It is affiliated with 3 other hotels and numerous attractions. The fully air-conditioned building offers a 24-hour reception service, a cloakroom, a currency exchange counter, lifts and safe. Further facilities include a number of shops, a fantastic shopping centre in the Outlet Mall, a theatre room, a games room and a 24-hour casino.     It was horrible I drove 9 hrs to get there and no restaurants or bars where open . Its completely run down obviously about ready to shudder its doors. There was no one working the floor. Rooms completely uncomfortable.

    I checked in around 1pm. The nice Lady gave me a room on the 4th floor. I walked all the way across the gaming floor and up a ramp to the elevator. Got to my room and both keys would not open door. Back to check in. The nice lady gave me 2 more keys. Well, they didn't work either. Back to check in. I said let's try a room on first floor. Room 115. Again, keys would not open door. Now nice lady came with me and after many tries, she got the door open I said thank you took the keys and closed the door so I could get my bags from my car. Back to my room. Keys not working. Back to nice Lady. She comes with me and cannot get door open. she calls her boss to get help. Boss just says deal with it. She gives me room 123. Key worked. I unpack and proceed to gamble awhile. Return to room. Keys not working. At 4:30 I finally got into room 127. Did not leave until morning. I told nice lady they should Comp my room. She said they should. Then said Good Luck with that. Never Again

    This place is an absolute dump! No dining, no bars, no anything. The owners need to take note from Gary Primm that developed these properties. Been stopping here since 1981, never again. Stay Clear!

    Complete and utter ripoff. First off you need to check in or out at the other hotel even if you're staying at whiskey petes which no one bothers to tell you until you're there and they are rude about it. And even better when you go to check in they look at you and treat you like you're insane and completely rude about it. But heres the next thing... the monorail doesnt work and hasn't worked ina few years now its not just closed for the season. The roller-coaster hasnt worked in a decade either. Whiskey petes reeks of old cigarettes and 2/3rds of the casino floor is just open carpet, theres no gift shop or essentials shop. The pool was closed for the season but thats fine the hallway that leads to it stunk of raw sewage. The toilet in the roomran constantly but could only be flushed once every 45 minutes because it wouldnt fill. The mirror frame separated, the tub was stained as bad as the carpet and room was not cleaned the receipts from a guest in october were in room folded up. No blackout curtains on the window. I stayed 1 night of a 2 night stay and surprise suprise no refunds. When checking out again across the street the 1 attendant decided to argue with me. You're charged a resort fee even though nothing works. The exterior hotel doors dont lock, dont even close all the way. Someone went so far as to even remove the safety rails in the elevator. The attitude of the staff is even worse than the conditions. I implore you stay anywhere else but primm safety and sanity.

    This is a closed hotel they only open for overflow from their other property. Hotel itself and rooms are dirty sadly. Also the front desk decided to move us rooms without us knowing and gave keys to the original room which all our belongings were in to another guest. We found out when we returned back to the property that evening. We had no idea we were moved and lucky none of our belongings were stolen.

The TV in the room didn’t work. There’s no continental breakfast. There was nothing but a resort fee could be used for other than just another means of charging you more money for profit. Big bright science on the outside advertising food, coffee, entertainment. (The one food venue, IHOP, was closed and dark, and this was at five in the evening, and the only coffee was maybe if you’re gambling at the bar and asked for it, and the entertainment must mean gambling.) This is the poor redheaded stepchild of Vegas casinos.

    I would never stay here again. Terrible. Housekeeping never came, there isn’t even an updated phone number to call the front desk. Odd red stain in the carpet, cigarette burns in the sheets. Waited 2 hours to be checked in due to their systems being down. Tub was unstable to stand in, felt weird and bumpy underneath like it was coming apart and deteriorating. Never come here. It’s nasty.

