No bfast, location fine, fridge did not work AT ALL, dirt and cobwebs in corners of floor, sheets too small for the bed, cigarette burns in blanket, faucet loosely attached to sink, trash all over parking lot and sidewalk, ver dirty wall insulation sitting where you stand to check in. It was leaning against the wall under the chexk in window. No one at the front desk and door locked. Check in from outside after calling a phone number and waiting so long you wonder if anyone will ever show up to check you in. So dirty, you wonder if there will be a shooting there that night. Clean, fridge that works, sheets that fit the bed, new blanket, shorter wait to check in, clean the place up!!

Hotel is a little rough looking on the outside but the room was nice, clean and seemed recently updated. The hotel and area were quiet, we didn't hear any noise all night. Very convenient location to downtown. Thanks for a good stay in Pueblo!

A refundis needed. The lady at the front desk called me to see when I would be there to check in at 11:30. Check in is not until 4 pm but she had errands to run and wanted to make sure I was able to get the room. It the smallest room I have ever seen and there was no heat. At night there was also a mouse in the room. I had to go get another hotel room at a different location.

The staff was great. Very help and kind. The website is very misleading, actually just a lie. The room..chair fabric stained, bed very uncomfortable, shower in need of repair, one of the water knobs broke off first time turned on. Tweakers everywhere, did not feel safe. Just a bad part of town and the building is in bad shape

If there was Wi-Fi, we were never told about it. The office was condemned. She spoke to us through a little hole in the wall, but you had to call her to come to help. I reserved a two queen bedroom. She said all she had left was a king bed, so why make a reservation???? There were bugs in the shower, potholes all over the parking lot.

The motel room itself had everything a hotel room would, which was a pleasant surprise. Just no iron or board but a small coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, towels, soap, ice bin were provided. The bed was not what I paid for. I booked a king and got a full. When attempting to reach the front desk shortly after checking in, there was no one available. Phone calls were being sent to voicemail and the voicemail box wasn't set up so I couldn't even leave a message. Attempted 3 times before giving up (if someone was to lose a key or get locked out, they'd be out of luck). When bringing this up to attention upon checkout, the staff wasn't friendly about it and was very dismissive and in aggressive denial. Also the room had an unpleasant smell.

There was no air conditioning. Their air conditioner was an old air conditioner that did not work properly. They tried to send a staff member in the room and she said it was working properly. Just let it stay on for a while. I let it stay on for 3 hours and it was still real hot in that room, it never cooled down, then they said. They wouldn't want to give me a refund. But they would send me in a fan which still didn't cool off.The room was at least 90° in the room all night. Told the manager and she said there's nothing she can do with a refund. Because her staff lady said the air conditioner was working properly but she didn't want to go in the room to confirm that. horrible place to stay. They try to make it feel like it was my fault. That the air conditioner didn't work. They said they never had a complaint before.Just their tone of voice was real snobby. Will never rent from there ever again. And all their furniture is old. Their beds are real old and broken down..

I booked a room here a week ago - I did not stay. This place was incredibly run down and antiquated. I was given a room in the corner of the property and I parked next to a car with no windows and full of clothes and goods. My new white car stood out like a daisy in a manure pile. The complex in the center looked like it was perhaps being remodeled, but who knows. The pool was dry and I was scared to glance at what was lying at the bottom. Do not be fooled by the pictures! My room smelled awful and I never even made it to the bathroom. I honestly felt very fearful for my wife and I. Please be careful and cautious if you have to stay here.

This motel should not be on the Hotels.com site. The grounds were dirty, they allow extended stays, and the room was barely adequate. There was only a space heater for warming the room, and you had to choose between the TV or heater as there was only one place to plug them in. By morning, we were freezing! This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life. There was apparently a smoking area outside our room but the smell of smoke was worse inside the room. This was supposed to be a smoke-free room. We tried to get another room, but were told they didn't have any and that they could not refund our money as we had paid online. Even though they said they were "sold out", there were only enough cars in the parking lot to fill at most a quarter of the rooms. The heater didn't work right. It was either too hot or too cold. Hot water ran in the bathtub all the time. We could not shut it off. There were bugs in the bathroom, in the tub and in the mini fridge. It was a two night stay, but there was no maid service at all. There was no desk to set up a computer. We had to pull out the single nightstand to get access to an electrical plug. When we checked in, we had to call to get service. There wasn't even a doorbell to get somebody to come. The lobby didn't look anything like the one at Hotels.com. To to it off, I started noticing bug bites on my chin before we even checked out and within 24 hours I had at least 30 bug bites on my body.

