Drug addicts outside the hotel. Inside was ok. Room was not cleaned well. Cereal was on the floor. An old Zen was stuck in the wall. Beds seemed clean.

Overall, the property was good wouldn’t say excellent just good price was good and it was near all the things I needed to do while staying pueblo. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were not huge, but they weren’t tiny Either overall clean this property had large mirrors in front of the bed which made my girlfriend feel a little intimidated, but I enjoyed them. I would stay here again, but there is a few things. I think they should address in the future. The property didn’t have any close by amenities around it, but the property itself was good no restaurants and the breakfast was pretty lacking. No real good protein sources. Would be nice to have some variety of either cream, cheeses or different types of bagels. Also would be nice to have some varieties of different toppings for the waffles The drink dispensing machine was broken so there wasn’t much to drink it was pretty hot when I was staying there would’ve been nice for them to put out a couple pictures of water maybe with some sliced lemons or something it while the drink dispensing machine is getting repaired There was box drinks for breakfast, orange juice, and apple juice relatively small, but they did try to accommodate why the machine was broken for that time but when you’re coming and going throughout the day and breakfast is all closed up it’s just nice to have some water to drink in the lobby area. The coffee machine was working, but ran out of coffee. I wish the showerhead in the shower was a little stronger overall . There was definitely someone smoking in the hallway. I want to say it was a staff member because it was consistent in the same spot near the hotel third floor elevator and it looked like there was a staff room nearby. The smoke alarm went off twice. The hallway consistently smelled like cigarette smoke. I would at least try to cover it up by cooking some popcorn and burning a little bit or something or getting some air freshener or something if it is a staff member or a staff lounge area that they’re smoking in. Definitely would consider putting an automatic air freshener in that general area. Fortunately, it didn’t smell like cigarette smoke in the room itself but I do run the AC the majority of the time I am there so that would probably push or filter out any smoke that’s in the room if there wasn’t any.

I could not bring myself to stay here and forfeited my room payment and went somewhere else. The minute I pulled in and saw all the signs to remove everything from your car I was seriously concerned. I'm on a long trip and my car is full-there was no way to remove everything and it would be exhausting to try. I did not feel safe. It stank (smokers) The two sets of doors to enter were too close to each other and at an angle, not automatic and opened out making it a pain to get in carrying anything. They had tiny carts but no place on sidewalk at front to roll them over the curb.

What they call a Breakfast was poor. Fruit loops and a Beagle is not really breakfast. The room had cracks on the walls and the floors were dirty. The bathroom door lock was loose and the tub floor was stained. Making it feel like it was dirty and not taken care of. We had 4 travelers and only 2 towels. I asked for more towels and I had to bring back 2 wet towels to get two clean towels. Over all not impressed and I will not stay there again, and probably not stay at a Microtel again. I travel quite a bit and I will look for something else.

Good value Bedding only so so for comfort. Tv up high and cable not attached, couldn't reach to attach myself so unusable. Coffee maker awkward to plug in. Breakfast was below average - some pre-packaged bagels and muffins, yogurt, and a waffle iron.

It’s next to the freeway and several restaurants. Breakfast did not have any protein items, such as eggs and sausage.

I liked that it was close to the airport. Bathroom tub was not clean and had to buy Lysol to disinfect bathroom. There were stains on sofa bed. The faucet in tub needed to be replaced. TV didn't have internet capability. They don't maintain this hotel very good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions. This property is beautifully kept, but this time the inside needed some work. Cleanliness has definitely gone downhill. Our shower was dirty from a previous user. I had to visit a nearby store to purchase products to clean. The floor had not been vacuumed, hallways were dirty. I hope they get it cleaned up, because this truly is a nice place to stay when it's kept up.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years and the facility has not kept up with the interior of the rooms. We are going to stay somewhere else in the future.

Breakfast menu was limited. Bathroom walls need wiping down, floor needs vacuumed better. Staff were pleasant.

The price for a 2 night stay was very reasonable. The room did not seem clean at all. When you walked from the carpeted area into the bathroom you could see where the nastiness from the carpet came off of your shoes on to the tiles of the bathroom.

The stay was great. Very friendly staff and easy check-in process. The room was spacious and the handicap accessible bathroom offered a large shower space and bench. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the highway.

The room and conditions are outdated but the staff are great. Breakfast is very basic not a lot to expect.

I had no issues with my stay. Staff was very helpful!

Refrigerator did not work and my food spoiled. I check in online yet had to check in when I arrived and then got a weird call asking if I got my key?

The staff was very nice but the building needs some improvement. Carpet is in bad shape in rooms and hallways. Toilet seat needs to be replaced.

