One of the best stays that we’ve had in the area. Staff was extremely friendly and rooms were beautiful. Will be back anytime we come through the area.

Will you stay at this property multiple times and the staff is always on point very helpful. They are graded what they do. The facilities are also well kept and clean. Just wish they had a microwave...lol

Valet parking was a bit pricy. Our overall experience was good. The room was clean and very cool, temperature-wise. We really love this hotel’s proximity to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel design is beautiful Parking was $30 for one day!!!! That’s ridiculous to pay to park where I’m staying. And if I am going to pay to park it should be a discount vs. non hotel guests.

Convenient hotel, nice staff, free parking and breakfast. I wish breakfast hours were extended for those who sleep late.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I loved it even more than the first time. Definitely my go to hotel when I come into town

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything about the experience was wonderful and all the important boxes were checked. The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautiful and well maintained. The location was great with plenty of things nearby. What truly made the stay stand out was the staff — the front desk employees were AMAZING, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The valet service was superb as well — quick, professional, and very courteous. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Really disappointed in this stay. Other people’s hair in the bathroom. Room ventilation was terrible - we woke up to a baking room twice during the evening. North Hills is a great area - just stay somewhere else.

Loved the King studio it was my first time staying in that version of a one bed. Loved the shower. I will always return. Great location!!!

Aside from parking (which was atrocious), the hotel is literally perfect.

Very pleased at the location & surrounding venues. The 7th floor was just WOW! Inside bar/restaurant with roof top with plenty of room. I will now add this to my favorites for sure. The front desk staff was remarkable & the Valet guys did an amazing job.

Front desk was AMAZING and so friendly! Would come back again just for her! Room was clean although renovations since I stayed last are a bit odd, not bad, just odd. The AC is in the center of everything so be prepared for a bit of street noise. Love Level7 of course, its honestly the reason why I come there.

I pre-ordered a fruit and cheese tray for the room with my reservation. I asked the front desk person to check on it when we arrived and he said he saw it had been reserved and would have it sent up but after 2 more calls to the front desk over the next 90 minutes it never came.

Maddie was very courteous, informative, and welcoming. Our room was clean and had an amazing view!

Very modern and clean but cozy hotel. Staff was exceptional. Didn’t try the food/drinks but the rooftop area had a nice ambiance.

Room was comfortable and the staff was accommodating.

There was no place to put me and my sisters bags. Which made it look cluttered and uncomfortable. Other then that the stay was ok.

Great stay! The two guys at the front desk were AWESOME!

The staff was very nice. the room was spacious, and extremely clean. The only thing is the wine glasses in the room were dirty (lip marks/stains, etc) but overall very solid. I will stay there again for sure :)

Property was nice and clean. I could’ve done without the AC unit in the room though. I’ll have to ask if that’s an option for room choice. Also, Level7 was the worst. Not clean and the drinks were horrible.

Mr. Gray and Colin were welcoming and so helpful in giving us many insights to where to dine and explore in Raleigh. They were both professional and down to earth and made our stay out of this world .

Service and cleanliness is great. Small room for the pricing. Parking was not the best unless you want to pay for valet parking. The lighting in the room is very dull. Including the bathroom lighting just not very bright. And if you want to open the curtains there is zero privacy from the building directly across from you.

Will come again.

Amazing location and room.

My observations ( not exactly complaints just things to know): 1. This one is my fault. I thought I booked a room with 2 queens. I actually booked 2 doubles. Not a big deal. 2. We stay in this part of town a lot. I actually prefer a competitor which is closer to the park. 3. This hotel has a very popular rooftop bar area which can be noisy at times. Other than that, it was a good stay at a very nice hotel.

Too small room. Vanity area is too close to sleeping area and lights are too bright for people who are sleeping. Shower/toilet area has no privacy.

Our air conditioning will not turn on. It was on when we arrived, and I turned the thermostat down because the room was chilly. When we went to bed I turned it back up and it has not engaged. The temperature is set to 65 and the screen says cool, but the temp in the room is reading 75. I would calm the desk but I do. It want to wake my son. This is pretty miserable. I have followed instructions per the owner’s manual online and watched you tube videos, and still the room is not cooking.

I enjoyed my first time stay! The customer service was amazing.

I don't like rain showerheads; so, I'm glad I could turn it off and use only the handheld/wall mounted showerhead. There was barely any water pressure, though (not noticeable with the rain showerhead thanks to gravity). The bracket that was meant to hold the handheld/mounted showerhead in place and allow adjustments didn't do either. I had to get creative. The gym was very nice but I didn't have time to use it. I was really hoping for a pool but there isn't one. The rooftop lounge was great but the outdoor patio attracted very large roaches at night (after most people left). The staff was very friendly, though! Even the extremely busy bartenders had great personalities!

