My room smelled like wet dog. The humidity in the room was terrible, cigarette burn marks on the sink and the coffee machine tray. Staff was helpful friendly.

The rooms were pretty clean. Front desk Staff was excellent. Some rooms need updating. Not a bad place to stay if you just want the basics.

The staff was awesome, very responsive. We had electricity issues in our first room, they moved us to a better room for the next night. Needs some updates and repairs.

Room was adequate however I paid extra for a jacuzzi tub but was unable to use it. The drain plug was broken and wouldn’t connect to the drain properly so it didn’t hold water. The tile around the tub was broken and feared falling if I stepped on it. Definitely not the relaxing experience I had hoped to have.

Overall good stay. Variety of breakfast items including some hot items: eggs, sausage, biscuits. Husband said the coffee was good! Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Only inconveniences were the operation of the shower (display in the office) and a lack of outlets near the bed. Would stay again!

The location was good and the employee was helpful when asked to help us log onto wi-fi. The bathroom fixtures were updated but floor and walls were dirty. The floor was very dirty and the walls and ceiling needed repair and fresh paint. The room had a musty smell. There was not a sign on the building or door identifying the hotel.

Reeked of cigarette smoke, smoke coming into air vents from EVERYONE smoking outside of their rooms, bed linens smelled soiled, door did not latch so therefore could not dead bolt lock the door, felt very unsafe, was bit my some type of insect in the bed, and flooring not clean

Mold in the bathtub/shower. The room was not clean. Coffee maker was not all there. Tissue box was empty.

The door lock was partially broken/falling apart and the key card did not work. I went to the desk, they just gave me another key card and said if it didnt work, we could get a different room but may have to pay the cost difference! We finally got into the room. The floor looked like areas were cleaned and stained with bleach. The floor was supposed to be dark brown but had the bleached areas. The outlet next to the bed had exposed wires. The beddingbwas washed but had clear stains on them. The towels were discolored and had an odor. One of the towels and washcloths, there were what we thought were bugs but after photographing and blowing it up, turned out to be dark short hairs all balled up! We sleot in our clothes and did not ooen our luggage. Would NOT recommend this hotel. We stayed at 4 other hotels along our trip (with a similar price per night) and were sorely disappointed.

Location was perfect for what I was in town for! Well lit, staff available pronto upon arrival to the facility nearing midnight! The cleanliness; twin queen beds, both queens top covers appeared to be soiled, the bathtub was very stained and the sink area was dirty. There was hair on bathroom floor.

It was good if you don’t have much money for a great hotel stay. Old. Very old. Rooms need remodeling to look like the reception area. Outdated rooms. Toilet didn’t have water flow for flushing. And I was in the more expensive suite rooms. TV old and worn out. Tape on legs of tv. Unplug and wait two minutes for sound.

This hotel room was so bad my wife refused to sleep there!! Had to leave and find another hotel.. Bed comforter was stained and mold or curtains. Room had a strange smell awful. Very disappointed, thought for $360.00 dollar should've been nice. Total waste of money

This facility is entirely run down and needs to be renovated. The shower was not operable, and mold and mildew were visible on the bathroom ceiling. Not a place I would recommend or visit again.

I had to be moved to 3 rooms first room was very stink from the amount of bug spray that was used. He told me they probably used to much air freshener. I said no that was bug spray. The toilet wouldn't flush as wrll. The second room smell was not bad but not to fresh either and then upon turning the light on in the bathroom there was a roach crawling around. The 3rd room was ok but a few dirty spots on the catpet and they bedspreads had dirty spots so we had them change those out. I was very uncomfortable znd i will never dtay thete again. The room was non-refundable so i was pissed. If not i would've left after the first room.

It was so nasty I had to go buy bleach and clean everything. Then as I was cleaning I pulled out the little table beside bed and there was hundreds of little roaches everywhere

I used to stay here a lot and it was perfect but some new people have bought it and now it’s ghetto with people living there and being rude to guest.my microwave was broke they said they would bring me a new one then yelled at me when I asked to use the empty room microwave they were cleaning so I couldn’t even warm up food leaving me starving. I wish I had more money to stay elsewhere would NOT RECOMMEND

The bed was confortable The price was much more than the quality of room. The paint and caulk was terribly done, There was a huge gab under the door. There was hair behind the bathroom door. I was told they would honor my request for a ground level floor room; we were on the 2nd floor. My husband is a disabled vet with bad knees and back. The breakfast was fair at most. We would not stay here again or recommend it it. I feel we were ripped off.

