Awesome stay for one night!

Do not stay at travel lodge. Staff is rude. I sent a video of me leaving the room. I left the room clean. And they kept my deposit of $100. Red flagged me and wouldn't give me any info on why. I have always paid and never destroyed or left the room a mess. Look at the video.

Bed was completely worn out, had lumps in it. Whole place is a dump. Door was bent, toilet wouldn't flush, air conditioner is loud, not clean (visible stains on the couch). Staff were friendly and polite.
- 4/5
A reasonably priced stay in safe environment that is close to the highway and your typical chain restaurants. Bed was comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast, so I cannot review it. I merely filled my Nalgene water jug up with OJ and snagged a banana. Both of these were great. It's hard for foul up OJ and a banana. I would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking to explore the many splendors of Pueblo.
- 3/5
The staff was inviting, but the room had a oder of cat urine the 1st night, and fecal stench the next night.
- 0.5/5
Location. Price. TV didn't work. Front desk not helpful. Breakfast is toast and juice. Room carpet was gross.
- 1/5
Nothing, I feel this place needs EVERYTHING new, even management.

Very clean room. Breakfast was a bonus with the waffles. Desk clerk was kind of rude. Asked about ice bucket and was told only bags made it seem like you had to buy a bag. Take down the ask for a bucket sign. Internet non existent kept getting kicked out. TV stations were very bad as it was raining so alot of interference. Would stay again but knowing some things unusable.
- 3/5
Location, low cost No pool open, no terrace, no room cleaning all week, poor breakfast...
- 5/5
Very comfortable. Parking area was well lit.
- 3/5
A fine place, but internet was not good. They have a home internet for over a hundred rooms. Kicked off constantly, except at 3am. Like a cruise ship if you've ever done that.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was marginal, ok if you only want cold cereal or waffles.
- 2.5/5
Nice clean room close to restaurants close to the highway in the freeway. Easy to get in and out easy to find. I'm from the country and the traffic noise was a lot, but that's my problem. It was a non-smoking room with cigarette burns all over the floor. The bed was so hard it bruised my hips because I sleep on my side.

Sign on door at checkin staff will be back in few. Lobby completely dark. Called to check in and was advised staff cleaning in back instructed to ring bell. Requested a ground level room. None available. Sink leaking on floor. No remote for tv.
- 2.5/5
Air conditioner was super loud, strange noise. Fan in the bathroom was also super loud and defective. The area was especially noisy.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful, parking was easy and efficient, and the overall experience staying here was very enjoyable!!

Looking at all these other 1 star reviews within the last 2 months.... it sounds like the same older, heavy set, long greying hair woman. She purposely doesn't wear her name tag or answer the phone with her name and claims there is no manager present. Pretty sure she is the manager and lies about it so she can continue robbing their guests. P.S. I have been requesting a refund for this room I never checked into. They refuse. This is straight robbery. Look at all their google reviews too.
- 2/5
Room somewhat in disrepair, falling apart. Smelled and seemed clean. Hotel should be rated lower so can be accurate of what you’re really getting. Pictures displayed in advertisement not indicative of how the room really looks
- 3/5
The light above the sink and one other lamp didn't work. The breakfast, however, was rather good. Better than I expected. Otherwise, pretty good.
- 2/5
None of the above. The rooms were not very clean especially the bathroom floor The coffee maker in the room was broken. Their bathroom things in the bathroom to shower were very sparse and we had to tell them to clean our rooms. Free breakfast was very sparse and the times were very early and couldn’t get anything after nine.6-9am There was nothing special about the stay .
- 4/5
Very quick easy check in. The front desk staff was helpful. He was kind enough to walk myself and my elderly mother to our room because it was late when we checked in. Pillows were so soft!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful at all times
- 5/5
Excellent for the price
- 1/5
They hide the pet fees in fine print, then want $20 each pet/per night. This doubled the cost of my room at the front desk while I had no other chose. Great way to sick it to the customers who have nothing else lined up. Also, the microwave in my room didn't work, the dead bolt on the entry door didn't lock, I like a dark room while I sleep the shutters in the room do not block out the light, they ask for dog poop to be picked up and they provide bags ( the entire week i was there, the bag dispenser was never filled, and the dog area has stickers in it.
- 1/5
After unpacking and taking a short nap, I discovered a bed bug. I caught it in a cup and then found another one and caught it too. I immediately packed up and went to the front counter telling them that I was leaving and would like a refund. The front desk clerk seemed indifferent and said that I could call the general manager the next morning and he would provide a refund. She didn't say I'm sorry or anything of the sort. I had to scramble to book another room at different Hotel. I spoke with the general manager the next day and he was friendly about refunding my money but never said anything along the lines of "we're sorry". I expected some accountability as anyone would. Nothing.
- 5/5
My absolute favorite place to stay.
- 2/5
Breakfast was the only decent thing they had. Room was dirty with other peoples body hair left in bathroom and sink area. Noisy area right next to a gas station. Check person at the register was the rudest I have ever come across. To the point I asked for a refund just because of his attitude. Would not stay here again!
- 4/5
I know times are tough. Get a new chair in 252 and fix the outlet where the dryer is located. Breakfast area was very clean. Thank you

