The outside of the hotel was dirty. I've been in this hotel several times and understand the construction but it seemed at least the outside could be better kept.

I was in an updated room, however the direct tv box was inserted the wrong direction so in order to watch TV you had to get up and hold the remote under the tv to change channels. The front desk help was extremely helpful while trying to navigate this.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again. Most importantly, being in Pueblo safety is a concern but our stay we felt safe..

There was black mold and soap mold in the shower. In the morning the house keepers were letting the doors slam repeatedly against the door locks as they went in and out of rooms, sometimes with only 10-15 seconds between slams.

Room in good condition! Neighbors were talking late into night! Called front desk ! They finally went to bed! To many boxes all over lobby! There was an odor in lobby, halls and elevator! Elevator was very cold to ride!

It was freezing cold. You could see your breath in the elevator. The staff was great! But the cold was very uncomfortable.

The maids didn’t come and we had to ask for more towels. Breakfast was nice and the comfort in the lobby area was very nice. The morning front desk lady with the blonde hair and fancy nails was very nice and friendly.

This properyy needs some updating. They are doing some on.the 5th floor. The bsthroom fan didnt work and the furniture was kind of worn and there were no USB outlets.

I love the indoor pool and hot tub. Always glad it is working when we come in town. And the location is great.

We had to wait for 30 minutes for a luggage cart because they only had 3 of them. Had to leave our pets in the car with AC running till we got a cart. And then got one that was all beat up rickety. All the compliments check in refreshments were discontinued. Cracked sink. It’s like someone bought a old hotel and put a false Hampton inn mask on it. broken down old noisy AC unit Not happy

Coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Breakfast selections were minimal.

This hotel was such a disappointment. Typically Hampton Inns are suitable accommodations but upon arrival (about 3:00 p.m.) the room adjacent to our 2 rooms had (at least) two medium to large dogs that had been left alone and were barking nonstop. After the front desk verified there were indeed dogs in the room (they were not registered with the hotel) I requested that either they move the dogs and their irresponsible/inconsiderate owner to another room or move our two rooms somewhere without barking dogs and I was told the situation would be “handled”. They “handled” the situation by charging the owner of the dogs the additional pet fee and we were awakened throughout the night by barking dogs. Needless to say the comfort of customers that didn’t lie & steal from them is unimportant and “doing the right thing” wasn’t even a consideration. Maybe Hampton Inns are no longer suitable accommodations? In the future I will only patronize hotels that do not allow dogs.

The door didn't shut on its own, it had to be pulled shut from the inside and then I discovered that the security latch was sheered off of the door. I called the front desk and was told they'd take care of it in the morning but offered no other source of security for me; not another room or even a chair to wedge under the doorknob. I had to make due with the tables in the room as some kind of fire-hazard barricade. And still had to pay for my room.

Liked the location and cleanliness of hotel. Didn't like location of our room staring at rooftop lobby A/C units outside our window, and lack of a bathroom vent fan.

On our trip to Colorado we stayed in several different hotels and this one was the best, by far! Great room! Super clean! Great breakfast! I have nothing negative to say, it was perfect from the time we got there until we checked out. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel. The only issues was the pull out sofa bed is very uncomfortable and full of springs.

When checking-in, I was informed that I was double booked-not of my doing. Front desk was able to cancel one of the reservations. Desk clerk could have been more friendly. Room met my expectations for HC grab bars, clean overall, and quiet.

Driving home from my brothers wedding with my dad. We stopped here on the first leg home and it was super nice hotel! Friendly staff, clean, and right off the interstate. Nice grassy area out front to walk our dogs.

The carpet in the room was dirty and the pool had clumps of hair in it. It was also a pain that the room key didn’t open the pool door. But, the staff was amazing. The breakfast was always GREAT. We will keep staying here!

Size of the room and comfortable beds

Room was big and spacious. Immediately noticed stained carpets and furniture - the non-carpeted floors were dirty…kinda gave us a Motel 6 vibe. The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly, check-in was a breeze. Overall, everything was okay, just wished the room was cleaner.

The pool was way over chlorinated and it really messed up our kids eyes. They did not let us hangout in the lobby after 9 and that was a bummer.

