Location wasn’t too bad.

Our suite was so big and the beds were soooo comfy!!

The stay was fine, but I wasn’t impressed by housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:30 am on checkout day and trying to let themselves into my room. Advertised checkout

The property is well kept, clean and friendly staff. The hotel is near some good restaurants, gas stations, and an Albertsons, very convenient. The pool was a great place for my kids to let out some energy while my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub, it was all working great when we stayed. The breakfast was great. The staff pepping the breakfast was very attentive and kept refilling the coffee and all the other items before they ran dry. We had a relaxing stay here, would book again for sure.

Thank you for a good night's sleep! We only needed a place for one night. The location was perfect and the room was great, exactly what we needed.

We had stayed here in February it was okay that's why we returned but this time we weren't able to use the hot tub because there was no towels also the beds were too high for my wife she's disabled the staff was not understanding concerning when my wife she was having medical emergency and transported to the hospital by paramedics when we got back they're very rude and unconcerning about what happened I granted the room was messed but they did give us a new room but I feel very uncomfortable about staying and the next morning our service dog was denied entry to the food area and the manager was very rude to my friend I'll never return.

The room was clean and the beds were great. I thought the hot tub looked a little dingy, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, we had to manually reconnect our phones to the hotel internet service each time we returned, which was frustrating. All in all, we enjoyed and appreciated our stay.

Pool was due for a cleaning and jets to the hot tub didn’t work but other than that it was good water. My family had a good time.

Breakfast was adequate. Misleading about availability of pet-friendly rooms. Visibly dirty and run down throughout. Holes in closet door and damage to room door. Broken window locks. Moldy, partially missing moulding in the bath. It was gross.

However, the hot water issue over took the plastic masses. My husband went to take a shower at 10 am on Saturday; he was mot feeling well, so when the water would not heat up past a tepid neutral temperature, he just fell back into bed. I came back from a meeting and he told me the hot water wasn’t working. I called the front desk and spoke to the seemingly untrained boy stationed there. He was immediately proficient at being useless and rude. His first comment was “there is nothing I can do about it”. No surprise or apology, no inquiry or questions for me. No sign of concern for the money we are spending to have a functional room or our client satisfaction. A discount you ask? No. I may have scheduled the room thru an online 3rd party but they are not to blame for the failure to maintain the hotel properly! Maybe the manager will call me Monday and make this right! I’ll update this post appropriately if he actually follows through (as the more capable morning front desk told me he would).😠

when we arrived two employees were right outside of the dirty looking entrance smoking. then the general mgr checked us in advising the jets in the hot tub were not working. a part was ordered 5 months ago. many excuses. zero apologies. a hot tub for a medical issue was something very important to me and the only amenity that was a must. the bed was comfy but very high. the containers for lotion, shampoo etc were a nice gesture for the environment but not thoughtfully designed for anyone with arthritis. would not stay here again.

Location. Convenience. Wonderful stay. Cleanliness. Pool/hot tub seemed off. The water chemical ratio seemed off. Too much if you may.

Wish the pool had been warmer

There was something on the wall behind the toilet paper roll. I reported it but it was never cleaned. The rest of the room was clean.

The staff was nice and accommodating It was nothing like the pictures. The closet door had a hole in it. The beds looked like my teenagers made them and the bathroom was gross and didn't look like something I wanted to try and get clean in. We went straight back down and asked for a refund and checked out. Found a new place that was a few more dollars and 1000 times better.

The staff was wonderful. Raven confirmed our booking and answered all of my questions regarding the hotel and was so kind! Check in was seamless and he was more than accommodating on room selection (we wanted to be close to the pool). Breakfast was good for what it was- eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles. The hotel was out of the way and quiet. We will definitely be staying again!

I liked the location and the man checking me in was very kind. My room had multiple places where it was left dirty. There was a dirty rag on the shower curtain, there was some odd color smudge on the shower curtain that I didn’t want to think about too carefully. One bed was definitely questionable as far as if it was changed or not.

It was cheap, but then again I guess you get what you pay for There was bed bugs!!! And the staff was horrible. They make u pay an extra 300 refundable fee for damages if you are within a certain area close to the hotel.

