Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, and the proximity to the military base. However, there were also frequent complaints about the smell in the hotel, noise from other guests, and issues with the breakfast service.

The breakfast was fine. Room was clean. Location was decent. My keycard wouldn't work on the fitness center, which was locked behind a solid door in the stairwell and didn't even seem like a real room. Posted hours don't start until 8 am. Pool was closed. There is an extended stay facility between the lobby and the rooms, which was a bit shabbier and smelled strongly of weed.

This hotel should be shut DOWN! I was changed rooms THREE times. 1st room stunk of cigarettes, I had my two kids with me this was very unhealthy for my kids. 2nd room had actual feces or throw up on the toilet. 3rd room had latex gloves under the pillow of one bed and on the other the bed sheets had BLOOD.
- 2/5
Our shower didn’t have a shower head Hall had ants No water available in the store Breakfast was nasty Only perk was the location. Near a lot of food places.

Room was clean but the bathroom was blocked up after showing

The room was clean. The staff member I believe her name was Hannah Atleast that what she told me was very rude. I asked for directions more than two time and she waved me off the second time and she was in the phone gossiping about me to her boss or someone. If it wasn’t last mint I would went somewhere else. She didn’t say anything about the complementary breakfast or the pool. The guy that was there when I checked out he was very nice need more of him.

Upon arrival the attendant checking us in never greeted us and gave us the message that we were disturbing her when we asked to check in. There was no conversation about hotel amenities and an annoyed reaction when we asked for a second key. There was vomit on a hallway window sill that got sprayed with cleaner but not cleaned up after at least 1 hour. There was no hot water due to a plumbing leak needing repair. I would have expected an offer of restitution but none made. When I inquired about some kind of discount for the inconvenience of no showers, the reply was there was no manager on duty to issue anything but some kind of points would be issued to a rewards program. I am not interested in any program this Comfort Inn offers for rewards.

Under construction. Confusing because it’s 2 hotels in one me. Staff did not tell me where to go for the elevator.

The breakfast was good. Area was clean but honestly I’ve not found a good breakfast at hotels where Americans are not cooking. It’s really just stuff from a can. Biscuits were dry - the grandkids would not eat them. The sausage tasted bad. They would not eat that as well. Waffles were good, juice was good. Hot chocolate tasted like water and the latte had a bad taste - tossed both of them. It feels like the display is great but the food just isn’t. There was a smell in the room that was unpleasant. We didn’t stay in there much but even when we got home and started unpacking, the smell from our room had penetrated the extra clothes. All clothes have to be washed.

There was an a lot of construction going on and the rooms were not as advertised for two queen beds. There were two full beds. Overall I saw that they were attempting to incorporate changes but try not to rent rooms in a hall way where you are missing walls and ceiling tiles.
- 5/5
Staff was warm and thorough. Front desk was responsive to questions. The hotel was clean. Price was right.
- 3/5
Sticky surfaces, ants, only drink available at breakfast was coffee.
- 1/5
This was an awful hotel experience. Our first room had not been cleaned, so we went back to the front desk to change. There was now a line to check in and the inexperienced desk agent made is wait in line even though we already did that the first time. Our second room was partially cleaned with old used soap in the shower and emptu small bottles of shampoo and other supplies. Then there was no Continental breakfast as was advertised. This was a lousey hotel with untrained and inexperienced staff and I recommend avoiding it as it is easy to find much better.
- 3/5
Didn't do Continental breakfast parking was very safe restaurants were plentyfull and with in walking distance staff was friendly. The hotel is undergoing renovations which is good. The handicap room on the 3rd floor was clean and nicely decorated, my only 2 concerns were that the shower adjustment on a sliding rod was broken. And the other was the reception on the t.v. was very bad all the stations were grainy the product of cheap Internet
- 4/5
The receptionist was very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. Only gave it 4 stars because we stayed for 3 days & they didn’t do a room ‘refresh’ we had to take our dirty towels to the front to get clean ones and had to ask them to take our garbage. Otherwise pleasant stay. Side note: Eat at Jimmy’s Pizza at the hotel. Ate there twice and food was phenomenal & it’s all made from scratch!

