    Walked in to check in and walked out. Was dirty sketchy homeless people walking around building. Pool was completely closed down. I didnt even speak to the front desk guy he looked at me and turned away no hello welcome nothing. Unfortunately it was non refundable. I lost out on my money. The whole experience could've been better.

    Smokers dream, everything smelled of smoke, old hotel.Even the rooms are smoky, with the room next door marked ozone area and very loud all night. We only stayed as we drove over 500 miles and was exhausted. Was waiting for bugs to crawl from the bed eewww not really a continental breakfast either. We just wanted out as fast as possible. We left there stinky and exhausted. Open holes in the ceiling in the main hallway. Looks nothing like the pictures online. Hard to believe they’re listed as a days inn. Don’t stay here

    There was a shooting/murder 10 days before me and my girls went!! It was outdated, filthy, ran down, hot, the pool I booked this room for was closed!! Nothing said that on the site!! The free breakfast was two types of cereal!! Worst experience by far!!

    next the room was not cleaned prior to our visit, ear ring backings etc all laying on the carpet with piles of dirt the indoor pool and hot tub are closed for staff to play trumpet upon entry the room smelled of fresh smoked skunk weed: leavings on the desk and chair verified the rooms use burns on the bedding from smoking blood smeared on the wall in multiple places toilet failed to flush the television, had one channel had the same feller ask me for a cigarette about 18 times, staff failed to ask him or the roaming prostitute to leave the property the south side of the hotel and parking lot is littered with trash the side stairs are very sticky and could use a cleaning

    The carpet was dirty, as if it had not been vacuum for a while. The bathroom floor had dead bugs in the corners and behind the door. Shower was dirty, we had to clean it before we took a shower. The bed spread had about 3 cigarette burns on it, that make the bed feel dirty.

    Absolutely no place to park except for a very poorly lit rear parking lot behind the building. Questionable people wandering around the lot. We were late getting there because of an accident. We did not stay and chose to forfeit our money for the night. DID NOT FEEL SAFE!

    On arrival the room smelt strongly of chemical cleaner/air fresher. The curtains were torn and surfaces sticky. Lights hanging off the wall and generally very tatty. Very limited breakfast (2 cereals, hard boiled eggs and mini muffins).

    I paid for two room last Saturday, one room had a terrible cigar smell, front desk told me there was no more room and to take a decision to check out or stay!, just like that!!, of course I had no other option but to stay, I sent all my family to one room and I stayed at the bad smelling one with fully open window , ac and fan on all night,. Definitely very bad experience and administration didn’t had a satisfactory answer or at least a good attitude,. I don’t recommend the stay at this hotel at least I’m not going back never!

    The room and hall had a terrible smell. The blanket has a burn hole in it the size of a half dollar and was stained. The room looked out to a dirty parking area. The whole area around the building was littered with cigatette butts a n d door was wired open.

    The perimeter doors had signs saying to use the front door after 10pm, but none of them locked anyways. I pulled out my key after parking (in the afternoon) to try to get in, and a scruffy man at the end of the parking lot hollered at me to "just pull hard" and it opened right up! Same thing after returning from dinner around 1030pm. The room itself: (We had a 3 bes suite) The beds were as pictured & the bathroom was adequate, but we traveled with a baby, requested a crib & was not offered one. A portable AC unit was also placed in front of the access to the kitchen area, so we didn't use that, & there was food left in the fridge from previous guests. The bathroom had like 20 bottles each of the shampoo & conditioner and like 45 soap bars, betwen the counter and both sides of the shower. No elevator & the stairs were sticky. The next morning the front office staff had a toddler and an infant behind the desk. That wasnt really an issue, but something to note. We didnt even attempt breakfast, because the area felt dirty, but it wasn't impressive to look at when we went through, anyhow. The building was outdated, not as photos portrayed. Screens on the ground level were damaged. Place felt dirty - definitely NOT worth what we paid to stay. Should have stayed at the hotel down the road. We could have had 2 clean rooms & just dealt with smaller beds.

    The shower didn't work and when manager came to show us the fuxture almost pulled out of the wall. No other rooms were available asked for money back,but went through Hotels.com. We were only refunded for 1 night that we didnt stay,but should have been for all of it. For a 95.00 a night room i could have stayed in my vehicle. Not a very safe environment either to stay at. Would not recommend at all. We ended up staying 1 night and shortened our trip.

    In a nutshell, this service in this Days inn is terrible, but front desk is friendly but they're lazy. There's no room service you must clean your own room or check out. There are yellow jacket hornet's nests all over the property the WASP swarm at you constantly when you're outside in the picnic and smoking area.

    It was very run down and the rooms smelled like animals. Nothing to speak of for continental breakfast. Literally a package of muffins or boiled egg.     The front desk staff was the only positive thing about this experience! She was very sweet and so helpful. The rest of the hotel the AC went out in the entire hotel, it was almost 100 degrees. The rooms hadn't been vacuumed well, and it overall was in a terrible area! There's homeless walking around and asking for money. The hotel pool is in serious construction so that is not available, the laundry machines weren't working and people yelling from their rooms. I had just me and the kids, and didn't feel real safe.