Good location, staff was very accomodating, room was clean and comfortable. My bath towel had what looked like old blood stains on it. Grossed me out, so I dried with a hand towel. Exhaust fan wasn't working. Bathroom door had very loose hinges and door handle was very loose. Nothing a bit of maintenance can't fix!

This place advertised (internet) that it was “pet friendly”. We had a cat, one cat, and we booked for three nights, and left my credit card information. A few hours later, they left two messages for me to call back. I did and the clerk, Nate, said that they only accept guests’ dogs. But he said it was “company policy” to bill me for one days’ stay. I asked to speak to the manager, but refused to tell “Wayne” last name and also said he was "off the property” (3:20pm on Monday). They want for services not rendered, and at their own discretion. see above.

Nice, clean and safe

The room wasn’t clean. There was hair and a used bar of soap in the shower. The sheets obviously hadn’t been changed either, there was hair and dirt all over them as well. I had to ask for new bedding and change everything myself. The only redeeming thing was the front desk staff that helpfully gave me new bedding. And yes, I still had to pay full price.

Best breakfast on the road in a long time. Parts of the room were a bit banged up but it looked like thy were making improvements. Beds were very high, hard for my elderly aunt to get in an out of without help but they were VERY comfortable. Overall, I would stay again without hesitation.

The sofa has food stians on them and stinks, the wash clothes had hair all over them, the closet door is badly damaged, and the phone doesn't work.

The pool was clean and hot tub both working! The pool has fresh pool towels. Check-in staff was very nice and helpful. Checkout guy in purple suit was very helpful and very attentive to all guest. My room was quite, didn't hear anyone else all night.

Everything was fine, normal stay. But special shout out to customer service personnel Raven, who was more than accommodating when I had a late check-in Friday night.

There was only 1 person to check in a massive long line. My key card stopped working my 2nd day. Its very noisy, you can hear every step and door slam

Lack of Staff

This is an older hotel and it is showing wear. But.. they have EXCELLENT mattresses and pillows. This was by far the best night of sleep I've gotten on the road in quite a while. I'll stay here again.

Cold breakfast. Old fruit. Sausage and potatoes VERY HARD. Fruit flies in room and bathroom. Water smelled. Toilet did not flush correctly. Dirty, bloody comforter and when addressed to the staff the lady was very rude. Not able to connect to internet. Front desk stated they had issues, two days??? Stated no smoking on property yet guests and staff smoked frequently right out side entrance. Guests were extremely loud and obnoxious in hallway right outside our room, making it difficult to fall asleep until well past midnight. I left my necklace in bathroom and called and told them exactly where I placed it and they claimed nothing was found. Not possible.

We ended up staying a couple nights due to family emergency. The first night I messed up on the date. Was my fault but I hoped they would refund me, they didn't. The second night we were missing half the curtain so that sucked. But overall the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The linen our bed was dirty. I went down with a pillow. It had food on it, the cover that covered the top of us was also filthyi.I told and showed the person at the front desk, and he said that he would have the maid clean it when we came back that evening I checked the bed and all she had done was remake the bad she had not changed the linen .

First of all, I liked this hotel. But it did need some upgrades and repairs. Everything was clean but looked dated and old. My door handle kept coming off but I was able to put it back on every time and it didn't seem to make any difference with security of the door. Breakfast was basic. No water though.

Everything was fine except breakfast was cold and waffle iron did not work correctly. On a good note, manager was able to fix the clothes dryer so we could get a load of laundry done. Since this was the most expensive hotel on this trip I expected more

There was noise all throughout the night of people slamming doors, hitting the walls and sounds of people falling/slammimg into things. Do not stay on level 2 if you can help it. Super noisy! There was also sugar ants and flys in the breakfast.

Management was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable including beds, linens, shower, and air conditioning. TV was big and nice. Breakfast was great. Staff were veey polite and helpful, even allowedbus to check in early. Hot tub and pool were both great too.

The beds were relatively comfortable, but I would not say that our particular room had been remodeled. Their biggest issue is cleanliness. I called the front desk regarding the sheets on the foldout and was brought a new set that I had to change myself. That was not my favorite! I don’t really like touching someone else’s dirty crusty sheets. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful but the room was not clean or updated. This will definitely be a one and done stay for us. We should have just left, but moving our large family after a day of driving was daunting.