We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. It will not unlock. Go back to the front desk and the lady says the lock battery may be dead and she had to come up to the room with us yo manually unlock the door for us. We finally get in the room and it smells extremely strong of fresh paint. By this time its extremely late because we had a late check in anyway. We had to open the window to air it out and be able to stay in the room. I was not aware of the construction or i would have booked somewhere else. Worst stay I've ever booked.
- 1/5
Trash everywhere. No towels or toilet paper in room. Only seen 1 staff member the entire time.
- 5/5
The hotel is currently under renovation. Our room was clean. Staff was helpful. I would stay there again if in the area.

Terrible.
- 3/5
I stayed here for 4 nights. Upon arriving to the property, shady people outside. Pretty sure prostitution was taking place. The place is under construction so it is quite the eye sore when entering the building. Not really the safest since I witnessed the door being propped open by different items several times. No security. Vending machines out of order. I used the elevator a few times before looking at the inspection certificate inside and realized it had been expired for almost a year. This sounds about right since it was very loud and seemed janky. The room itself was decent which was a relief however they do not clean the rooms everyday or give you new towels. I called for new towels and was told I would have to bring all of the dirty ones and switch them out at the front desk. They would not bring them to me. I was not close to the front desk so I had to get in the car, and drive to the front desk to make the exchange. While I was there I asked about the cleaning schedule and was told they clean rooms every 7 days. I’m not sure if it was because I asked about it but the next day, my room was finally “cleaned” and they made my bed with stained sheets. I didn’t complain because I was leaving that night. Walls are thin. This was my first time visiting this area and I really wanted to be close to Fort Lee. It was very convenient and I was able to get onto base very quickly each day so I did appreciate that. Unless you’re desperate, I can’t say that I would recommend.
- 3/5
Upon check-in, we were unable to enter the enter the area to our suite due to the outer door malfunctioning. We reported it to the staff after having to be let in and the door was repaired, but malfunctioned again, leaving us to have someone let us in, again. Although the suite was a nice space, there were gnats all in the bathroom and the bathroom handle was missing. The internet was fast and stable. The complimentary breakfast was nice and the staff was very nice and professional.
- 2/5
I chose a king room but got a room with 2 beds. It was only me but it annoyed me. The hotel is somehow connected to Mainstay Suites and I had to call to find out how to check in as I couldn't find an entrance. My room had no tissues, a broken toilet paper holder, and no nightstand between the beds. The entrance to the building had large bags of either trash or laundry outside the door. The floor I was on had construction on one end. There was dust and dirt when entering the building. The second floor elevator had a do not use sign as instructed by the fire inspector because of a sprinkler problem. The first floor elevator had no such sign. Also, the inspection certificate in the elevator was expired for nearly a year. I cant rate any amenities, if there were any, because I left asap in the morning.
- 3/5
Ok
- 2/5
Upon arrival, there’s no clear indication that Comfort suites is unified with Main Stay. Then someone was attempting to enter my room that they had received a key from front desk with my same room number which caused my original room key to be inconveniently deactivated. And lastly, the bathroom was dirty. Tub and toilet were dirty, no hand soap and room was not vacuumed as there was an old popcorn kernel on the floor.
- 4/5
👌
- 3/5
The rooms were nice however there was a lot of construction that seemed to be going on. There were multiple notices of fire sprinklers, currently not working. The layout of the hotel is very confusing. And the side doors to get into the hotel based on where your room is for a left open so our safety in the hotel was a major concern. The lady at the front desk that checked us in on Tuesday evening when we arrived was very sweet. I’m sorry I did not get her name but I do know she was working Tuesday, February 24 and we arrived at about 630 7:00 PM. When we checked out Wednesday morning, the person at the front desk look like they had just woken up. The price for the hotel was very reasonable.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hot water was not as hot as i would have like but even with that it worked perfectly for the night we was there.
- 2/5
Ongoing construction, trash piled up near entrances The floor where we stayed the were missing wall and ceiling panels exposing pipes and wiring We were told the elevator didn’t work but then I saw other guests getting off it.The stairs we were told to use were dirty with mud and trash.I have photos that I wish I could post. Don’t understand why you would place people in a room with construction all around. Also, never told about the breakfast room- I found it myself. I will never stay there again
- 1/5
Room had food on the floor, room had an very strong perfume smell that triggered my asthma. Pllowcase had a boot print on it and the bed sheet was inside out. Canceled our stay, didn't stay here.
- 2/5
No one alerted us to major renovation work at the hotel even as we checked in. Long hallways no elevator breakfast ‘room’ in obscure location, exercise room had maybe 3 pieces, very strange set up connecting lobby to two facilities (Mainstay and Comfort). We would not have chosen this place if we knew!!
- 5/5
Clean and very nice
- 3/5
Room was good. Hotel was in need of repair. Continental breakfast was poor at best.
- 3/5
The only positives about our stay were the breakfast buffet and the staff. Buffet was only available till 9 even though listing says 10 on the weekends. We were there Fri-Sun. I know it’s not really a thing any more to have beds made up during your stay but trash is typically emptied but not here because apparently there’s no room service on the weekends? We could have used an additional hand towel but no new towels were available, only exchanges. Crazy. The room was ok, no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that had no place to hang a wet towel or washcloth. Elevator was out of order. All in all not a great experience so won’t be staying again.
- 1/5
The hotel had pipes that had broke from a storm so the hotel had loud dryers in the halls to dry out the rooms. The fire alarm kept going off. Went off at 3am for 10 min. Only for the front desk to tell us if there was a fire they would call our room and let us know. The elevator was out of order. They could not find me in the system when i went to check out so i could not get a receipt. Was never offered any compensation for all the troubles or interruption of our night. Bed were horrible. We stayed for military travel because it is close to base, I would have been better off sleeping in my truck.
- 2/5
We arrived at 730pm approximately and checked in ! I paid cash and was never given a receipt for it for and they didn’t have correct change for me so guess I gave a tip because they never left it for in the morning like they said! when we went to go to our room. They keys didn’t work, I called front desk she said she would be right up, called again about 20 min later and she acted like she forgot about us! She let us in and had me to go to front desk so she could reprogram keys, so I went all to front desk and she did it and she said if it didn’t work again then she would have maintenance come to change battery! Long story short we could not leave our room till the next day unless one of was in the room to let the other back in and it was after noon before they reprogrammed the keys to the room! Then there was hair on clean towels in the shower and on the bathroom wall! I was there for an army graduation and was disappointed in what happened !

