Worst customer service. Shower did not work, key only worked for some outside doors, phone was broken, shower broken-water barely came out. The room was also dirty, outdated, furniture was peeling, and beds sagging in middle. When I called front desk (from my cell phone, since room phone was broken) I was offered 30 minutes late checkout for an additional $15. Horrible experience - worst hotel room I've ever had
- 4/5
Exactly what I expected; Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely return.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
Half the plugs didn't work.
- 4/5
Vanity faucet needed maintenance attention.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. My only concern was that for this to be a handicapped accessible room, the toilet was not a handicapped toilet which made things a little difficult.
- 4/5
It right off the interstate and in close proximity to serval restaurants and gas stations Nothing really. It was a decent stay
- 3/5
The hotel needs an upgrade. We thought the beds were uncomfortable, tv stand was broken and i felt like i was walking on crumbs on the carpeting. The shower head did not disperse the water right.
- 2/5
The only problem with the hotel the pillows smelled so bad and the sheets smelled so bad and the carpet smells so bad I had to go to my car to get some nice spray you need to change your pillows not just the pillowcases but replaced the pillows it smelled like musty and it was really bad
- 4/5
Conveniently located to major highway, restaurants and gas stations, with ample parking. It was perfect for the last leg of my cross country drive. There’s nothing I didn’t like. The property is not new. In some places it shows it age that’s all I would say.
- 2.5/5
Nice property just needs a little upgrades Needs upgrades, $600 for two nights and all the furniture feels very outdated. Stayed inside for a day and wanted to watch tv but the tv was very very old and small.

A very clean hotel. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Very convenient location for our one night stay. I will definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
Lovely room
- 5/5
I very much liked this stay, we had excellent accommodations for a 2 week stay. The staff were very helpful and provided a little extra when we needed it. The things I would have liked more would be this sink inside the bathroom, it's a bit more private that way. And less cushiony chairs in the breakfast area. Everywhere can always use more handicapped parking, there are so many people with issues. Otherwise. We did great here at this property
- 2.5/5
I like the location of the hotel because it had lots of restaurants and gas stations near by. The room was not that clean. My family and I came in late that night so we were not able really check the room. But we got up that morning and noticed the floor was not vacuumed. It had sunflower seeds and other small trash near the trash can. We got up to take a shower and we noticed the towels had stains on them…. (Just disgusting). I told the front desk clerk and all she said was… (we will let the housekeeper know.) Very disappointed.

Very good
- 2/5
The hotel needs to have a revamp, it seemed to be very old. I think we’ll be staying at other places in Knoxville next time.
- 1/5
Tv did not work- employee was not helpful Overcharged my bill- bought chips and a chocolate bar. Overall not a good experience- will not rebook
- 1/5
Very poor
- 3/5
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Pet friendly. Facility is looking old and tired. Bed was comfortable, pillows were horrible. Breakfast was sub-standard.

- 4/5
Clean room. Comfy beds. Breakfast was ok

Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. TV was broken, but we told the staff member and he said he would take care of it.

