Friendly, clean, good food, convenient location Somethings were slightly dated, but overall one of the better hotels we've stayed at.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. A lot of variety of food to choose from. The staff was excellent and had baked cookies and cold water available throughout the day.

The hotel was right off of the interstate making it easy to access. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast offered a lot of options and variety.

Room was clean The breakfast was AWFUL. Runny eggs, old/aged fruit, the pancakes came out of the machine half cooked. The biscuits were like day old. We had to go elsewhere for something to eat, which added to the cost of our trip

It was a clean room. The carpet was musty but clean and the room was clean. This was a great place to stop for the night. There was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise we had everything we needed. We would stay again

Hotel was clean and decent. Wasn't worth the price we paid, but there was a big event in the area so prices spiked. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The front desk employee was playing games on a computer not paying any attention while 2 guests waited at the counter to check in.

After a 10-hour drive, we checked in and quickly found that most of the outlets in the room didn’t work (bedside and desk). Only two wall outlets worked, which was not enough for three people, especially since one of us needed to charge medical equipment. We called the front desk, and a man who appeared to be an employee came up. His behavior was immediately uncomfortable, he invaded personal space and handled my phone and charger without permission. When we pointed out a large bug, he ignored it and made a joke. When we asked to switch rooms, he refused and told us to “take turns” using the outlets. When we questioned this, he became aggressive, yelling and getting into my father’s face in an intimidating way. We had to ask him multiple times to leave. We were so shaken that we packed up and left immediately. At the front desk, he refused to give his name or manager contact info and falsely claimed we threatened him. This was a serious safety concern, and we were forced to pay for another hotel because we did not feel safe staying here.

Room was clean but the TV service and WiFi connection was poor the outlets where in bad shape we couldn't plug anything up with out it falling out.

The room was clean, breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and polite. My only issue was that they charged me for the room after I had already paid through Expedia. I tried to call but got bounced around so I just disputed it with my credit card company.

This was a very comfortable property. Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean and smelled good. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and the gentleman at the front desk let us know kindly that our rooms were not ready yet, but strived to get us in as quickly as he could. We were very comfortable here and would stay here again.

This hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful, the staff was kind and informative, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good with many selections. The only odd was the placement of the frig next to the door. My son came through the door at the same time his dad was getting into frig and well, dad saw some stars for a few minutes.

The hotel was nice inside and my room was good with no issues. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast fare and was on par with other hotels I've stayed at. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy and some fast food places and other types of businesses. They even make fresh cookies at various times throughout the day.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants easily available around hotel. Easy parking...wish the end/side doors would open with room card, rather than having to walk to front of hotel.

This hotel was great for us. Convenient toy family's home. Convenient to restaurants, gas, shopping. The hotel was super clean. Everyone we encountered from the staff was super nice. Highly recommend this property.

Shane was great at check in, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location close to the interstate, gas stations and restaurants. My only recommendation is to have a small laminated card next to the ice bucket letting customers know where the ice machines are located.

Looks like an older hotel that was redone. It was clean and the rooms were spacious. Water pressure in the shower was not great and the pool outside was hotter than the weather outside in mid July. Otherwise, staff was helpful, but don’t park your car in the back because my husband had to climb through the passenger door to drive due to the drowning park lot.

Breakfast was great. Loved that it was off the highway, but does need signage a little better.

I had some mild concerns about a Holiday Inn with a interstate highway number and exit number in the name, but this is a holiday in with the style, cleanliness, and aura of a much fancier hotel. The lobby is clean and crisp, the rooms rival that of a W Hotel. I don't know what y'all are doing at this one, but it's magic. What a delightful stay.

Room (suite) not like the pictures. It was a regular room with the king bed and instead of a double king bed one bed was replaced with the couch. Was not a suite. Though we were charged for a suite.

This stay was surprisingly disappointing. We’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations that were much nicer and updated. There was not enough lighting in the entryway to the room. It was difficult to seeThe shower wand leaked very badly & created a pool of water on the entire bathroom floor. We had to use several bath towels to dry the floor. There were no bedsheets and blankets available in the room for the sofa bed. The sheets and pillows we got from the lobby smelled bad, but we just kept them to get through the night. The towels, bed linens, & sheets were clean, & the room overlap was clean.

All of the staff was kind. Breakfast was listed as continental, but had eggs, pancakes, hash browns, bacon/sausage, various juices, great coffee, bagels, toast, cinnamon rolls, yogurts, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy... We walked to a nearby Mexican restaurant, and a CVS also across the street. Very conveniently located near other places to eat, whether looking for fast food or restaurants. We drove to and enjoyed Aubrey's, Chick-Fil-A, Firehouse subs/salads and Texas Roadhouse.

Only bad mark is no coffee maker in room.

Nice location, easy to navigate around, was suppose to have a mate check out but was awakened by cleaning staff at 0830 trying to clean room in check out day

We were placed in the room directly off the lobby. Asked to be moved was told they had no other rooms available. You could hear everything from the lobby on this room including all the elevator traffic. So when breakfast started it was loud. Also multiple people tried opening our door thinking it was the stairs. Bathroom door was also broken and would shut.

The staff was attentive, kind and thoughtful, you could tell they loved working for your company !

Fire alarm went off at 1am this morning. We still have no idea why. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire. But there was no communication what so ever to reassure the guests that everything was okay. Other than that stay was pretty good.

The bed was so comfy. The shower was large but a clittle slippery. We had to put a towel in the shower for saftey. They may need mats.

We got there late and there was no parking available. We had to create our own spot. They had 2 big shipping containers out back which took up a ton of spots. Our room also had a mildew scent but we were so exhausted and were only staying for the night so didn’t think it was worth complaining. We ended up turning off the AC because the scent was so strong and coming from the unit. Overall it was okay. Breakfast in the morning was decent.

The breakfast area is so small that folks are almost sitting on top of one another. The food served, and the server who was providing the service were fine.

Check-in was quick and the person checking us in was very friendly and personable (such a rarity these days). We will definitely be coming back in the future.
