Sleep Inn near Washington State Line

The staff was awesome! The Wifi not so much we had to move to another room as the wifi did not extend well to our room. Another customer was booked into a handicapped room and they move him into another room very friendly and nicely.

The room was small, but clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The breakfast was just OK. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The entire property was spotless and modern, with comfy beds, quality linens, and bath products that smelled so good I briefly considered filling a ziplock with the sandalwood body lotion. The breakfast was surprisingly good and plentiful, not the usual “one bruised banana and a toaster that smells like melting plastic." The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was. No hallway stampedes, no midnight door-slamming Olympics, no mysterious 2 a.m. furniture-moving convention upstairs. The only downsides: the rooms are definitely cozy-sized, and there’s no elevator. If you’re traveling with six suitcases and a kettlebell collection, you may need a moment. But honestly? Neither issue was a deal-breaker for me. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Perfect bathroom and bed. Turning on the lights above nightstands required assistance by housekeeping staff. A wall switch must first be turned on and then a metal round piece on the light must be touched for the light to go on. Suggest that they provide instructions. Aside from this one issue, this property was a perfect 10.

Before even stepping on to the property- I messaged property about needing a 1st floor room and they kindly helped without hesitating. The property is clean, Breakfast has waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurts, bagels, fruit and more. Pool area smaller than expected but AWESOME HOTEL AND GREAT STAFF!!! Customer Service was Great. The only reason I docked star was the WiFi kinda sucked and was superslow and the hot tub was WAY too hot to enjoying the cold pool was just that...cold. I stuck my feet in both but couldn't do much more than that and after thought hot tub my feet were very red from the heat. Some people seemed to enjoy both though so just personal preference maybe. Highly recommend staying here though!!

For the price I didn’t expect such a nice room and breakfast. Traveling with out my wife I stay in a little cheaper motels and the price was good. When I got there my expectation were not that high but to my surprise it was very nice, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was great and well stocked. I will stay here with my wife when we are back for ball tournaments again. I don’t think it could get any better.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The facility is conveniently right off the freeway and has been upgraded. Our room was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. We love this hotel and stay here whenever we pass through the area.

The room was clean and nice. Staff was nice. The problem we had is there was an extremely bright floodlight right outside our window and unfortunately the black out curtains they have weren't enough to keep the light out. It was shining in around the curtain edges on all sides. We really only used the place to sleep and our toddler was having a hard time falling asleep because of the light. Poorly place light for somewhere people mostly spend time to sleep.

The fact that they ripped me off staying there was less than $100 a night a couple spots were on a sheet and they said they couldn't get them out I don't believe them they Didnt even have a chance to try they charged me right away before I even left. charged me $151 for the sheet so yeah I was scammed sheet was not even nice.

Everything was clean, the room was great, breakfast was great. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is its lack of accessibility. There is no elevator to the second floor and the carpet on the main staircase is a pattern such that the stairs blend in. It would be very easy for someone to miss a stair and take a tumble. Fix those two issues and you would have a raving fan. Not the best place for older guests or those with mobility issues.

Comfortable clean room

The room was roomier than what I was expecting. Though the bed was comfortable I think they need to flip it because there was an indentation in the middle. The hot breakfast was a nice plus. Scrambled eggs, sausage , waffles..all good. I'd most definitely would stay again

We were late getting to the hotel and the night clerk was very nice in getting us checked in. The room was clean and that is a big thing for us. We had our pup with us and no issues with him staying there as well. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. We will stay there again next time in the area.

I was quite pleased with the room and it's cleanliness. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to check out the free breakfast as I had to leave too early. It was close to the freeway, but I didn't notice any road noise. I'd definitely stay here again. The free Wi-Fi was pretty poor. I had difficulty getting much to load on my tablet.

Our second stay here. As always, staff was wonderful, room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. We utilized the pool this time, clean, stocked with towels, and the hot tub was perfect.

Flexible

This was a girls time together with my sisters and niece. It was clean and the breakfast was on time and plentiful. The staff was excellent. We especially thank Tonalia and Shay, who were so efficient and friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we are out that way.

Clean, updated rooms. Was very quiet, even though there was like 15 kids in the pool with their parents. We brought our dog. Had a pleasant stay. My only thing is, just having chemo 5 days prior, breakfast is very limited. I had a banana. But for the price & cleanliness, its worth the stay. Also safe parking lot every time weve stayed.

Spur of the moment mini vacay for my wife, son and I. I had work to do in Spokane WA and we wanted to relax and swim. Pool was nice so was hot tub. Breakfast was what you’d expect at a hotel. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable of the area. I would stay here again.

