The venue was lovely. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was delicious Jackie was a delight and good to talk to. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

The property was absolutely beautiful we met the owners and the housekeeper Jackie. They were lovely people! Jackie was so sweet and helpful, she really made us feel welcomed like we were staying with family! We stayed in the Royal Palm King suite it was so beautifully designed. It was charming! My only suggestion for improvement would be to change the mattress..It was extremely firm and thin and my back paide the price. My husband agreed and he likes a firm mattress but it may have been more the hard box spring..Other than the actual comfort of the bed it was great. I would love to come back in June for my birthday if the bed is different.

Need a table or stand in bathroom to put makeup bag and items on.

Jackie was awesome she cooks the breakfast and cleans the rooms and makes sure guest needs are met!! The breakfast is a simple toast or bagel 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon or sausage with juice and or coffee. Its an older colonial type home with no elevator just good old stairs. This is not a resort hotel it is a nice pleasant mostly quiet bed and breakfast that is a beautiful property and close to all Atlanta area attractions. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay it was well lit and safe. We couldnt ask for anything more for the fair price we paid. If your looking for a resort this is not it. It has never been described as such. If you want a nice quiet safe and clean place to rest your head and a decent small breakfast this is the place. It also is a wedding venue and it looks beautiful and would be a great place to have a wedding. Thank you Georgia Palms my wife and I will be back for a stay when we visit the area. Stairway can be a bit tight if you have large luggage but its not a problem.

Gorgeous property. We came as a late honeymoon and we were on our way home on this leg of the journey. This house is a wedding venue was well. It gave us all the feels of our wedding day. We took pictures by the signs on the trees. The bed was so comfortable and the house and people we met in the morning, fantastic. Loved Everything

Great hospitality of staff. Relaxing setting, grounds, yard swing, safe walking area outside, back porch sitting area, available refrigerator and microwave, front porch rocking chairs. Need handicap access to ground floor room and handicap access to front porch from outside, water pressure inadequate in lavatory and kitchen sink, loose curtain rods, no outside front porch lights for security.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't read the email carefully.

This is not a hotel. It’s a “breakfast in bed”. There’s no microwave, no refrigerator, room is very small and outdated, they refused to let me change reservation just an hour after booking, lied about charging more for a room the next day because it was a higher rate and on app was showing a cheaper rate. Be cautious whenever booking.

One suggestion, if I could. The numeric locks on each of the rooms. They are quite loud when opening. I was awaken at 130am but the guests who were coming in and unlocking their room. If not sure if it's necessary to have such loud locks.

Breakfast was Great and Jackie the housekeeper was excellent check to make sure bodywash was in dispenser because it was out. older faucets that put out only a little water and older toilet that has a small bowl

Very cool place. Created to accommodate weddings and it's beautiful. But they also operate as BnB. Super nice and clean rooms, cute location. We loved it here

When not used for wedding parties, rooms are rented to the public. Room doors have codes to unlock. Some outside doors and locks need repair. Switch for overhead fan and light in bedroom needed repair. Housekeeper brought me a lamp. Housekeeper was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff went out of their way to help and answer all questions.

This property was everything and more! It was very clean, the housekeeper was wonderful and timely with her services, and felt very secured. I loved that there were many spots to get great photos as it was a venue as well and it was very convenient and in close range of stores and food spots. Would definitely book this place again!!

I am a traveling Radiographer. It was only 9 mins to work. I worked midnights so no one was there.

The charm was cute I didn’t like the breakfast menu being the same no choices or homemade items the inn keeper was kind and on top of things not enough storage in bathroom

The property is used for weddings and has lovely grounds. Additionally, the staff is amazing, warm and welcoming. They make you feel like family. Jackie made us a fantastic breakfast.

I was unable to get breakfast due to the time I had to leave was 7am and breakfast was to be served at 8:00am. This was not a problem. The property was beautiful. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. The room was quiet. It was a great place to stay. My only complaint was in my bathroom I could not get the shower hot. I mean not even warm. The room was "Bella" I think. I ran the water for more than 5 minutes but in the shower it just would not even get warm enough for me to get in. The sink did have hot water so I washed off there.

The staff was kind, courteous & quick to help with any questions, concerns or issues! --- The main caretaker of the place, Jackie, I think , is overbrimming with JOY, even though it was her birthday. Which is contagious (JOY) & brightens everyone who meets her!!!! The pipes under the sink (vanity)leaked. The room door lock was not the most cooperative. Twice it had to be reset. However, the staff was quick to resolve the issue.

The other people in the other rooms.. they had a party, the rent I guess all of the other rooms, it make no sense, a part of profanities at the most high volume in the same house when you’re trying to relax… I’ve to leave the property the same day because… just imagine. I think you should be more careful when you rent the rooms to a single person or to the whole family.. and who you will be mixing…

The property was very beautiful. The room was clean and quaint. We xhecked in after hours and were able to gain access easily w instruction.

