I have stayed here several times for a work trip. Hotel always nice and clean, and the staff gives excellent customer service. It's always a pleasure staying here.

As a female who travels alone, this hotel makes me feel very safe. My room was very clean as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I’ll stay here any time when I travel.

Fire alarm went off in lobby early morning.

This chain is consistent and simple. If I’m in the area for a night or two this is a go to place. The rooms are small but I’m not spending a week here. Everything is clean and appears new. Not too many amenities but for a couple days they are perfect for a small family or traveling alone. I will continue to use this chain as a reliable place to stay. This particular place has a very friendly staff that was able to answer questions about the area and guide us to a great place to eat.

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. I appreciate the free parking as some hotels are now charging for this. The fire alarm went off at 6am (I know this isn't something that was deliberate). The pancake machine and yogurt machine weren't working and it wasn't a full breakfast as advertised. Our toilet wasn't clean in our room and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. The curtain was also broken and hard to use. We had to register to use the Wi-Fi and some of the channels on the tv weren't available like the weather channel which my kids love. The beds were very old and uncomfortable

I liked that my location was in a safe spot. The staff was super nice. Overall a great place to stay. Also like to send a special shout out to Rebecca the receptionist. Thank you for remembering me from my 1st visit to my 2nd . Very sweet and friendly lady. Great customer service Didn't like that I couldn't warm up my food in my room. Had to go main floor to use the microwave.

Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75.

Lamp fixtures are rusted and there was no shampoo and body wash. We had arrived late and I called the front desk and they were supposed to send the housekeeper but they never came. I had to go down in the morning and the front desk was the one to give me a new bottle.
