Texas Roadhouse down the road was top tier! Beds at hotel were super comfortable and clean rooms!

The room was clean and spacious with plenty of lighting. The bed was comfortable. We were able to change our devices overnight. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Helen is so friendly. She is such a ray of sunshine. The front desk staff is also friendly and very professional. I was not disappointed with this stay.

The breakfast was the best I've had in years at a hotel. Whoever runs and manages the breakfast buffet should be commended. Overall, a short but comfortable stay.

I paid for a different night then what it booked, I did not stay this not or ever at this property. I paid for a night and couldn't get the reservation moved, refunded and no one could do anything to help. I'm a rewards member and stay at the one in canon city almost every weekend and they still wouldn't help with the situation. For some to care, to be able to help or give some kind of answers.

Booked a room with two queen beds when we got to motel find out they have been booked out for weeks we ended up with a king size bed which wouldn't work for me and granddaughters. Staff were able to bring a rollaway .

The breakfast was actually better than most breakfast restaurants when we stayed last weekend. The hostess was amazing as well. The bacon was crispy, eggs nicely done (not watery), cinnamon rolls were fresh and biscuits and gravy were delicious! Even the oatmeal was perfect (not watery gruel.)

Breakfast was amazing! The lady doing the food was the best and took such care to keep food fresh and well stocked. Marvelous!

Pool was closed my main purpose for coming to this hotel talked to fromt desk staff upon checking out and it was not impressed with the convention at all I'm in town once a month and probably wouldn't stay there if pool weren't avaliable

The room was very clean and the breakfast was awesome! It’s a great hotel. Only down side is how much of a deposit they took. It was 120 and for someone who needs to budget and know ahead of time what’s going on. We really took a hit. It would have been nice to know the amount ahead of time. Also we have stayed in lots of hotels and have never paid that much for a deposit.

The hotel is conveniently located in Pueblo. The hotel has some minor wear and tear. Unfortunately the pool and spa were closed which was one of the reasons I booked, so that was disappointing. The floor and walls are thin and we could hear kids running most of the night. I also found a half empty beer can that was under the bed, so not sure on the quality of cleaning being done. The breakfast was disappointing, would love to see some non-pork options but I know this is a pretty common theme across chain hotels.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The only thing we didn’t appreciate was that we could hear everything in the rooms near us, the walls are paper thin. Other than that, it was clean, safe and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!

Was acceptable but not great

Facility and staff very good. However, this location is very noisy. The property is along side the interstate so some noise is acceptable. The disturbing noise comes from the local street in front of the facility, It is a thru street and even during the night loud cars and large trucks are heard going by. I will not stay at this facility again.

Clean room. Welcoming staff. Full breakfast with Helen attending the area. She was cheerful and did a thorough job keeping food stocked and tables clean.

We stay here every time we're in town for our kids sports. It's the best hotel in Pueblo.

Toilet took 5 minutes to refill. Shower head pipe was loose in the wall.

The customer service was great. All the people was very kind and friendly. The lady working the breakfast was unbelievable kind, fast, friendly and very good.

Overall our room was okay. However, the tub in the bathroom was disguising, it looked as if it may have been resurfaced and the old product was peeling off which made the tub look horrible, I refused to step inside to shower thats how bad it was. I guess they forgot to replace this tub during the remodel. Everything else in the room was fine.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Our room was missing bedding for the couch bed, and the lobby bathroom was out of toilet paper the two days we were there. Breakfast attendant was extra kind and helpful!

Cut a reservation with another hotel short due to lack of accomodations and came here. Place was clean and friendly (when someone was at the desk). Only disappointment was the pool was broken with no ETA and disappointed two little ones greatly.

The staff was very friendly especially the person in charge of the breakfast. I always enjoy interacting with her and ahe makes my morning. However I had a hard time sleeping because my asthma was acting up bad and i didnt understand why until I noticed the chair in the room among my clothes that had a horrible amount of animal hair, as you can see. My kids both have eczema as well and super itchy. Turns out we were put on a pet floor and we didnt have any pets.It was so bad i noticed hair in the bed from me walking around on the floor. Also the pool was closed and we had no idea until we arrived and they said because the maintenance had a emergency but anothe worker actually informed us later that it was due to the ph levels not passing.This was disappointing because we had a plan to swim with the kids and hang out at the hotel.if you plan on staying with out pets and bad asthma or allergies ensure you dont get the second floor.The lady gave us a drink to apologize which was nice however didnt really make up for my rough night. In the past its been so great and i was very disappointed this time around.

I've stayed here several times and the hotel is always well maintained. The staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast host is amazing and she makes it a point to speak with each guest and assist them. It is definitely the best option in town and much better than the new Avid that opened recently, which has major staffing issues.

Staff was very sweet and accommodating! One of the best hotel breakfasts around with lots of options. The lady working the breakfast was very friendly! Good part of town with lots of well known restaurants around. There’s also a Walmart that is on the same street! We had a great view with the mountains off in the distance!