- 1/5
Room floor was dimly lit very dirty. There was tape over the smoke detector. Some marks on the wall high above the Tv near the ceiling that I cannot even tell you what it was. Turned on A/C unit for heat...it roared to life and at first smelled like it was burning...the smell eventually dissipated, but it still roared. Bedding appeared clean and fresh. This was the only reason we decided to stay after being on the road for 600 miles and was just passing through. Breakfast was good. Would never stay here again...many other options available.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, a very acceptable stay.
- 0.5/5
Did not get the room I booked.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
It was definitely a good location and easy to get in and out of.
- 2/5
Breakfast is served from 6-9am but the first 3 days of my 5 day stay, they were out of food shortly after 8am. Room service is only available if you ask for it, which is fine, but we were not told that during our check in process. At the end of day 2, I had to ask for more towels and they seemed put out that I was asking late at night. The location is great. Many food options close by too. My stay just wasn’t what I am used to at a La Quinta.
- 4/5
Comfortable beds Clean
- 5/5
Easy parking, lots of restaurants near by
- 1/5
Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Carpets and cloth chairs horrible.Never stay in One again.
- 5/5
Everything Nothing
- 5/5
Very clean and kind people Nothing bad to say
- 2/5
We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge.
- 3/5
Needs updated. Carpet not vacuumed, fitted sheets put on inside out and not pulled down on corners, dried urine on under side of toilet, hair behind bathroom door.
- 5/5
The hotel was just off the highway in a convenient location. There were many dining options, a convenience store, and pharmacy within walking distance. The hotel was clean and accomodated us well. Staff were friendly.
- 3/5
Curtain was broken, refrigerator knob was broken so you couldn’t adjust cool to cold. General facility looks old and not very much in need of update.
- 5/5
Swimming pool water was heated and pleasant to swim in
- 4/5
Man at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. Great location with easy sidewalk walking route to take the dog out for exercise. Lots of eats nearby. Good size room.
- 1/5
Air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and was woken up at 630am with water coming in from the vent in the bathroom and flooding the floor. Bed protector was dirty
- 3/5
Room was fine but outdated and not the cleanist. Would probably stay somewhere else next time.
- 4/5
Room was clean, and it had an updated heating system. Parking was convenient
- 4/5
Clean room, polite staff, convenient....eh breakfast
- 2/5
Very dirty. Bed lined stained. It looked like someone had poured there drink all down the side of the bed. Bathtub dirty with hair on and in tub.
- 5/5
Clean environment. Dog could stay for only $25.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast very satisfactory! Love my stay!
- 4/5
Room was clean. Facility was in good shape physically. Good location, right off I-75, close to restaurants, Starbucks, gas.
- 5/5
Great rooms
- 2/5
Half the gym equipment is broken and room tv stand was broken. Not a very well kept up place.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. Fitness center weight machine needs a part- nicely Appointed space. Breakfast was a bit sparse but good coffee. Need more muffins and pastries!
- 3/5
Property is clean, felt like room door had too much play, safety latch was barely sufficient, bed was comfortable, shower, a bathroom clean.
- 4/5
Comfortable room
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible! The furniture in the room was very beaten up and had broken hardware. The sink had a broken stopper. The man who check us in wasn’t very friendly but the lady who did check out was lovely. Pet fee was too high at 25.00. All in all it wasn’t worth the price we paid.
- 1/5
Rude staff, dirty, and hard beds with terrible pillows. I will not be back...
- 4/5
For a quick stop off the highway to spend a night, this hotel was fine for the value. Friendly staff, room was ok and clean and breakfast in the morning was fine too. All you really need for a quick night's stay.
- 4/5
Good clean room in a convenient Location with decent breakfast.
- 4/5
Everything was good.
- 4/5
Perfect place for the quick night stop. Perfect for those traveling with pets as access to the exit was close by.
- 5/5
Only complaint was the shower. One side of shower door will not slide. This prevents regulating water temp before getting in. Otherwise have to get in to regulate and get blasted with cold water until can get it warm enough. Will be much better to have the door to slide.
- 3/5
We never ate the breakfast it looked disgusting the sausage was literally swimming in grease
- 1/5
Let me tell you what's wrong with this hotel. They have hard lumpy beds. They have rude receptionists at the desk. One person that was on the overnight staff told my granddaughter at 11 o'clock at night. We sent her out there to get paper plates. They sent her back saying that she was not supposed to be out of her room. Because everyone's was supposed to be sleeping at 11 o'clock. Hello, when it is, it their place to tell my granddaughter? What she's doing Everybody sleeps at different times second of all, they have a $25 a night pet fee. That was not included on this hotel's.com. I should have been informed of that. People come in that hotel with the right amount of money. When there's extra, we need to know about it. Third of all, there's a $150 deposit. I have never stayed in another hotel that has had a deposit. Again should have been on the hotel.com. This has been the worst experience ever. The continental breakfast. Was supposed to be open from 6 to 930. We went down there at 9:15. They're closed up. They had no coffee 24/7 Like it says on the internet, they are the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. And will I stay there again? No. You probably need to take them off a hotel.com. That's how bad it is. And yes, if you would like to call me, I would graciously give you my phone number because I am terribly not happy about this situation.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and nice. But won't go back. As someone they consider local, i have to pay a $150 deposit.