Fire alarm on all night and other loud noises coming from the room next to our room

Rook was dirty and walls were filthy and door looked like it had been kicked in or tried to be broken into. I felt very unsafe at this property wirh my children. Do not recommend. However the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The owners of this hotel need to do some safety updates and spruce the place up.

First room had defective toilet that had been turned off. We were moved to another room. The 2nd room had mold around the tub. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a pet friendly room the had a $100 deposit that they did not tell me about just charged my card. The room smelled like pee, the ice bucket had dog hair in it before i could check out the had to go to the room to look for damages. Made you feel a little like a criminal.

My family lives in pueblo. We like to vacation out there when we can. The breakfast and pool are the reason why we picked the hotel. The breakfast was gross, the pool was perfect but unfortunately guest are monitored on the cameras. We felt we had no privacy. The room was stained. It looked clean at first glance but the bedding, curtains, and the couch was stained. Very disappointed with this location.

My room was up close to the front desk and all night I was awakened by noise from other guests . Pool temp was very cold couldbt enjoy long

The pool was too cold to even get in. Was told the manger don’t want to heat it to 88 and it was at 77 degrees when we got there. No pool towels. Microwave was disgusting and not clean.

Overall was the worse check in experience I’ve had at a hotel. Took longer to check in then make a reservation. Kept trying to charge me again after I paid and claiming it’s my issue but I clearly had proof of receipt and reservation and refused to call for assistance to figure out the issue. Kept insisting on me to figure it out and refusing to allow us to check in. Customer service was the issue. Never will come back to this hotel and I’ll be sure not to refer this hotel at this location.

Both staff members we interacted with were so nice. Especially Crystal helping us during check in. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was, we stayed a couple nights and on our last night there our card keys didn’t work. We had to back down and get new card keys. This also happened last time I stayed 2 nights. For some reason the card keys don’t work the next day.

The check-in staff was extremely nice. It wasn’t the same experience with the checkout staff. On our credit card statement, we did get billed twice so watch out for that!

Came back after work my key didn’t work and the staff insisted I was in the wrong room… after 45 mins of waiting they made me go into another room that was not mine.. Finally got my keys and was allowed to go to my proper room with all of my stuff inside. Very irritating when all you want to do is shower after work. No complaints other than that.

The only thing that wasn’t great is the thin walls. The couple in the next room were arguing all night and you could hear it through the walls. You could hear doors slamming throughout the night. Didn’t get very much sleep due to loud neighbors and thin walls and slamming doors.

I was given room 225. King bed was very comfy. There was a whole in the closet door. The room had nice upgrades. No movie channels so all commercials which I hate....haha Would have been nice if the TV was a smart TV so I could log in to my streaming services. Room towels were a good size. Hot tub could have been a little hotter. Breakfast had a lot of good choices, however, no butter (or margerine....yuck...haha) Staff was VERY nice. For a last minute room to watch my childs hockey tournament, was not a bad choice at all :)

This is a nice place to stay. There is a hot tub and pool but I did not see a workout room. Breakfast was good.

Warning, pet friendly listing is misleading. We chose this hotel because it said that it was pet friendly on Hotels.com. We booked our room, a suite with separate bedroom only to be told later that pets are not allowed in suites. They downgraded our room to accommodate our pet then charged us an additional fee not listed on hotels.com for our pet. We are still waiting for a refund of the difference in the cost of the room.

This is a sudden needed overnight. Stay in Pueblo. I went in. I went to sleep. I woke up and I left.

Nice place to stay and I would stay again, but the beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep on unfortunately. The staff was great and they kept everything updated and stocked..

From check in to check out the front desk went above and beyond! I was very impressed. Thank you for making my stay stress free and the jacuzzi tub was amazing as well

Terrible customer service! My honest review is being blocked.

The room smelled really bad, like very musky and never went away. Almost smelled like the sheets were left in the wash for several days and instead of washing again they put them on the bed.

I would say it's average, quiet, and area around is plenty to do. The pictures do not match up with the hotel in person. Everything is dated

Front desk clerk Davin was super friendly and even went out of his way to get me some milk for my toddler in the evening. Appreciated not having to pack my son up again and leave in search of a bottle's worth of milk. Thank you again.