This hotel was such a pleasant place to stay at. The room was clean the bed was a standard queen a little small but not bad at all it was still very comfortable band a quiet night sleep. The night gal that checked us in was great. I forgot to get her name but was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Very satisfied well every aspect. 😊

The tv was small and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bed is everything in a hotel, so when it feels like a concrete slab it’s disappointing.

Rooms were very nice w/comfortable beds, heat, showers and good plumbing. We did have an issue w/a yapping dog for quite some time that all could hear who were in that hallway! The gal on duty could not seem to locate the dog which was very odd! Fortunately, it stopped yapping later when we fell asleep!

This was a clean and updated facility. Very comfortable. The warm breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc was more than adequate. Located near the highway. Very reasonable rates. Someone from housekeeping even left a little note on the notepad in the room hoping we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Very glad this time to not have an allergy emergency! However , the staff the next day were rude and unkind. Never looked away from the computer even when we would greet them coming and going. The bathroom door did not close and the room door sat almost catty, Wompuswjete the lock could not lock and the rod would not stay closed. Thankfully we did to gave anyone try to enter our room this time. We are really trying to love this place again.

Clean room and pretty quiet room, comfortable beds. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Ethan was extra helpful! Big indoor pool and hottub. Eaay and lots of parking. Only thing we didn't realize was there was no elevator so keep that is mind if you have any issues climbing stairs.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, quiet rooms. The king size bed was horrible in room 109. The mattress creaked and for some reason it was raised up in the middle causing my husband and I to constantly toss and turn on the right and left sides as we tried so find an area where we didn't feel like we were going to roll off of the bed onto the floor. I was having hip surgery the next day and the lack of sleep from the bed added even more stress to the stress I was already experiencing. ☹️ Our son stayed in room 111 and the king bed in that room was extremely comfortable to him. I suggest replacing the king bed in room 109.

This motel was refurbished in June of 2025. It's very well appointed and everything was fresh and pleasing.

I was very pleased to see the pictures in the ads actually met my expectations.

Crystal was just a cool person to get to know. All the staff were great! Loved having 24 hour access to the pool and spa! I expected to just have a place to stay for the night. I did not excpect to have fun too. The recent remodel created a nice, warm ambiance. Well done!

The room was fine. We do bring a dog, so we had a dog friendly room, and it did have a bit of a smell, but in general it was clean and quiet. If there was a fridge in the room, we couldn’t find it. The breakfast was just right.

Parking was a nightmare!! Construction truck backed into the space at our room!! Started his truck at 5:30am and we awoke with fumes!! He left his truck running and we were affiliated with his fumes. We called front desk and they didn’t care to stop this situation!!!! Extremely annoying!!! They should credit our stay, as we stopped to sleep and we were awakened with this problem that they didn’t want to correct!!!

The room was clean, staff was great! I booked a night there for the hot tub on our long trip, but it turned out to be broken, apparently for quite some time. Probably would have used the pool if it weren’t for the extra large viewing windows from the second floor… our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Pit wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but we had a lot of luggage.

The room and facilities were clean, the area was safe, the desk clerk Jeremy was friendly and efficient. The property is conveniently located next to freeway so that means some traffic noise, but that won't stop me from staying here again. Best of all, it is dog friendly.

This was a nice property. It was clean, but it looked very much used. Bordering on looking old. Standard dining options were very near burgers, pizza, convenience, stores, and several bars. I’d stay here again if I was traveling to the area. Overall not horrible. Not outstanding either, but not horrible.

We didn’t have breakfast, just coffee. But it looked alright, nothing fancy. This is the part I was impressed about though- it seemed really clean in the breakfast area. The Breakfast Lady was wiping the fridge / cooler inside the prep area.

I was not asked for ID or a card for incidentals here. I said to front desk person, “we have a dog with us” as I had for each & every one. He said my room number out loud (a big no-no especially with females checking in), over-explained how to get to the room. One key did not work. Nice place, but being right off of I90, people are up & going starting at 4 am. They slam doors & walk around upstairs at 4. At 4:30. At 5. At 5:30. At 6. You get my drift. Went down to get coffee twice in the morning, I smiled at the front desk people & woman sweeping/mopping - nothing. Honestly? We’d been on the road for 15 days, we were exhausted, so I just let it all go & for a free dog stay.

The room was really nice and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. I think our only disappointment was the fact that the hot tub was really lukewarm. It was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Apart from that it was wonderful.

Property was clean. I’ve stayed here one other time and I enjoy it, however, the soap and shampoo that they use is too strongly scented for me, but I can bring my own next time. Breakfast not that great apples were mushy and so was the scrambled eggs, but the staff is very friendly and I like this place!