    I booked there for the pool & spa, they were out of order. TV was not free required a subscription, no orange juice or milk for break fast (out of order), WiFi didn't work, subscription required, Non-smoking rooms were across the hall from the smoking room (not pleasant). Bed blanket had holes in it, went to Walmart and bought a blanket/pillows. But, I wasn't there to relax, I was there to sleep. Wish I did! Won't do that again.

    I chose this property because of the amenities and the fact that I would be staying for a week. I wanted to be able to relax in the pool, maybe even have some ice in my cup.. Nothing worked here and it looks as though it’s been that way for a very long time. Pool not working. Hot tub not working. Vending machines not working. Ice machine not working. The washing machine and dryer appeared to work. We booked for 7 nights and only had two towels. Free breakfast consists of dry cereal, boiled eggs, oatmeal, muffins l, banana, apple and coffee. Which was okay.. Juice machine never worked.

    The hotel was extremely run down. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and once in room was unbearable. Ask if there was any rooms non smoking and was moved to another room with smelled the same. Due to being exhausted and needing sleep decided to stay. Asked front desk for a deodorizer spray which was retrieved from house keeping closet and self sprayed room. Smoke alarm was going off when entered the room notified front desk who called maintenance to replace it after some time. Room smelled like smoke and discolored mold like presentation on shower curtain. Half the lights did not work in room and floor board was stained a awful brown yellow. IF it was not that I needed sleep I would have canceled reservation on the spot.

    Dirty room at check in. Pool or hot tub are not usable. Coffee pot was missing parts and not usable. Water goes from hot to freezing to burning sporadically. Front desk clerk with the turtle tattoos was very rude and the opposite of hospitable. Many many very sketchy looking people on property. No security, including outer door locks not working. People sleeping in stairwells. Room window would not lock. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant.

    This property is either new or very well maintained. I would almost call it luxurious. Our king suite was spacious and gorgeous, with lots of great features like electronic shades and curtains, two shower heads, a sweet 55" TV on a swivel, and a full kitchen. All the staff was super nice and friendly. The hot breakfast had so many wonderful options.

    Pulled up with immediate concerns for safety. Address concerns at ck in mgr shurgged it off. We were told phones not working, wifi out and pool closed(despite kids swimming it). Room reeked of smoke despite it being nonsmoking. People were smoking throguh the open window next door as well. Went to dinner and safety concerns increased upon our return due to high traffic of street ppl coming and going tonthe conjoines room. Texted mgr (as instructed at ck in if we needed anything) requesting new room. 2 hrs no reply as traffic and noise increased. We left and went to a differnt facility

    This was a non-stay. The temporary AC in the living area with a long wide exhaust cord did not work. The AC in the bedroom had a very high-pitched noise. One bedspread has holes. The bathroom doors were broken and did not close. The receptionist was very kind and nice to give us credit.

    This location required a 100 dollar CASH deposit and refused to take my debit or credit cards for a room that I'd already paid for. I was not comfortable handing over 100 dollars cash for a 50 dollar room that was already paid for. The clerk was very rude and said I'd have to contact Hotels.com. The customer assistant from Hotels was wonderful and contacted this location for me. Turns out that my DL still had my old address (in the same town as this location) and they require a cash deposit for locals. I was refunded my stay and I went elsewhere. This location had signs everywhere in the lobby about cash charges and deposits for any evidence of smoking or drug use in the rooms and felt very much like that was what they anticipated from guests. Anyway, this place requires cash even though that's not company policy, I would not stay here.

    The ac/heater in the room did not work so they had a plug in heater that didn’t warm the room enough. The plate in the microwave was missing, there was no cups in the room for coffee or water. There was graffiti in the desk, stains on the carpet, and clothes left over by previous guests. The side door they told me to use did not work. In winter they only had 2 sheets on the bed, no actual blankets. It was very unfortunate since I spent 4 nights there

    I was snowed in and couldn't meet my original reservation. I called three times and just got a dial tone. I messaged them saying I would still be there for the second day but I couldn't make it that night because the highways were all closed. I showed up the next day at noon and explained the issue. They said I could come back at 3 to check in. Didn't look me up or anything. I came back at 4 and the person then said they had cancelled my reservation. Completely. Without telling me. Expedia still had it listed so clearly they didn't notify anyone. Did not offer to help me find another place to stay in the city. Did not have an explanation for why they didn't inform me 4 hours earlier. Inconvenient location anyways, go to the La Quinta

    When we first got to the hotel to check in, the front desk kept telling me there was no reservation so then i had to show itinerary. Once we got into room, the shower didnt work and the tub was dirty with hair all over it. The room smelled like marijuana and the floors werent vacuumed. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable and whats worse is the side doors dont lock at night. Horrible experience.

    When I checked in, the staff insisted that I provide a deposit for incidentals, not a problem all hotels and motels do the same, however this one demanded cash. a little unorthodox, but i did so as I was checking in expremely late. When I was exiting the property, my uber wating for me, they refused to give me mmy deposit back, saying that the towel was dirty, that made no sense to me as it was just me takinga shower. Not to mention how 1 towel ciost $100.00. Bad busines and dwn right fraud! Stay away go down the street to another hotel!