- 4/5
The price for my room was better than other places in the area, and I'd stayed at a La Quinta Inn before in Sierra Vista, AZ, so I was familiar with the level of quality, the cleanliness, and excellent service.
- 3/5
Staff is courteous but hotel seems a little rundown.
- 4/5
👌
- 4/5
inexpensive option to catch a nights sleep
- 1/5
Had to get refund.
- 3/5
Gym treadmills need to be replaced. Room accommodations were fine- clean.
- 5/5
Rop
- 3/5
Poor water pressure, the office chair leather was torn and worn out, ironing board didn't lock and the iron was sorry and leaking water
- 4/5
.
- 2/5
The room was dated, the furniture rickety, linens old. The sink drain cover was missing and you could see mold around the edge. The breakfast was sparse. There was a couple times a needed something from the front desk and they were nowhere to be found. We brought our pet but there was no place for her to use the bathroom, only concrete and rocks.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay! Clean, quiet and easy check in/out. Plenty of food options around plus free breakfast included at the hotel every morning.
- 5/5
yes
- 4/5
No issues. Hitel was fairly clean. Some stains on the mattress covers. Coffee was very weak at the breakfast buffet.
- 3/5
Okay
- 5/5
Great place to stay - coffee is very weak - otherwise good place to stay
- 2/5
Smells very bad on rooms + the gym equipment’s is bad.
- 4/5
Room smelled musty but was clean
- 5/5
Gym was okay not too many equipment
- 5/5
Super comfortable bed!
- 1/5
This was my 2nd stay here. The 1st time was w/ my husband & it was decent. Me, my daughter's & grandbabies were coming back in town to see my son, wife & new grandbaby, so i booked to stay here again. When we checked (after traveling 7 1/2 hrs w/ 1yr & 5yr old)in & got to our room it was very warm & humid in the room as well as the hallway. The room smelled very strong of mold, very musty. The bedding was badly stained on both beds, thick coat of dust covering all surfaces, large amount of black moldy dust blocking air vent from suite area to bed area. I called front desk to let them know there was no way we could sleep in this filthy room especially w/ grandbabies age 1yr & 5yr. So they said they could move us. Before moving our stuff i asked if we could look at room before packing our stuff back up & moving. We got to that room, and it wasn't any better. They sent us to next room, still same situation. Finally, three rooms later( the 4th room) it still wasn't great, but stayable. Ended up being almost midnight by the time we found a halfway decent room to stay in after traveling all day w/ 2 very sleepy babies. The only compromise they made after all of this trouble was giving us a 10% discount. It could be a decent hotel if the could just keep it up. Its quite obvious that cleaning isn't getting done between stays. Very disappointed in what it cost to stay here w/ only a 10% accommodation after all of the trouble it took to find a halfway decent room to stay in.
- 5/5
I would definitely recommend! Pool area was extremely nice and very clean! Texas Roadhouse is just across the road so we didn’t have time drive a long distance to grab something to eat!
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in a good location
- 3/5
Our room had a musty moldy smell that never went away even after running the A/C full time. The gym treadmills didnt even work. The belt couldn't keep up and basically the 2 treadmills didn't work.
- 5/5
Room was as expected
- 4/5
The property was clean including the room. The property though had an "Old Smell" about it.
- 5/5
Pleasant stay
- 2/5
When we checked in, it was not bad. Receptionist was quick. As we entered the room, it had a awful odor and felt muggy. We change the AC settings and it still had that awful odor lingering the whole stay. I checked the bedding and there wasn't anything concerning, but when sleeping it was very itchy. Bathroom and toilet were still dirty. I wish I had taken pictures. Breakfast was okay. Toasters were not working. I would not recommend staying.
- 5/5
THE STAFF DID A VERY NICE JOB AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN
- 1/5
The place was filthy the floors the beds. The breakfast was terrible. We will never stay here again.
- 5/5
Was clean and quiet! Perfect for a 1 night stay.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Fairly good breakfast 7/10....
- 5/5
staff
- 4/5
This property offers a nice area for your dog to walk around. It was quiet when we were there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only recommendation would be to get a different type of scrambled eggs, instead of the egg patties.
- 1/5
We choose LaQuinta because they are usially very nice hotels that accept our 2 larger dogs and have king suites that allow for privacy for our family while still being together. We will try LaQuinta again, but we defi itely will not be staying at the LaQuinta in Powell, TN ever again. The LaQuinta in Chattanooga,TN on the 1st leg of our vacation was worlds better than the one in Powell, TN on our return trip - do not stay at the LaQuinta in Powell, TN!