Very thin walls! Did not sleep at all! Guy in the room next to me blasted his TV all night while screaming and hollering at his wife on his phone because He was apparently was cheating on her. In between that He was crying and screaming obscenities. The door and door frame on my room was loose and bent like it was kicked in. I had to slam the door hard to get it to latch. I felt a cold draft blow through the door all night. No body wash in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask if they had any and was told they didn’t and to use the shampoo. Their continental breakfast consists of hard boiled eggs, cereal, and waffles you make with a waffle maker. Glad there’s a IHOP next door.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great!
- 1/5
Never let me cancel, never answered the phone or email, never even got to the room or location
- 3/5
People keep stealing my parking spot ?I am disabled and had to walk like 20 feet to my room door. Also other people were very load at 2 am outside. Breakfeast was a joke just had cereal and waffles you had to make yourself. I was hoping for a least some sauages or biscits.

The room was clean just was in need of an overhaul.
- 1/5
Very bad customer service. I was not able to stay because the front desk refused service. I commented to front desk that other people and myself are paying for a service and were treated rushed and with attitude. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel!! Did not receive refund.

- 5/5
Late arrival for an overnight stay, no problems! Pre-check-in online was available, but I didn't have a scan of my DL to submit, so this was taken at the counter. The attendant was nice to find me a room that had not had pets for two weeks -- I didn't realize it was a 'pet friendly' hotel. Nonetheless, room 242 was clean, fresh-smelling, and warm. Bed was fine, movies were available. Good price, Great!
- 1/5
They took my reservation and money, but when I arrived on site, they refused me service and said I need to ask hotels for a refund. I never cancelled or missed my reservation.

2. I was there( I paid smoke free room), animal hairs everywhere (I paid free from pet room) 3. I started for 6 days and nobody came to clean the room, not even once. 4. Receptionist where rude from the beginning of check-in
- 3/5
Staff was amazing!! Room was old and dingy. Next door neighbor played his music many times blaring in his vehicle and his room.
- 4/5
Bathroom was run down and not very clean
- 4/5
It was clean the heater work just fine. TV worked fine. I had plenty of hot water. No real complaints.
- 3/5
The first room door was broken and the room we moved to the door was also in bad shape and letting alot of cold air in the room and it was cold outside.
- 1/5
Check in was difficult, they almost rejected my stay because I carry a digital wallet. The front desk supervisor also said no food in the room yet there is a fridge in the room. Electrical hazards present, and was reported to the fire marshall, broken appliances as well.
- 1/5
Discrimination and sexism was experienced here and I didn't even get to stay after I paid for it

- 4/5
All's well.
- 5/5
Staff s been courteous
- 2/5
The room has inside wooden shutters for privacy and some of the slatted panels were missing so we had 2+ inch areas that you could see right in, we had to hang magazines on the slot above to cover the sections at night. it also seems like a lot of people actually live in the hotel and instead of just stay there the man next to us came home drunk broke a bottle in the parking lot next to our car that we had to clean up so we didn’t drive over the Glass and every time the front you went to the front desk the staff was either in the parking lot hanging out with friends or in someone car visiting.
- 3/5
Our room heating was not working, so they gave us portable room heaters in exchange for an ID.

