I left early because of...

Cleaner room than Denver Very uncomfortable bed and no armchair for diabetic husband to sleep. No attempt at accommodation was made.

No helpful access if on second floor for elderly or handicapped persons. Bed was full size not queen as advertised

Was worried about my car the whole stay. Did not feel safe here and checked out a day early.

There's a hot tub Plus pool but they don't let me use it. Other than that I have a pretty good night it's a nice place to stay.

Room was fine. Breakfast was a waffle and gooey syrup and lousy coffee. We went to Daylight Donuts. Pool closed.

Room was fine. The breakfast was nothing like in the photos. Just a waffle maker and some orange or ape juice and coffee. Laundry facility prices were more expensive than I’ve seen at other motels. $5.50 to wash and dry.

The room itself was clean. My check in staff person was pleasant and helpful. There was no elevator for a 3 story building!! The bed and bathroom sink were too tall, I'm 5 foot 1, the bed was hip high and the bathroom sink was at my chest. I had to use the tucked in bedding on the left side to pull myself up on to the bed. The towels were not clean, they smelled and were had spots of stains. The bed pillows smelled not just the pillowcase. I suggest a change in detergent or the company that "cleans" the linens. The stairs were bare except for the carpet strips!!! There was no posting on website that there was NO elevator!!

Being that they are currently doing renovations my stay here was absolutely wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and on top of my needs. I would definitely stay there again

Breakfast was delicious

The checkin-in lady was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The batteries in TV were out but even adding new batteries, we couldn't get the TV working... no big deal. Everything else was pretty clean and comfy (especially the beds!). I didn't realize the fridge wasn't plugged in until the next morning when I pulled my food out - duh. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for future visits. Our guests enjoyed their rooms as well. Thanks so much - The Vanns

Large, clean room with comfortable chair, desk with ample outlets and lighting for computer wasork/writing. Bed comfortable, good A/C. Great for the price. In places, the motel looks a bit run down and could use some sprucing up (ie, repairs), but that did not affect my stay. I would stay there in a heartbeat if I were to stay in Pueblo. The motel was easy to find, but a bit complicated to make the turns into the property. No big deal, and after the first time, easy to get to. Facility looks a bit run down. Sink was plugged up. Room looked updated but needs more updating.Heater and AC did not work

This could be a reasonable low cost option for stays in the Pueblo area if it weren’t for the roaches scurrying around in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting to find this.

The staff was so nice and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. They are doing some rennovations, the hallways were dirty and looked unkept, but the rooms are newly renovated, clean and very nice.

Person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed. Also, the rooms were covered in dust! Sheets were clean, but dust was all over the dressers, bed frames and desk.

The pool is never open when we stay which is very disappointing for my son and his friends. The hotel is undergoing a remodel, which also has been in progress for over a year.

I loved the staff the were super friendly. It was nice and quiet. I accidentally got loced ojt of the room and staff was supper nice and helpful.

The reason why I gave them five stars is because they treated me and my dad with a lot of respect they never bother it is that's good security around the whole motel and the staff were really excellent with us and they were bothered us they did the housekeeping good and the check-in was really great too they were pretty cool about it too that's why I gave them all five stars thank you have a good day anybody that stays here they will like it cuz I have an indoor pool and a hot tub the rooms are clean the better comfortable you have everything you have good air conditioning in there to keep you nice and cool my dad enjoyed it so here you go five stars yay any questions feel free to contact us thank you very much

Very quiet.

Thank you to the staff for making our stay comfortable. We needed 3 rooms and they made sure we were nearby each other and that we had renovated rooms. They are doing a great job with the renovations. Very well done and just the right amenities to make us want to stay there again.

The place is getting renovated so the pool and hot tub were closed. Very disappointed because we were looking forward to swimming. Hallways and steps were a work in progress. Our room was renovated but the toilet didn't always flush. We had to open the lid twice to get the tank to fill and flush. I reported it to the front desk upon checkout. We had a knock on the door at 9:30 and again right at 11am regarding checking out. We go to hotels about 20 nights a year and NEVER have me been bugged about checking out in such a way.

Probably the most comfortable super 8 we’ve stayed in! Under some remodeling but still quit and comfortable.