No drawer space and only 4 hangers in the small closet. Not ideal for family of 3. Breakfast area small (2 tables of 4) no pancake or waffle option

It’s a clean modern stay. It’s nice to be so close to restaurants and bars too.

The property was really nice, clean and had easy to access amenities, and a really gorgeous rooftop bar. The surrounding area was very quiet but still lively and everything was walkable from the hotel! I would stay again! 10/10 recommend!

The property was well lit during the night time. There many choices to choose from as far as dining options in walking distance. Also, shopping was very accessible as it was across the street from the main intersection.

My wife and i stayed valentines weekend,this hotel is in the center of everything which was fine but if you are trying to get rest or peace and quiet this hotel isn't the one.the 3rd floor we were on was pretty much busy the entire stay.if it wasnt the rooms next door it was housekeeping early the next morning banging carts and slamming doors.this place never sleeps.lol.but overall the stay was ok but next time i think i will stay away from all the attention.

Absolutely overpriced and terrible hotel, wish I could have cancelled the reservation. Rooms are tiny, layout is awful with the vanity in the middle of the room, and the vanity was badly cracked and in need of replacement. Mattress was horribly soft and the duvet was paper thin and felt very cheap. This is not worth 270usd per night, not even close

Hotel was clean & all the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room it's self was a lot smaller than we expected with only a sliding glass door for the powder room which didn't feel very private. Road noise was also an issue. Sounded like motorcycles going up and down the street at all hours of the night. Also, be prepared to pay $30 to valet your vehicle. There is no other parking.

The only complaint I have is no microwave in the entire hotel but on the flip side of things as nice and upscale this hotel is I can understand and see why they don’t have microwaves due to the mess food makes within itself.

We had a last minute stay in Raleigh and the reviews for this hotel were great. Staff, Hotel and Location was great. There was a Target conveniently down the street and plenty of restaurants near by.

Walkable to restaurants. Club upstairs really loud- even 2 floors down. Very dirty room. Took forever to get warm water.

Loud people next door, they did quiet down after we complained. we asked for towels and they didn’t get sent up. Would be nice to have room service for coffee.

The stay was nice except it is SO loud being right next to the capitol grille. Also the walls are very thin and I heard every noise. Overall, I would not stay again due to the noise and the price. Also, the bed was so very uncomfortable.

Amazing experience

Wonderful overnight getaway with consistently excellent and enthusiastic staff. One note of caution. If you go tell bed before 11 on weekends maybe avoid the sixth floor. A bit of noise from the rooftop bar made our location slightly less than ideal.

The hotel is located within the north Hills District with which is vary conveniently located to many immense restaurants.

Tons of restaurant selections. Friendly staff. The valet is utilized by a interface on your phone once u check your vehicle in with valet.

Very nice hotel. Very modern. Only complaint is that the snack area need a better selection for those late night cravings.

The lighting in the room was not sufficient, even you turned on all the lights in the room. When you try to get more natural lighting by opening the curtain, then people from the outside can actually see you in the room. Facing the hotel is another building very close, with parking garage where people can park their cars and literally see you in your room, what happened if you feel like changing your clothes in your room and not your bathroom. You should be able to do it without being afraid people can see you naked.

Went to the AC Hotel for a night out with my girls! Everything is so clean and the hotel staff were super friendly. Will definitely be my hotel of choice when staying in the North Hills area!

Customer service was excellent. We had a leak in our room and they quickly attended to our need. No complaints about the staff but I think that this hotel needs to pay more attention to detail at this price range.

We checked out at 10am and got a call while at the airport at 11am offering us a complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience. Also, almost forgot to mention how awkward the bathroom set up is with the vanity sink in the bedroom. Would not stay here again !

Beware of parking. Free, but the valet sign says you need to see them before checking in. They change $30 per night when you can easily park across the street in a safe garage.

Valet and front desk staff were amazing. The bartender on the roof top in doors was great. She remembered all the drinks that we ordered. I wish I could remember her name so you can have her serve you

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for his birthday and it was everything and more. The dining options nearby are all walking distance not to mention the roof top bar. The room was very clean and had everything you need, the front desk staff were super nice and very helpful. It was an excellent stay and will definitely recommend!

Everything was ok until at 2:00am a lady started yelling and banging nonstop on someone door for almost and hour it was horrible I couldn’t go back to sleep.