Best bed we have had all week. Comfort level was on point. Appreciate their environmental approach to the shampoo/conditioner/soaps … good quality and refillable. Would have been nice to have bottles of water. And I did go to write something down while I was on my phone…and there was no pen and paper… ? Is this a thing now ? Front desk clerk was AWESOME! ! She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and overall just delightful! Hotel started filling up in the morning as a snow storm was rolling in. Husband had the breakfast. Said it was good average a lot of carbs but they did have scrambled eggs and sausage which is a lot more than many hotels do.

The property, the room, and in the service were good. The neighbors being obnoxiously loud at 2:30 in the morning all the way till about 4 AM left a lot to be desired.

I was given a room for a disabled person. When I asked for a different room, the woman first told me no other rooms were available which was an absolute lie. When I arrived to check in, the only car in the parking lot was mine. Then she smirked and said I booked with Expedia so she couldn't help. It's very upsetting to me to take a room that should be available for someone who is disabled. I'm also astonished at the rudeness I experienced.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, system was down so one key card

We found blood on the bed sheets they gave us clean but we had to go get them from the front desk. Our sink was backed up the whole time and the toilet over flowed and back up so we could not use it. We reserved the room for two nights and it didn’t get cleaned at all during the stay.

Breakfast was mediocre. Couldn't get hot water for shower and low pressure. No one ever at front desk. Noisy.

Stopped for a quick stay and good nights sleep! It was perfect. Only thing kind of odd was the shower had body lotion but no conditioner! Great breakfast and good coffee!

Great hotel at a fair price. My only complaint was very watery oatmeal for breakfast. If you can’t make it right, just put out the instant packets.

There were no lights over the front desk so looked unwelcoming. Had to wait for clerk. The breakfast was awful and the staff were busy talking in the back room rather than making sure items were stocked. The refrigerator in the room was noisy. The floor of the bath/shower was grey to black and looked like there was mold in the corner. The place looked old and shabby.

Hampton Inns almost never disappoint. This is the first time I’ve had a subpar breakfast experience. The oatmeal was very running with excess water in it. The eggs were good but I’ve had better at other Hampton Inn locations. Still a great value and the place is always clean and comfortable.

There were so many dogs this time. It's uncomfortable being around large dogs. I also had a room that overlooked the roof. I like to open my curtains but couldn't this time.

Clean and what I expected

Eveything was clean. The staff was great. Breakfast is what you would expect with either bacon or sausage. The beds were comfy and there are options for food and gas across the street. No complaints

We were only there for one night but were very comfortable and pleased with the quality of the staff and hotel.

Our blankets had not been changed we found a blood stain. And the room smelled like marijuana. It was penetrated. And it was 2:30 am and the people next to us were having a party. BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE

If you’re traveling with pets there is a $75 pet fee.

Bathroom outlet did not work. The shower wall had some sort of black against the wall opposite site of the shower head. Also shower door did not side easily. Breakfast they were out of milk and when we asked for more milk for cereal she did not put any more milk out. Dark roast, decaf, and light roast coffee all had grounds in it.

It was nice. Just the pool was colder than expected.

Indoor Jacuzzi

This property has great potential for an older hotel, but needs some TLC. The front patio area was trashed, but could be fixed up and very inviting with some clean up, plants and new cushions on the furniture. The front landscape needs clean up, the front garbage receptacles need to be washed, the entrance needs to be cleaned, etc. Our room had good linens and was clean except the floor. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the tile had not been scrubbed! Had we not been totally exhausted, we would have looked for another hotel just because of the floors. How gross to see hair and dirt in the room as well as spots on the tile in the bathroom!

Older property with lots of deferred maintenance. Damaged and stained furniture in our “upgraded” queen suite. Sofa had tear in upholstery with stuffing showing. Also frayed and stained. All decor very outdated. Very limited breakfast selection. This hotel does not meet Hampton standards that we expect.

The property was fine clean and staff was friendly BUT I was charge $47 for incidentalas for 1 room and $25 for our other room… seems shady I’ll look closely at my receipt today at checkout

Renovating was v v noisy radio blasting pounding etc. I arrived around 3 and was exhausted but could not stay in the room bc of the loud disturbance. It would have Been good if I was warned ahead of time, so I would not have made my rez there.