Very clean, easy on and off to the freeway. $38 extra for pet, not mentioned on booking.com. $100.00 extra "hold" cost incase the room is trashed. Thought that was interesting.

Nothing Everything! Staff was not friendly, the door looked like it had been kicked in & didn't lock, staff was not happy he had to come reset the lock, room unclean, toilet handle broken. The shower/tub stopped up, floor sticky, furnishings looked like from a 2nd hand store (all beat up and mismatched), There was no staff available, and there was no receipt at check out.

Apparently I got the dog room as it was very hairy and triggered a bad allergic reaction for me. The front desk staff was great! Also disappointed that there was no breakfast after 9am, not even dry cereal to grab, yogurts were locked up at 9:15 and all food put away. My bad for not acting quicker. I am grateful for the room, should have explained my allergies upon check in.

No elevator; hard to find room/see room numbers at night especially if on the second floor. Bathroom tub looked dirty, finish was peeled away/chipped off. Hard to get to sleep if you have to turn in early.(9 pm or so). No problems though. Room could’ve been cleaner. Picked up phone and noted how dirty it was-set it right back down and went to wash my hands.

The rate per night was quite significant considering the caliber of hotel you are staying in. Will not be staying here again. Staff was friendly but it was definitely the lowest caliber of hotel I’ve stayed in, in years.

Night staff was delightful. Room was much nicer than the usual budget motel. There was a surprise $30 fee for the dog. That's not "pet friendly". That's "pet tolerant" and inaccurate listing in Expedia. The toilet was broken.

The staff was rude upon check in, There was only one other couple and the phone was ringing and the clerk was totally overwhelmed. The bathroom was in need of a serious upgrade. Ice Machine down stairs was out of service and apparently had been front desk didn’t even apologize. Would never stay there again.

This was awful. There was a plank vinyl floor that had the edges lifting- not secured in several place(trip hazard as well has dangerous for going barefoot). Furniture looked like Goodwill rejects- stained and chipped. Bathroom tub was cracked on the bottom. Water stains on ceiling. Stained fabric luggage rack/chair? Had to ask for towels. Staff on personal calls didn't pick up call from the room so had to go to office and wait for them to finish talking on their cell phone. Small refrig in room had 1-2 inch layer of ice on the ice compartment.

The AC was terribly noisy and the was motorcycle noise late at night. Overall the room, while redecorated showed signs of being old, rust on grab bars and bathroom lights. The bed was comfortable.

If your booking a suite please don’t make the mistake I did thinking your getting a jacuzzi. There is only 1 room with a jacuzzi the other rooms just have a sofa but the wall is still in the war so you can’t watch tv. I called the front desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do and I was stuck in that room. Besides that it’s in the middle of nowhere and everything is old.

Good place to stop on a road trip, not fancy but clean and decent.

Wet floors horrible odor television didn’t work and neither did the shower the tub was peeling just a horrible experience

Best bang for your buck. Good location right off the highway. I've stayed in other hotels in the area and always passed on this one. However this was better than expected. I think they changed brands and remodeled since last time. I would recommend if you don't want to drive to Tallahassee for a few nights stay.

Gently used room, very noisy air conditioning unit. Very friendly & helpful checking, just a quick stopover on a road trip so fit the bill

I my car for a couple of hours to if it would come back on line. We informed the lady at the desk that we had a handicap person in the car and could not sit in the car. I asked her For the manager she told me their was no manager on duty till 5am. I asked her for the corporate number and she said she did not have it and would not give me the number. She said she would cancel our reservation at no cost to us..

Manager Lindy provided a very bad customer experience.

Not enough dining choices

Coffee pot had an old pod in it and obviously not cleaned. There was no way to turn on the shower no button to pull or push. Overall satisfaction except for shower.

Great effort to keep the place up by staff.

Very quiet. Got a great nights sleep.