Parking good, somewhat isolated, needs a deep cleaning.

Easy check in, good parking, room seemed clean, bed wasn’t great but dis fine for a one night stopover. Only complaint would be the breakfast there were no choices, it was a waffle or sugary cereal.

This hotel do not accept locals. I was trying to gift my sister that lives in Pueblo a 2 night stay to spend some quality time with her kids and not knowing of this rule, I booked her the room. When she got there, she was rejected. I'm very disappointed.

Parking was good

My stay was great and the design of the room was exceptional. The only reservation I have is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It must have been old, as the edges sunk when you sat on it - it was simply worn out. Otherwise, staff was very nice, the room clean and the location was close enough to downtown to not be a problem at all.

The room was really clean and comfortable. Really pleasant all around from a facilities standpoint. Breakfast was lackluster, with no hot options apart from waffles, and no protein options. The property felt safe and well-kept.

I wasn’t able to stay in this hotel. Because I’m from Pueblo Colorado they had said they don’t let Pueblo residents stay there. I never got the hotel room I never got the money back I need a refund. I was charged when I couldn’t even stay night

There's a chewing gum on the AC. I removed it with Tissue paper and thrown it. Also theres lots of hair in bathroom.

Walls are really thin, can hear neighbors talking on phone or there tv. Mornings i had pleasant conversation with Doreen i think her name was.... lady that worked the desk at night messed up my room once and overcharged me a second time.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, it also had fridge and microwave.

It was a perfect spot, close to the interstate and not far from downtown.

The breakfast area was pleasant and well maintained. Coffee and and tea available 24 hrs a day. Parking was free and always accessible. The from desk staff was top notch, friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat and helpful.

I liked that it was away from the sketchy areas of town where there are many other hotels. It was easy to get to the place i was working for the weekend. The room was clean as well along with the property.

They took care that my room was on the first level. It was a good size room with a comfortable bed.

Great place to stop for a night of sleep on a long trek drive. We are on a 3000 mile journey, and this for day four. A comfortable place with lots of amenities and a decent breakfast. Price was manageable, but worth it.

Breakfast limited. Room was dirty. Bed skirt had what looked like bloodstains on it. Didn’t want to walk on floor with bare feet because it looked dirty as well. Wall in bathroom had yellow dirt streaks running down it.

Convenient for 1-25 travelers. The rooms are cheap, clean and comfortable and have all the amenities for a quick overnight stay. There’s a gas station and Culver’s within a 1/2 mile.

Great first trip to this area. Good location for getting to many areas. We stayed in room 205, issue with bathroom fan that would not turn off ran for days. Sounds like this is a known issue, it would be helpful for issue to be fixed. Strong marijuana odors when we arrived, hotel is located next to dispensaries. I would stay here again. Staff were great and room was clean.

It was clean. The elevator was broken. The hairdryer in my room didnt work, the phone didnt work. The front desk wouldnt answer the phone calling from my cell. When i went downstairs to get a new hairdryer the one i got only worked on low.

All the faucet fixtures in the room were difficult to use. They don't go more than about an inch past the back edge of the sink, like they're intentionally made to discourage use. This little thing ends up being not so little when trying to use. This property is located right next to a Hampton's Inn, you can mistake the Hampton's Inn for it. It is tucked away with the Hampton's Inn in a little isolated corner of the freeway intersection and seemed ok, although the property on the other side of the street across a big, vacant lot is all rundown. Some may not like that but it didn't feel unsafe mostly because of the Hampton's Inn, next door and all isolated feel to it. I would stay again for the right price.

Great value, affordable and nice staff.

Reserved a non-smoking room. The room I got was next to all the smoking rooms, so the entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and weed. My wife is allergic. The hotel was full and they could not change rooms. The elevator was broken and according to other reviews has been broken for a while. The bed frame was bigger than the box springs and stuck out causing an injury to my foot.

The staff was great and fixed that and got us a nonsmoking room, but it was the last one and they warned us it was next to some smoking rooms. (Well the elevator was not working that night, but no big deal it was an easy climb to the third floor) But I could not believe how bad it smelled on that floor, as soon as you came up the stairs it hit you. I am not kidding you; it almost knocked us back down the stairs. If it wasn't so late and we could go look for another hotel we would have. But we put our shirts over our noses and made it to our room. Luckly, it did not smell to bad. I shoved a towel at the bottom of the door to help keep the smell out. We did have a comfortable room after getting to it. So, over all the hotel was great for a quick night. I would never made it if we needed it more than that though.