Room had no hot water. Instead of getting another room, we got access to a room with no electricity to take showers. We didnt realize the we needed to take twels, etc., so after walking nack and forth for 40 minutes we tool shoqers in the dark.
- 2/5
There was no hot water in my room in the sink or the shower. I tried to call the lobby from my room phone, no answer. I called from my cell phone using the actual business line, no answer. I went down to the lobby and waited for 45 minutes and no staff came to the lobby. It was already late and I needed to be up at 3 AM the next morning to be on post, so I ended up having to take a cold shower. When I returned to the room the following day, I checked the water to see if there was hot water and maybe it was an error of the day prior or something that had been corrected. I was wrong. I went down to the lobby again and once again was unable to find a staff member. I gave up, and left. This is absolutely unacceptable.
- 5/5
The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice both during check-in and checkout. I would definitely return
- 1/5
No hot water for four consecutive days, brown stained, no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors but yet cars are parked maybe 4 feet from the air-conditioning units, that’s bananas. Open electrical wires hanging out of the ceiling. Water stained ceilings, baseboards broken and falling off throughout the hotel, holes in the drywall in the hallways. This place was truly disgusting. Also, looks like there are lots of people living in this hotel. and people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, which is odd.
- 5/5
Amazing clean friendly

The continental breakfast was closed. Apparently there was a problem in the kitchen. The bathroom faucet never got warm. The lotion bottle was empty. Did not use the shower. Beds were comfortable, room clean and the night agent was AWESOME!

The staff wouldn’t bring clean towels to the room. I was told I’d have to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk. There was no complimentary water, or any for purchase. The staff was very laxed and had no clue about anything.