    I have used Hotels.com and have been very pleased with the properties I’ve stayed at until now. I’m utterly disappointed with the “interpretation” of what people consider to be “good” and am requesting a refund for my stay at this Days Inn and highly encourage Hotels.com to remove this property from their portfolio.

    The room was dirty, hair in the shower, staff was rude. I have stayed here many times and never had an issue this new management made me never want to stay here again. Room service was only upon request before 10am. Our room had wholes that were cover with light fixture covers

    This property is normally fantastic, in fact my family and I have stayed here 3 other times without incident. The rooms are always clean and when the shower wasn't working immediately we were shifted to another room, so the service was excellent as well. During our stay this time there were several parking spaces that had glass sitting in them the entire stay and what sounded like a physical fight happened outside our room the second night of our stay. These were the only 2 big issues we had this stay, but I'm planning on giving this hotel another shotsince our other 3 stays were wonderful.

    Should have read the reviews before booking. Place is filthy, and not secure. The side doors are taped to remain open till around 10pm. So anyone can go in and out without a key card. Was asked for $100 cash deposit and had to argue just to get a receipt for it. Will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. I should have taken more photos but didn’t

    The hotel staff had their babies and children there and were busy with them to attend the front desk properly, the hotel stunk like skunk and swere. The vents to a/c brought the smell more into the room. The room wasn't cleaned properly there was hair in the tub, dust everywhere, dirty towels, stains on the toilet and spread sheets. Remote for TV was missing back cover so you had to hold the batteries in to make it work. Waited at the front desk half hour to ask for clean towels since phone in room was disroyed no one ever showed up. All the doors had tape over the latches to maintain doors open at all hours plus hallways next to exit doors had multiple bags of trash just piled up. It doesn't look like there has ever been any type of inspection the hot tub was dirty had food and spiders in it. The pool and bathroom in pool area were dirty. I don't know how this place is even open with how damaged everything is. The ice machine and multiple vending machines were out of order. The breakfast only had cereal, oatmeal, coffee and old muffins. The juice machine was out of order like most things there. There wasn't enough Parking we had to park in a different business next door leaving our car in an insecure area. The lot behind was full of trash. We could never find anyone to try to tell them of our issues the front desk was constantly unattended so many people were left waiting a long time just to check in.Hotels should not associate w/ this business it is not up to what i expect

    I went to desk to check in. Woman behind desk pulled up information and then told me I had to give her $100 in cash as well as credit card to register and that it was hotel policy. No where in any form I read, was cash mentioned. Because of State Fair, she must have thought I had no other options. This was a shakedown, pure and simple. I canceled reservation and went elsewhere. No cash required. Poor management or oversight. Susan

    Checked in to first room, Went up and found the room to be under.construction “””? Went back down to desk and got different room. My shoes stuck to the bathroom floor. Bathroom sink was also dirty and sticky. The carpet was filthy and sticky also, I have bites around my ankles. Not sure if fleas or bedbugs. 2nd room was also unacceptable. Toilet ran all nite. Hotel had terrible odor in the hallways. Had to have someone come up to get tv working!! All in all worst experience ever!!!

    I did not check in, I got there the check in lady was rude wasn't going to let me do my check so I did a check in threw Expedia and paided threw Expedia, but then after she checked me in she demanded money, I could not give it to her, so she said she cancelled my reservation and I had to call Expedia to get are refund back, but when I Expedia to get my refund they said they couldn't give me my money back, because the check in lady check us in and didn't cancel it like she said, I am out 72 dollars for something that is not my fault, and while I was there she was trying to get more money from other people, and trying to charge way more then the rooms cost, she made alot of people unhappy, I have a child with low functioning autism and he did not understand what happened and had a meltdown and an anxiety attack.

    The sheets had to be changed because there were stains in the sheets. The phone to the room needs to be replaced as well as the bathroom vent fan. It makes a loud noise when cut on as well as the electrical cords are exposed. Not bad for the price you get what you pay for. The entire facility needs an upgrade. But the staff was very friendly and nice. They made our stay comfortable and welcoming.

    Got to the room and no AC. Had 3 fans going and a ceiling fan. 90° outside. Was offered another room but on the second floor which was not an option with mobility issues. Hot tub and pool were not heated. The breakfast was very limited. The beds were comfortable.

    I liked the mural print in the room. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable along with the room temperature despite the outdoor high heat. The toilet stopped working by the morning with no maintenance on duty to fix it. The alternative bathroom in the pool area did not have soap. The room had not been swept or vacuumed very well. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed.

    I checked in and only stayed 5 minutes. The room looked clean but the lobby wasn't. On the front desk was a sign warning of fines for drug use, urine feces or blood stains, and extra people. The AC didn't work. There were smells of drugs from several rooms and the front desk guy was super nice but definitely on something himself. Some of the things he mentioned in passing made it seem quite unsafe. I didn't stay here but it was nonrefundable.
