Property smelled amazing when you walk in, rooms were clean. It is a small hotel perfect for a quick stay. Had a good selection for breakfast for size of property and parking was on site.

Check-in was easy enough. Hotel needs a facelift through. Room was clean, but I dislike the vinyl flooring. Breakfast is okay.

Best location to stay in North Raleigh, cleanest hotel I've been to for awhile, with the best breakfast by far. Staff is invariably kind and helpful, my stays here are always comfortable. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.

The front staff is phenomenal. The gentleman with red hair who helped us was extremely friendly & kind. The room was spacious but not clean. There were little white clippings all over the floor which was either paint or ceiling peeling. Hair was in the tub. The hotel is spacious but it’s definitely in need of a good deep clean. The carpet in the main area is pretty dirty. The same white clippings are seen throughout common areas and elevator. The pool and outdoor area is nice. Breakfast was fresh with many options, which was great for our children. There wasn’t a TV remote which made finding channels a pain because we had to use the power button to maneuver. This suited us for a one night stay, but I’m not sure we would return if in the area again. The location is superb. Cheesecake Factory close by. Panera right next door.

The gentleman working the front desk when we checked in on Wednesday about 6 pm was so friendly and helpful. He was a black gentleman with a beard. We saw him at the front desk when we returned from dinner and if asked if there was anything we needed and stated to have a good night. The woman working the front desk on Friday morning at 6:40 am when we checked out was very unfriendly and cold. It was if she was a statue without a smile and just could say yes when we walked to the counter not good morning or even a thank you for staying with us.

Ideally hotel location for The Soccer Tournament in Cary, NC which is around 20 mins drive. Great location to visit many parks, attractions and shopping malls. I will recommend this to any of my friends who'll be planning this next year!

This hotel is updated and ok. Rooms are comfy, but lighting is dim. They serve a decent breakfast, which is a plus and it was conveniently located for my business in the area. Unfortunately, there is a parking problem at this location, and I woke up to find my car missing. Long story. The lot is (NOT) shared with the restaurant next door, and I parked in wrong space. My car was towed to a destination in the opposite corner of Raleigh, cost over $250 to recover. Hotel staff only helped by telling me that the space was a towing spot. Sorry I missed the little sign in the lot when I got in very late. I thought I was in the lot boundaries. The hotel doesn't help, and doesn't apologize for the "inconvenience." I haven't gone back. Missed my medical appointment for which I traveled and stayed at this hotel. Pay close attention to the signs and boundaries of the "valid" parking spots.

And not worth the amount we paid. There was coffee but no coffee maker. Would stay again if necessary, but not for the price if avoidable.

Everything was fine, they had a ceiling leak in the lobby that wasn’t so great. But my biggest complaint is we were there for a wedding and my fault for leaving my purse and wallet in the room on the eve of the wedding. When I returned home and was cleaning out my purse, $300 cash was missing from my wallet.

Room was clean for the most part. When first walking into the room it did have a slight odor but nothing terrible. Staff was kind and very friendly. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. 24 hour coffee definitely a plus! Parking is not that bad just follow and pay attention to the signs and you’ll be fine. Hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to just about everywhere in the Raleigh area.

We like how clean it was. We also generally liked the ADA features of our room. The hook on the bathroom door in rm 511 was exactly at the height to bruise or scratch the upper arm of a person walking by. That hook should be on a stationary wall. It adds nothing for ADA. Breakfast was profoundly average.

There was several maintenance issues. Ceiling was falling by the front desk from water. The shower didn't work and we moved to different room. Ac worked good but had a hissing noise meaning a possible problem in the future.

Nice sized room. Liked the decor. Enjoyed the breakfast; especially loved the mixed berry fruit. It was very tasty on my waffle. Loved having tea in my room. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the size of the towels and they weren't scratchy. Liked the area and the fact that it was quiet. I would stay here again. We stayed only 2 nights; they cleaned our room anyway. That was a nice surprise! The view of damaged cars form the adjoining business.