Did not have hot water. I complained to the front desk and they did not care. The younger girl at the desk wanted to argue and was so rude because we complained about taking cold showers. Every small ask to them seemed like an inconvenience or they “don’t know”. Awful experience.
- 4/5
Clean room. Excellent front desk clerk.
- 2/5
I did request shampoo and never received it or got a call back, I called reception to inform them the tv was not working they never came to assist me. Disappointed on customer service
- 5/5
Always great when I stay
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and quiet and every one of the staff was amazing. Very helpful kind and courteous. And having Jimmy's pizza restaurant connected to the hotel was very convenient and the food was very good and the restaurant was clean.
- 3/5
Are rooms were not ready for about two hours after check-in time. They didn't have staff for cleaning.
- 3/5
Staff was nice just kind of messy plus the AC was not doing the job in the room, the bed sheets felt sort of sticky.
- 2/5
The smell in the entrance and in the halls was absolutely disgusting. The rooms were not totally dirty, but still dirty. There was urine around where the toilet attaches to the ground. That was there before me or my son used the facility. The bedding had stains on everything. The pillow cases, the sheets, and the blanket. Thankfully, the rooms didn’t smell, but stained bedding is not acceptable. The halls and entry looked like a prison and are very dirty and smelly. The walls, the floors, the doors; everything is filthy. For $120.00 per night, this was grossly unacceptable. Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. The room was maybe worth 20.00 per night. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn regardless of where my travels take me because of this experience. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the fact it was eight minutes away from Fort Gregg Adams and I was able to see my son.
- 4/5
Room was very clean, AC was a bit warm and took awhile to cool the room down but once cool, it was fine.
- 4/5
Perfect location to outer banks
- 5/5
Property is surrounded by multiple dining options
- 2/5
There was no shower curtain or soaps in the shower. It took two phone calls to the front desk to get somebody to bring me a shower curtain an hour after arrival and after a long day of travel, all I wanted was a shower and to relax. The Wi-Fi password did not work which created a huge issue for the work I needed to get done. I called twice to the front desk and was put on hold for 45 minutes and then told to call back in a half an hour. Finally answered the phone and confirmed the Wi-Fi password, which still did not work very disappointed in my stay.

Very nice rooms for the price everything worked as it should beds are comfortable laundry room was nice to have on site saved lots of time being able to do it onsite over all 4 out of 5 stars
- 1/5
Directed to use a side door of the property which is propped open with over flowing trash can and not secure. Tried to close it does not seem to lock at all. It should be a door that you need a hotel key to enter. Walked into our room and it had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk to be assigned to a new one room. Went to find the breakfast room which appears to be a locked guest room? Guess we will see what that is about in the morning. Weird that breakfast is not in a central location near the lobby. So far not a typical experience for this hotel chain at all. Staff at front desk was polite and courteous. Had a good dinner at the restaurant on site which is not run by hotel chain.
- 1/5
Smelled very bad, it didn’t look like it was clean, the toilet seat was falling off, the tub wouldn’t drain.

And they said they overbooked and had to cancel our rooms, which left us trying to find three rooms in a different hotel at 1130 at night, which were all booked awful hotel.Do not stay here!
- 3/5
Room 2112 was extremely stuffy to the point I had to leave the door opened to shower. My clothes that I had laid out were damp when I woke up from all of the humidity in the room. The carpet was damp from the room humidity
- 3/5
Noisy fridge in room which made it hard to sleep and stuffy inside even with air conditioning. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The surrounding is not the best. This hotel is okay but I would not particularly come back there.

Erica was amazing!! She made everyone feel like they were her top priority, no matter what time of night, and her smile never wavered. She is a gem!! After a long day of driving in a giant UHaul on our way from PA to Florida, her customer service was exactly what we needed. Also, the hotel was very clean, not a bug in sight, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Good layout for the room, plenty of lighting, not outdated, will highly recommend - Sunshine (“Lola”) and Lee