    First, we had to check in across the street at Buffalo Bills. The line was very long and only 5 counter workers checking people in. We were given room 145. When entering the room, there was a smell. The bed had been made up, but after pulling the linens back there were stains, hair, and crumbs in the bed. Also the shower had hair, scum, and was just completely dirty. I went to counter and asked for a different room. At this point i was given room 134 and again the linens were stained and the room dirty. We decided to just run to 30 miles to walmart and get a set of sheets of our own. Also bought cleaning supplies to make sure the room was clean. The air conditioning system sounded like a 737 taking off. There was no sleeping in this room. After a horrible night, we had to go back to buffalo bills to check out. The staff was decent, but the hotel and casino are dated and not very well taken care of. I would not recommend staying at Whisky Petes.

Get to our room and the bathroom was flooded, and the shower would not turn off. They and no more rooms with two bed so they gave us a room with one bed, and said they would send blanket and pillows for our kids to sleep on the couch. After an hour still no blankets do I called house keeping and they said they were busy. Another hour I went to the front desk, was told they don’t have any, but would get the other property to bring some this was now after midnight. That never happened and nobody ever delivered anything.

    I tried to check in earlier in the day and was told the system was down and had to go across the street. We did and they were still struggling. More than 35 people in line. We had to get to our show. We came back later and waited 40 min to get a room. The hallways stink. The place needs major restoration. The room. Was fine but way overpriced. Then at 1:00am they came banging on the door. They did sorry they got given the wrong room to come fix something.

    There was an hour long wait in line to check in. The connection between the 2 properties was non existent so when 1 hotel was fully booked I had to go across the street only to get there and see a sign at the front desk that told me I had to go back to Buffalo Bills to get my key and check in. I will not be back.

    The room was nice except that the floor was flooded. The carpet was guishy and water be visible when walking on the carpet. We needed to put on shoes at night to keep our feet dry.

    I arrive at Whiskey Pete's and the fron desk has a sign saying check in at their sister hotel Buffalo Bill's across the street. So go over there, find parking, walk a mile to front entrance, go in, and at that point it was 2:45 am and front desk has a sign saying computer and key systems are temporarily down so can't check in til 3am. So wait til 3am and well beyond. No sign of anyone. What an ordeal.

    When I arrived to buffalo hotel to check in…. They made it but told me I will not stay at Whiskey hotel, instead of that they send me to the Primm hotel… the receptionist told me they will give me my key at the front desk from Primm hotel…. When I and my husband arrived to Primm hotel… no one was at front desk .. I couldn’t go to my room because of the key…. After 20 minutes they send me security guard… and I thought they will give me my key…. Instead of that…. They put the guard open the door with a tool because they didn’t have the key for my room. Adding this… they booked twice the same room so the guard open a room for someone else while they were inside sleeping… at the end.. they leave me in another room … very bad service, dirty place.. toilet was yellow color like if nobody cleaned for a long time…. Nothing to do at 2 am so I have to stay here… but never goona come back.

    Went online got room at Whiskey Pete’s walked there to find out we had to get keys from Buffalo Bills then walk back to Whisky Pete’s it was 32 degrees outside, mother on a walker no notice on website about having to go to another hotel to get keys to room was not happy about that, my sister and I slept in our car because we were afraid our car would be towed before our tow truck got there, at 6:00am we walked back to whisky Pete’s to get our mom we got the room so she would not be in the freezing cold.     Went online got room at Whiskey Pete’s walked there to find out we had to get keys from Buffalo Bills then walk back to Whisky Pete’s it was 32 degrees outside, mother on a walker no notice on website about having to go to another hotel to get keys to room was not happy about that, my sister and I slept in our car because we were afraid our car would be towed before our tow truck got there, at 6:00am we walked back to whisky Pete’s to get our mom we got the room so she would not be in the freezing cold. I paid for 2 nights just to have a warm place for her and we only stayed 1 night, so no it wasn’t a good stay at Jean this weekend

    Because we checked in late and had to run back to buffalo bills for the show we didn’t inspect the room at all. When we arrived back close to 3 am, we were able to see the actual room condition - it was run down and dirty. We got a couple hours of sleep and took as soon as possible. Again, no staff on site to voice our grievances. The room has not been dusted in I don’t know how long. The carpet has weird stains, there was hair in the sink and tub.