- 3/5
Room definitely needs an upgrade. Sheets were old and scratchy and the material of the comforter was balled up around the edges. The room floors had not been cleaned for a long time and our socks and feet were filthy. There was no fruit during breakfast, and the coffee tasted like it was watered down.
- 4/5
I would come back staff is friendly
- 4/5
Room was toward the back of the hotel and you could hear noise from the power station from the hospital next door all night. The front of the hotel was much quieter.
- 3/5
Basic accomodations, bed was comfortable, pillows good, room was clean. I was unexpectedly charged and extra $25 that was not listed on the Expedia booking. Air conditioning was inadequate and very loud
- 4/5
was just a stopover. Perfect for our needs.
- 2/5
The room had water under the sink and a lamp shade not attached to the lamp. The shade was broken. The manager did get me another room which was okay. Both rooms need some paint and general appearance improvements.
- 3/5
Okay for a one-night stay while traveling. Everything was very clean and relatively up-to-date. Breakfast offerings were typical (waffle maker, sausage, eggs, cereal, etc.). Pool area was clean and water temperature was decent.
- 4/5
I stayed two nights, they did not clean my room while I was out during the second day. I paid a small fee to upgrade to a suit and it tiny separate space (not a room there was no door) wit a couch and an old TV. It was not a real suit.
- 4/5
Clean but didnt come in to replace towels or make the beds
- 3/5
I don’t like they use foaming cups and plates for rooms and breakfast room. That’s not good for human health and environment. Strong perfume smell on the hallway.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was typical, eggs sausage waffles with good quality fruit. I’d stay again
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
A great place for my pet and I to stay at for a multi day travel.
- 1/5
I woke up with a dozen bites on me! I called to talk with the mgr and the desk flunky wouldn't let me talk with them. I'll be following up about this on up the latter.
- 4/5
Good location for this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. A plus for us is they allow pets. But this hotel is ready for a makeover.
- 4/5
The carpet flooring needed cleaning and the air conditioner in our room was loud when it came on. Everything else was good.
- 3/5
Building is old and run down, carpet needs replacing, etc. but the beds were pretty comfy thankfully
- 2/5
The location has nice staff but the quality of the hote has diminished over the past 3-4 years. Usually find a location and make it our destination stop in our trips, we are removing this location as a designated stop.
- 4/5
Steve was very friendly & helpful. Our room was 85 degrees when we arrived so it took like 5-6 hours to get it cooled down & he gave us a fan to help.
- 3/5
The hotel is clean the service is what it should be. Previous ratings state bed bugs but it is not true during my stay. It seems they are under new mgmt and are working on updating any previous bad reviews. We stayed 1 night and found the halls very quiet. The rugs do need a good shampoo but there wa not any foul smells. They have a small store selling toiletries, candy.. etc.
- 5/5
Very nice property. Clean and great staff. Several reasturants within walking distance
- 3/5
Convenient location Free breakfast Beds clean Check in clerk friendly and kind Cons: Carpet in room in need of repair Hallway carpets in need of cleaning No conditioner No changing of bedding/towels
- 4/5
Nice and clean
- 1/5
Humid and moldy and musty. Screens falling off the windows. Security door at end of building says secured use your card, but there is no lock, very dangerous. I could have slept on the ground and had a softer bed.
- 1/5
This La Quinta needs a whole renovation. This is by far the dirtiest and worn La Quinta I ever stayed at. This leaves me questioning weather I would stay at this brand again this consistently is not there.
- 1/5
They didn’t have enough keys for the two of us. They key were did hey didn’t work the day of checkout - couldn’t get back into the building had to walk all the way around front. Stopped at front desk rude Indian woman dismissed me, said she could see the key worked on her computer. And that the side doors were tricky?? I go upstairs and it doesn’t work. She finally agrees to come up and then says that my friend so was sound asleep locked out from the inside. I had to police bag on the door to get him up to open the door for me. He did not lock it from the inside. She did not fix the key and threatened to call the police. Told her to go ahead. Let’s see if they can get the key to work. Worst hotel ever.
- 3/5
It was a little noisy. It seems like it needs a little work in the room. The chair was broke at the desk. It just wasn’t up to par.
- 3/5
It was quiet and not too far out of the way. Definitely an older hotel but being maintained and clean. Food and groceries within walking distance.
- 5/5
Good price for a quick night of travel. Great location.
- 2/5
Property is dated and in need of remodeling. The quality of repairs in rooms is sloppy and halfshod.
- 4/5
Good for a quick stay. Clean, could use updating. Pool looked green
- 3/5
Convenient location
- 3/5
Black build up around tub
- 3/5
The first two nights the AC did not work. It was 82° in the room no matter what temperature you set it on the front desk lady was able to fix it on the last night.
- 3/5
The location is convenient for interstate travel. The hotel is dated and in need of improvements but it is priced reflective of this. Pet friendly which was important for my needs. Simple but decent breakfast options.