Very great stay great distance from military base
- 4/5
Our stay was good, room was very nice. Had a bad encounter with one of the staff before checking in was kind of rude didn’t greet us until almost 10 minutes of standing there and was very monotoned but after checking in spoke with different staff member Erica she was very sweet and cheerful. Didn’t like the fact we couldn’t check in early was even willing to pay we arrived about 50 minutes before check in time coming all the way from Alabama and had to wait in the car until 3
- 5/5
The hotel is very accessible and very clean the employees are very friendly
- 3/5
It could have been a little better
- 3/5
Also, we made reservations online, but at the time of arrival our credit card was charged $50.00 for “possible incidental” and it is now two days later it hasn’t been refunded to my credit card. The room was already paid for and shouldn’t have any continued charges!
- 5/5
Very pleasant stay! Very close too base!
- 4/5
I want to thank the front desk person, Erica for her energy, kind spirit and can-do attitude. She is the definition of what a Team Player is supposed to be, and she does it with joy and because it needs to be done. If we're ever back in the Petersburg area, it will be Erica's energy (and pretty decent room too, I might add) that will bring us back.
- 5/5
Great stay for service members
- 4/5
It is a convenient hotel, right next to the military base.
- 5/5
The pool was very dirty
- 4/5
Locks coming in the property from outdoors didn’t work. So you had to use the main entrance no matter where your room was. Door in from pool wasn’t accessible by key either. People were propping outside doors open for easy entry. Very hot letting the ac out, not safe either.
- 2/5
Accommodate me I checked in at8:30 pm and checked out at 1:30 am and had already paid for a 2 day stay, the staff on both the hotel and Expedia were not able to reduce the days or even reduce the room from a suite to a regular room so I threw away 200 that as a mother of 5 I do not have. There needs to be better communication between the hotel and staff of Expedia when it comes to changing reservations!
- 2/5
First, the woman that checked us in what wonderful. Very professional, speedy, and friendly!! However, I think there were other employees, but I couldnt tell if they were vagrants hanging around or if they were employees just chilln. Roaches, vomit, ants in our room, 1 towel for guests, , pool closed and not likely very clean anyway, no lightbulbs or broken lights, and I think the elevator was 4 or 5 months past inspection date. Very odd hotel like lots of comfort inns. This one was especially "interesting".
- 1/5
Hotels .com did well getting my refund, however this hotel should be removed from their list as an available hotel. I fully paid for 3 rooms and notified them of my late arrival 3x's. No rooms were available and no one was attending the front desk for hours.
- 4/5
Was great
- 5/5
Our room was very clean. Recently updated. The bed was comfortable. Only little issue was the couch was super hard and not very comfortable to sit on.
- 4/5
I love it
- 2/5
My room had AC that didn't work, the toilet was clogged, garbage can in the room was full from the previous guest, and all vending machines and amenities in the hotel were left open and empty during my stay. I went to the desk to ask about the issues and no one was there. Not a good impression at all.
- 5/5
Great experience no complaints at all
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, location was close to various things, restaurants, stores ant sites to visit.
- 5/5
Great customer service. Friendly and very accommodating.
- 5/5
Really nice place
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Stayed 2 nights. Staff was very friendly, though the front desk was frequently unmanned. Hot breakfast was great. My key card wouldn’t open outside locked doors, so anytime I sat in the courtyard, I couldn’t get back in and had to walk all the way around the building to get back in. Key card also had to be recoded twice. Housekeeping left a dirty pillowcase from the previous guest in my room. Rooms were quiet though and comfy bed.
- 2/5
We arrived late because we were traveling and the other family we were traveling with
- 4/5
Our overall experience with our stay was good, but we did have and issue with the toilet it wouldn’t flash properly. My husband went down to the front desk and told them and we were given a new room.
- 5/5
Breakfast was standard fair. Hot eggs, meat, waffles, etc. The muffins looked great. Nice location with many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Shout out to Primos Mexican restaurant, less than a mile from hotel. Food was delicious and the service was great. Despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet. Would stay again.

Rhe front desk staff Ari was rude. We arrive 1/2 hour after check in time and waited 45 minutes for our room. Ari ( not sure of the spelling), was very unprofessional and told my group and another that we could find another hotel if we didnt want to wait. The only reason my rating is higher is because Jason at the front desk was very helpful in every way. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside about our room was getting there. The halls were a maze with no signs for the elevator. There were multiple people trying to find the elevator. The lobby was also not air conditioned in August at a tempnover 90.

I requested towel and never received them. Breakfast not good at all. Did not have enough eggs for breakfast. The orange juice tasted like water so did the coffee. The dinning area was not inviting and it was far from everything. The pool area was ok.

After a long drive from Massachusetts to Virginia, I wanted to rest and watch TV. The TV did not work, the toilet did not flush. I called the front desk 2x and the woman was rude and never came up to help. Then I went to get a soda, every machine was out of stock and the front desk wpuld not offer any suggestions. I was just out of luck.

The hotel and the rooms were clean. Did not have alot of parking. The main office of the hotel was a little confusing. The check-in desk was for Comfort Inn and also the Microtel Inn. There was very little water pressure in the shower. The breakfast buffet was supposed to be open until 10am on Saturdays and Sundays but it was closed at 9am. I went to the front desk and said that it was supposed to be open until 10am and they just apoligized and said it was closed. I have stayed at quite of few Comfort Inns and this one left alot to be desired.

back door entrance and exit is defective.. guests have to go around the property main door for re entry.

The room was handicapped accessible. That being said. There was no place in the shower for soap, there was no counter space in the bathroom and the bed was about 2 feet off of the floor. The hotel has a continental breakfast, unfortunately there was hardly any food left and the drink dispensers were empty.