Female manager screamed in my face that she was refusing service to me because I questioned a $300 deposit fee. The lady before was charged a $100 fee. The manager was rude and belligerent. She asked why did I need a room in the same city that I live in. She proceeded to say that the people who live in this city damage their rooms 95% of the time. She called security and when security came she told him I was on a do not service list. She also accused me of not wanting to pay. It felt very race motivated. I never been so disrespected in a public establishment and I am still stunned at what happened because all of it was unprovoked. Very unprofessional, very disgusting.
- 4/5
Good place to stay. The only real issue I experienced was the door. It was a bit difficult to open and close at time, mostly during the first half of that day when the sun was on it.
- 1/5
Terrible all the way around starting front desk lady working u
- 2/5
They must experience a lot of crime and homelessness in the area, because the staff certainly treated me as if I were suspect. I will not be electing to stay here in the future for that reason.
- 1/5
I checked into the Travelodge by Wyndham Pueblo on October 5th, after prepaying $383.16 for my stay, and the problems started immediately. My room had a broken bed, and the phone line was actually cut from the wall. When I brought these serious issues to the front desk, I was told there wasn't any other room available. Two days later, the staff finally offered me a different room, but it was just as bad—it smelled like pee and clearly hadn't been cleaned. I had no choice but to wait for my original room to be fixed. The broken bed was eventually repaired on October 9th. However, the worst problem hit on October 11th. I woke up that morning and found bed bugs in the bed. I immediately showed the hotel staff pictures of the bugs, but despite the evidence of an infestation, nothing was done about it.
- 3/5
WiFi didn't work. When I tried to log on there was an error message danger that certificate could not be validated. Front desk had no way to resolve just said she had nothing to do with the computer and had no trouble herself.
- 4/5
The continental breakfast was awesome, bed was super comfortable, and the room was so well insulated you couldn't hear any outside sounds in a relatively busy area. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area
- 1/5
The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. I arrived to find a sign on the door to the Lobby that said 'Be Right Back'. Waited 20+ minutes, and told her I had just driven 2 hours from the airport. It was chaotic, as the clerk was distracted by people trying to get into the hotel. It was 8pm, and immediately felt unsafe. During the check in process, I left my Drivers License on the counter, although I do not remember it was given back to me, my credit card was however. No one called my room, brought it to me, emailed me, texted me or called my cell phone to inform me it was still there. Even when I checked out. 5 Days later when I checked into another hotel 800 miles away, I discovered it missing. I called all the restaurants and places I had been, and finally found this hotel had it. WHAT??!! When I asked if they could mail it, I was told that is not possible. When I asked to speak to a manager to ask why no one contacted me, request denied. When I drove an entire day+ to retrieve it and asked again to speak to a manager, I was told he did not have a number. The woman at the counter, who remembered me, became argumentative and honestly ridiculous, when I asked why she or anyone did not call me??? She decided to tell me to leave after throwing my ID at me. Please. SO RUDE. This place was so run down, and tired, and a complete mistake. If you don't care about items being broken and unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful staff, well then disregard this review.
- 5/5
I work at night and sleep during the day. Nice and quiet. Staff very pleasant.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Perfect location for all of our plans.
- 4/5
The free breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Lady in the front desk was super nice
- 2/5
The room is spacious and clean. However, it comes with a few drawbacks, such as a loud AC blowing directly on your head. Windows shutters don't close securely, missing towel and toilet paper hangers, and a broken coffee table.
- 4/5
Dont count on it especially if diabetes is an issue. Otherwise its a great place
- 2/5
The hotel mostly fine. The room was clean and in good order. However, when we opened the door to the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I immediately called the front desk to ask about changing rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel was full, and there were no rooms available. No other option was offered, i.e., refreshing the room, etc. We ended up opening the door and airing it out ourselves. I informed the front desk clerk upon our checkout the next morning.
- 1/5
My family and I didn’t get to stay here this year. We stay here every year when we come to Pueblo for the State Fair. The lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude and told me I was on an DNR list when we have never had an issue until the night of check in. Save your time and money and don’t stay here.
- 5/5
It was a nice stay.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, loved their continental breakfast. We would stay there again!
- 5/5
Could use some air freshener, otherwise was good.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Friendly staff. Convenient.
- 3/5
Otherwise it's good
- 5/5
The staff make sure I have ground floor room as I have a mobility issue, and it was great to not have to always ask for that. They saw it when I walked in because I walked, walked into the lobby with two canes and obviously needed a ground floor room I so appreciated their help.
- 5/5
Breakfast offerings better than other Travel Lodges I've been at

Im so so sad this is the place that we always stay at we enjoy travelodge verey much its so clean and makes me feel safe price is always amazing weather we atay 1 night or the week but unfortunately i went to check in and was told that i could not have 2 cars on property my car and my husbands car that i would get flagged by security and my car would be towed so unfortunately we will never stay at travelodge again makes me very sad the lady at the front would cut me off when i was talking and just would not listen or explain to me why i could not have my 2 vehicles there so im veret sad that i have to try and find a new home away from home