Some critiques to be helpful, the door locks are all digital and they turn "off" (hence unlocking the doors) during a power failure. This could potentially create a security issue, so maybe adding a manual lock inside each room would be a good idea. During our stay, there was a brief power failure (probably due to thunderstorm), that's when I discovered the door locks unlocking. Another thing would've been great is to have a small refrigerator inside the room to keep fruits/drinks/salads cool. A large refrigerator in the shared area would also be a good alternative. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely consider staying here again when I revisit the area.

Fan fixture was missing the globe ( Lamp switch was broken we had to just unplug it from the wall Breakfast was pretty bad jelly was expired. Asked for butter gave me a frozen bar... Very nice place just a bunch of small things

We did not stay overnight due to a family emergency back home, vacating the property around 11 pm. John phonedthe following day to check on us and to thank us for choosing his B &N.

It was very late when we got in, but they were very attentive and responsive to inquiries. The beds did not have pillow cases, instead they had shams which really aren't great for sleeping on. The internet did not work for us, unfortunately. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The grounds were very pretty, as well.

The only thing I can say is, more outside lighting for guest to see would be great. It’s in a wooded area so it’s pretty dark out there, my room could have been cleaned a little better, the shower needs drano because the water back ups into the shower. Breakfast in bed was good but your feeding adults 2 pieces of bacon one egg and two pieces of toast was a complete tease (this was for a child) I had to go get more breakfast. A regular hotel gives you more then what we receive. Overall I will be back, if you need a cook I’m available 😂 !

The rims were small, which was ok however the closeness to the other rooms made it difficult to get any sleep; the wooden floors didn’t help either.

Room seemed misrepresented from the photos on the website. Was dusty and had an odd smell. Did not feel private as there were other occupants and you can hear them moving around and their entire conversations/tv shows. Almost sure the owners were staying in the room adjacent to us. Just disappointing.

The grounds and parking were very nice. The hosts were very accomodating. Bathroom is separate. Bedroom is spacious but its up a narrow steep set of stairs. No desk in the room, no chairs, only one small nightstand, one outlet obstructed behind bed and the other across the room.

We pulled up to the venue and were pretty impressed. It’s a cute old house with a couple of out-buildings. They had string lights hung and since it was evening they were lit. You could just picture an outdoor wedding or reception there. Very quaint! Unfortunately things did not go well from there. We followed the check in instructions, through the entryway and up the stairs. When we opened the door of the room and the door nearly hit the end of the first bed. The room was so small that the two full beds were nearly touching each other and the walls on either side. When we scooted the beds slightly further apart to be able to climb into them, we found an empty disposable water bottle, a package of baby wipes and a blanket of dust and debris. See photos. Fearful that the bedding had not been properly washed, we picked up our bags and called the Holiday Inn.

An amazingly low rate for an absolutely charming B&B. The hosts were kind, communicative, and accommodating to our schedule, the directions to the location were clear, and check in could not have been easier. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the grounds beautifully kept, and overall, a very romantic feel. The bed was very comfortable, the room super clean, and the whole venue quiet and delightful. It's rare for us to get a childfree getaway together, but Georgia Palms & Garden made it all the more magical. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

This was my first bed and breakfast and I enjoyed it. The property is beautiful. The decor in the house and in the rooms are beautiful as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I’m happy I found this property on Expedia.

This place was unwilling to be accommodating in any way. They also seemed to barely speak English and the place is totally outdated and one bed was so hard my daughter could not sleep in it. The mirrors were not even attached to the wall. The gardens were not even manicured for a wedding venue. I am just thankful I only had to spend a few hours there. I feel sorry for any poor soul that chooses this place for their wedding day.

The old house is nicely decorated and the bedroom furnished with everything that I needed. However, There was only 1 working light bulb in the bathroom (3 other bulbs already blown out) and I got the pleasure of changing the lightbulb at midnight with one taken from my bedroom so I could see to shower. The hot water drips in the shared bathroom and was left running -so that night I got a lukewarm shower-just grateful it wasn’t cold. The kitchen is in repair so the breakfast was from McDonald’s-nice that they brought me breakfast but a bit awkward for me. I stayed there 2 nights a week for 4 weeks. I’m a travel nurse and this place is 7 minutes from the hospital. The place has charm but the other guests(some girls loudly talking and giggling all night followed by other guests alarms at 5am) made it impossible to sleep. I’m a light sleeper anyway but the walls are kinda thin and I could hear their entire conversations.

Nice old house with lots of charm. I’ve stayed there several times. It’s peaceful and relaxing.