Loud hotel...Trash truck woke us up at 4:30 am on Saturday. Very loud of nearby rooms with closing of doors starting as early as 5 am. We were there for 2 days and got no sleep.

Housekeeping extremely rude, opening door and calling room saying get out we want to go home. When we still had 30 mins before check out.

The hotel is easy to access, felt much more secure and safer than the other hotels on the other side of the freeway. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. We appreciated Helen and her amazing energy so much! The breakfast was the highest quality hotel breakfast we've had at this type of place in a long, long time. We'll come back just to enjoy starting our morning like that again!

Amazing staff. They accommodated my family and I well including our fur member.

Hotel staff said they didnt alow locals due to us being local, even after we had let them know we were evacuated from our home due to a gas leak they still wouldn't let us check in to our hotel. We had to have a other family member call and give them their ID to check us in. Even with me being a Dimond plus member they wouldnt alow it.

This morning the same clerk refused to connect me to my sons room bcs we were not able to get thro to him on his phone. It was urgent that we got ahold of him. We didn't know his room # so couldn't request it. The attendant refused to give me his room # or connect me to his room bcs I needed to show my id.The room was under my name and I paid for the room. I told him I could give him all my info as well as the cc to prove who I was. He refused. After 10 minutes I asked if he could call my sons room and give him a message and he said he could do that. Why not tell me that before I lost my mind?? I usually can deal with difficult people but this one sent me through the roof. If you want to get your patience tested go right ahead and stay here. Otherwis I would stay at the hotel right next door to them!

The hotel and our room were very clean and extremely quiet. The parking lot was full, but we never heard anything once inside the room. The few interactions we had with staff were good, they were friendly and knowledgeable. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable! Breakfast was good! This is close to dining and other shopping facilities. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We were on our way to Texas for a funeral and had been driving for 17 hours. We were thankful that they had a room that could fit my family of 6. The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast attendant was top notch. Overall it was a great stay.

My only complaint is that the hot tub was not working. We were told it would be working by the next day(Sunday 8/4/24)but as of 8/5/24 it stil was not. This was one of the reasons I picked Holiday Inn really was looking forward to the hot tub! Everything else was great, clean rooms friendly staff and a good selection on the breakfast.

Excellent quick stay in Pueblo for a work trip! The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast was terrific, and the staff could not have been nicer! Ronnie was particularly helpful and accommodating!

My room was so noisy. The windows don’t seal and the wind blew all night and it was loud. The car noise was terrible because of the cheap windows.

Our room was in between a laundry shoot and a maintenance room. During the night we would hear a periodic LOUD noise that would wake us up. We also heard the noise of the highway throughout the night.

The breakfast attendant was sooo friendly and helpful. The pool was prefect, not too cold. The room was comfortable and clean. Wish the tv had a few more channels half of them didn't work but that wasnt a deal breaker. Three thumps up

Overall the stay was great. The only thing is I was told we would have a late check out being an IHG member and then it was not noted. I called today and the staff told me it was not noted. They did allow us to check out at noon.

There is a putrid odor in the hallway and guests above us were quite boisterous throughout the night. Other than that, sleep was good and the room was clean.

This hotel was recently renovated and is in great shape. It is well maintained and the staff are professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet is especially well managed.

Made reservation by hotels.com 5 minutes prior to arrival. When we got there the night clerk told us they we completely full except for one room that had a no functioning toilet. He told us that he could not refund our money as it was made via third party. Hotels.com attempted to contact hotel by phone but got no answer(both that night at 11:30PM and the next day). Hotel has refused to refund our payment. As these are franchises I am not sure that when I contact IHG I can get any help. I recommend avoiding this hotel!!!

Our room wasnt ready waited 2 hours plus wasnt clean enough bathrooms was little dirty tub dirty and toilet too.

The staff from room cleaners to maintenence man to front desk, we're EXTREMITY polite and greeted everyone. Made us feel welcomed. The one person that shined the most and I feel is the hotels gold nugget is the morning breakfast lady named Helen. She reminds you of grandma. Started your morning with a smile and VERY FRESH food. She took her job to heart and went over and above to see that EVERYONE that came in to eat had what they needed, helped immediately with how to work equipment. If you book at this hotel, i encourage you to, say hi to Helen from all of us the Gholsons

Room was not clean bathroom dirty and bed smell used We arrive late at night and take aver 40 for checking they make a big deal on this reservation because of the third party reservation. Breakfast was good and morning staff very good .

Very nice clean property. The HVAC system was good, not loud so as to interrupt my sleep. The thermostat was accurate. I was in Pueblo for a classic car show and I was outside in 90+ temperature so the need for cool in the room was important. The person responsible for the Breakfast service was exceptionally nice and efficient and I appreciated her very much !! The food was good and she kept it stocked and perfect. She also kept the tables and eating area clean.
