Had to wait for staff to come to desk for check in. Airconditioner was loud. Breakfast was just okay. Probably wouldn't stay here again..

Location, pool area is very nice. The breakfast person was so nice. Breakfast was good. Very clean.

Breakfast was great. Bathroom was quite dirty. We had 3 rooms booked for 2 days. All of us had problems with our key cards deactivating after the 1st day. We had to keep going to the desk to get reset.

Staff was nice and friendly. Lamp fixtures had charger connections that did not work. Bathroom faucet constantly dripped.

For the most part it seemed clean, but there was a wash cloth left in our shower. Customer service was okay. Breakfast was too chaotic. Too small of an area. The one thing my child wanted was out when we got there.

I like how it was t in Duluth but close enough, they also had a gym and pool area, I did not use but it seemed nice. The breakfast was also good. The restaurant connected to the property is really good as well. The bedding had blood stains on them when we got into our room, but they were quick to come and replace the bedding when we requested. I tried to keep an open mind but then in the middle of the night there were guests who were prank calling our room at one in the morning (I know it's not the properties fault but it ruined the experience), the wifi was also really really slow and it was incredibly difficult to do my homework when I was there and not in Duluth.