The service was amazing, it was clean, they were all very kind and friendly and accommodating, especially when I had no car and needed to move from a different hotel to this one and they ensured I got in a room several hours early! The only complaint I have and they assured me it was on the list of things to renovate-there is no elevators. So either make sure you build up your endurance a little or get a 1st floor room. Highly recommend though!

The pool area was clean and had many towels available. I liked seeing they had an active in house laundry room cleaning blankets. All in all, this was a good stay and I would 100% stay again.

I booked on the wrong date and noticed when I went there my booking was for August 14 and it was July 31. I requested it be cancelled on the 31 and was never reimbursed as the hotel did not refund

Staff were so friendly and helpful with any request, or even meeting in the hallway. Rooms were SO quiet! The pool & hot tub were nice and clean. The continental breakfast area is the only “downside” with only having a few tables, but again, a very minor complaint. We would absolutely stay here again!

I have had back problems and specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub. Was informed upon arrival that it had been down for several weeks and they had no time line for getting it fixed, Don't advertise amenities you don't have.

The breakfast seating was not good. Crowded. Bumping into people. No tables. Watched families try to figure out where to sit. Several had to go back to their rooms.

I enjoyed the 24 hr pool & spa for adults only after 10 pm. It was so relaxing to have a quick soak before bed without screaming children running around.

Food, staff, quiet, value

The smoking area was outside our room so you could smell people smoking by our room. There was garbage everywhere. I had to request to get the rooms cleaned housekeeping did not come in and clean the rooms for us and we stayed there for three nights. Just overall disappointing stay. I think it’s fine for a one night pass through if you need to. I did travel with kids and they all liked the breakfast so that was the bonus.

Very nice place to stay. Large bathroom with large shower. The only negative is we could hear the people above our room when they walked across floor. We would stay here again, but on the second floor.

The location was great — plenty of nearby walking paths, easy access to Walmart, and lots of parking. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt worn down and a bit dingy. The pool was heavily over-chlorinated to the point it burned our eyes, and the hot tub wasn’t working and had turned green, which was pretty unpleasant. Overall, the setting was nice, but the facility could use some serious upkeep

I did not like that I was given a room that had been given to another guest. When we mentioned it to staff they said they had no idea how that happened. When we got out new room and asked for assurance it wouldn’t happen again they gust said to “give me leniency, I’m new here”. Once in the room the door latch for security was broken. The room smelled like cigarettes because the smoking area was just outside the window. Overall a horrible experience

The staff was very helpful. Note there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, request the first floor early on. When we checked in, they had no first floor rooms available. The front desk agent went out of her way to check on an available first floor room and noticed one that wasn’t occupied. She went to the room to make sure it was clean, and it was, so she gave us the room. The only thing wrong was the toilet wouldn’t flush completely, so we used the restroom in the lobby since it was close by, and we were grateful to have a first floor room. The room smelled pretty strongly of spray or cleaner, and it was unpleasant. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay for the price.

Quick overnight as part of a longer trip. Comfortable beds for tired travelers. Breakfast was good, but breakfast area was too small to eat it down there. Very crowded. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Sleep in was a convenient stay on our way back home to Oregon. Check in was fast and staff were friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the breakfast staff. The pool and hot tub were clean as well as the room with its updated features: stylish rug, shower/bathroom, wall art. The rooms were a bit small but it was fine to stay for one night. I would stay here again.

I had prepaid /reserved a King bed when I booked the room. When I checked in they said they only had a Queen available and had given my room to someone else. I was supposed to be credited the difference - once my credit card statement came in, I never received the credit.

Wonderful staff, room was exceptionally tasteful. Clean, comfortable, updated and quiet. The property grounds could use some clearing and cleaning up. But inside? Amazing. Staff are great, breakfast is good.

We LOVED our stay here! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The check in was the EASIEST I've ever had. Check out was fantastic at 11:00 after a late night at silverwood! It was appreciated by the adults and the kids! We will definitely stay here again. 10/10!!

The room had smashed bugs on the ceiling. something like a booger on the headboard. Breakfast was out of plates, apple juice, waffle batter. It took 10 minutes to get help tp refill, when she finally came it was another 10 minutes to refill things. The 2nd day we went out for breakfast because of the mess of the day before.

Expedia.com reserved a standard room when I selected an ADA room for my wife and her wheelchair. Staff put us in a very small room with a tiny bathroom my wife's wheelchair would not fit in. The toilet was so small she couldn't get up from it after using it without help. Sleepless night.