Rooms were very clean and renovated, but the stairways were dirty and seemed in disrepair.

Parts of building and rooms needed repairs.

It was great except we had 4 people in our party and showed up 15 minutes late for breakfast, which is grab and go, and they said it was over, so I asked if I could just get the two kids a yogurt and they said “ breakfast is over” so I said can I buy it and they said, “ it’s not for sale and breakfast is over!” My kids were hungry “Geez”

From the outside, this Super 8 can look a bit sketchy... in a not-so-great area with surrounding properties a bit run down. Inside there is still a bit of remodeling going on that detracts from a perfect "10" rating... no "breakfast" other than coffee and yogurt, the pool and hot tub are under construction, and a lot of painting and carpeting still going on. But once inside the room I was pleasantly surprised... everything had been replaced or refreshed, the water pressure was very good, new linens in the bathroom and on the beds, comfy matresses and pillows, good lighting throughout, and new a/c units. And all at a VERY good price.

Rude front desk, the so call breakfast was just granola bars and small cups of yogurt.

We booked and paid for eight rooms for our traveling baseball team. One reason we went to this property was because they said they had breakfast. Please see the picture. That was the breakfast. All of it.

It was an average room, the only complain we had as senior people was there weren't some sort of grab bars in the tub/shower.

I did unplug my fridge as it was making a loud noise that I couldn’t sleep through lol.

This motel is awful. They're remodeling and charging full price. Ghetto as hell. Pool not fill with machinery all over the place. Staircase smelled of old cigarettes. The bathroom was the only thing good except for the shower. Lot's of sketchy people in the area and staying. Felt like I was going to be mugged or my car was going to be broke into. Had trouble sleeping for that very reason.

I was expecting to relax in the hot tub, but it was under construction. Other than that we did well!

Older hotel on a main thoroughfare in Pueblo. Breakfast (included) consisted of granola bars, 1 small yogurt and canned oj. One night I heard 7 gun shots. As a former Pueblo resident I still have my Pueblo address on my drivers license. I no longer live there but had to pay a $100 cash deposit to stay there. Apparently many hotels in Pueblo are doing the same for Pueblo residents. So sad. Staff was very nice and apologized for the policy.

This is usually my "go to".. In the past we had a breakfast that consisted on more then 2 orange juice cans and 3 yogurts.. I was unaware that the place was still undergoing a remodel and the pool was closed.. I was also unaware that if you have the same area code, as to where youre renting.. They require a $100 cash ONLY deposit.. Our toilet didnt flush, unless we manually filled the tank with water.. The girl who checked me in was polite.. The guy who checked me out.. Had 2 words to say, "your id".. Other then all stated, it was ok for "overnight"

Our stay was totally unsatisfactory however we had a late arrival and no time to book another room. The hotel is very rundown and looked like it was in the middle of remodeling. Our room was dirty, hair in bedsheets and in bathroom (not ours) no soap in bathroom, towels were stained and dingy. No coffee packet, sugar, creamer, stirring rods. The ‘breakfast’ the next morning consisted of coffee and granola bars. That’s it!

Do not know. Was removed after first night. Staff morning lady accused us of smoking in room. We were sleeping. My girlfriend had just had neck surgery the day before. There were people smoking outside near where room was. Tried to explain to lady she would not listen. Was very rude.

For "breakfast" they only had yogurt and granola bars that's not breakfast and it was very dirty throughout the hotel and our bath tub didn't even have a plug for the drain.

I'm from Alaska n my oldest brother couldnt cone on property NO VISITORS AT ALL. He wanted to visit n see me. Me n m certified service dog was put downstairs with a mean dog across from me.