- 3/5
We stayed at this location due to its closeness to the freeway and its acceptance of cats. Although the property was beautiful, the pillows were AWFUL (all flat??) and the shower had an EMPTY body wash container. If these issues are addressed, this will be our staple for travels back from FL to MI.
- 4/5
We stayed overnight while on a trip. We found our room Clean, comfortable and had a great night sleep.
- 2/5
We stay at La Quinta because it is still the most affordable pet friendly chain, but we will never stay in this LaQuinta again. Poor condition, stained rugs, noisy rude guests next door.
- 2/5
We didn't expect much for the price. But geez. Both outside and inside need good solid cleaning, carpet replacement, and paint job. Our room was on the 3rd floor under the roof top air units causing a constant hum. Thankfully, we wear hearing aids so taking them out help drown out the noise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
- 4/5
Restaurants and gas up the street. Sunday breakfast until 9am, needs to be 10am. Sunday morning staff was one person. Hard to refill breakfast trays & coffee and answer phones/frontdesk
- 3/5
Rundown. Needs repairs. Needs turning lobby cleaned. Both bulbs out in one of lamps. TV remote power button didn’t work. Didn’t clean room second day. Had to take dirty towels down to o front desk (per front desk worker) to get clean ones.
- 3/5
Pretty rundown. Furniture in lobby was visibly dirty.
- 3/5
Initial Check in staff was friendly. The outside looked "new". Once we got to our room on the third floor the carpet was badly stained. The pool area looked like it has not been cleaned. The shower was not well cleaned. Breakfast was subpar.
- 2/5
The first too we were assigned smelled terrible and there was still dried toothpaste in the sink. We were given a different room that was smaller (no sitting area) that didn’t smell but was dusty.
- 5/5
Good for pets
- 5/5
Comfy beds and good breakfast in the morning.
- 4/5
Room was clean but the lights over the vanity area were out and the comforter was torn
- 2/5
Room had a smell to it when you walked in. Water didn't come out of shower head right due to needing to be cleaned. Coffee pot in room was dirty. Had to clean myself to make coffee. House keeping definitely need to do better . Will never stay here again. Best to use your money at the holiday inn beside this hotel
- 3/5
There weren’t any clean towels.
- 1/5
I booked through hotels.com.. then when I arrived I was also charged by the hotel TWICE! So, I ended up paying 3x for 1 night. I was able to get a refund for the 2 wrong charges after 5 days, but that didn’t help the fact that I was triple charged and it came out of my bank account immediately! The room was ok, the telephone did not work and was covered in ketchup and other filth. The heater unit was cracked and worked half of the time. The fridge was not cold. The bedding and towels were all stained and sheets had holes. The door lock was busted off as well.
- 3/5
Old tired hotel but had clean sheets and a decent shower!
- 4/5
Only issue with checkin was the training of a new employeee. Just took more time. I do understand that they have to train so it was understandable.
- 4/5
Overall good experience
- 5/5
Clean, Friendly staff, they accommodate our large dog!
- 3/5
Not my favorite LaQuinta. Hallway carpets stained and dirty. Elevator needed cleaning. Bedroom carpet stained; lumpy uncomfortable bedding quilt.
- 4/5
We always stay at LaQuinta when traveling with our dogs. Rooms are always clean and they provide a dog run area. Prices are reasonable and they are located in easy on and off locations from I75. I do wish there was consistency in the extra charge for pets. This one is great- $25 for both dogs.
- 5/5
The staff really wanted to make sure we were very comfortable.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean.
- 4/5
Their morning coffee wasn’t the best but there is a Starbucks close by. They also accommodate larger dogs than many other hotels. We will be back.
- 3/5
The location is convenient: lots of restaurants, Walmart, and what shopping there is in Sumter is nearby. The hotel was clean and well maintained. It had one of the best breakfast bars I seen.
- 4/5
The Hotel is clean, and a great location for an overnight stay
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk at check in could have been happier. We felt we were bothering her. I guess she was having a bad day
- 5/5
Great place and good price
- 1/5
Do not stay here.
- 2/5
Aged and not very well kept things seem to be worn and dirty, not painted just generally dirty. Shower was moldy, shower valve was loose and leaking sink stopper was cracked and broken just little things. But lots of them. I would not stay here again
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here. The desk staff we very nice. Thank you.
- 3/5
Hotel was okay. Room was spacious and clean. Older bathroom, breakfast was limited, rubbery eggs, but okay value for the money
- 3/5
Very old and in bad condition.
- 5/5
Price is getting too high for this location.
- 1/5
Poor condition, in urgent need of remodeling
- 2/5
Room smelled like sweat as soon as we walked in. Everything looks old.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Beautiful property. Will star here again!
- 5/5
Clean and pet friendly!
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
Fit well for our visit. Staff wasn't easy to locate fir couple questions that arose during stay
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Very satisfied with my stay. Only thing that could have been better was the fitness center.
- 5/5
Nothing but high recommendations.