Room was clean and checkin was quick and easy. Not really any storage for clothing other than an extremely small hanging closet and water pressure in the shower was very low. Other than that, great place to stay for the price.

Everything was great…. Except breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t over yet and the attendant refused to make more food. She would even make more waffle mix! My family had not had anything yet neither did several other guest behind us. The worst part was she was extremely rude. Another guest had to go in the kitchen by herself to get her own milk. I use to like to stay there but I will check out other accommodations in the area now.

Oh, did you need room service? That sucks, the staff isn’t going to clean the room, or replenish any of the towels upon request. Were you hoping to get a good nights rest? Too bad, construction and hammers on the wall started at 7am sharp, despite the construction hours of 9am to 5pm sign. Were you hoping for clean linens? Not here, they are riddled with stains and hair from the previous occupants. Absolutely horrendous, this is my first time ever receiving a property with negative comments in my entire life.

We will definitely stay here again.

The “Manager” was the one who checked us in.. get to the room and opened the door to see that other guests were already in that room. Their luggage on the floor and thankfully they were not in the room when we opened that door. No one should ever have to be in that situation. You check in and want to know that you are safe in the room you paid for. When it was said to the “manager” she had a very rude attitude and was not sorry for HER MISTAKE. Also made it clear that no one else was above her and we would not get any refund. As it was implied to be our fault that we got the keys to another guests room. No one should ever feel unsafe anywhere they stay. And we left right away. We will not put our family at risk because they can’t be bothered with their guests safety.

We got a newly renovated room, it was very clean and we didn’t hear any other guests. The hot tub is open 24/7!!!

They are remodeling so no water from 9 am -4 pm. Not a great time with no bathroom for that long. They should let people know before booking and shouldn’t have to pay that much for the hotel room. Do not book there for the next month!

Cool place

The hotel is being remodeled at this time so there is some dust and paint smells. Our room was newly done and has a very nice decor. Front counter attendant gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner! Thanks!

Its a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and on top of everything. The entire place is clean and smells nice. The breakfast was amazing too. I ate my fair share.

No hot water from 9 am-5pm Our FIRST room had NO working air conditioner. Our SECOND room had the ac unit literally up against the second bed, and the towel hook fell right off the wall. The front desk guy was very nice.

The toliet was not clean and there was the water dripped from the shower head and was not even a warm drip. I had a broken leg and they don’t even have an elevator and apparently could not give me a room on the main floor. I think I’ll still to the Log Inn in bonners next time.

My only complaint is that I received a wake up call, that I did not request, at 5:30 am. Other than that, it was a great stay.

This facility is in the process of remodeling. We got a lovely clean room that was recently painted, had new carpet and fixtures, a very comfortable bed, and a brand new shower. Overall, very nice for a budget friendly hotel. We were warned when we checked in that the hot water heater was at the opposite end of the building, so it could take an excessive amount of time for hot water to reach our room and it did. There was also a glitch

We love rating here, usually! We understand that they are under construction. We read the signs that read hot water might be on and off. Totally fine. Our shower door did not close. Water go all over the floor. The hot water was not an issuer it was the clod. The way that the showers are set up. You turn it on you get cold water, turn it father , more pressure and hotter water. There was no clod water! So you had to keep the knob on the least pressure coming out. It was like being sprayed with a water bottle. Also, who ever put the toilet paper holder on, put it on upside down so it kept falling off. We usually love this place. Just not this time.

This hotel had everything we needed for our trip to Spokane. It had a convenient location by the highway. The room was clean and was stocked with good toiletries. The breakfast had the typical variety of waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, sausage, and eggs. The hallways were not vacuumed. I was surprised about that because I expect a hotel with a rating above 8 to be clean in the common areas as well as the rooms. I would give this hotel a high 7 rating.

Great budget friendly option for families. Staff was kind to my kids. The small, shallow pool was ideal for young swimmers. Close to freeway but we could not hear it.

Nice hotel except that it was in process of remodeling rooms. Halls were dirty with construction materials,ceiling tiles in hall open, noise until about 6pm. We had trouble connecting to wifi due to construction, however staff called IT person and corrected the problem.Nice Staff, great breakfast

Some remodeling going on, hallways were all cluttered with cabinets you had to maneuver around to get to your room. Felt we should have been told ahead of time the situation.

This is the second time I've stayed here for medical surgeries. I'm disabled and requested room close to reception desk. Called to verify this after booking the stay, was assured my room was close. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, room was over halfway down the hall, making it difficult to get to. Stopped by reception desk to find out why my room was so far away, was given some jibberish about closer rooms may have been full. I do not understand why my room was not among the closer rooms, it was booked over a week early and paid for. SO WHY did I not get the room I booked And paid for....

