a makeup mirror for women!

The room was spacious. The bathroom was sufficient but seemed like it was partially updated and then left without completing. AC smelled funky probably due to the season transition from heat to air. Overall a good value. Would stay here again.

Upon check-in, the room had a strong odor of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Additionally, there was peeling paint on the walls, multiple stains throughout the carpet, and an overall damp feel to the room, which made the space appear poorly maintained. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again

Very accommodating, and the manager even helped me jump my car. First time stay at a comfort inn and I was very satisfied.

The rooms made for a perfect stay. I think the staff could not have been any friendlier or accommodating, which made our stay even better.

Building and people in and around the hotel were sketchy. I did not feel safe staying at the hotel with my daughter. The hotel smelled strongly with Marijuana. Men were setting outside of room doors in the hallway. Law enforcement needs to take a look at the activities occurring in this hotel. I had to leave the hotel and find another hotel for safety reasons. It was an expensive night since I had to pay for an additional safe hotel.

Our room smelled terrible, and when asked to change rooms the guy tried to hand me a can of febreeze. Our room was never cleaned only towels were replaced. On our last night there was event at the hotel and there was no where to park our car. My sister was told to park across the street and walk back to the hotel in dark and the rain. Then we were told if we didn’t park in an actual parking spot we would be towed. What should have happened is the event people should have been parked elsewhere.

Everything was awesome

The reservation was not as described in the description when I reserved my room. However, they did move me to another room the next day to accommodate. Breakfast was lovely and so was the server Nicole… she had everything on point, everything was fresh especially the fruit. Mike was the hotel front desk employee whom was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit was easy to work and kept the air flowing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay again thank you.

Going through a family tragedy, requiring us to visit Raleigh monthly for almost a year, this establishment went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The staff and management are one of the best. The hotel is very clean and exceeds our expectations. Breakfast is always fresh and hot. Our hallway smelled like a pet store luckily the room did not. Our bathroom door didn’t lock, the latch didn’t even reach. Breakfast was meh. The rooms can use some updating. Bedsheets seemed clean.

Property is super far I asked for early check in and I wasn’t accommodated even though I called hours ahead prior to arrival. Staff rude. Location far. -10/10 don’t recommend.

The people working were super friendly. Check in and check out were fast. The hotel itself was so run down. We got there at 2:00 for our two room stay. One room was ready, so we were told we could all stay in that room while the one Nextdoor was being cleaned. He was going to call us when it was done. After 3:00 I asked one of the house keepers about the room b/c it hadn’t been started and she didn’t know it was to be cleaned. We didn’t get in it until over an hour after check in. (Never got a call- I had to keep checking) The hotel constantly smelled like pot- in the hall, lobby, elevator. At one point the smell was so bad in the elevator I thought I was gonna get a contact high. The hairdryer in my room was broken and was stuck on low. No body wash in the room. Three wash cloths for 4 people. We asked for bedding for the pull out and was given one flat sheet and one blanket. One of the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The drawers in the dresser wouldn’t stay shut. I can’t tell you how many times a shin suffered from that one. The breakfast wasn’t good either. Eggs and tater tots got left on my plate and I hate wasting food. The remote didn’t work on one of the tvs. The area itself isn’t great either. Pay a little more and stay at one of the nicer hotels about 10-15 min up the road.

I didn't like having reserved a room for over a week. I was told I could pay when I checked in. I get there then im told bc they ran my card on file and it was declined it pushed me out of the system and I had no where to I stay.

I recently booked a stay at Comfort Suites Raleigh Walnut Creek through Expedia, but when I arrived, the staff informed me that they had no record of my online reservation. I was forced to pay for a room again on-site despite already being charged by Expedia. When I reached out to Expedia for assistance, they stated that the hotel management was responsible for the refund. However, I was told that all the managers were unavailable and that I should call back the next day. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the hotel can improve their communication and booking processes to prevent this from happening to future guests.

The staff was really nice. Looked like an old building that had a facelift, but nothing else. They cleaned, but smell wet musty like the carpets needed to fully dry. If an adult stays that’s fine, if you have kids not the best because can hear through the walls apparently.

We came to area to attend a concert at RedHat amphitheatre. This hotel was only a 15 min drive away. There were plenty of really nice dining options in the area. Hotel itself was very nice. Would stay again.

A lot of people hanging outside around the vicinity, not on property but too close for comfort. Front desk staff not pleasant. Also stains in carpet. Noisy staff 5:00 in the morning.

Not recommended for families. The breakfast could be better. The slop to drive up is awful. No parking if there is a downstair party. The area behind the gas station has alot going on and you can see it all from the 3rd floor.

The room we initially booked was awful- smelled strongly of mildew and dampness- mold in bathroom. We didn't feel it was clean. Water stains and black mold in bathroom and throughout the room. We ended up asking for another room, they upraised us to a bigger room and it was very good! We had a very comfortable bed and pillows- and were very satisfied.

Everything about this stay was great. The lady at the front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. She gave us a great room on the first floor. We really enjoyed it. When I asked, she told me about numerous places to eat near the hotel. When chose to eat at Mike's Pizza across the street in an old shopping center and it was delicious. So, delicious that we went back twice. There was still plenty of parking even with a large party of bikers staying there that weekend. There wasn't a lot of noise. Everything was great!

There was no hand sanitizer located in any of the dispensers at the elevators in the lobby or on my floor. The wall thermostat for the air conditioner was not functioning. The window unit barely cooled it… I would absolutely not recommend staying here when it is actually hot outside. Honestly, it was just a very subpar property. The staff were pleasant.

My stay here was adequate. Room was clean, staff was helpful. Free breakfast was...free. Not much selection, but it was free. The most frustrating part was the approach into the lobby. Very difficult to pull in to due to a steep incline, especially if you're pulling a trailer. Do not park in the front lot, otherwise if you need something from your car you'll have descend a very long and tedious staircase or a slippery asphalt ramp. Someone really screwed the pooch when they designed this.

The stay overall was good. The people at the service desk were really helpful and nice. However, I booked this particular hotel because of its breakfast and gym. The gym was trash. It only had three pieces of equipment in the gym which all three pieces were broken. Other than that the breakfast was amazing.

It was not a bad hotel. It definitely was a place to sleep, but the community doesn’t seem safe and there was a church convention that you could hear loudly throughout the hotel past midnight and it started all over again before 9 AM.

Overall, good experience. It was a bit noisy in the evening. It felt clean and staff was friendly. Enjoyed the free breakfast, too!

Nice hotel, it was very clean on the inside. The location is off the main road and quiet.

Clean and quiet inside a bit ghetto outside. A security presence would have been appreciated. Breakfast was well prepared, tables were clean. Maid service were polite and accommodating. Great stay for the price! I would stay there again.

The property is located in an area that is easily accessible to shopping and dining.

Stayed 2 nights. Was clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was a nice bonus.

Clean and cozy!!

Would have rated a 5 but...2nd morning there was no coffee down in the breakfast area. Was told the shipment of coffee hadn't come in. 3rd morning, the coffee was cold. When into the fitness center the 2nd day to use the treadmill, but it wasn't working. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location.

The bed wasnt comfortable at all. The staff was nice and it was quiet.

One night trip to attend a concert in the area. Everything was nice and clean. Friendly staff and very quiet area. I would stay here again.