Tons of hair in the bathdrain
- 1/5
I stayed at the Travelodge in Pueblo, Colorado, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority. The room had a strong musty odor, and the carpets were visibly stained. The bedding looked worn and questionable, and the bathroom was far from sanitary – hair in the sink and mold in the shower. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to complaints, and any issues brought up were met with little urgency or concern. The advertised amenities were either outdated or non-functional – including a broken ice machine and unreliable Wi-Fi. Noise was also a problem, with thin walls making it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. Overall, this property does not meet even the most basic expectations for comfort or cleanliness. I would not stay here again and suggest looking elsewhere if you're visiting Pueblo.
- 1/5
What are we doing? They said we are having none of that here. I said having none of what? What are you talking about? What did we do? The staff then said get out you are not staying here!! What happened? I still dont know what was going on
- 5/5
Easy Check-In & Easy Check-Out
- 1/5
This property felt very sketch from the moment I got there. There was a strong odor of marijuana CONSTANTLY! From staff to other guests. Yes staff! I understand Pot is legal in Colorado, but having the desk clerk open his car door to come in to check you in with a huge cloud of smoke coming out was a little much.
- 4/5
Lots of transients not good for solo female travelers. The plus about them is dog friendly. And they have a private space for pets.
- 4/5
Fair price for good rooms!
- 3/5
Check-in area nice and clean. Plenty of parking, close to food.
- 1/5
Stains in bath tub, microwave, hair dryer doesn’t work
- 3/5
Staff is friendly enough but the entire place reeks of smoke even though this is a smoke free hotel. The inside of the duvet had dried blood on it and the couch in our room smells. The only reason we stayed here was because the La Quinta across the street was full.
- 4/5
Property was very clean and very good customer service from front desk
- 5/5
Very nice stay on such short notice.
- 4/5
The property was starting to show how much it needed to be upgraded or make over. The lobby and the breakfast area was very clean and neat with good choices for a continental breakfast. One of the desk persons was also the do it all person. Our A/C went out and he found us another one and installed it on the spot. It was close to the freeway but it was not as noisy as we expected.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. There was unrecognizable substance on the walls. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floors. Outside of the room was extremely noisy. People loitering all over the place did not feel safe. Front desk staff was friendly enough, however they weren’t the nicest.
- 1/5
I checked in on Sunday June 29. We entered room we notice the A/C was making noise and the refrigerator was frozen inside and making noise. The tub had bugs. The bed was high on one side and the other side of bed was low. The nightstand light was fluttering. So I called but no answer on front desk. I went in person and was told they couldn't do anything that day. Could get me into another room next day? Day 2 Moved to another room. I I used the restroom and water started coming up from the tile. I walked back to the office because no one answer phone. I told the desk clerk about the toilet water coming up the tile. Was told they couldn't do anything that day. We didn't get housekeeping service for any night. Next day checked out. I told the second clerk what happened, and he said he was sorry and was going give me a 25% for each night but received only one night discount. I should have received at least one night free, for all the inconvenience,
- 3/5
check in was fine, staff was helpful and friendly at desk. Roomed smelled like someone had smoked there. Also old hair in bathtub/shower. Multiple bugs-live crawling on floor, looked like small cockroaches. Minimal offerings at "continental" breakfast.
- 4/5
The stay was good overall, gentleman at the desk was great! Needs some repair work on bathroom walls, I liked that the floor was no longer carpet. My real concern was safety due to the homeless around the building. Was concerned if our cars would be broken in to.
- 3/5
Tired old prooerty, but it reminded me of the old Holiday Inns from the '70's
- 1/5
The tv was on top on the dresser face down so I could not watch tv because it was not mounted to the wall like it should be. The dresser was placed closer to the bed which was supposed to be against the wall. The dresser was blocking the walkway to the bathroom area. It’s was kind of creepy.
- 3/5
The property was destroyed I take pictures before and after I left
- 1/5
The tv didn't work both heat and air conditioning were portable.Fridge above safe holding temp.
- 4/5
It is very clean , location is good. For the money it is more than enough.
- 5/5
There was a car parked by stairs the entire time. Man and woman in the car late night and early morning. Creepy. Breakfast needed healthier option like yogurt, granola, and longer hours.
- 4/5
Very clean
- 2/5
some flooring was starting to come up in some place and wrapped in others, evidently from water damage. The shower had a handicap bar but the tub was very slick, there was nothing to help stop a person from slipping and falling in the tub or shower.
- 4/5
Wasn't bad only complaint is the beds need updated they aren't that comfortable & the pool wasn't open .
- 3/5
Hotel could use a updating. The room we had, the toilet wasnt bolted down all the way, so anytime you sat on it, it would hit the floor and the bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom so it would stick anytime you shut the door. The pool was also closed so that was a bummer for the kids. Beds are standard hotel beds. Over all wasnt bad.
- 1/5
Room was very Dirty...cracked walls and peeling paint. Had mosquitos biting us in room first night of stay.
- 5/5
They have a nice property
- 3/5
The stay was satisfactory, I did not have my computer or my phone to do the online check out and could not check out at the front desk and I found this to be irritating. We have booked the room because of a funeral attending on Saturday morning and checked out by returning the key and leaving at approximately 8:30 am. Will not book on line again, but would stay at Travelodge
- 2/5
Old, old beds and baths.
- 1/5
Beds bounced, water leaks, furniture was shabby
- 5/5
Loved this hotel!!!
- 5/5
Property was clean and in good condition
- 4/5
Mostly fine for the price i paid.
- 5/5
It was clean. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and friendly staff. Security is top notch.
- 3/5
The door has to be forced open and was difficult to shut. There was an elevated area just inside the door that I wasn't expecting so twisted my ankle and fell when I tried to help her to the bed. I liked the hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Plenty of juices and milk. There were pancakes but I didn't get any.
- 1/5
Bed was so tall a short peraon with arthritis could not get in. My wife spent the nught on a couch.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay
- 5/5
The price we paid. Clean room. Height of bed not like some that are too high for short people. Close to freeway and restaurants.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The mattress on the bed was horrible. Door. Did not close properly and ac unit fan went off. Other than that it was average.
- 5/5
good
- 4/5
Our first room the bed was broke and on the floor. The second room smelled like cat piss and dirty feet the third room was in fair shape except the toilet was clogged up when we first got there.
- 3/5
Price was good