The bed was very worn out, I could feel the springs and one side of the bed where everyone sits was worn badly. I called the office for the bug situation to see about moving to another room, they said they didn't have any so the next day they leave roach gel for us to apply. hahaha not happening! I went down for family and the Chili Festival. There were no vacancies anywhere else or I would have left and they did not credit any of my stay. I will never stay there again. They did not demand a credit card for incidentals. Compare this treatment to most other motels that tell you they want to record your credit card numbers for any unpaid incidentals. These high priced motels then charge your account without your knowledge for $50 or $60 that you then have to follow up to get your money back. That gives the Santa Fe Inn a big leg up over motels like the Gaylord Rockies in Denver. That was the 15th still no credit on the 18th. Little motels like these are full because they are honest business people.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Loud, dirty, stinky. They will cheat you out of your money. They did not have a non-smoking room for us even though we had a reservation and had pre-paid. We did not stay at the hotel and they promised we would have our money refunded. Ha ha jokes on us they never refunded the money. 5 times I worked with Expedia to contact them for the refund, 3 times actually got people on the phone but there was always a reason they couldn't grant the refund - call back at this time, we'd call back at that time but no, you have to call back at this other time... save yourself the trouble, avoid this property at all costs. Didn't help that Expedia gave up, also, after promising to take care of this for us. Anything to get me off their back I guess.

Booked this hotel with Expedia tried to check in. But I was turned away they said Expedia over booked their hotel by 10 rooms so we all got screwed here I am two days later still waiting on Expedia to refund my money I’ve had to argue my way all the way up to management. So I paid for my room two weeks in advance through Expedia didn’t get to stay there at that hotel and now Expedia doesn’t want to refund my money they’re blaming it on the hotel. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau but please do not use Expedia they don’t deserve our support. This is borderline fraud

Very clean and nice hotel located downtown. A very good value! Good parking, and it was easy to find from the street unlike some places tucked in behind other things.

Room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. After I left all my clothes smelled like smoke. Bed was large and comfy but a little saggy. Pink tile in bathroom was cute but hot water handle was coming unscrewed. I saw three small bugs. Room was large and quiet.

The parking lot looked like my vehicle was going to be broken into. The room smelled like a dumpster size ash tray. The bathroom tub was covered in cigarette burns. The places just screamed horror movie set, but in real life!

The minute you opened the door, reeked of smoke. It's clearly marked a non-smoking room. Roaches in the bathroom. The light above the sink was flickering to the point of darkness. Only two plug-in outlets worked... After we unplugged the tv to use the outlet.

Water was turned off for a significant part of the stay. I felt that a free night would compensate for the inconvenience. That extra night was refused, which left the guest sleeping homeless in the January cold. As the owner of a vacation rental, I am very aware of my responsibility to care about the needs of our guests. We make significant sacrifices to serve them. I am sorry that there was no compassion extended, when the motel is clearly aware that the the basic provision of water wasn't there for much of the stay.

The manager is horrible! The manager was screaming and swearing and the guests daily, the police were there frequently as clients were consistently thrown out. They also refused to rent to us and then would not return our money and from what I hear they do that frequently. Don’t stay there!!

The staff was all friendly and the room was very clean. The building is older but still in good condition. The issue we ran into was a large amount of noise keeping us awake all night. The mattresses were also not very comfortable though I also have back issues.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The offices window is busted out, if that tells you anything. The sign has no light on it so it made this junk of a hotel hard to find. It says it's pet friendly, but there is absolutely no where to take your animals.to use the bathroom. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. The bed is a hardwood plank with a sheet. I honestly have no clue how it's rated so high. This place is a sh*t hole.