This hotel was quiet, but doing renovations, so there were lots of rooms not filled. I think the main doors to each room are not very thick, and a busy hotel would be quite noisy. Also didn’t have our room cleaned once in our 4 night stay. Shower struggled to have warm water. Breakfast was sub par. Overall was a good stay.

They were going through a remodel while I was there. I understand that construction noise happens. But 1 day the entire hall was lined with new furniture, and one worker almost ran over my dog's tail while wheeling a side table down the hall. The workers we were polite but not accommodating; they did not move out of the way for guests to walk by or try to get to their rooms.

In the middle of remodeling, hot water access was spotty during the day.

There was remodeling going so there was not hot water although construction had been finished by several hours. I showed at 9pm and the water was only warm. Other than that my stay was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Although the property is under remodeling, our ground floor room is nice and clean. I was given a room not remodeled and the room was well kept, not knowing it was the old room. That is impressive! Both day and nite staff were super friendly.

Disappointed

The toliet barley flushed. There was a clump of dead spiders in the corner of the room. There is remodeling going on, so the lingering smell of paint is strong. The walls are incredibly thin could hear the baby cryijg accross the hall all night. Vehicles outside where constant. Hot tub needed cleaned real bad. Breakfast..well we got a banana, as nothing looked remotely even good. But the bed was comfy, the shower was nice, and they had a cute little tea/coffee station with lots of options, and water!

Not at all what was advertised. Glass and screws all over the parking lot. Gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned. Beds not made and garbage still in it. I asked to cancel my reservation and they said no I had to contact Expedia. They wouldn’t do anything when Expedia talk to them either. They then gave us a room that smelled terrible. We tried to air it out but after getting a headache just left.

Good customer service

We didn’t feel very safe staying here. It’s in a little more run down part of post falls. You could hear people clearly talking through the doors and walls as you walked by and sat in your room. The mirror in our room was covered in a weird sheen and didn’t look clean. Weird room layout too. There was painting/remodeling going on when we came so everything was a mess. Just didn’t seem very nice.

Way better place than what we moved from. Thank you for the stay.

Very comfortable, safe, and easily accessible location. The room was good. The staff were all kind. The only bummer was the second night we had a very noisy neighbor who chose not to control there children.

I liked the hot tub and the swimming pool. The staff was wonderful! They tried very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible in spite of the fact that the water was shut off during the day on our last day. This was because of the ongoing remodel. I hope the remodel will include some landscaping, and replace the ugly, plastic green fence.

We have family in Post Falls, so Sleep Inn has been our place to stay for several years. Last year 2023, we had decided to not stay there anymore, it was dirty, staff obviously did not want to be there. BUT upon coming back this year, remodel taking place, very friendly attentive staff made it our go to place once again!!

I was in the middle of a cross country drive and this place was close to the interstate, quiet, plenty of parking, and attentive staff. I highly recommend.

This was a one nighter for us passing through. We checked in late at 10 pm. The clerk was very friendly, talkative and informative. The clerk that was working when we left the next morning was totally the opposite. Someone needed an attitude adjustment.

I got a hotel room here at the sleep inn because my sister was having a wedding. I chose that one because they had a hot tub, I was able to get in the second day I was there and it was nothing but cold. When I told the staff at the front desk she assured me that it’s as hot as it can go, which I said whatever the setting is it is definitely not warm and after stating that it was cold 3 different times she finally had someone look at it and then the hot tub was out of service the rest of the time. Also the breakfast was terrible. They seem to only change out one flavor of the waffles regularly and the original waffle I went to get and it was separated and nasty like it had been in there a while. Two cereal selections the entire time as well, lucky charms or Cheerios. Processed eggs and not really great sausage links, no bacon. Over a four day stay. The room seemed pretty clean. Floors were not the greatest. Bed was comfy enough for me. I tried to make coffee in my room but the coffee maker had nasty crusty build up. I think they came and cleaned one time in my 4 day stay. Also pool was super cold as well. All in all, don’t expect a lot.

The walls are thin, you can hear the next room's tv loud and clear. Typical free breakfast fare, but they did have plenty of fresh fruit which was nice.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, but it had a musty smell and some areas of the carpeted floor were wet. Maybe they had recently cleaned the carpet, but it was not completely dry and the mirrors would fog over when the vent wasn't running in the bathroom. There was also a peach pit behind the door that was there when we got there. Breakfast area was clean and food was good. Beds were clean and comfortable.