Hotel offered a very quiet restful experience. Refrigerator needs work. Would not cool adequately but we didn’t bother anyone about it we just packed everything in ice until check out. Very positive experience.

The staff had free pizza, salad, soda, and even beer for guests. The staff was over the top, especially the general manager! However, the inside pool was not available during my stay.

I booked here last minute and stayed a week for work.... The management, staff, and all employees were amazing !! They also have a social on Wednesday and have cstered food and beverages. It was a good was to relax after a long day at work. Lastly the hotel is just minutes from the mall, and there is also a nice shopping center located across the street with Starbucks and panera bread were in the same parking lot .Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast (eggs, bacon, ect) wasn't that great but it is complimentary. Parking is limited on the front of the property but they do have a garage. The rooms where nice and clean but we did have some type of leak or something in the bathroom causing water to get on the floor with shower use.

Honestly the room was a good size , clean and the bed was very comfortable in which that’s hard to find these days. Only thing that was a miss was letting the blinds up and looking at junk cars . I guess that’s a repair shop right by property. So just keep blinds closed😀 My husband enjoyed the breakfast also. People at the desk were very nice

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and very welcoming upon arrival. My only problem at location was the $300 charge for a meeting space, for four people to meet for an hour. I felt this was not acceptable, especially as a guest of hotel. In my travels most hotels have business rooms or private area to discuss business matters.

I booked a room with a balcony. Highly recommend. They actually had an event for March Madness basketball tournament, which I found really nice. I met another guest over morning coffee and it was really nice. We enjoyed our conversation and talked about how nice the hotel was.

The fridhe needed to be defrosted (there was jist a chunk of ice at the back, took forever for things to cool down). The seal around the edge of the door was non-existent, you ciyld hear everything in the hallway (in the middle of the night) and all the light came in around it. The water pressure was barely above a trickle.

This hotel was terrible! Smell of weed outside the front door as well as in the hotel. I would give it zero stars if I could. I was unable to sleep the night, with all the noise and fear of someone breaking into the room because the area was very sketchy.

Excellent stay this weekend! Every staff member was incredibly nice and helpful. Alysson was particularly amazing and helpful with any and all questions we had. Breakfast was hot and good. No complaints and now know exactly where ill be staying every time im in Raleigh.

I stayed at this hotel for a concert on 10/14. Upon check-in I was greeted by the staff at the front desk and the lady was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Although there were several checking in, she remained professional. Upon entering my room (King size bed) I can say that it was clean and looked like the room listed online. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my liking but it wasn’t bad. Upon returning from the concert there had been a shift change at the front desk. I stopped to purchase some snack items from the snack bar and again the new front desk employee was kind and informative. I ate the complementary breakfast around 7:00 and it was “ok” that included omelette eggs, yogurt and berries, cereal, home potatoes, waffles, bacon, orange and apple juice along with water. Check out was simple and again the front desk associates were nice. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would stay again.

Although there were several checking in, she remained professional. Upon entering my room (King size bed) I can say that it was clean and looked like the room listed online. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my liking but it wasn’t bad. Upon returning from the concert there had been a shift change at the front desk. I stopped to purchase some snack items from the snack bar and again the new front desk employee was kind and informative. I ate the complementary breakfast around 7:00 and it was “ok” that included omelette eggs, yogurt and berries, cereal, home potatoes, waffles, bacon, orange and apple juice along with water. Check out was simple and again the front desk associates were nice. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would stay again.

The whole experience was great the only problem was the countertop in the bathroom I had to clean again but other than that the room was perfect.

Clean property with comfy beds and good hot breakfast. Parking limited in front of hotel with overflow parking in back. Had 2 shampoo dispensers in shower, but no body soap.