When we checked in the lady was really nice. I didn’t know about the $100 cash deposit, and I asked where the nearest ATM was and she told me. She called our room and asked if we needed anything and we said an extra pillow. She brought us one. The next morning there was a guy working and he was RUDE! I was checking out and he goes the card keys go over in that box. Like talking to me like I was a stupid little kid. (I’m 45 years old. Not 5) so I put it in the box and he just stared at me like I was stupid. Didn’t ask can I help you etc? I said we had to put down a $100 deposit and it was like he thought I was lying. So then he said well I need to inspect the room. Then snapped by the way what room was it? I told him and he went and inspected it. Came back and gave us our deposit back. He didn’t say anything as we left. No have a nice day, no thanks for staying, not even goodbye. He was just really rude! The hot tub was down for renovations so we couldn’t use that. The continental breakfast was juice and a nature valley bar. It was 7:30 when we checked out. I was afraid to ask the guy behind the desk if that was the breakfast. He probably would have snapped at me again. Or talked to me like I was stupid. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Just rude morning staff.

I stay here when I drive thru Pueblo, Co however this time I saw a homeless person staying in the retaining pond east of hotel. And there was a guy sitting next to building plugged into outlet and a person sitting in a car playing on their phone for the longest time. Was this a connected event?

Today Nov 30, 24 the lady the draws in her brows was rude and unprofessional. Accused us of taking a hand towel and tried charging us. Sorry I found it. Maybe focus on your job and you goofy clow eyebrows

It was good until checkout and the front desk clerk that checked me out was extremely rude and disrespectful...it was a younger dark haired girl and from the moment I went to check out she was incredibly disrespectful and rude also they need more and better parking...the woman who checked us in was awesome as was the night audit ...

Remodeled rooms are nice. Price is excellent.

Pool small, cold. Carpets dirty, breakfast was nothing to write home about. Bowl of cereal no coffee had to ask for milk. No more coffee was to be made due to time.

My experience was awesome! I had one of the newly renovated rooms. I felt safe at all times, I was able to catch up on some Lifetime Christmas Movies. Tina one of the front desk ladies was very Kind, Friendly and helpful. I will plan on staying here on my next visit . I might add I stayed 3 Nights and 4 Days. My only drawback was parking, it fills up fast before 5:30 pm.

This motel was in process of being refurbished and our room was nice but other areas were a bit frazzled. We were happy with our stay. We stopped early to participate in a zoom meeting and the internet worked well. Breakfast was juice, coffee, yogurt and granola bars. So a bit weak in that area but overall a good experience.

Very nosey at night, rude u helpful staff and no Complimentary breakfast like it said there would be. All that was put out was breakfast bar coffee and juice. Pool was shut down as well. Very disappointed.

The hotel clerk attempted tp run my debit card after we checked out and was being charged 250 for my boyfriend service dog

Well actually I was bummed that there was no swimming pool. Its one of the reasons i wanted to stay there. But it was very clean and the ladies were very nice

The listing said, "breakfast included," but breakfast turned out to be just Nature Valley granola bars, little containers of yogurt, and cans of orange juice. Nothing bad there, but I think the listing should have said something like "limited selection of cold breakfast items."

Room was comfortable and clean. Going through renovation so area messy looking . Hot tub and pool closed which i drove an extra 30 miles for. Breakfast consisted of a granola bar and yogurt.

They did not want to clean our room there pool is out of service the money you pay is to expensive for the service you get and I think health inspectors should go because it was the worst experience they said that is under construction but people around the area said it’s been like this for over a year people please don’t waste your money on this hotel.

This was our worst hotels.com experience ever! From the online checkin that evidently the hotel doesn’t receive, to no mention on hotels.com that the location is under renovation. No pool, spa, minimal breakfast items only. There are no luggage carts and no elevators. Stairs if you are on floors 2 and 3. Stairs from first floor up to reception were a bit scary. Staff was great but that’s the only great thing about this location.

This review is tricky because the room was actually pretty good, clean and comfy. The building is horrible. Very small, old and rundown. Poor location and parking. The are attempting to refurbish. Hard to believe Wyndham put their name on it.

The desk clerk was really nice the room we had was remodeled but because of the location and noisy traffic and the fact that it was all being remodeled it was iffy especially that the swimming pool was not working. I feel that the entire Hotel should have been closed before having any guests. Also to offer more than just a granola bar for breakfast

The back parking was fine but there were a few sketchy guys in a car hanging out in the back for quite a long time. Made me uncomfortable

Apparently the pool and hot tub are under renovations. The room was nice but the rest of the hotel was run down and falling apart.