I'm a former smoker that had knee surgery recently. So it was spectacular that they put me in a 3rd floor smoking room with no elevator and even after asking them to vacuum the floor it was still dirty and still hair on the bathroom floor. The room was so nasty I didn't want to take my shoes off. I only stayed two of the four days, went and stayed at the Marriott

None of the ac units works on the 3rd floor, only thing the front desk did was hand 2 of us a 8 inch fan

Horrible breakfast choices. The elevator has been out of service for 2 weeks. This is a three story hotel. Check in person was pleasant. With the elevator being out, that set the negative mood for this hotel. The potential is there to be better.

This is the third time staying here and we will continue to stay here when coming through. It is always clean, comfortable, and has a nice breakfast. It is a bit classier than other places that allow our pets, so it is a pleasure to stay here.

The room was nice with good amenities. I requested a ground floor room in the accommodations section due to a bad back. Not only did I not get a ground floor, the elevator did not work and has to walk up to the third floor. If I had been notified at the time of my reservation of this situation, would have picked a different location. The third floor was half smoking rooms and the hallway had a heavy smell of smoke. Very bad experience.

The bed were clean and comfortable. The room smelled like there were animals in the room and the carpet was dirty. There was a pair of old socks left under the bed in our room. The staff was nice.

The rooms are a little small for a couple and felt very cramped. One small bar of soap to be used for hand washing and bathing. Other than that it was fine.

We had a good stay. My husband uses a walker and is quite disabled. The handicapped room was way at the end of the hall and the shower chair was quite wobbly and unsafe.

Run down, poor excuse for a motel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very limited. Only fruit were old apples. No bread, bagels were the single in wrapper kind that have tons of preservatives.

Got booked in a smoking room somehow. Didn't know they even existed anymore.

We booked a non smoking room, and when we walked in it smelled of marijuana. It was not pleasant.

I got a great price on a room for me and my dog. It was clean and comfortable. I was a little nervous when I saw the dispensary nearby but there were no issues with that and the hotel staff were friendly.

Elevator was broken, had to use the stairs. When I asked for a few towels, they required the old ones to be turned in first. Stairs looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in Days. Pretty gross place.

My friend and I went to visit family. When we initially got our rooms my friend noticed the toilet being low and as she has mobility issues she asked for a room for the disabled and was given room with no problem. Had a great time.

The toilet seat needs to be replace in room 103. It looks to have been painted & is blistering & does not look sanitary. Other than that good🙂

My room and the hotel were very clean. That being said it was windy outside and every tjme the wind blew the window sounded like it was going to come into the room with me. Also there was constant dripping sound that you could also hear and it wasnt pleasant.

The snow was not cleaned in the parking at all. It was slightly snowing for hours and it wasn't cleaned even once. Also, there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel.

Great stay. Room 103 still has a loose shower curtain rod that droops and causes curtain to move, thus allowing water outside the tub. This is 2nd reporting of same room problem.

Being a residence of the city I was unable to check in after I paid for on hotels.com which didn’t mention that when booking room. My heater went out and needed a room placed it on hotels.com and was rejected when tried to check in and spent the money on this already and had to request a a refund which the hotel said they’ll place and 5 days later they didn’t

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and its staff. It’s been an amazing experience. We’re so thankful we found this place. Would highly recommend it and have done so already.

I was quite surprised about the quality of service since it was my first time at this hotel. My son recommended the hotel since he had stayed there several times in the past and had a great experiece. I would give my stay 5 stars.

Housekeeping clearly does a very basic job, and not a good one at that, but the bed linens were clean, and the mattress was comfortable. That being said, the front desk girl was very friendly. I checked in quite late and left very early. She was there when I checked out and still smiling and friendly. Whoever stayed in the room before had the alarm clock set to 5am and I didn’t notice. Scared the crap out of me so started early as a result. Housekeeping could proably check things like that. I’ve never had that happen before. The breakfast was basic but fine I would stay here again without hesitation.

It was close to the hospital where my husband was a patient. Except choice. Room and bed were very comfortable. Everyone I had contact with friendly and professional. Breakfast looked appealing. I left early and just took a yogurt and muffin with me for later. Great experience

Really nice place to stay at an affordable rate. Room was big, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was just fine and the service was very friendly. Not a lot of space in the parking lot, but there is some street parking available. They could use normal sized luggage carts to avoid having to take multiple trips with their small ones.

Needs a little updating but for the price it was very good

I live down the street, we had a small fire in our house that day so me and my wife were going to stay the night there just to get away from the mess. We were turned away due to a no local policy. Meaning people who live here cant rent a room. Luckily not every hotel in town enforce this ridiculously biased policy.