    Clean room, the bed is actually very comfortable and I usually struggle with that. The check in was at a different hotel. We had to get back into our car and go over to Buffalo Bill’s for check in. We felt bad for the three elderly men in the parking lot with walkers.     Terribly managed property. Grumpy staff. Made reservations at Whiskey Pete’s, went to check in and no one at desk and no signs telling you where to go. Then when we finally figured it out, they sent us to one of the other properties. No restaurants were open! Just junk food. Then on check out, we had to go to the 3rd property!!! Then I got hassled for waiting in the shade while my husband went to go check out. All properties were filthy with torn and loose carpeting.

    We had to change room 3 times, ac was not working, crickets all over all 3 rooms, messy dusty rooms, 1 toilet paper roll. The casino cash cage was only thing available to check you in, the key holder big black lady was very rude and unprofessional. Was on her phone every time not paying attention and gave lip to customers every time with a salty face. Very hostile environment. She also gave us non working key cards, overall we won’t be staying there anymore and don’t recommend to anyone to stay there, very dirty environment including the down grade of people they have working there. Many customers we came across through the hotel had nothing but negative feedback about the place and people working there. Stay away from this place. Hotel needs to replace that key holder lady she is the type of lady that won’t ever evolve in the work environment with that nasty attitude.

    It was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We walked down the hallway that was lined with bugs dead bugs. I have never seen so many there were dirty sheets lumped against the wall all night long they were still there in the morning. The room looked as if no one had cleaned the window seal or the window seat ever. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel that I rented from Expedia.

    This is the worst hotel experience I ever had in my life. It's so dirty and really smelly!!!! There was hair in the shower, dust on the countertop, bugs and dirt on the sheet cover!!!! This is so terrifying, and we were keep changing room. It just getting worst and worst, I can't belived I have to experience this near Vegas. This is just unbeliveable. And the front desk is not 24 hours, they are off after 12am. This is hella insane! I will not recommend to stay at this place, I paid 300 for a night for this services.

Not cost effective, especially entering winter. Had to warm up to 76 to sleep. The tub needed a good scrubbing. I informed Florence, at the front desk. She made notes to get housekeeping on it before the next guest. She was very appreciated to be informed. Did like the casino area was smoke free, but, it was early morning. I like the individual crap machine. Was sorry, had no time to try it out.

    The carpet in my room was really dirty and when I stepped on it barefooted it was sticky. The floor tiles in the restroom were chipping due to water damage and the grout was being destroyed when stepped on. Those are the only negatives besides that it was a pleasant stay

Called and waited 10 minutes on hold for them to tell me I had to walk all the way back to front desk with my bags. Got there and they said there was no one to go to my room with me.     We stayed here due to an emergency. First of all, when you enter, there will be no one at the reception desk. There will be no sign directing you where to get your keys or check in. You will have to drive to the hotel across the freeway and get your keys there. The casino is filthy and depressing. There is a 24 hour IHOP and a sad looking Mexican restaurant. It is so smoky and stuffy. The doors from the hotel to the parking lot don't even lock and there is no security whatsoever. As for the room itself, I suppose it was decent (sheets smelled clean but bed was not comfortable) but the bathroom tub was DISGUSTING. Oh the pool is closed "for the season" (we went end of may!). Also both locks to our hotel door were broken! One day I am sure we will laugh about it, but it won't be any time soon.

    They had just opened back up. Nobody at registration desk. It was fine for a spot to sleep.

    We got to our room and it looks like no one has used or cleaned it in weeks/months. There is an insane layer of dirt and dust across the entire room. Bedding musty as well. I have pictures to provide if this site allows.

    The room was large and clean. The bathroom fan, which came on automatically when turning on the light, was very noisy. The tub was very stained.