Overalll, the hotel is very nice. But we did hear some noise from people at night

Multiple door lock problems. First room, the door would not lock from the inside. They replaced the room efficiently, however the next day, the keycard for the replacement room quit working and so I had go down again and replace the card. The room itself was lovely. Just too many issues for a two night stay.

We loved the location. Great spot to stop halfway to the beach with good restaurant and activities at Swadders nearby.

When we checked in at 630 pm the room they gave us a room that was not cleaned beds not made but gave us another room. One reason for picking this hotel was free breakfast and to my surprise went down to breakfast door locked and front desk said there would be no breakfast today no one to run it ? Side entrance door does not work have to walk all the way around to front entrance. The place was clean is about the only good experience we had so I gave it 2 stars for that

I was super impressed with everything from check in to the comfort of the bed and seating in rooms. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

no rooms available and the rooms were dirty and most customers were walking out due to the rooms not made and spiders on the pillows and bed

Absolutely loved my stay at the Comfort Inn! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming to my dogs and I. The entire property was spotless; you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. It was wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food options and some shopping just minutes away. The price was surprisingly affordable for the quality, and I really appreciated how well-lit and secure the parking lot was at night. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!

property is good.. nice facilities..staff are accommodating but housekeeping never cleaned my room and never provided extra clean towels and soaps for the whole 4 days of my stay..not sure what gives... but nice and quiet stay nevertheless

Pool didn't look very clean, mold and mildew present. Only one bath towel provided for two guests and we couldn't get any new ones because staff couldn't find any.

Hotel was not the best. Needs upgrades but the staff was amazing! Friendly and helped me everytime i asked.

Continental breakfast with only bacon as protein, no sausages, no eggs. At this point, just say there is no breakfast included.
- 5/5
Hope the front desk agent was amazing!! The property was clean the beds we’re comfortable. I really recommend if you are looking for an affordable and nice place to stay this is it. It’s 0.5 miles from the Military Base so that’s great if your love one is there! 30 mins from Richmond.

Newly renovated. Clean and spacious and staff was awesome

Property would not give clean towels. Was told by desk clerk that she gets her towels at Walnart for when she travel
- 5/5
Hotel was in a convenient location for our travel. Close to 295. Restaurants and grocery store also close by. Staff that checked us in and out were very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Nice staff, newly renovated and quiet. Pet friendly and easily located to highway.
- 4/5
Loved the hotel! Very clean and price is affordable but the only minor issue is the rooms don’t get cleaned daily but weekly or as I was told every third day of your entire stay so anyone with kids who may snack/eat in the room will have crumbs all over carpet that won’t get vacuumed daily which brings me to the other issue, there will be ants in the room and it gets worse when food is present so if that is something that bothers you bring containers to keep food tight sealed or ziplock bags.

It was great

I enjoyed this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. It is in a prime location for dining. You will be pleased if you stay here.

Near a lot of great food options and close to the main gate of Fort Lee.

Room keys didn’t work and worked busted in my room while I was undressed without permission

Comfortable, clean and well maintained. Had to get my key fixed multiple times though.

Paid a lot of money to stay there and it wasn’t a good stay at all.
- 2/5
I love the renovations, but there was no AC in the lobby nor the hallways. I called the day before to let them I know would be checking in late. I arrived at 10pm and I was told my room wasn’t ready, could I take a King room. No, there was four of us. After about 10 minutes got the key to our room. One AC was on in the room, clearly just turned on so the room was hot. Hard for the kids to settle to go to bed. A toddler age child was also running around the lobby area. The next morning went to check out, the lady behind the desk never looked up to address me. Two housekeepers were being fired in the lobby and the other housekeepers were trying to advocate for them.
- 4/5
**Common areas, lobby and breakfast area, do not appear to have adequate A/C. Breakfast room was too hot to eat in.
- 5/5
Price was good, service was good, would stay again
- 4/5
Difficult time rating. First two rooms assigned had not been cleaned and had food and drinks all over the rooms. Third room was smaller than what we paid for. The last room wasn’t the suite I paid for, it had two beds. At least it had been cleaned. Shouldn’t take 4 tries to get a cleaned room. The girl working the desk that night was really upset with housecleaning. It was quiet, by a lot of food places, across from a grocery store and gas station. A minute from Fort Gregg-Adam’s base.

The staff was very friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and up-to-date.