My stay was going well until I notices the room had roaches when I went to the front desk they stated the hotel was full and couldn’t switch me out from that room which wasn’t true and how I notice was that it was many parking available even though I will not be staying here again

My stay was great! The room was always kept clean each day and the only issue (which may not be an issue for others) is that the beds were a little bit stiffer than my friends or I preferred. But, overall we loved our stay and felt it was a great value for the quality of service we received.

The room was bigger than I expected, it was nice. The only thing I could say is the pillows weren’t as soft as I’d like but that could be a personal preference.

The hotel provided us with a comfortable place to rest and rejuvinate after visits with our family. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. TV was large.

The lobby and breakfast areas are very small and look like need a little work done. The room I stay in is excellent. Everything inside looks so new and clean. Bathroom is spotless! Location is great! Its in the middle between brier creek and crabtree mall. Shopping center is across the street with Starbucks. Overall is great!

The front desk clerk was very welcoming when checking in. Excellent location - Panera Bread located next door (convenient), and Mall across the street. Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed ourselves.

We were here for a family event. The roo. Met our needs. I liked the breakfast eventhough I only had the eggs. I liked the coffee area and the variety they offrred. I would stay again if in the area.

The parking was a little weird as they are on a hillside but we managed. It was pretty noisy as you are on a main road. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee availablility.

The property was ok and in a convenient location relative to the airport and a large shopping mall. The building is dated, the recent renovation was not done very well, and the pool was closed. Would not likely stay here again given all the other options.

The check-in lady, I believe her name was Angela, greeted us as soon as we checked in and it was later in the evening around 11 and she was still chipper and friendly. The hotel has been upgraded. No morning brown and red decorations from the 90s. the room was color and new. The bathroom could use a few cosmetic touches but it was very clean overall. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious. So many different options. The location was great as well, very close to the mall. I would 100% stay here again.

Had a wonderful getaway weekend, visiting family members in Raleigh NC.Would recommend this outstanding Best Western Hotel. Staff was very outgoing and friendly. Enjoyed the Continental Breakfast both mornings.

Staff was extremely nice! Minimal parking up front so be prepared to park under or around back. I think only one elevator works so it can take some time to go between floors.

I liked the fact that my room was handicapped accessible as I'm still getting over a knee replacement. Shower controls however were a bit iffy,,?

The building is just older and you can tell. The elevator is so slow, we just took the stairs, thankfully our room was just on the 2nd floor. While I was waiting for check in inside the lobby, I was approached by a younger male who asked me to check him into a room cause he wasn’t old enough, which made me uncomfortable( I declined) Later that night, we smelled a very strong odor of weed, the smell completely filled our room. This hotel is supposed to be smoke free.

The elevator was slow only real issue. Other than that, good stay and would stay again.

This Best Western has efficient and friendly staff. Acheline (front desk), Sean (front desk) and Faviola (housekeeping), in particular, provided wonderful service. The rooms are clean and updated. Water pressure could be a little better. I would definitely stay again.

The biggest drawback was breakfast, which is usually what I look for in a hotel. (I can sleep anywhere, as long as it's clean and comfortable.) Eggs were like a pancake, I guess "over hard" and link sausages were puffy and grey, neither of which was at all appetizing. Waffle irons were not on, so that was out for a hurried bite. Diced potatoes looked good, so I ended up mixing some with an egg and sprinkling cheese on top, which didn't much help. Bacon? Ham? Scrambled eggs? Waffle? Any of those would've been great, but some things just don't do well batch cooked and left on warm. I ended up with a pretty good muffin and a banana, made up a bit for the hot food being disappointing.

This location was very convenient to shopping areas. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. I only stayed for one night, but if I had to stay more nights, I would have definitely stayed here another night. Also, if I came back, I would come back here to stay.

A nice size room for my 3 night stay. Walls are thin because I could hear everything easily.I was near the ice machine and elevator so that didn’t help. Neighbors were playing loud music as I was leaving around 4am for a flight. Very thin blankets provided, but I was able to adjust the heater in the room to stay warm at night. Breakfast was decent, check in and out was friendly and easy!