It it felt like home thank you

Right on another very busy road and pueblo has lots Of loud cars. Several people staying there had very loud cars Anf were purposely reving them in the parking lot Trash trucks at 4 am loading dumpsters Cig smoking right outside the front door And right in front of my door People coughing and barfing right outside my door at 1 am
- 2/5
I felt unsafe with all the drunks. Some one slid down the stairs into my door and scated me. There was a drunkenl party.

The free wifi , ssl certificate was not reconized as safe so i could not connect and i needed to work! I was also double charged which cause my bank to go in the red. Cleaning was limited, the cirners were gross, and there was stains of something sloatyeted on the wall.

The room was not particularly nice. The bathroom was extremely noisy, the doors were not in good shape, needed some paint and some general updated finish work and it was supposedly and an upgraded deluxe room. I also had noisy neighbors who woke me up multiple times during the night.

Had issues with the toilet. And the room was in need of some repairs- the flooring was peeling up.

We did not end up staying here because we weren’t notified of this hotel’s policy concerning local guests until we arrived to check in. They required a $300 deposit to be put on each of our rooms because we were locals. How does a hotel expect us to pull an unexpected $600 out of our rears that late at night? I felt like the desk agent was judgmental and this policy is completely discriminatory and unprofessional.

The front lady was nice but the security guard was completely rude and he demanded to see my ID and was extremely unprofessional and over stepped his bounds and his job description. And was hitting on my sister which started a whole nother confrontation, the room had lights burnt out dirty tub dirty towels and bugs also there was no internet or cable and the so called breakfast was sub par at best l, I would not recommend this hotel ever

When got there the fluorescent light over sink was not working Moved me to a different room that smelled of smoke.

The property was overall decent, what you would expect for the price. It was somewhat run down, so the bathroom looked dingy even though it was clean. The non-smoking room also smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prroperty was safe.

Surprisingly clean and quiet for the price! Would definitely recommend for a quick stop or something that is affordable.

Clean and safe for stopping though on your way through town.

Our only complaint is that the pillows were so thick that we had trouble falling asleep. We enjoyed our breakfast with waffles, hard boiled eggs and cereal. We generally stay here when we go to Pueblo for the Round Dance Gala and the State Square Dance Festival. It is quiet and convenient and very close to Cracker Barrel.