Check in was pretty smooth since we had a paid reservation, but upon check out, the staff grilled us unnecessarily and without reason about our ADA service dog who is ultra clean, quiet and well mannered. My guess is the staff was uneducated about the Americans Disability Act. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the room was doable for the one night. The breakfast was enough to sustain us till the next meal and the dining area was clean.

Room service was on request basis. Our bed sheets were old and had no elastic to hold them down. They came undone while we were sleeping, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Very clean hotel. Easy on off I 75.

Probably the worst experience we've had with other guests slamming doors, talking loudly in halls, no consideration for others. (2:00am) Not La Quinta's fault but would not go back, several other choices at same exit
- 4/5
Easy access to the freeway. If you have read the other reviews about the pillows, bring yours from home! The pool is small, clean and warm being indoors. The gym is not much but all hotels are this way. The only thing you can do is cardio the weight machine is broke. The staff was friendly and happy to serve. We would stay here again if traveling back to the state.

It was exactly what we needed for our quick 4 days in Knoxville

I have stayed in LaQuintas before, this one was the most disappointing

Employees were great. Super friendly and down to earth. Check in and out was a breeze. The smell of the hallways was kinda musty, nothing we absolutely couldn’t tolerate but enough to notice. I questioned the cleanliness of the room when I found sauce packets under the sink and the bottom of the shower looked pretty dirty, but for a 1 night stay it was fine. Worst part of the stay and the reason we probably won’t rebook this hotel is the beds. They were rock hard and the pillows were flat. I was so disappointed because honestly the beds and pillows are usually my favorite part of a hotel stays.

Not the best, should be lower priced. We could hear neighboring rooms gueata go in and out of their rooms. Shower sqeaked the whole time we showered. Iron left stains on our clothes.

We've stayed here (off and on) for years. It's a nice hotel and a good location, especially for football games. The room was mostly quiet and comfortable. I had 2 minor complaints. 1) There was a nasty edge of mildew / mold on the edge of the tub. The rest of the tub was clean. All it would take is a little bleach to make it clean. 2) The door to the bathroom CREAKED like a crypt in a bad horror movie. Not so funny in the middle of the night when you're trying to be quiet. Please take care of the details.

Rooms are a little musty and dark

Clean and easy access

This hotel is average. It was adequate. The bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable and clean. The room smelled like an old camper. The whole property seemed damp. It needs an update, new carpet throughout. My fridge didn't work but that was remedied quickly. I had to get an air freshener and turn off the AC to get the room smelling somewhat normal. It is a cheaper option. Liked but didn't love it.

It was just right to get a nights sleep.

Even though they "smoke-free" guests were allowed to vape THC products. You could smell in the hallway. Shower wasn't restocked with body soap.

Nothing it was dirty
- 2/5
While the front desk staff was very nice the building was run down with broken screens and locks and the room itself was not very clean, with previous dog hair and poop stains on the bed. There also were cockroaches in the room. This hotel is not worth the cost.

I didn't mind the no carpet in my room and the beds were comfortable

Breakfast NEEDS to be extended until 10:00, we got down there at 8:30 and it was BARE, No coffee, nothing and never restocked !!!!!!!

Always enjoy my stay with you. You can depend on a comfortable bed and pillows and the large shower with extra large nozzle was refreshing. Staff very efficient and professional. Thanks.

Brooms were very nice. Everyone was friendly good breakfast.

The hotel is dirty from the carpet to the rooms, all the common areas look dirty and poorly maintained, it is a shame that Expedia sells that hotel in the condition it is in.
- 1/5
If you're trying to decide between the $70 Econolodge and this -- save your money. It's not a typical La Quinta. Lots of deferred maintenance makes it seem like we overpaid.

We stayed for two days after an Airbnb disaster, while in town visiting friends and family. Our sheets looked like they may have had hairs from previous tenants on them so I grabbed clean ones and swapped. The property was ok, and needed a bit of a facelift and deep clean, but otherwise was great for the cost!
